InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Feeling Dirty ❯ Chapter 3 ( Chapter 3 )
Inuyasha opened his eyes when he heard a sound next to him. He saw Kaede stand there with a small smile on her lips before turning and walk away. "What was that all about?" thought Inuyasha and tried to stretch but was unable to do it. He looked down and saw Sango clutching to his form almost possessively. He felt a blush rise in his face and he tried to untangle himself from Sango, with little luck. She grabbed his haori and pulled him closer.
- No, don't you dare walk away from me… mumbled Sango into his chest.
- Uhh, Sango… are you awake? asked Inuyasha with a gulp.
- Mmm, stay with me…
- Hey Sango, wake up… please…
Slowly her eyes fluttered open and she looked around but all she could see was something red, and she had trouble breathing. She moved her head and she was quick to get up once she realized that she had been sleeping on Inuyasha. She made a good imitation of a cherry and she mumbled out an excuse.
- It is ok Sango-chan, I did not mind, said Inuyasha and smiled, making Sango's eyes widened.
- Y-you d-didn't?
- No, it was pleasant.
- O-ok….. I will go and help Kaede-obaasan now, stuttered Sango and a moment later she was gone.
Inuyasha chuckled a bit as he rose to his feet and stretched his arms above his head. He had not slept so well for ages, not on the ground anyway. He rarely slept on the ground, but having Sango's warm body so close, hugging him, seeking comfort inside his arms… yeah that had felt very good. He walked around the corner of the hut and saw Miroku walking towards them. He let out a snorting sound before entering Kaede's hut.
Sango and Kaede were working together with setting up breakfast and Shippou was the first to gobble down food. Inuyasha smiled and tried to behave even if Kaede's food always made his mouth water, and all he wanted to do was imitating the little fox.
Miroku entered the hut; he gulped when he saw the cold glances coming from both Inuyasha and Sango. He simply nodded towards Kaede and tried to concentrate on the food the old miko gave him. "This is going to be a long hard day." sighed the monk silently.
Shippou seemed oblivious to the tension in the group, he chatted with Kirara as he inhaled his breakfast. He was eager to finish his meal because he wanted go outside and play.
- Sango, do you want to come with me and Kirara? asked Shippou and looked up into Sango's eyes.
- What are you going to do? asked Sango and took a piece of bread into her mouth.
- Play that tag-thing that Kagome taught me, smiled the kit.
- Yes, I guess I could come with you, said Sango.
- Goodie, it will be fun.
- I will come too, said Inuyasha without looking at them.
- Huh? Shippou's eyes turned into saucers.
- If it is ok of course, mumbled the hanyou.
- Yeah.. but…
- Ok then, let us finish our meal so we can play.
Shippou nodded, a bit confused about Inuyasha's sudden interest in games. He had always scorned Shippou for being such a sucker for the games that Kagome taught him. But then again, tag was always more fun if you were more people to play. So he would not say anything.
Kaede saw the foursome walk out from her hut, leaving her with the monk. She could clearly see the sweat drops on his forehead when Inuyasha shot him icy look. What had happened between the two males? She wanted to know so she asked.
- Houshi-sama, something you want to tell me?
- What?
- What have happened between you and Inuyasha? asked Kaede.
- N-nothing… what makes you think that?
- Because of the looks he has given you, said Kaede and began to clean the small bowls.
- It's nothing, he is always this grumpy in the morning, said Miroku and got up on his feet. - If you will excuse me, I will be at the shrine meditating.
- Has Inuyasha taken Sango as mate?
… Dead Silence…
- No, she is to be my wife, not a hanyou's mate, snarled Miroku and stormed out the hut.
Kaede almost fell over the bowls she was cleaning, that was something she not had expected. Miroku in a full out rage of jealousy. "Oh dear, this will mean trouble for the group, I am sure of it." she thought and remembered the tender moment between Inuyasha and Sango earlier.
Shippou explained the rules of the tag-game to Inuyasha and Sango and soon the four of them, two demons, one half demon and one human, were tumbling around the field, trying to tag each other. Laughter filled the air and Sango was feeling happier than she had in ages. Shippou tagged Inuyasha who sat after Sango. She saw it and squeaked and tried to out run the hanyou, she knew he was holding back, but he still caught up with her. But when he was about to tag her she rolled down, making him jump right over her, and then she was up on her feet once again.
- Hey, that was sneaky, yelled Inuyasha and his smile got wicked. If Sango was using her skills as a fighter, and so would he.
- The puppy can't catch a mere human female? she taunted him and darted off when she saw him regain his posture and head after her.
- Don't worry bitch, I will surely get you, he snarled viciously.
She giggled when she heard him call her bitch. She was pretty sure that it was because he was partly dog demon, and a female dog was a bitch not because he wanted to insult her.
Shippou and Kirara saw them chase each other over the field and they soon grew tired of watching them.
- Shall we go back to Kaede-obaasan and see if she has anything to eat? asked Shippou the little fire cat.
- Mjauuu, answered Kirara and nodded.
The two headed back to Kaede's hut without being missed.
Inuyasha found the chase to be uplifting, refreshing. Sango was a good and worthy opponent. If he had thought at one time it would be easy to catch a human like her, he was now sourly mistaking. She was a very hard prey to catch. Something his inner demon appreciated. She was proving to be a worthy female, a strong female to mate. When that thought coursed through his mind he began to blush. Did he really see her as a potential mate? "Don't deny it Inuyasha, of course you see her as a mate, you have done it from the first moment you laid your eyes upon her. When she fought you, you knew she was a strong female." his inner demon shouted and he had to agree with him. He did see her as a mate. "Fuck, fuck, fuck…" he cursed when he felt a certain body part of his grow hard as steel.
Sango let out a muffled sound when Inuyasha at last caught up with her and knocked her to the ground. They wrestled around in the tall grass, fighting to get the dominant position that signified the winner of the game. Sango could not help it, just to feel him close like this had her think about more intimate games and she felt her cheeks flare up with heat.
Inuyasha was struck by lightning when a sweet smell hit his nose. He managed to pin down Sango's arms and he straddled her waist. He took another sniff, this time closer to her face and he inhaled deep just to identify the smell. Sango shrieked and tried to get away from him.
- What is that smell Sango-chan? he breathed close to her ear, trying to get more of that smell into his system.
- W-what smell? She stuttered and wiggled under his strong hold. - A-are y-you telling m-me that I smell b-bad?
- No, not bad. It smells heavenly. I can not get enough of it, he whispered. He was getting dizzy, instincts threatened to take over his actions.
- Inuyasha-kun… what are you doooooiing???
Sango felt his rough tongue lick her from the ear and down to the base of her neck. His fangs teased her skin and she arched her back up against his. Her heart raced inside her chest, her breathing became shallow and she was sure that she was going to be panting like a dog after a long run if he did not stop what ever he was doing to her.
Inuyasha somehow regained his consciousness and he pulled away and he looked like he had slain a village of innocent people. He felt so guilty. "What am I doing…??"
- Sango-chan, I… I am sorry.. I don't know what came over me… I am sorry, he blurted out and got off her and stormed away.
- Inuyasha-kun…. whispered Sango and saw the red blur disappear into the forest that bore his name.
She sat in the same place for the longest of time, trying to figure out what had happen. She placed a hand over the place where he had licked her. "It felt good, I know I should not think like that, but it did, it felt really good." She looked up to the blue sky and she fell back into the grass again. "What is happening to us Inuyasha?" she asked silently to the white puffy clouds that passed over her.
