A/N: I am SOOO sorry about the late chapters being added... I know I promised one a day or at least I promised myself that... o.O Anyway... The reason for the lateness is... I GOT A NEW PUPPY!!! ~jumps for joy~ His name is Tank and he is a German Shepherd and Wolf -or so we think due to obvious signs- mix. I would have named him something in Japanese but my whole family had a fit because they couldn't pronounce it like I can. ~sigh~ Obviously my language talents don't come from my mother's side of the family... Anyway... As I'm sure you've ALL been on the edge of your seats waiting... HERE'S CHAPTER FOUR!

Hmmm... I should make Tank my mascot...

And on one final note ~dives out of the way of random flying projectiles~: ~sigh~ I don't own Inuyasha... I never will own Inuyasha but... But... Aw damn... I just don't own Inuyasha.

Chapter Four

"Kagome... What did I do? I promise I can make it better... Just please don't leave me" Kouga's pleading voice seemed to be scratching against her very soul. She had never meant to hurt him.

He reached out to touch her chin and bring her averted eyes to his but she moved away, dodging the feeling of his callused fingers brushing her skin. "I just can't do this anymore, Kouga. I'm not happy. I'm not right for you and you're not right for me. There's someone out there that's perfect for you... But it's not me." Her voice trailed off into a thick, almost touchable silence. Was it getting harder to breathe or was it just her?

Kouga had moved his eyes away from hers as soon as she said she wasn't happy but he was looking at her now with rage bleeding into his eyes. Dark, tangible rage so intense it was like it was wrapping around her chest and squeezing her heart. His hands were around her wrists squeezing hard enough she would have bruises. When had he moved? Oh yeah... He was youkai. He had explained everything when they had met and she had accepted it. Now it seemed to be biting her in the ass. She struggled but it seemed to of course be futile but she had to right? It was like when one gets locked in a room. They hear the door lock but still they jiggle the door and poke at the lock with no hope. So she continued to fight as best as she could.

Kouga jerked her roughly earning a squeak then pulled her against his chest. "Damn it Kagome!" He growled, pulling his lips back and exposing his canines. If she were wolf youkai (or mostly any kind of youkai for that matter) she would understand he wanted her to submit and bear her neck but she wasn't. She was human and his youkai didn't seem to want to take that into account. So he bit her on the shoulder as punishment causing her to cry out. Blood flowed over his tongue. Tangy, coppery blood. He had marked her. Not in the usual conventional way but marked her none the less. She lay limp against his body, the occasional sob wracking her body. Kouga licked the wound he had made. "You're my woman, Kagome. No one will touch you but me."

Kagome woke with a gasp. Her eyes shot open only to shut tightly. Ugh... When did the sun get so bright? She turned her head and instantly regretted it when pain shot through her neck. She was stiff as hell. Probably because I slept on metal folding chairs... She mentally groaned. Silently, she counted to three and sat up, clutching the back of one of the chairs. "Oh my gods..." She whispered. What had possessed her to sleep like this? A masculine groan from her bedroom brought the reason back to mind. And the dream. Another groan shook her out of her thoughts and she stood to help him. But something stopped her. Should she really go in there? After that dream the answer surely should have been NO but then there was that annoying little voice in her heart telling her he needed her. Who was she to turn away from someone who needed her help?

Suddenly she was looking for any excuse not to go back there. "I should make us some breakfast!" Her eyes lit up with hope. The less she saw him the less chance she would have of HAVING to tell him things were over. And thus killing the chance of seeing the crushed look on his face. Or worse. Anger. She would have made breakfast but a quick scan of her cupboards revealed she still needed to go shopping. She began looking for another reason to not go into that room when her eyes fell on Inuyasha's blanket and pillow. Her mind flashed back to the feeling she got when he touched her. It felt like she was on a roller coaster right at the first drop. What was that?

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~=^.^=~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~< br>
Inuyasha woke to the feel of his youki stirring. Kagome must have been awake. He smiled at last night's memory. It seemed his youkai side was calling out to her. However, to say his human side was a bit standoffish was an understatement. He had only loved one woman and that was a long time ago. He sighed. Kikyou...

"Kikyou I'm sorry..." Inuyasha held the old fail body of his love fighting tears. He stayed by her through the years even though she was unable to accept his youkai side. Which is why she lay dying before him. While she kept him around she refused to truly become his mate and so she wouldn't have his life span. Not even close. And it was breaking Inuyasha's heart.

