Hiding amongst the shadows of time.
Summery: why does it seem that the fates have the most unexpected in mind for kagome. First the well. Then tapping in her miko powers. Then finding out that she as well as her family are...can't tell you that so early. Now with that info an sago on her side they set of to find there trainer and train there powers to the maximum strength, for the fear of the return to the dark lord. What will happen to the two in this crazy twist of a story? I’m not even sure myself. So please just read an enjoy! Remember 5 review and I mean it.

Chapter 6: first month up to the date

"Hey wait” kagome called after him, he didn't turn around but stopped

kagome could not believe it had been a month already. she was use to her schedulable. rise at sunrise, wash and dress. eat a quick breakfast. then meet everyone in the dojo. kagome was happy for sango because she finally had found saun. it was really funny how things seemed to work out.

" as you all know you are here for training, we weren’t expecting 3 of you, but we do have another to teach your brother...naruto" sesshouamru, an out came a man with 3 strips like cats strips on each side of his face. he had short choppy blond hair. he wore a traditional black male fighting kimono. he wore an smile on his face.
"hello souta I’ll be your trainer" the man said in a gruff voice
"what you look no older than kagome and sango" souta yelled
"oh really, you wish to see how old these bones are" naruto asked grinning
"what type of demon are you" kagome asked
"I’m human but have fox char artists” naruto said
"okay kid come on we have allot to cover today" naruto said walking to one end of the dojo

she sighed as she looked out at the garden. in a months time it would be filled to the brim with royalty because of some former week long party that was being held. she was somewhat looking forward to it. she could finally break in her ' white ' outfit. then she wasn't because it was mainly going to be full blooded demons there. maybe a few hanyous, but mostly full demons. from what she heard about the demoness who were trying to get sesshouamru to be there mate they were malicious. they didn't care who went down in the process as long as one of them got him to jump there bones. she remember the story sesshouamru told them at dinner about his last birthday and the party they held for him at the northern castle. he also told them about how helplessly drunk they had gotten him.

One of the demoness took this to her advantage by coming into my room and having her person on my bed undress. When I walked into the room to find this hideous boar demon I yelled the first thing I thought after she spoke" sesshouamru said with a grin
"Yeah I heard she said, and I quote ' why not make this a fun and magical night for the both of us' un-quote" saun said laughing. Sango, kagome and souta were trying to keep a straight face.
"She did say that, then I yelled at her, ' get the fuck out of my room you shit smelling wildebeest" sesshouamru said and they couldn't take it anymore and finally laughed

Watching rin and shippo played she sighed. She remembers how shippo had snuck into the castle. The little but decided to hide in kagomes big so when she went to undress and went searching threw her bag she found a sleeping kitsune.
"kagome-Chan, kagome-Chan comes on a play with us” rin yelled
"In a few I’m thinking" kagome yelled watching rin pout but run along with shippo. Out in the garden with them was sesshouamru sitting up in a tree watching the clouds. Saun and sango were sitting talking making up for lost time while amber and souta sat nearby. A smile came to kagomes lips as she looked at rin.
"Hey rin why don't I teach ya a game " kagome said
"Okay what it is" rin said with a new burst of energy ' did this girl ever tier' kagome thought

"Okay it’s a simple game called hide and seek, one person tries to catch one of the people hiding, but if you touch this tree which is home base you save got it" kagome asked

" well shippo looks like your it, count to 20 okay then say ready or not here I come, go count on the tree and no peeking" kagome warned as she backed up along with rin

Meanwhile saun was running to a secret hiding place he made for some spies a few months ago when sango came up behind him and jumped into the hidden area.

Rin being the only smart one hid on the other side of the tree waiting for shippo to say ' 30 ' so she could touch the tree.
Kaogme was really getting pissed off. Sesshouamru had locked both side doors on this side and she could bet he was going to lock the doors to the front and all the other side ones. She growled in annoyance as she spotted a wooden later attached to the wall that lead to an open window. She smirked as she ran over to the latter. Climbing the white latter with vines she reached the window and jumped in. unknown to her that 2 people were in the room.
"Yes yes lady Tai, lord sesshouamru will fall into your plan" a vice she recognized as the sleazy maid rai said
" good, he'll be in my bed quicker than a rabbit can jump, all we have to do is make sure he eats this tonight at dinner" another voice said
"Not if I have something to say about it” mai said as she walked into the room

"You wish" mai said getting into stance while ripping her maids clothing off to reveal a demon exterminator outfit

Under their breath kagome and mai chanted a few word and rai and the other woman froze.
"Okay that was easy, now how do we get sesshouamru in here" mai asked

With the disappearance of kagome kikyous hold over inuyasha dropped and her powers are nothing to zero. Inuyasha was becoming a true handful. Getting into fights with kikyou daily and miroku would have to break them up by yelling at them. That was one way you knew the monk was going bonkers was that he never yelled, but did it everyday like it was normal.
"Damned will you two shut-up and sit down so we can eat" miroku yelled at the arguing pair in kaede's hut

