Chapter 12: What to Do
Sesshoumaru's blood ran cold as he hung up the phone. In little to no time his team was gathered and on their way to Higurashi's. As they bust through the study door Miroku rushed to Sango's side and hugged her close. Sesshoumaru stood before Nyoko and Inutaisho, along with the others of his team.
"Where is she?"
Nyoko turned to Sesshoumaru and her eyes softened. She held back a smile and her eyes glittered, her mind only processed one thing.
`He's in love with my baby girl.' "Sesshoumaru, calm yourself. Sango knows were she is, we will get to her soon, but first I will let Sango tell us all that happened."
Sango buried her face into Miroku's chest for a moment before sighing deeply and letting his seat her comfortably on his lap.
"Everything went exactly as planned until I finally got the chance to approach Jonas. When I made my move Naraku made his…he caught her from behind and I froze. I watched and I could do nothing, I was too scared. Kagome turned and saw him; she got free and hit him. As we regained ourselves her attacked us and we defended ourselves until…he changed into my uncle. Kagome stopped fighting and almost fell for it. I became enraged and attacked but he saw the attack and would have wounded me worst than I was. Kagome took most of it…it went through her chest. I smelled Kikyo as Kagome cast her spell…I also smelled Inuyasha. He set us up."
Sesshoumaru's demon howled with rage inside him.
`That half-bred brother of mine dies as soon as I can get my hands on him!!'
Inutaisho sighed in disbelief, as the others in the group shuddered from the impact of her words. Miroku gripped her tighter, his voice was unsure.
"Are you certain that it was Inuyasha?"
Sango nearly leapt from his arms at his question.
"Do you believe I would make such an acussion without having thought it over or trying to find some other way? He was unharmed and with Kikyo."
Inutaisho's eyes saddened then hardened.
"Very well. He shall be taken care off as according to his crime."
Sesshou's gang turned to him slowly in beyond bewilderment. This was the first time he had spoken about Inuyasha in such a hard or cold tone, even when he had caused trouble. Nyoko's eyes shined with thanks. Sango interrupted them.
"We need a plan. He will try to lure me to him using her, so what do we do?"