Kikyou coughed and his grip on her body tightened, holding her against his chest. "I love you Inuyasha." And she did. As much as she was able. But because of her inability to accept all he had to offer he would have to go on without her. He wasn't sure he could.

"I know, Kikyou. I love you too. I'm sorry I wasn't better." It was never his fault he was hanyou but that didn't stop him one bit from blaming himself. Maybe if he would have been stronger he could have found a way to become human.

Kikyou didn't move to soothe his self blame. In a way, she too blamed him. But she blamed herself too. How could she have fallen for a demon? She didn't have time to think it over. Before she or Inuyasha could say anything else she took her last breath. She was gone and Inuyasha was alone. He cradled her body against his chest and let out a long mournful howl.

He shook his head, wanting to clear the memories away before something bad happened.

His youki stirred again and his eyes widened. It had NEVER done that with Kikyou. What the hell was going on? When they had first met, he felt different... But when she knocked on his door and asked for the blanket it was all he could do to avoid wrapping it around her himself with hopes of washing away the dirty scent of wolf. He shook his head again. No. He wouldn't allow himself this again. He wouldn't feel the pain he felt when Kikyou wouldn't accept his blood. Or when she died. He couldn't go through that again no matter how much his damned youkai side wanted it. She was his neighbor for Kami's sake. And it would stay that way. For his sake.

Kagome stood in the bedroom door of her apartment staring down at Kouga. She had to take care of him. He was in her bed hungover after all. Kouga picked up her scent and opened his eyes with a groan as the headache hit him full force. She rushed to his side and pressed the aspirin into his hand, then the glass of water to his lips. "Here take this..." She whispered, knowing he would be sensitive to sound for a while longer.

Kouga took the pills and the water graciously. Anything to make the pain go away. After a second, he cracked one eye open to examine the beautiful woman doctoring him. One day he would make her his woman. "What time is it?" His voice sounded rough with sleep and with the fact he was facing the worst hangover he could remember. And he'd had a long life.

Kagome glanced at her watch. "Almost ten." She almost didn't have time before Kouga was up -slightly swaying- and fixing the suit from the previous day.

"I'm late for work!" He pecked her forehead and ran for the door. "Thanks for the care, babe. I'll be back." Kagome didn't have time to answer. The door was already shut.

"Well that definitely made things a lot easier." She sighed, and her stomach growled almost in agreement. Gods she was hungry. She thought for a moment before deciding she would take a shower then go get something to eat while shopping for paint and other such things for her apartment. It was time she got to work!

The shower lasted all of five minutes. It would have been longer if the water wouldn't have been ice cold from the time she stepped into it. Ice falling on one's naked body tends to speed things up. As soon as she was dressed, she brushed her wet hair and smiled at her reflection. She didn't look too bad for having slept across four metal folding chairs.

Once outside, she wrapped her arms around her and searched for her car in the parking lot belonging to the building her apartment sat in. What was I thinking parking it there?! She finally found it in the row farthest from the door she came out of. It took her a while to adjust when she finally got into it. It was an old car she had had since Gods knew when. It was actually a gift from her grandfather and was now falling apart. Even so it was important to her because it was in her family and lately she hadn't been able to see them much with school and the move. The car was her own little connection with them.

Her thoughts of her family were jarred out of her mind when she turned the car and it roared it to life. Slowly, she rolled what she liked to call 'The Junker' out of the lot and onto the street. Her first stop was obviously to grab some breakfast so she pulled into a small restaurant she usually ate at when she had classes at the local college. Since she didn't have class today it felt odd being there.

"Kagome!" As soon as she opened the door she was tackled nearly to the ground by an overly excited, ex roommate wearing a waitresses apron.

"Rin!" She replied, just as enthusiastically, hugging her back. "How is it at the house without me?"

Her friend immediately gave her the saddest look she could. "Terrible! Sango's so upset you're gone and it's SSOOOO quiet around without you!" She suddenly changed subjects while leading Kagome to a table near a large window over looking the campus. It was Kagome's usual seat. "What about you? How's your apartment? I heard Sango got groped by your neighbor!" She seemed to leave out the part about Kouga showing up drunk and both Sango and Inuyasha fighting him. Either Sango didn't tell her or she just didn't feel like mentioning it to Kagome for her sake. Kagome was betting on the second choice.

