Chapter 21
To say that Sesshomaru headed directly towards the apartment is a bit of an understatement. The truth of the matter is that the youkai waited outside the well and when he saw a blur of red appear from flash of blue light he asked, "Is your mate home?" Coming to a skidding halt, Inuyasha turned and asked, "What the hell are you still doing here?" Stepping from the shadows the demon said, "I have to change and do not wish to intrude on your mate if there is some sort of important affair happening." Snorting in an annoyed manner, Inuyasha tilted his head to the house and said, "She's in her room. Why do you need to go in there?" Walking past the hanyou and towards the house, Sesshomaru said with a slight smugness, "I need to change you fool. Lest I attract unwanted attention by human authorities." Growling at his brother, Inuyasha pounced in front of him and opened the door before immediately heading upstairs and said, "Sesshomarus here, and needs a change of clothes."
Stepping outside her room, Kagome headed downstairs to find Sesshomaru waiting in the entrance way and said, "You can come up and change in the restroom." Inclining his head, Sesshomaru said, "I thank you, miko-dono." Blushing, Kagome smiled and said, "You're welcome. But when you're done I have to talk to you about something in private." At hearing his mate say this, Inuyasha came to the top of the stairs and said, "Like hell you'll be in a room alone with him!" Glaring up the stairwell, Kagome said in an angry voice, "IT'S NONE OF YOUR CONCERN WHY I HAVE TO TALK TO HIM ALONE!!! SO IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO SAY THE 'WORD' I'D SUGGEST YOU LEAVE ME ALONE IN THIS MATTER!" Growling loudly Inuyasha said, "I'm going to kill that old woman for giving you that power over me." Huffing in satisfaction, Kagome plastered on a smile before saying, "Okay then we can head up now." Removing his shoes and stepping into the main house and followed the girl upstairs but not before Souta said, "What's up turd breath?" Sneering at the boys comment, Sesshomaru reached for a the multi-plug and removed it's cord from the power socket, shutting off everything in th room save for the lights and laughed to himself as Souts screamed a series of curses at the demon.
When they were finally in Kagomes room, the girl shut her door and said as she removed a set of clothes from her closet, "I guess you can change in here. I'll just sit at my desk and stare at the wall." Sesshomaru watched as the girl pulled her chair towards the wall and kept her head straight as he removed his pants and shirt before asking, "What exactly is it that you wished to discuss?" Letting out a small cough, Kagome said, "Seiya called me earlier and told me that Inuyasha was delivering a message and I was wondering what it was about?" Sliding on his pants, Sesshomaru asked, "Seiya said that he is ready." He could hear her heart beat louder as she asked, "So you decided that it would be best to get this over with the night that the message is sent to you? Isn't that a bit selfish?" Sliding the shirt on the demon said, "Maybe, it is but I feel that Seiya would want this done as soon as possible." Nodding lightly, Kagome asked, "Is it safe to turn around."
Finishing sliding on his shoes, Sesshomaru said, "Yes it is," and when she turned around the demon said, "and do not think that I'm just doing this because I can finally bed him. You and Inuyasha have mated correct?" Feeling her face burn, Kagome said, "Yes we did awhile ago, but why ask?" Sitting on the priestesses bed the demon stared into her eyes and asked, "When you two marked each other during courting, did you or my brother ever feel a heaviness in your heart despite the fact that you weren't upset about anything?" Thinking for a moment, Kagome nodded and said, "When I heard about Seiya, Inuyasha said that the whole journey he felt my pain and that once we were all together the pain went away." Keeping his focus on the girl, Sesshomaru said, "My heart has been feeling nothing but his pain since the day he was kidnapped, and even though it's still there my his heart is telling me he wants me there at this moment. Even if he didn't want to mate, by the feelings he's sending me I would go there to be with him and to comfort him. I should have gone earlier but he said that my heart would tell me when to show, and I would have gone to him later even if my brother hadn't come to me with that message."
Kagome had to use every ounce of self control to not throw herself at the demon as she said, "That's all I wanted to hear from you. But I don't really know why he wanted this sent to him or why he kept it here, but I think it was left here accidentally one day so he called and asked me to send this to him if you showed up, and well I think you'll need it." Keeping his gaze on the girl, Sesshomaru watched as she removed something from the bag that held Seis extra clothing. Sesshomar was about to ask what she had for him when Kagome walked forward with a scarlet colored face and said, "Tell him not that this is the only time that I'll EVER do this for him." Looking at his hands Sesshomaru saw a weird plastic tube like holder in his hands and asked, "What is it for?" Sitting at her desk, Kagome said, "Just tell Seiya you have it, if things get a bit steamy." Still not sure at what the girl meant, Sesshomaru put the tube in his pocket and bowed as he said, "Thank you for your assistance." Waving her hand Kagome said, "No problem, just hurry to him. I hate to see him in pain and hopefully you can get rid of it."
