Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Rin begged and begged for the girls to take her new car that her Dad had just bought her. It was a yellow convertible, the license plate: DadsGal.

There were stickers on the back bumper that made Kagome laugh when she saw them. The one that made Kagome crack up the most was: I like cats…they taste like chicken! The one that made Sango break down into giggles was: God made men first, because you always make a rough draft before you make a masterpiece.

Sango hopped into the passenger side seat beside Rin and Kagome jumped in the back. Rin started up the car and told Sango she could choose the C.D.

"Why does Sango get to choose? Why not me?"

Sango turned around in her seat, pulled down her sunglasses so they were on the tip of her nose and smirked.

"Privileges of sittin' in the front, babe," Sango said giving Kagome a wink. Kagome buckled her seatbelt, sighed and crossed her arms.

"Why do I feel like the kid?"

Rin laughed at Kagome's comment and put her hair up in a quick ponytail before heading out of the parking lot and just down the street to Mrs. Cho's.

"So, Rin," Kagome said with a smirk as they stopped at the stop sign, "Do tell us about this mystery internet man."

Rin took her foot off the accelerator and drove into the parking lot of Mrs. Cho's Café. Rin put the car into `park' and turned in her seat so she could look at both Sango and Kagome.

"His name's Sesshoumaru Takeda. His father owns Tetsusaiga and Tenseiga Banking Corporations."

Sango's mouth dropped open, "But…but, isn't that the wealthiest banking companies in all of Japan?"

Rin unbuckled her seatbelt and smiled at her two shocked friends. "Yep." Kagome lifted herself out of the car, "I'll take it I'm the one goin' in to get the stuff?"

Rin and Sango turned to Kagome and smiled, "Would you?" asked Sango. "Yeah, would you?" asked Rin.

Kagome sighed, "Fine. The regular?" "Of course," the two said in unison. "Alrighty, I'll be right back, then."

Kagome left her friends and went into the café to get breakfast for her and her girlfriends.

"Ok, so you're dating a rich guy?"

"Uh-huh."

"His dad's a billionaire?"

"Uh-huh."

"And you're dating him?"

"I think you already asked me that."

"You are so lucky! Jesus, think of all the money!"

"I'm not datin' the guy for his cash, Sango!" Rin said sternly.

"I know that, you're already loaded."

"Thanks for seeing it my way," Rin said sarcastically resting her arm on the door.

"I know, he's probably sweet, kind, gentle, a loud-mouth, asshole, arrogant cretin, right?"

Rin smiled slightly, "Uh…no, actually. He is nice, doesn't talk all that much, doesn't show off his money, doesn't show emotion, but he does know how to treat a woman right."

"Rin!" Sango shouted taking off her sunglasses to stare at her friend. "You and Sesshoumaru are complete and utter opposites! There doesn't seem anything good about him at all!" "Uh-huh! There is too!"

"Oh, yeah?" asked Sango raising an eyebrow and crossing her arms. "Name one thing!" "Ha! I'll name two things!" "Be my guest!"

"1) He's quite the gentleman, he doesn't seem to stare off at other women, true he could show some emotion, but he is very gentlemanish!"

Sango crossed her arms, "Ok, and what's number two?" Rin smirked and said,

"He's got a nice ass."

Sango cried out in laughter. "You've only met the guy once and you're already checking him out?" More laughter bringing tears.

"Well, yeah! If the guys gonna be my boyfriend he's gotta have a nice ass!! I mean, an ass is like a face. They both gotta be attractive!"

Sango held a strong grip on her stomach as she continued to laugh. Rin joined her.

"What's so funny?" Kagome asked, carrying a tray of three small double-doubles, and three strawberry cream-cheese Danishes.

Sango stopped laughing and took the tray of coffees from Kagome so she could get in the back.

"What happened? Why are your eyes watery?" Kagome asked as she hopped into the back and took a coffee from Sango.

"It seems that Rin has already gotten a good look at the scenery," Sango said with a snort of laughter. Rin took a sip of her coffee and held her hand firmly over her mouth so not to spray the poor, innocent steering wheel.

"What does that mean?" Kagome said over a mouthful of Danish. Sango smiled, "It means that Rin has only met the guy and has already been staring at his ass."

Kagome shut her eyes and took a sip of her coffee and said, "What? Like you're surprised?" Another sip.

"Aw, come on, Kaggy! Share a laugh!" Rin shot out after finishing her Danish. "Yeah, Kaggy! Be a little fun! Do something immature!! Anything!"

Kagome shrugged, "Sorry guys, but at least one of us has to be the mother." Sip of coffee. "Kagome," Sango whined childishly, "you are mature. The most mature here, don't get me wrong." Bite of Danish. "But," sip of coffee, "you're too mature. You're freakishly mature!"

Kagome sighed and took the last sip of her coffee. "So?"