Kagome smiled brightly. "First of all: Sango didn't get groped by my neighbor. It was his friend. And between you and me, I think she liked it a little bit."

Rin giggled and nodded. "I think so too. She kept talking about him and it seemed like her anger was a little bit forced at times. But what about your apartment? How is it? Is it strange being all alone?"

"It's great!" It was probably safe to assume Sango had told Rin how much help it needed. "It just needs a lot of fixing up. Which is part of the reason I picked it. The woman I'm renting from said I could fix it up any way I like, and I can use it for my final project for class. Kagome's dream was to work on interior design. So why not start with her own place?

This caused Rin to grin. "That's perfect! I want to see it!"

"It'll be a mess. I'm going to get supplies after I'm done eating here. I want to get working on it as soon as I possibly can."

"RIN! WE HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR YOU!" A deep masculine voice screamed from somewhere in the kitchen causing the whole restaurant to jump.

Rin smiled sheepishly. "Coming!" She gave Kagome a final hug. "I'll come by after work to help out!" She called over her shoulder while hurrying to pick up trays of food for the waiting customers.

Kagome didn't bother to answer. Instead she studied the menu, rather pointlessly actually since she always got the same thing when she came there. It was going to be a long day.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~=^.^=~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
< br> Inuyasha poked his head out of his door and sniffed the air. Kagome seemed to be gone as well as the wolf. Good! He growled slightly. Kouga always seemed to come up and make his life hell just by his presence when he least expected it. It had actually been that way most of his life. Kouga actually seemed to be into Kikyou for a while but she refused him because of his demon heritage. At least Inuyasha was half human. Ever since then Kouga seemed intent on fucking things over for him and it was damned tiring. 'One of these days he's going to get his ass killed. And I'll be damned if it won't be me doing it.'

He walked out of the door and shut it behind him with a sigh. What the hell was he doing up this early in the morning? 'Oh yeah...' His older brother had called, demanding an immediate meeting with his father. 'What the fuck is it this time?'<.i> As he walked down the narrow hall he went over everything within the past month since the last meeting. I didn't crash anything... All of my bill have been paid by me... He honestly couldn't think of any reason his family would want him home for anything. Except for his mother. She always wanted him to come home for visits. Not that he really minded too much... She just missed him since he was the youngest out of the two children. She didn't even give birth to Sesshomaru but she still loves him. This was true. When Seshomaru had first left to be on his own she had cried and called on him a lot just to check up on him. Sesshomaru had complained the whole time saying things such as it was making him look weak. But he didn't truely care because it was more love than his own mother had shown him. He clicked the button on his key chain to unlock his car. It was pretty much all he could afford. He had had a beautiful racing bike but he crashed it and so his father insisted he take care of himself by buying his own damn mode of transportation. It was just a small black car but it did have a bit of get up and go when he needed it.

Twenty minutes later he was pulling into the long driveway leading to one of the largest estates in Japan. His father was and has been the leader of the Inuyoukai clan for a long time. Within the last fifty years he had started his own law firm and had become even more successful. Sesshomaru followed in his footsteps, but Inuyasha chose to go to the local college -which just happened to be the same one Kagome attended- for mechanics instead. That was just to give him something to do. Now he was starting to consider architecture or maybe even psychology. It couldn't be said that he wasn't smart. He just didn't always enjoy showing it. Especially WWWAAAYYY back in the day when he was considered tainted because he was a hanyou. Everyone assumed he was stupid -except for his own family of course- so he just allowed them to assume such. It made battles and other issues a lot easier because he was underestimated so severely.

He pulled into the large parking garage. At one point people were used to park cars for everyone but his mother pushed everyone to stop being so lazy. That was why they didn't have any maids or cooks. Izayoi loved to do everything herself. Even when she was sick her family had to fight with her to get her to stay in bed. He parked his car and headed through the door which lead straight into the kitchen. The smell of ramen was the first thing to hit him followed closely by a small bodied woman literally slamming herself into him and eveloping him in a tight hug. Inuyasha allowed this and hugged her back.

"Ah! My baby! My baby is home! I missed you so much, Yash!" He frowned at the nickname she used. She and the rest of the family had used it his whole life but that didn't help him to feel less weak over it. Everyone also refered to Sesshomaru as Sess... That helped a little. Izayoi only made him increase the frown by checking him over and straighting out his clothes.

