… At the hot springs.

 

Sesshomaru settles at a hot spring. Ah and Un land next to him and allow Kagome off. “Do you wish to bathe?” asks Sesshomaru. She hesitated. `What if he looks at me?'

“Um, sure.” She looked up and froze. Sesshomaru had already disrobed. “Hey! What are you doing?! Don't do that!” she blushed and turned to hide her face. `Oh my god! I just saw his wang! Not bad if I do say so my self… wait, what am I saying? It's Sesshomaru!'

Sesshomaru slowly made himself comfortable in the spring ignoring Kagome. After a few minutes, she turned her head to see what Sesshomaru was up to. His eyes were closed and his back leaned against a boulder protruding from the spring. His eyes suddenly snap open, making her uncomfortable. “I thought you said you wanted to come in the spring? So why are still standing there like you can't think for yourself?” She grew furious and yelled at him. “Maybe because I don't want you to see me naked!”

“Very well. I shall not watch you.” His eyes closed again. She didn't know if he'd peek or was honestly being a gentleman. She hesitated. `Well. Here goes.' She stripped down as fast as she threw outfits on when she was late for school and jumped into the springs before she thought Sesshomaru would see anything. The hot water splashed all over his face and he opened his eyes to glare at her. She saw how angry he was and only waited for a reprimand. Surprisingly he just starred menacingly at her. Her bottom lip quivered as he sent a chill down her spine. Kagome leaned herself against another boulder opposite from Sesshomaru and closed her eyes to forget about him.

`Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Kirara, Sota, Mother, Grandpa… I wonder how they are doing. They must be worried. Oh boy! How am I going to get myself out of this one?' She sighed and opened her eyes only to find that Sesshomaru was no where in sight. “I can't believe that bastard! He left me all alone! Ugh!” She pouted and folded her arms. She looked down at her reflection in the still water and sighed again. `I should wash my hair before the dirt in the air builds up.' She submerged underwater and saw Sesshomaru. Bubble floated from her nose and mouth as he raged. She stood up in the spring and marched to where Sesshomaru was, not noticing she was revealing her body. Kagome yanked him out of the water and started shouting. “I'm going to kill you! You perverted freak! How dare you look at me under the water!? Especially after you said you wouldn't watch! I knew you were lying!” Sesshomaru grabbed her by the throat and slammed her back into the boulder behind him. He glared at her for what seemed to be hours. Then he glanced down at her body. When Kagome saw him, she squirmed and tried to cover herself. “Let me go!”

His free hand explored the curves of her body. Kagome began to kick and splash water everywhere, desperate to get out of his grasp but it was no use. His strength was too overwhelming. He released her and she couldn't help but stand frozen, starring into his eyes. Sesshomaru pressed himself against her, realizing she was trapped in his gaze. He gently tilted her chin up and bent lower to her face. `Is he trying to kiss me?' She shook herself away from the trance and moved back to her side of the spring. Sesshomaru turned toward her concerned then got out of the spring to get dressed. Kagome blushed as she watched him. His body was toned and slender. She also noticed he had a slight erection, but it faded quick. After he dressed and put his armor back on, he sat against a stump nearby facing away from Kagome.

She laid against the boulder and relaxed herself a bit, still dazed from the trance.

`Sesshomaru was hitting on me… I can't believe it. Has he always felt this way about me? I doubt it… if he did, well; he does a great job hiding it. Maybe he's just lonely. It must've been a while since he had any.' She snickered. `Being mean and all… he had it coming. Perhaps he's not all cold and bitter like we think he is. Maybe he just wants everyone to think he's relentless. I bet he's as soft as a teddy deep inside.' She snickered again. By now, Sesshomaru became curious about her giggling. He turned his head to watch her.

`What is this human thinking? Is she jeering at me in her mind? She will pay for refusing me. If she thinks I have no chance, I'll prove to her. I'll make her beg me to take her.' He squinted slightly and turned back around. `Damn. What are these emotions I am feeling? Am I growing fond of this pathetic human? NO! It can't be…' His mind switched to Rin and Jaken. `Rin… how I miss you already. Is Jaken taking care of you? Naraku… he better not harm them. I'll find you… please, hold on just a while longer.' Sesshomaru pounded the ground. “I promised I would take care of you… that I wouldn't let anybody harm you… and I tend to keep my promise.' He heard Kagome get out and turned to see. She ran behind the two-headed demon to conceal herself. “I told you not to look!” He growled and glared at her then went back to minding his business.

“There he's goes again, acting like he doesn't care. I'm going to open him up and show everybody how soft and fluffy he is inside. She smiles. He'd probably kill me for that but I'm willing to risk that just to see the look on his face.' She took a towel from her backpack and began to dry herself. `Sesshomaru might be peeping at me again. Oh well. I'm tired of yelling. This side of him reminds me of Miroku. This will be interesting.' She got dressed and sat next to Sesshomaru.

“What now?”

“We travel west. I heard Naraku was seen there recently from a source.” He got up.

“What if your source is wrong?” She got up to follow him.

“Impossible. The source is worthy of my trust.” He flew away.

“Hey wait! There's a first for everything!” She snatched her bag off the ground and hopped onto the two-headed demon in time to follow Sesshomaru.

… Naraku's lair.

 

“So it's official. He does feel affection for her.” Naraku smirked and motioned the pale girl away.

If no one's appreciating the time I put into this, I guess I should stop then.

Anyway, I'll give you guys a few days to post what you think should happen and where Sesshomaru and Kagome end up. A blizzard? Desert? Surrounded by porn stars? Maybe surrounded by penguins? You have until Sunday to submit ideas. >.<