Not even bothering to say good bye, Sesshomaru took his leave of the girl and headed down the hall where he saw Inuyasha leaning against the wall and said, "I have no interest in your woman so don't ever think that I would do anything to harm her if left alone." Snorting at his brothers audacity, Inuyasha said, "I'll never fully trust you so don't think I'm going to leave you alone with anyone I care for." Stopping on the third to last step, Sesshomaru looked up at his brother and said, "Then why do you leave me alone with Seiya?" Blushing, Inuyasha said, "That's different, since I don't spend as much time with him as I spend with this family, and besides he asked me to give the two of you privacy when left alone, and I'm more than happy to oblige." Snickering at the hanyous attitude, Sesshomar said, "Good, now if you'll excuse me I have more pressing matters to attend to." and headed downstairs without even noticing his brothers involuntary shudders of disgust.
The demon didn't even to bother retaliating against some of Soutas comments as his mind was filled with all that could happen that night. He could have cared less about mating with Seiya that night as long as he got to kiss his chosen and hold him in his arms. Taking to the rooftops, Sesshomaru made his journey towards the boys house and felt a nervousness in his hear that he'd never felt before. He thought it was fear, and after a moment realized that it was a bit of fear mixed with excitement, confusion and many other emotions that were unknown to him. Truth be told, he had never thought about claiming anyone as a mate, let alone a human male and if the fates deemed it so, there would be a much more difficult task on the couples hands to deal with in the future. Shaking his head violently, Sesshomaru stopped on one of the rooftops near Seiyas apartment and said, "No time to dwell on the ifs or maybes. What matters now is what is going to happen this night in that dwelling and I will do my best to make this night special." With those feelings resolved, Sesshomaru crossed the last few roof tops that led to his chosens home.
While all of those events took place near the well, Seis night was spent on the couch with a book and his ten-disc stereo and a bunch of CDs. Which turned out to be a bit of a bad idea since most of the CDs that were in the stereo were all mixed CDs and many of them were putting some rather interesting thoughts into his head as he tried to keep his mind focused on a book he'd been trying to read for two years. Grabbing the remote he clicked it to random, before setting down the book and seeing that the clock read that it was already past midnight. He didn't expect anything to happen that night, in fact he wasn't expecting Sesshomaru for at least another week and he could at least sort out a few of the lingering emotional scars that didn't seem to leave his mind.

It was a bit odd that such a song would play at that time because as he started to sing, Seis mind began to fill with memories of how he and Sesshomarus relationship began. He snorted as he realized that their relationship was more of a master/slave one, with the fact that Sei had to call him, lord, sir, and any other form of title that identified Sesshomaru as superior to him, the lowly human. But, the most unusual thing out of their whole relationship wasn't the fact that Sesshomaru wanted him as a mate, it was how Sesshomaru went about telling him on the night that they started courting. That night, Seiya just thought that the demon was just going to discuss another date he was needed to watch Rin, or possibly discuss the future. Yet the boys predictions were proven wrong when Sesshomaru pinned him to the tree and poured his heart out right there.The sudden outpouring of the demons heart, made Sei feel special since he knew that it was difficult for either one of the dogs to open up to anybody, and to be marked as Sesshomarus beloved was all he needed to confrim the demons feelings were true. He was getting a bit frustrated at not being able to touch the demon, which he guessed was probably due to the fact that with demon mating, the chosen pair did not like being away from each other for extended periods of time. With all his thoughts turning to Sesshomaru, Sei threw his book to the side and sat up and leaned his head on the back of the couch as the words of yet another song began to reach his ears, however this time the word of the song had more of a physical effect happen as he heard the words.

Once he reached the beside, Sesshomaru stood still and watched his mates peaceful slumber, he knew he shouldn't do this but he walked forward and moving some strands of hair out of the boys face he said quietly, "Seiya, wake up koi." At the soft words, Seis eyes opened quickly and he started moving back saying, "Get away from me! Just leave me alone!"
Watching the boy move across the bed in a terrified manner for a moment, before finally landing on the floor with a loud thud, Sesshomaru tapped the lamp a few times allowing the dim light to fill the room before saying, "It's me, Seiya." Peeking over the bed like a frightened child, Seis eyes lit up with tears and in a surprising burst of speed, Seiya was back on his feet and just as he reached the demon his leg gave out allowing him to fall into the demons strong arms. Sesshomaru stroked his hand through the boys hair and said, "I'm sorry to have frightened you." Laughing happily, Sei said with a loud sniffle, "It's all right, I'm just glad that you're here finally." Pulling the boy up to his full height, Sesshomaru pulled the boy in and gave him a strong kiss.