"Okaa-san, I'm fine..." He tried to sound gruff but failed miserably as he smiled. She only missed him and to be honest even though he tended to come home every few days or so for some reason or another he kind of missed her too at times.

"Your father told me you were coming so I made your favorite." She smiled, obviously pleased with herself as Inuyasha began sniffing visably, noticing once again the scent of Ramen. "It's even chicken flavored!"

Inuyasha's smile widened. "Thanks, Okaa-san" He kissed her on the cheek and sat down on a stool at the counter, eagerly awaiting the treat attached to the beautiful scent that was assulting his senses. It seemed that no sooner had his mother put the bowl in front of him was it gone. It looked like he had litterally inhaled it. His mother laughed and tugged the hat off of his head, setting his ears free for her to pet. That was one of her favorite things to do. "So what does Father want, anyway?"

She shrugged. "I don't know, dear. He only told me you were coming, I didn't ask why." She stopped petting his ears and allowed him to get up. He would have been putting his bowl in the sink but she stopped him and took it from him. "Why don't you go find out? Sess is also up there. Your father called him in as well." Inuyasha nodded, kissed his mother on the cheek and headed for the study where he knew his father would be. He spent so much time up there his mother had to drag him out sometimes.

When he got to the door he could hear his father's deep voice behind it as well as his brother but it was muffled by the thick wood. He turned the handle and opened it without knocking. That was Inuyasha for you. The voices stopped and his father and brother looked up at him with matching gazes.

Sesshomaru was the first to speak. "Yash, late as usual." His blank face and cold tone didn't show any emotion as usual.

Inuyasha glared at his older brother. "Keh, Fluffy, bitchy as usual." He growled slightly, ruffling Sesshomaru's silver hair which the demon took forever to put into place as he sat down in the only empty chair in the room, which happened to be next to his brother.

The action earned a deep growl from the older brother whom then sniffed the air had it not been Sesshomaru there might have been a smirk on his face. "Been sniffing around a female lately?" He asked. Even though his voice held no emotion it was obvious he was inwardly smirking at Inuyasha's confusion.

What girl? He never had girls around. Then he blinked in realization. He hadn't taken a shower sinice he was woken up by his phone ringing and demanded to come down to the estate immiedetly so her scent was still on him from last night. Faded, but there none the less. "Yeah, she's my neighbor. She just moved in and thanks to Miroku wanting to get with her friend, I got suckered into helping out in her apartment." There was a flash of uncomfortable-ness behind his eyes but then it dissappeared. The memory he had of the feeling of his youki stirring was still vivid in his mind.

Sesshomaru being himself noticed the flash and slight change in his scent. "Your youkai side calls to her." He said simply, finding the shocked look on Inuyasha's face incredibly amusing.

"Fuck you Fluffy." He growled. He shifted to punch Sesshomaru in the face but his father stopped them with snarl.

"PUPS!" He stood from behind the desk and growled, effectively getting their attention. He only called them pups when he was truely pissed. "Stop your damned bickering for FIVE minutes so we can get this over with! I don't have all day to watch you too fight!" His eyes flashed red, showing he meant buisness.

Both brothers turned in their chairs to look at their father. Inuyasha's ears were flattened against his head. Sesshomaru was the first of the two to speak. "Of course father, what is it you wanted to see us for?"

The Lord of the Inuyoukai nodded in satisfaction and sat back down, crossing his hands on the desk top. "I wanted to talk about my Will." Both sons blinked at their father. He wasn't suposed to be set to die for a few hundred years yet and he seemed to read their minds. "I know I'm not even close to death's door yet but the board of the company wants me to handle things so they can stop worrying about it. Idiots." he sighed before continuing. "Anyway, I have already set aside a large amount for your mother so the rest will be divided up equally between the two of you. Sesshomaru, you of course are getting the buisness because you help me run it. Inuyasha, you will only be getting a large sum of money due to the fact you aren't involved within the firm." A while ago his father's voice would have held a good amount of dissapointment. They had had many fights within the family about what Inuyasha should do with his life. His mother was the one to stand by his side and put her foot down to the other two males in the house. She had said she had faith in him to do what was right and her faith wasn't wasted. Even though he spent his time in college dedicated to mechanics he had managed to narrow his thoughts into two completely diffrent majors, both ending in a large bit of money. Now his father's voice held a bit of pride. Even if he wasn't going to follow exactly in his and his eldest's footsteps, he was going to be successful and that was just about as much as any parent could ask for.

