Kagome had found Inuyasha sitting alone in the room they slept in. He was looking at a scroll intently and Kagome wanted to know what it said.
“For over two hundred years, I felt worthless. And now to know that I’m not, that I’m a fucking Lord no less. It’s a bit much.” Inuyasha read the will over and over again. Until Kagome took his from his hands.
“No, it’s not much at all. You deserve this and so much more.” Kagome smiled.
Inuyasha wanted her badly, but his thoughts always went back to Kikyou. He had to save Kikyou and couldn’t dishonor her. “Kagome, I...” Inuyasha began to say. He was interrupted when Kagome crushed her lips into his. He didn’t fight, he wanted this more than anything. He would give up his entire empire just to be with Kagome for one night. Inuyasha whined softly when Kagome pulled away.
“Kikyou, died over fifty years ago.” Kagome’s words came suddenly and with no malice. Inuyasha said nothing as Kagome continued. “The small soul she carries is only a memory of a time past. I am not Kikyou, I am Kagome. The girl from the future with the hanyou of her past.”
“You came for me, didn’t you Kagome.” Inuyasha said as he reached up to stroke her creamy soft cheek.
“You know something, I think I did.” Kagome giggled as Inuyasha leaned in to kiss her. Kagome kissed him back, slowly at first but when Inuyasha slid his arm around her waist and pulled her closer she returned the kiss with more eagerness. Inuyasha pushed her back against the floor as he entwined his tongue with hers. Slowly he slid his hand to hold her jaw as he moaned into her. He wanted her so bad he could taste it. Kagome screamed out of pain and pleasure. She wanted to tell him to stop biting her but remembered that he was a demon and that was probably what they did. She wouldn’t fight him and wanted him to keep going. She coaxed him to keep going by entwining her fingers in is hair and calling out to him.
“Please, more. My mate.” She whispered. She could feel his body tense at her voice but quickly relax. He pulled almost all the way out before filling her up again. Kagome screamed his name as she clutched fistful of silky silver hair in her hands tighter with each thrust. With each moan Inuyasha took it as invitation to quicken his pace. He groaned and had to control himself from biting harder and really hurting her. He could feel Kagome’s breath quicken and walls tighten. “And I’m yours.” Inuyasha finished as he laid his head on her chest and closed his eyes. It didn’t take long for her to realize that Inuyasha had drifted into slumber. And it didn’t take her long to follow.
“Naraku and Kikyou will be pleased. It seemed you have all mated with the men, that will be useful in destroying them.” Hakudoshi hissed.
Victoria was glad she was in her and Sesshouamaru’s room, she glanced over to her sai swords. The one’s Sesshoumaru of the future gave to her as present when he found out she was pregnant. She took them everywhere and was sure she would need them to protect her pups in the past.
“Kagome, Sango give me a distraction.” Victoria whispered to the two women next to her. They both nodded and took off in opposite directions.
“Kagura! Get the slayer!” Hakudoshi ordered as he went for Kagome, who was already out the room and going to her arrows. Sango was going to her and Miroku’s room and the Hirakotsu. She really wished Kirara was here but she went to help Miroku and the others and hopefully to bring Kohaku back. Kagura hesitated as she stared Victoria down.
Victoria was in a battle stance as she eyed the wind youkai. She knew who she was from Sesshoumaru’s description of her. Victoria relaxed and stood up straight. “He’s happy.” Victoria said as she went for her sai blades.
Kagura was shocked and didn’t move until Hakudoshi called out to her again. Kagura saw what Victoria was doing and didn’t stop her, she went after Sango instead. Victoria got hold of her swords and they immediately began glowing.
‘Sesshoumaru, I need your power.’ Victoria ran out of the room with the swords made of her mate’s fang.
‘She’s afraid of me?’ Inuyasha thought to himself as he drew his tessaiga. He stood next to his older Brother and adopted Brother in defiance.
“Naraku, what are you doing here? You finally ready to die!” Inuyasha snarled.
“Inuyasha, where is your mate?” Naraku asked nonchalantly.
Inuyasha growled. “None of your damn business. Now DIE!” Inuyasha wanted it over with, the longer Naraku...and Kikyou were alive the more at risk Kagome was. Inuyasha slammed his sword into the ground causing blades of energy to shoot towards Naraku who only smiled.