"SO!?!" Rin shouted wiping the coffee from her upper lip. "You've been too mature for the past few months. Why won't you lighten up and have some fun?"

"I do have fun! Having fun does not mean making an idiot out of yourself!"

Sango took all the empty coffee cups and put them in the empty bag the Danishes were in. "Hello! We're eighteen friggin' years old! How the hell are we supposed to act! I'm serious Kagome! Sometimes I think you're just too grown up!"

"I'm sorry!! Ok!?! I'm just, I'm sorry," she muttered.

Rin took the bag from Sango and got out. She tossed it in the garbage can and jumped into the seat beside Kagome and put her arm around her shoulders.

"Kag," Rin said calmly, "What's wrong?"

Kagome sniffled and rested her head on Rin's shoulder. She mumbled something that Rin nor Sango could quite make out. But they could make out one word, Kouga.

`Oh, my, God!' Sango thought wide-eyed, `I can't believe I forgot that Kagome and Kouga were a couple! What kind of best friend am I!?!' Sango thought sadly. `I'm such a bitch; I forgot my best friend had a boyfriend. I feel horrible!'

Kouga Jinyati was Kagome's boyfriend for three years. He and Kagome had been childhood friends since when Kouga moved in across the street from the Higurashi Shrine. When they had gotten into high school, he had told her that he had always found her beautiful and the most perfect woman in the world. He also told her he loved her. Kagome was breath taken and they began to date since then.

"He," sniffle, "he broke up with me." Rin hugged Kagome and Sango looked angry.

"The bastard did what!?!" she screamed. "Sango," Rin said shaking her head at the fuming creature. Sango took in a deep breath and smoothed her hair over with her hand.

"What happened?" she asked, still sharply, but a bit more calmly.

Kagome sat up, no tears on her face. The only evident sign that she was upset was the sniffle that she made every now and again.

"I went over to his place because he invited me over for dinner. And when I got there," sniffle, "a woman with red hair answered the door," sniffle. "And she said `Oh, you must be Kagome,' I nodded, `Kouga's not here exactly. Well, he's in the bedroom, but he's not dressed.' I didn't know what to say. I just stood there like an idiot," sniffle. "And then Kouga came to the door without a shirt on," sniffle, "and by then," another sniffle, "I was already in tears and running down the stairs."

Sango tightened her grip on Kagome's hand. In both anger and for comfort. "Oh, Kagome," Rin sadly said, "I'm so sorry." She gave her shoulders a squeeze for sympathy. "Yeah," agreed Sango, "me too. When did this happen?"

Kagome sighed and tucked a strand of hair behind her ears. "Three months."

Sango choked on the air she was breathing and coughed. "Three months? Three MONTHS!?!" Kagome nodded.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Rin asked removing her arm. Kagome shrugged, "I just wanted to deal with it myself. Not make anyone else suffer. Besides, I'm over it now."

"No," Sango said firmly. "You're not. You're still not the fun-loving Kagome I grew up with."

"Or the little spit fire I got to know." Sango raised her eyebrows. "Kagome? A spit fire?" Rin giggled, "Obviously, you've never seen Kagome angry."

Kagome laughed at her friends. "Sorry guys. I just want to forget it sometimes. I promise I won't let this ruin our day. I'll act like me in no time, you'll see," Kagome said happily.

Rin jumped into the front seat. "Good. Well," Rin said as she slipped her sun glasses on. "How about we hit the mall? Make a few stores richer? Pig out?"

Sango laughed, "Sounds good to me!" "Yeah, especially the `pig out' part!" Kagome said with a bright smile on her face.

Sango cheered, "Boo-yeah! She's back!"

Kagome and Rin both laughed. As Rin started up the car, Sango leaned back in her seat and whispered, "Never keep me hanging like that again, `kay?" Kagome nodded, "Sorry." Sango smiled and put on her sun glasses, "No problem, but look," she said with a serious expression on her face, "I kinda forgot that you and Kouga were a couple. And I'm really, really sorry." Kagome smiled softly, "It's ok. Don't worry about it. I don't care. Besides, he wasn't really right for me anyway. Too possessive, always claiming me `his woman'."

Rin laughed as she pulled out of the driveway, "His woman? Geez, what an idiot. But, did you love him back Kagome?" Kagome looked up at the sun filled sky then back at her friends, "Truthfully, no. I didn't. And to make things seem better, I was going to his house that day to tell him that." Kagome began to laugh.

Sango laughed then looked at Kagome, "Then why do you get all upset?" Kagome shrugged, "I dunno. I guess it's just the fact that he said I was the only woman for him, yet he was screwing another woman behind his back."

`That doesn't seem like Kouga,' Rin thought as she drove through a green light at the intersection. `But I guess all men can turn into bastards,' she thought with a smile.