He looked at both of his grown sons and almost smiled. "Now. Let's get these damn papers signed."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~=^.^=~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Kagome stood in the middle of her living room looking around in awe. It sure as hell didn't seem like so much work was needed before she bought all the things needed to fix up the apartment. She was surrounded in... Well... Stuff... Carpet for her bedroom and living room was rolled up in the corner of the living room. It seemed like thousands of rolls of plastic were everywhere so she could cover the floor while painting. Speaking of painting, the rest of her floor seemed to be covered in diffrent coloured paints. She figured each room would have a theme but she didn't figure it would take up so much space just to paint and lay carpet. And that wasn't even half of what she needed to do!

That was how Rin found her. Kagome had given her directions to the apartment after eating breakfast and Rin promised again, to stop by and maybe help out. Sango had told her that the place was trashed. It was partly true. There was spray paint on every wall and broken windows. There wasn't even any carpet. Atleast not any on the floor. It was probably safe to assume what was rolled up in the corner was probably going to end up on the floor. But that didn't matter. If Kagome thought she could fix this place up, Rin had complete faith in her. Besides, it wasn't like her to see anything as less than an oppertunity.

"So what are we going to do first?" She asked, closing the door and walking closer to her friend.

Rin's voice made Kagome jump. She had been so deeply into her planning and other thoughts she didn't even hear the door open.

"Sorry." Rin appologized and held up a portible CD player. "I figured you'd forgotten to bring music so I stopped by your house to grab this. So we have something to listen to while we work. What are we going to do anyway?"

Kagome grabbed the stereo from her friend and plugged it in, thankful that there didn't seem to be and electrical problem on top of everything else. "First, we have to move the carpet into the closet. Then we have to lay plastic and finally paint. This room is going to have blue walls and the lining along the floor is going to be white. The bedroom is going to be crimson with white lining." She didn't bother explaining what color the bathroom and kitchen would be considering she doubted they would get to them.

Rin nodded. "Let's get to work then!" She walked over to the stereo and turned up the volume, effectively cranking up the beautiful sounds of 'Saku' by Dir En Grey. "This is a great song!" she yelled over the music. Kagome agreed enthusastically.

Three hours later the carpet was in the closet, the floors were covered in clear plastic, and Kagome was perched ontop of an old ladder she found in a storeroom Kagura, her landlord, had directed her to. Most of the living room was done and was really looking beautiful. After much consideration and planning before she had even moved in she chose to give the living room a bit of a sea side look complete with blue walls, sea shells in random places and she had some how even managed to find matching furniture. The bedroom was going to have crimson walls with a large, canopy bed with red and gold silk everywhere. She was going for the more oriental scene in that room. She had even bought a screen to change behind. The fact that she would probably never actually use it was irrelevent. It looked good.

"Woah!" Kagome gasped as the ladder swayed dangerously. It was really starting to scare her.

"You okay?" Rin called walking closer. The ladder didn't seem to be the most sturdy of all things but it was all they had at that moment.

"Yeah, I'm fi-" One leg of the ladder gave out and Kagome began to fall. She didn't even have time to scream.

THUD!

Kagome hit the ground and didn't move. Rin was on her knees next to her in a flash. "Kagome?" She wasn't moving. "Oh my gods, KAGOME?!" She screamed and stood, frantically looking around. "Shit!" Kagome didn't have a cell phone and her land line wasn't put in yet. "And I forgot mine at home!" She was on the edge of hysterics. Wait! She's got a neighbor across the hall! Oh my gods he better be home

She moved away from her friend, praying to every God she knew.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~=^.^=~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Inuyasha had just gotten into the parking lot when he heard the shrill tone of this cell phone, muffled by the fact it was in the glove compartment. "Hello?" he answered gruffly.

"BAKA!" Inuyasha stared at the phone in shock. It was Sesshomaru and his voice was raised.

"What the fuck did I do?!" The surprise from his brother's screaming didn't quell the rage at being yelled at in the first place.

"You forgot your hat, that's what you did! BAKA!"