“Don’t you ever learn, Inuyasha.” Naraku said as the attack was stopped by his powerful barrier.
Sesshoumaru was next to attack but got the same results, Miroku was about to open his Kazaana but Inuyasha stopped him, poison insects were everywhere.
Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru continued unleashing attack after fruitless attack on the barrier. I didn’t cause damage but it did stop the evil couple from attacking and bought them some time to think.
Kikyou and Naraku’s barriers splint in two and they circled to opposite sides of the group, Kikyou faced Inuyasha as Naraku faced Sesshoumaru and Miroku. In a instant Naraku shot out his tentacles and pierced Sesshoumaru’s armor. Miroku threw up a barrier before he too was impaled. Kikyou nocked arrow after arrow in a attempt to purify the hanyou, Inuyasha couldn’t help but notice how slow Kikyou had become as he dodged each attack.
“Kikyou! Stop!” Inuyasha whipped his head around at the sound of Kagome’s voice.
“Kagome...” Inuyasha voice came out as a tremble. Kagome ran to stand besides her mate. Kikyou frowned.
“Where is Hakudoshi.” Kikyou demanded.
Kagome smiled. “Can’t you feel it Kikyou, Naraku has weakened and so has his incarnations. Hakudoshi is dead.” Kagome smiled when she remembered what Victoria had told her about Naraku. When Naraku mated Kikyou both of their powers were weakened. Because Naraku bedded a miko and because Kikyou gave her heart up to evil. The only reason they survived for so long was because they killed her and took her amazing life force into themselves. Kagome didn’t know at first and it was easy to kill her, but now things were different and she was ready for the future.
“Bitch!” Kikyou snarled. “I’ll kill you!”
Kagome nocked an arrow and whispered to Inuyasha. “Inuyasha, are you ready for this?”
Inuyasha swallowed hard and glared at his former love. “She isn’t Kikyou anymore. I’m ready.”
“It’s over Kikyou!” Kagome screamed as she fired her arrow, Inuyasha followed with his wind scar and Kikyou’s eyes widen with shock, she could feel her barrier weakening as the attack drew close.
“Naraku!” Kikyou screamed with fear. Naraku turned from Sesshoumaru and his eyes widened in shock. He didn’t hesitate to throw Sesshoumaru aside and use demonic speed to protect his family. Kikyou shut her eyes tightly in preparation of the attack. She heard a groan and opened her eyes. Naraku was looking at her smiling. He was trying to keep her distracted so she wouldn’t realize that he was about to die. Kikyou smiled back.
“Are you alright?” She asked softly.
“Everything will be fine, my love.” He took her hand and placed it over his heart. When he first took her she told him that she wanted to feel his heart against her. He complied and absorbed Akago again. He never thought of the dangers of that action, he only thought of Kikyou.
Kikyou frowned when she felt his heart, once it was strong. But now it’s pace was slow and weak. She looked up in confusion. Naraku seemed far away as he began to feel blinding pain spreading across his back. Kikyou kept her hand on his heart as it slowed to a stop.
“Naraku...?” Kikyou whispered. He didn’t answer as he reached up to touch her moist cheek, before he reached his destination he fell over dead. Inuyasha and the others said nothing as Kikyou wailed over Naraku’s corpse. Miroku was shocked to see Sango running up besides him.
“Miroku, what happened?” Sango asked in shock.
Miroku was shocked as well but he knew that his wind tunnel was still there, and that meant that Naraku wasn’t dead. “Sango,” Miroku began. “Are you alright?”
Sango looked over to Miroku, “um, yeah. Kagura was suppose to come after me, but she let me go and disappeared. But that’s not important, what happened to Naraku?”
Miroku took a deep breath. “Inuyasha and Kagome, they killed him.” Miroku looked up at the samiyosho above them and took Sango’s haraikotsu. Sango watched as Miroku placed holy ofudas all over the boomerang. He handed it back to Sango. “Sango, this won’t be over until he is completely destroyed. Take out the poison insects.”
