A Hidden Evil

The darkness was infinite and overwhelming. But that did not bother him, it suited him. A black world for a black heart. He was growing, he was getting stronger, his evil aura so thick and so potent it was almost visible. Revenge and hate fueled his growth. He had sold his soul to the devil, the human part at least, in exchange for the power to destroy the world that did not appreciate him, the world which did not fear him the way they should have.

She was the reason he was here. She was the reason that he was in hell, surviving only because his hate and evilness overpowered everything else. She had destroyed his beautiful plans. He had underestimated her. Her innocence and child-like demeanor masking a strength and courage that did not belong in a human. She was the reason he was here instead of ruling a land of darkness. But that would all change, he had made a deal and now he possessed the power to change it all. He would destroy her and everything she loved, and then he would destroy the world she had fought so hard to protect. She would break, and he would be there when she did.

He had dreamed of it. He had dreamed of her perfection marred by his black touch, dreamed of her purity and innocence tainted with hate, and he had dreamed of his evil darkness seeping into her pores and consuming her entire being.

He would possess her, mind and body. His lips curving in a demonic grin at the pleasure he would derive from the latter. He would possess her, and when he was done he would take her to hell with him, resigning her to a fate surrounded by evil and encompassed by darkness.

Her light would never shine again. That was his wish, that was his dream and, as he felt his power increasing with each passing day, that would be her fate.
