`Starting a new life here shouldn't be so bad' she thought as she unpacked. The ebony haired beauty went to examine her new home. She had just moved, hoping to leave her past behind her. She pulled the necklace from around her neck to look at it. The Shikon no Tama. It had been in her family's possession for over 1000 years now, and she had promised her mother on her deathbed that she would only give it to the one who could purify it. Kagome didn't believe that was possible. She'd put too many arrows through too many demons to believe it could be purified. Sango was a huge help. Her skills had gotten them both out of bigger jams than she thought possible. At least she could use her miko powers in this shrine to keep most demons out. She glanced at the clock. `Oh crap, I don't have time to stay here and unpack. I gotta be in class in like 15 minutes!!!' With that thought she ran out the door and jumped in her car.

 

Kagome met Sango at school. “I started to wonder if you were gonna make it” Sango smirked.

“I wouldn't miss this lecture for the world and you know it.” They started walking to their historical theory class. Today's lecture was on the demon legends of the past, given by the expert Inuyasha Akumakimi.

 

He sensed it. The Shikon no Tama. It was coming this way. Then he smelled the miko. She was still pure, and it was going to drive him crazy. He just hoped he could contain himself long enough to finish the lecture. He had agreed to college lectures because it seemed that all the females had mated before. He could not imagine a mate that had been with another male. Maybe she wouldn't be pretty. He would be fine if she wasn't pretty. Not worthy to bear his pups. As she entered the classroom, he knew she was perfect. He could feel himself getting aroused by her scent and when he saw her, it was all he could do not to run to her and drag her off to be his mate. This was going to be the toughest lecture he'd ever endured.

 

`Oh my god, he's really hot!!' Kagome thought. `It's a good thing I don't have to pay attention to the lecture, cause I'll be daydreaming whether I want to or not.'

 

Throughout the lecture every time he looked her way she blushed, and her scent kept getting stronger. Mid way through Inuyasha realized that he would have to finish the lecture tomorrow if he was going to keep his cool. He needed to leave, get as far from her as possible or he was gonna reveal that demons weren't just a legend. He asked the class and the professor to excuse him. He had another previous engagement but he was available to finish the lecture later that week or next week.

 

Kagome was kind of disappointed that the really hot speaker left, but he would be coming back to finish. At least she had her fantasies till then. As she watched him leave, she thought she saw something. `Were those ears? No, I'm just imagining it. If they were, he'd have hung around long enough to get me and the Shikon no Tama alone.'

 

`I got home just in time. My ears are noticeable now. Oh well, it feels good not to have to hide them, and I've got nowhere else to go.' With that thought Inuyasha headed for his shower. When he got in he realized he still had one other problem. `Her scent is still haunting me. I wonder what she was daydreaming about that kept getting her aroused like that?' As he thought about her, his own arousal was getting the best of him. Seeing as it was pointless to ignore it, and he was at home in the shower, he let his clawed hands roam over his chest and work their way down his abdomen. Imagining that it was the miko the entire time. The claws scratched lightly over his skin as they worked their way downwards. He actually let out a small gasp as one hand reached his engorged member.