Sango nodded in agreement. Then with her war cry she swung her mighty weapon and took out the insects. She easily caught the weapon even with her pregnancy. Miroku smiled at her strength and loved her even more for it. He hardened his features when he took a step closer to Naraku and Kikyou. “Kikyou!” Miroku called out. Kikyou looked up and gasped when she saw Miroku removing his beads from his glove. She scrambled out of the way when Miroku opened his Kazaana and sucked Naraku up easily. Everyone stared in disbelief as Naraku disappeared into the void. It was over and they couldn’t believe it.
Inuyasha and Kagome fell to their knees and embraced each other. Miroku and Sango laid gentle kisses on one another, Miroku refused to mention that his kazaana was still there. Shippou came out of the trees and jumped in between Inuyasha and Kagome.
“It-it’s over, I can’t believe it.” Kagome cried.
“It’s not over!” Kikyou screamed as she reappeared with Kohaku besides her.
“Kohaku!” Sango screamed.
Sesshoumaru looked around for Victoria but she was no where to be seen.
“Kagura!” Victoria cried.
Kagura sneered. “You know who I am, but I don’t know you.”
Victoria stood proud as she touch her stomach. “I am Victoria, I am Sesshoumaru’s mate. Remember me as I cut you down!” With that last word, Victoria lunged at Kagura with the precision of a experienced warrior even with the impending birth.
Kagura found it hard to dodge the girl’s attacks as she swung her swords with ease. The wind youkai grew angry as she attacked with her fan. Victoria crouched down with her swords crossed in front of her. Kagura’s attacked was reflected back at her and Victoria swung out her arms releasing her own attack from the sai blades. Kagura screamed in pain as she was knocked out against the wall. Victoria walked over to Kagura’s unconscience form and sighed.
“I spared you Kagura. Because I felt bad for you, please don’t make me regret my decision.” Victoria sheathed her swords on her back and left Kagura to her dreams.

Sango watched in horror as Kohaku’s lifeless body slumped to the ground. Kikyou stood over him with the shard that kept him alive. Sango attacked Kikyou in a blind rage only to be thrown back by a barrier. Kagome cried as Kikyou just stood there, the light in her eyes gone and the shikon became more and more tainted. Sesshoumaru began to walk away and find Victoria when Inuyasha’s voice stopped him.
“They are my pack.” Inuyasha said softly.
If he could, Sesshoumaru would have pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. He unsheathed Tesengia and sliced it over Kohaku’s body without hesitation. Just another obstacle to cut down easily.
“Get your pack out of here, Inuyasha.” Sesshoumaru was to busy to notice Kikyou suddenly draw her arrow and aim for his sword. Before he knew it, his father’s fang shattered in his hands. Sesshoumaru looked down in shock as the pieces of the sword fell to the ground.
Kikyou sounded far away as she spoke. “I can’t have you ruining my plans with that sword of yours.”
Sango grabbed Kohaku’s, who had just awoken, hand and pulled him away. Sesshoumaru dropped the remaining piece of his fallen sword and glared at the evil miko.
“I’ll kill all of you, and then use Kagome’s life force to bring my mate back to life, our child will have a father!” Kikyou announced.
Inuyasha and the others gasped in shock. Miroku looked at Sango and her brother.
“The curse. Naraku’s line still exists within Kikyou, the curse cannot be lifted until all of Naraku is dead.” Miroku said. Sango looked at his hand with pained eyes.
“Miroku, your still cursed.” Sango whispered. She looked next to her where Inuyasha and Kagome had settled. Inuyasha was quiet as he looked over his pack. Inuyasha glanced at his brother who had his back turned.
“Naraku is dead, this isn’t my fight.” He said as he began to walk away.
Kikyou nocked another arrow and pointed it at Sesshoumaru’s retreating form. “No, she whispered. This is the world’s fight.” Inuyasha looked up at Kikyou’s words and saw that her barrier was still up, there was nothing he could do.
“BROTHER!!” Inuyasha screamed. Sesshoumaru was shocked and he stopped to turn, just as the arrow was fired. He didn’t have time to react as he watched the arrow speed towards him. Then... contact.

When Kikyou caught sight of Inuyasha she instinctively stepped closer to Naraku for fear of her life and the life of her child. Inuyasha saw the slight movement and winced.‘She’s afraid of me?’ Inuyasha thought to himself as he drew his tessaiga. He stood next to his older Brother and adopted Brother in defiance.