Meanwhile saun was running to a secret hiding place he made for some spies a few months ago when sango came up behind him and jumped into the hidden area.
"Sango let me in, there’s room for 3" saun whined
"Why so you can grope me" sango hissed
" no I swear it , please" saun said giving her his best attempt to look innocent with puppy eyes, one look at him and sango was hooked, moving over she let him in

Rin being the only smart one hid on the other side of the tree waiting for shippo to say ' 30 ' so she could touch the tree.
Kaogme was really getting pissed off. Sesshouamru had locked both side doors on this side and she could bet he was going to lock the doors to the front and all the other side ones. She growled in annoyance as she spotted a wooden later attached to the wall that lead to an open window. She smirked as she ran over to the latter. Climbing the white latter with vines she reached the window and jumped in. unknown to her that 2 people were in the room.
"Yes yes lady Tai, lord sesshouamru will fall into your plan" a vice she recognized as the sleazy maid rai said
" good, he'll be in my bed quicker than a rabbit can jump, all we have to do is make sure he eats this tonight at dinner" another voice said
"Not if I have something to say about it” mai said as she walked into the room
"Fool you are weak" rai hissed
"You wish" mai said getting into stance while ripping her maids clothing off to reveal a demon exterminator outfit

"Oh hello kagome, want to get extra training in" mai said with a smirk

Kagome and mai wasted no time as they came with the stick and move attacks. This is a dangerous fighting style but the first one that kagome picked up and did right. All you had to do was keep moving. As long as you moved then you would live. Kagome gave a wicked grin towards mai as she winked. Unknown to the other two demonesses what was about to come. Under their breath kagome and mai chanted a few word and rai and the other woman froze.
"Okay that was easy, now how do we get sesshouamru in here" mai asked
"The only way I know...you might want to cover you ears" kagome suggested, kagome took in a deep, deep breath. 1,2,3 and
" Helpppppppppppppp " kagome yelled like a wild banshee. No sooner than 1 minute sesshouamru stood at the door, his clawed had ready to strike. When he saw the room filled with women he was about to turn around when he noticed 3 things. One was what mai was wearing. Two was that kagome had her gaggers out. Three was the lady of the central lands was here and he didn't know.
" Explain" sesshouamru demanded
" Sure, but not here why don't we take a trip to your study" kagome suggested while looking at the two demoness with pure anger
" You tried to harm someone I consider part of my family and friends, for that I hope he kills you or allows me to do it" kagome hissed then turn to sesshouamru gave him a quick smile then skipped out the room.
"She’s scary when she wants to be" mai said as she walked and pulled mai and the lady from the central lands behind her in the invisible bubble leaving a very confused sesshouamru.

The game of hide and seek had been put aside since shippo had caught saun. Now they were looking for kagome and sesshouamru.
" You think they went to have a special talk" saun said suggestively

Sesshouamru angered and outraged. Someone dared to touch what was his. Wait his? It didn't matter at the time, what was important was to calm kagome down. Standing forms his seat he moved to stand in front of kagome. She looked at him confused, but put it aside as she jumped up and hugged him. He closed his arms around her waist and held her close. Running his finger threw her hair trying to calm her down.
"Its alright kagome there is nothing to be ashamed about" sesshouamru said in a soothing tone
"I just...I was stupid and it cast me my maidenhood" kagome whispered in his chest
"Do you wish to have dinner in your room?" sesshouamru asked
"No, no I just need to let it all go" kagome cried more
"What do you mean" sesshouamru asked
" its been almost 5 years since I’ve cried, I’ve always put other in front of my self, is it selfish just to be first for once" kagome asked as her tears started to dry up

" maybe later, milord dinner shall be ready in another 2 hours since I had them throw everything away" mai said
"Fine mai, you may have the rest of the night off" sesshouamru said
"Oh yippy" mai said sarcastically as she walked out the office
"Okay no servant I know get to back talk there employer...what happen between you two" kagome asked with raised eyebrows

It had been other a month since kagome, sango and souta disappeared. A months since shippo did the disappearing act also and miroku went crazy. With the disappearance of kagome kikyous hold over inuyasha dropped and her powers are nothing to zero. Inuyasha was becoming a true handful. Getting into fights with kikyou daily and miroku would have to break them up by yelling at them. That was one way you knew the monk was going bonkers was that he never yelled, but did it everyday like it was normal.
"Damned will you two shut-up and sit down so we can eat" miroku yelled at the arguing pair in kaede's hut
"Miroku calm ye self, I know you miss them but yelling like you are will not bring them back" kaede said
"I know I know it’s just when sango disappeared I had something to tell her" miroku said
"Miroku I’m telling you now, I will not allow you to marry sango" aria said
"Why not” miroku yelled
" because you idiot, one she does not love you and you can not change that, two she is not her soul mate, her powers do not flair around with you, two her soul mate is saun and she is searching for him like what kagome is doing" aria said dryly

"I need to think" miroku finally said as he walked out the hut