Not one to be outdone, Sei returned the kiss with as much enthusiasm as the demon and when they broke all they had to do was look into eachothers eyes to see what was going through the others mind. Rubbing the demons facial marks, Sei asked in a quiet voice, "How'd you know?" Knuzzling the boys face before kissing his lips lightly, Sesshomaru said, "Your heart brought me here." Embracing the demon in a bone breaking hug, Sei said in low but happy voice, "I missed you koishii." Hugging the boy back, Sesshomaru whispered into the humans ear, "I'm not going to leave you alone like that ever again. A fortnight is too long to go without your touch." Letting out a small laugh Sei asked, "Did you get my message?" Pulling back from the boy and running a claw through his hair, the demon said, "Yes, but I knew you wanted me here without my brother telling me." Kissing the demons lips, Sei asked happily, "So you're here for more than just mating?"
Upset at being asked such a question, Sesshomaru threw the boy onto the bed, and before Seiya could let out a protest, the demon was on top of him with his lips pressed against the humans. Taking his scar covered hand and traced the demons courting scar before saying, "Can you stand looking at this for as long as we're together?"
Smiling a bit, Sesshomaru kissed the humans lips, and putting his hand to the boys lips as a sign to stay quiet, the demon started at his neck and began kissing his way lower. Starting at the collar bone, Sesshomaru ran his tongue slowly across the boys neck before reaching his right shoulder and gave the courting scar a ligh lick before whispering, "Don't worry about these scars. I don't care about them, or your leg. I care and love you." To say that Sesshomaru headed directly towards the apartment is a bit of an understatement. The truth of the matter is that the youkai waited outside the well and when he saw a blur of red appear from flash of blue light he asked, "Is your mate home?" Coming to a skidding halt, Inuyasha turned and asked, "What the hell are you still doing here?" Stepping from the shadows the demon said, "I have to change and do not wish to intrude on your mate if there is some sort of important affair happening." Snorting in an annoyed manner, Inuyasha tilted his head to the house and said, "She's in her room. Why do you need to go in there?" Walking past the hanyou and towards the house, Sesshomaru said with a slight smugness, "I need to change you fool. Lest I attract unwanted attention by human authorities." Growling at his brother, Inuyasha pounced in front of him and opened the door before immediately heading upstairs and said, "Sesshomarus here, and needs a change of clothes."
Stepping outside her room, Kagome headed downstairs to find Sesshomaru waiting in the entrance way and said, "You can come up and change in the restroom." Inclining his head, Sesshomaru said, "I thank you, miko-dono." Blushing, Kagome smiled and said, "You're welcome. But when you're done I have to talk to you about something in private." At hearing his mate say this, Inuyasha came to the top of the stairs and said, "Like hell you'll be in a room alone with him!" Glaring up the stairwell, Kagome said in an angry voice, "IT'S NONE OF YOUR CONCERN WHY I HAVE TO TALK TO HIM ALONE!!! SO IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO SAY THE 'WORD' I'D SUGGEST YOU LEAVE ME ALONE IN THIS MATTER!" Growling loudly Inuyasha said, "I'm going to kill that old woman for giving you that power over me." Huffing in satisfaction, Kagome plastered on a smile before saying, "Okay then we can head up now." Removing his shoes and stepping into the main house and followed the girl upstairs but not before Souta said, "What's up turd breath?" Sneering at the boys comment, Sesshomaru reached for a the multi-plug and removed it's cord from the power socket, shutting off everything in th room save for the lights and laughed to himself as Souts screamed a series of curses at the demon.
When they were finally in Kagomes room, the girl shut her door and said as she removed a set of clothes from her closet, "I guess you can change in here. I'll just sit at my desk and stare at the wall." Sesshomaru watched as the girl pulled her chair towards the wall and kept her head straight as he removed his pants and shirt before asking, "What exactly is it that you wished to discuss?" Letting out a small cough, Kagome said, "Seiya called me earlier and told me that Inuyasha was delivering a message and I was wondering what it was about?" Sliding on his pants, Sesshomaru asked, "Seiya said that he is ready." He could hear her heart beat louder as she asked, "So you decided that it would be best to get this over with the night that the message is sent to you? Isn't that a bit selfish?" Sliding the shirt on the demon said, "Maybe, it is but I feel that Seiya would want this done as soon as possible." Nodding lightly, Kagome asked, "Is it safe to turn around."