“Don’t you ever learn, Inuyasha.” Naraku said as the attack was stopped by his powerful barrier.
Sesshoumaru was next to attack but got the same results, Miroku was about to open his Kazaana but Inuyasha stopped him, poison insects were everywhere.
Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru continued unleashing attack after fruitless attack on the barrier. I didn’t cause damage but it did stop the evil couple from attacking and bought them some time to think.
Kikyou and Naraku’s barriers splint in two and they circled to opposite sides of the group, Kikyou faced Inuyasha as Naraku faced Sesshoumaru and Miroku. In a instant Naraku shot out his tentacles and pierced Sesshoumaru’s armor. Miroku threw up a barrier before he too was impaled. Kikyou nocked arrow after arrow in a attempt to purify the hanyou, Inuyasha couldn’t help but notice how slow Kikyou had become as he dodged each attack.
“Kikyou! Stop!” Inuyasha whipped his head around at the sound of Kagome’s voice.
“Kagome...” Inuyasha voice came out as a tremble. Kagome ran to stand besides her mate. Kikyou frowned.
“Where is Hakudoshi.” Kikyou demanded.
Kagome smiled. “Can’t you feel it Kikyou, Naraku has weakened and so has his incarnations. Hakudoshi is dead.” Kagome smiled when she remembered what Victoria had told her about Naraku. When Naraku mated Kikyou both of their powers were weakened. Because Naraku bedded a miko and because Kikyou gave her heart up to evil. The only reason they survived for so long was because they killed her and took her amazing life force into themselves. Kagome didn’t know at first and it was easy to kill her, but now things were different and she was ready for the future.
“Bitch!” Kikyou snarled. “I’ll kill you!”
Kagome nocked an arrow and whispered to Inuyasha. “Inuyasha, are you ready for this?”
Inuyasha swallowed hard and glared at his former love. “She isn’t Kikyou anymore. I’m ready.”
“It’s over Kikyou!” Kagome screamed as she fired her arrow, Inuyasha followed with his wind scar and Kikyou’s eyes widen with shock, she could feel her barrier weakening as the attack drew close.
“Naraku!” Kikyou screamed with fear. Naraku turned from Sesshoumaru and his eyes widened in shock. He didn’t hesitate to throw Sesshoumaru aside and use demonic speed to protect his family. Kikyou shut her eyes tightly in preparation of the attack. She heard a groan and opened her eyes. Naraku was looking at her smiling. He was trying to keep her distracted so she wouldn’t realize that he was about to die. Kikyou smiled back.
“Are you alright?” She asked softly.
“Everything will be fine, my love.” He took her hand and placed it over his heart. When he first took her she told him that she wanted to feel his heart against her. He complied and absorbed Akago again. He never thought of the dangers of that action, he only thought of Kikyou.
Kikyou frowned when she felt his heart, once it was strong. But now it’s pace was slow and weak. She looked up in confusion. Naraku seemed far away as he began to feel blinding pain spreading across his back. Kikyou kept her hand on his heart as it slowed to a stop.
“Naraku...?” Kikyou whispered. He didn’t answer as he reached up to touch her moist cheek, before he reached his destination he fell over dead. Inuyasha and the others said nothing as Kikyou wailed over Naraku’s corpse. Miroku was shocked to see Sango running up besides him.
“Miroku, what happened?” Sango asked in shock.
Miroku was shocked as well but he knew that his wind tunnel was still there, and that meant that Naraku wasn’t dead. “Sango,” Miroku began. “Are you alright?”
Sango looked over to Miroku, “um, yeah. Kagura was suppose to come after me, but she let me go and disappeared. But that’s not important, what happened to Naraku?”
Miroku took a deep breath. “Inuyasha and Kagome, they killed him.” Miroku looked up at the samiyosho above them and took Sango’s haraikotsu. Sango watched as Miroku placed holy ofudas all over the boomerang. He handed it back to Sango. “Sango, this won’t be over until he is completely destroyed. Take out the poison insects.”