Inuyasha's eyes widened and his hand automatically shot up to his head to feel that indeed, there was no hat. His hand only came in contact with the two furry white triangles on his head. FUCK! "Well I just got to my building. I'll just turn around and come back for it." He did have other hats but damnit that was his favorite one and he was sure s fuck not going to risk being seen on the way.

"Don't worry about it. I'm pulling in right behind you now. Mother sent it with me. You're lucky she noticed before you got out of the car. You didn't get out of the car at all did you?"

Inuyasha shook his head but remembered his brother couldn't see it. "No, fucknut. I didn't get out of the car. Don't you think I would have noticed anyway as soon as I got out?"

Sesshomaru ignored Inuyasha's growls and pulled in next to him in his black Porsche. Inuyasha always said his car was way too typical of a man such as himself but what did he care? At least he could afford one. Which he found great enjoyment in pointing such things out. His attention was brought back to the phone in his hand. Inuyasha was grumbling again.

"Roll down your window, toss me the hat, and be on your way, fluffy." He growled. He just spent five hours with his damned family and if he spent another minute in his presence he was going to end up dressed in a clown suit with a sniper rifle on the roof of one of Japan's highest buildings. Utterly insane. He paused in his thoughts. His brother was smirking and he really didn't like the look in his eyes.

"Nonsense, dear brother. Mother also sent me with cookies and the wish that I check out your house to make sure you're comfortable and happy." Actually she had only sent him with cookies but he was sure it would piss off his brother to no end and earn extra brownie points with his mother if he made sure everything was in good shape in her youngest's home. It was like killing two birds with one stone really.

Inuyasha didn't argue with his brother. If he called his mother to argue about it she would only cry or get upset which would piss his father off which wouldn't be a good thing. And if Sess was lying, she would just love the idea of him doing so anyway. So he was fucked either way. "Fine. Just come up, look around, then get your ass out. I've got work to do for school tomorrow."

Sesshomaru nodded and tossed Inuyasha his hat before getting out of the car. "Let's get this over with then." He was planning to use every oppertunity possible to insult his apartment. Just because he could. Hell, he was Sesshomaru, damnit! He could do anything.

Inuyasha effortlessly caught the hat and shoved it over his ears before getting out of his car. He glared at Sesshomaru but didn't say anything. Instead, he led the way to his apartment.

"Your stairs are squeaking." Sesshomaru said simply.

"Keh." Was Inuysha's reply.

Finally they rounded the corner and both brothers caught the most inticing scents ever. As soon as Inuyasha caught the scent of lilacs he groaned inwardly. That was the last thing he needed at the moment. Sesshomaru on the other hand didn't say a word. He smelled strawberries mixed with the natural scent of a female leading to the apartment across from his brothers. He actually hoped it wasn't the scent of the female had gotten him so worked up earlier. If it was he might have a fight on his hands.

They moved closer to the two doors and through the female's door they could hear the obvious sounds of Dir En Grey. Inuyasha almost smiled. It was one of his favorite bands. The wench does have good taste... Sesshomaru caught the almost smile forming at the corners of Inuyasha's mouth but didn't say anything. He was still too hooked on the scent of strawberries.

They managed to get into the apartment, close the door, and put the cookies down on the counter before there was a frantic banging on the door. Sesshomaru lifted an eyebrow but again, said nothing. He didn't move either obviously expecting Inuyasha to get the door himself.

"Keh. Lazy bastard." The hanyou growled. He opened the door to reveal a woman he had never seen. Her scent was twisted with fear and the smell of salt. She was crying.

"Please help me. I need a phone or something. It's Ka-" she didn't have time to finish her sentence. Inuyasha was already rushing past her and into the other apartment.

It felt like his heart was in his throat. He smelled blood.

A/n: AND THAT'S IT! Well of this chapter. I was actually fighting with myself about it. Tis what took so long. Meh. Anyway, since I left it off at such a good part the next chapter should come a HELL of a lot faster than this one did. I'm sorry about the wait but at least it's a hell of a lot longer... I appologize in advance for any spelling errors in the last half... My spell check thinger broke down. ~kicks internet~ OH! And last but deffinetly not least... Special thanks to Lase... For helping me with ideas. You should all thank her too because she helped the writing really hit high gear today. XD

Oh... I think I need a Beta... I was told they help with editing and spelling and such... Anyone up for the job?