Finishing sliding on his shoes, Sesshomaru said, "Yes it is," and when she turned around the demon said, "and do not think that I'm just doing this because I can finally bed him. You and Inuyasha have mated correct?" Feeling her face burn, Kagome said, "Yes we did awhile ago, but why ask?" Sitting on the priestesses bed the demon stared into her eyes and asked, "When you two marked each other during courting, did you or my brother ever feel a heaviness in your heart despite the fact that you weren't upset about anything?" Thinking for a moment, Kagome nodded and said, "When I heard about Seiya, Inuyasha said that the whole journey he felt my pain and that once we were all together the pain went away." Keeping his focus on the girl, Sesshomaru said, "My heart has been feeling nothing but his pain since the day he was kidnapped, and even though it's still there my his heart is telling me he wants me there at this moment. Even if he didn't want to mate, by the feelings he's sending me I would go there to be with him and to comfort him. I should have gone earlier but he said that my heart would tell me when to show, and I would have gone to him later even if my brother hadn't come to me with that message."
Kagome had to use every ounce of self control to not throw herself at the demon as she said, "That's all I wanted to hear from you. But I don't really know why he wanted this sent to him or why he kept it here, but I think it was left here accidentally one day so he called and asked me to send this to him if you showed up, and well I think you'll need it." Keeping his gaze on the girl, Sesshomaru watched as she removed something from the bag that held Seis extra clothing. Sesshomar was about to ask what she had for him when Kagome walked forward with a scarlet colored face and said, "Tell him not that this is the only time that I'll EVER do this for him." Looking at his hands Sesshomaru saw a weird plastic tube like holder in his hands and asked, "What is it for?" Sitting at her desk, Kagome said, "Just tell Seiya you have it, if things get a bit steamy." Still not sure at what the girl meant, Sesshomaru put the tube in his pocket and bowed as he said, "Thank you for your assistance." Waving her hand Kagome said, "No problem, just hurry to him. I hate to see him in pain and hopefully you can get rid of it."
Not even bothering to say good bye, Sesshomaru took his leave of the girl and headed down the hall where he saw Inuyasha leaning against the wall and said, "I have no interest in your woman so don't ever think that I would do anything to harm her if left alone." Snorting at his brothers audacity, Inuyasha said, "I'll never fully trust you so don't think I'm going to leave you alone with anyone I care for." Stopping on the third to last step, Sesshomaru looked up at his brother and said, "Then why do you leave me alone with Seiya?" Blushing, Inuyasha said, "That's different, since I don't spend as much time with him as I spend with this family, and besides he asked me to give the two of you privacy when left alone, and I'm more than happy to oblige." Snickering at the hanyous attitude, Sesshomar said, "Good, now if you'll excuse me I have more pressing matters to attend to." and headed downstairs without even noticing his brothers involuntary shudders of disgust.
The demon didn't even to bother retaliating against some of Soutas comments as his mind was filled with all that could happen that night. He could have cared less about mating with Seiya that night as long as he got to kiss his chosen and hold him in his arms. Taking to the rooftops, Sesshomaru made his journey towards the boys house and felt a nervousness in his hear that he'd never felt before. He thought it was fear, and after a moment realized that it was a bit of fear mixed with excitement, confusion and many other emotions that were unknown to him. Truth be told, he had never thought about claiming anyone as a mate, let alone a human male and if the fates deemed it so, there would be a much more difficult task on the couples hands to deal with in the future. Shaking his head violently, Sesshomaru stopped on one of the rooftops near Seiyas apartment and said, "No time to dwell on the ifs or maybes. What matters now is what is going to happen this night in that dwelling and I will do my best to make this night special." With those feelings resolved, Sesshomaru crossed the last few roof tops that led to his chosens home.
While all of those events took place near the well, Seis night was spent on the couch with a book and his ten-disc stereo and a bunch of CDs. Looking up at the demon, Sei nodded and sat up before saying, "Here goes nothing." and bit hard into the demons flesh. Not even letting out a small grunt, Sesshomaru held the human against him as he felt the blood exit the wound. Sei felt like he was going to be sick, but he held on as long as Sesshomaru did before separating and said, "Can we sleep now?" Kissing the boys cheek, Sesshomaru turned them so that Seiyas head was on his chest, while he was propped against the pillows. Grabbing the comforter, Sei pulled it up there bodies and laid his head on the demons shoulder before falling into a deep sleep. Sesshomaru, however stayed awake a few moments longer to make sure that his mate was asleep before kissing his head and saying, "I love you." Before closing his eyes and letting sleep take him as well.
OKAY. not the best lemon in shonen-ai history, but not bad for a first try at least that's my opinion. Anyways R&R please!! Funny opening next chapter