Sango nodded in agreement. Then with her war cry she swung her mighty weapon and took out the insects. She easily caught the weapon even with her pregnancy. Miroku smiled at her strength and loved her even more for it. He hardened his features when he took a step closer to Naraku and Kikyou. “Kikyou!” Miroku called out. Kikyou looked up and gasped when she saw Miroku removing his beads from his glove. She scrambled out of the way when Miroku opened his Kazaana and sucked Naraku up easily. Everyone stared in disbelief as Naraku disappeared into the void. It was over and they couldn’t believe it.
Inuyasha and Kagome fell to their knees and embraced each other. Miroku and Sango laid gentle kisses on one another, Miroku refused to mention that his kazaana was still there. Shippou came out of the trees and jumped in between Inuyasha and Kagome.
“It-it’s over, I can’t believe it.” Kagome cried.
“It’s not over!” Kikyou screamed as she reappeared with Kohaku besides her.
“Kohaku!” Sango screamed.
Sesshoumaru looked around for Victoria but she was no where to be seen.

Kagura watched Hakudoshi be killed and she went back for Sesshoumaru’s mate. If she killed the girl then Sesshoumaru would be free. She turned the corner and barreled right into the human youkai.“Kagura!” Victoria cried.
Kagura sneered. “You know who I am, but I don’t know you.”
Victoria stood proud as she touch her stomach. “I am Victoria, I am Sesshoumaru’s mate. Remember me as I cut you down!” With that last word, Victoria lunged at Kagura with the precision of a experienced warrior even with the impending birth.
Kagura found it hard to dodge the girl’s attacks as she swung her swords with ease. The wind youkai grew angry as she attacked with her fan. Victoria crouched down with her swords crossed in front of her. Kagura’s attacked was reflected back at her and Victoria swung out her arms releasing her own attack from the sai blades. Kagura screamed in pain as she was knocked out against the wall. Victoria walked over to Kagura’s unconscience form and sighed.
“I spared you Kagura. Because I felt bad for you, please don’t make me regret my decision.” Victoria sheathed her swords on her back and left Kagura to her dreams.

Sango watched in horror as Kohaku’s lifeless body slumped to the ground. Kikyou stood over him with the shard that kept him alive. Sango attacked Kikyou in a blind rage only to be thrown back by a barrier. Kagome cried as Kikyou just stood there, the light in her eyes gone and the shikon became more and more tainted. Sesshoumaru began to walk away and find Victoria when Inuyasha’s voice stopped him.
“They are my pack.” Inuyasha said softly.
If he could, Sesshoumaru would have pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. He unsheathed Tesengia and sliced it over Kohaku’s body without hesitation. Just another obstacle to cut down easily.
“Get your pack out of here, Inuyasha.” Sesshoumaru was to busy to notice Kikyou suddenly draw her arrow and aim for his sword. Before he knew it, his father’s fang shattered in his hands. Sesshoumaru looked down in shock as the pieces of the sword fell to the ground.
Kikyou sounded far away as she spoke. “I can’t have you ruining my plans with that sword of yours.”
Sango grabbed Kohaku’s, who had just awoken, hand and pulled him away. Sesshoumaru dropped the remaining piece of his fallen sword and glared at the evil miko.
“I’ll kill all of you, and then use Kagome’s life force to bring my mate back to life, our child will have a father!” Kikyou announced.
Inuyasha and the others gasped in shock. Miroku looked at Sango and her brother.
“The curse. Naraku’s line still exists within Kikyou, the curse cannot be lifted until all of Naraku is dead.” Miroku said. Sango looked at his hand with pained eyes.
“Miroku, your still cursed.” Sango whispered. She looked next to her where Inuyasha and Kagome had settled. Inuyasha was quiet as he looked over his pack. Inuyasha glanced at his brother who had his back turned.
“Naraku is dead, this isn’t my fight.” He said as he began to walk away.
Kikyou nocked another arrow and pointed it at Sesshoumaru’s retreating form. “No, she whispered. This is the world’s fight.” Inuyasha looked up at Kikyou’s words and saw that her barrier was still up, there was nothing he could do.
“BROTHER!!” Inuyasha screamed. Sesshoumaru was shocked and he stopped to turn, just as the arrow was fired. He didn’t have time to react as he watched the arrow speed towards him. Then... contact.