"Hey guys?" Sango said to break the silence. "Before we go to the mall, can we go check out the huge ass mansions?" Rin smiled and made a U-turn when the traffic died down. "Sure." "Let's just go to Rin's house," Kagome said with a laugh. Sango laughed through her nose and smiled. "That'd make sense." "No guys, I'm gonna take you two to Sesshoumaru's house. Well, it's his Dad's house. But he was telling me that it is SO big, that he, his brother and his dad all have their own floors, with a kitchen and everything!" "He has a brother!?!" Sango asked excitedly, Rin laughed and nodded her head.

So the three girls in the yellow convertible drove down to East View Street. A smile on Rin's face. A smile on Kagome's face. And a smirk on Sango's face.

`Now that Kouga's out of the picture. Let's see what other bachelor's are out there ripe for the picking!'

"No one, not one god damn person is online! What the hell!" he yelled out, raising his arms in confusion.

"Why not go in a chat room? Discuss things with others? Flirt a little? Have a little cyber sex?"

The silver haired hanyou smacked the black haired boy in the back of the head as he leaned back in his chair.

"Ok, maybe not. I guess I'll just have to wait `till I get home then," the boy sighed in defeat. "Hey, Inuyasha…"

"No!" Inuyasha interrupted searching for the right type of chat room.

"You didn't even know what I was gonna say!" he shot back in defense. "If it's coming out of that perverted mouth of yours it's obviously gonna be about something disturbing!"

The boy sighed sadly and placed a hand over his heart. "I'm hurt Inuyasha." "Yeah, well. Get used to it, Miroku."

"Oh, I am used to it," Miroku said as he stretched out on Inuyasha's flaming red comforter, his upper body hanging off the bed. "I've been used to it for sixteen friggin' years. I'm best friends with a moody hanyou. You don't think I'm used to it?"

Inuyasha growled and grabbed Miroku's ponytail tightly in his fist and grabbed the scissors from the open drawer beside him.

"NO! Not the ponytail! Anything but the ponytail!!!"

Inuyasha smirked and chuckled and let Miroku go. "Fine." Miroku sighed and regained his position from before.

"Why not go in Kikyo's chat room?"

Inuyasha turned around and a glint of red shot through his amber eyes. "Ok," Miroku said resting his hands on his chest, "or maybe not."

Inuyasha continued searching until he heard a woman screaming. It was extremely quiet at first, but with his snow-kissed dog demon ears, it sounded clear.

"Do you hear anyone screaming?" Inuyasha asked.

Miroku rolled off the bed, stood up and listened for a second. "No, why? Do you?" Inuyasha nodded and walked out of his room.

"Hey!" Miroku called running after Inuyasha, "where are you going!?!"

"I wanna know who the hell is screaming." Miroku sighed in conquest and followed Inuyasha down his hallway and down the two sets of marble stairs into the white and golden grand hall.

`This house, is too damn big!' Miroku thought angrily as he skipped the stairs three at a time.

"Where are you going, now!?!" Miroku asked exhaustedly as he walked down the last stairs and noticed Inuyasha walking out the front mahogany door.

"It's coming from outside," he said bluntly. "Oh, well, excuse me," Miroku said sarcastically walking out the door behind him.

Inuyasha walked down the front steps and around the fountain that rested in the middle of the circular driveway. His limo was parked beside some of his mother's flowerbeds and Miroku's navy blue Porsche was parked by the front iron gate.

`Where the hell is that screaming coming from?' he thought angrily. He pushed open the gate and walked out onto the sidewalk.

He heard a panting noise coming from behind him and turned to see Miroku leaning against the tree that was on the grass before the road.

"See anyone? No? Good! Let's go back!"

Miroku turned around and began to leave when Inuyasha grabbed his shoulder to stop him. "What now?"

"Listen," Inuyasha barked.

Miroku rolled his eyes and sighed and did what he was told.

"Rin! I realize that Sango wants to look at the giant houses! But can you slow down!!!" The talking was followed by a scream and a curse.

"What the hell?" Miroku said walking beside Inuyasha and gazing down the street.

"AHHH!!!! RIN!!!!!!!!!SLOW DOWN!!!!"

Just then a yellow convertible rocketed down the street like a bullet and Inuyasha and Miroku saw three teenaged girls.

The one that was driving was small and cute. Her shoulder length black hair flew with the breeze that brushed aside her bangs.

The girl that was in the passenger seat was howling in laughter. Her long black hair was flying freely as the wind swept it across her delicate skin. She was laughing at the poor, terrified creature in the back seat.

Her russet eyes were shining in the sun, wide in fear. Her long wavy hair was blowing in the wicked breeze that shot against her creamy complexion. And her slender lips were open with a scream. And her voice was crying, "RIN!! SLOW THE DAMN CAR NOW!!! WE'RE GONNA GET PULLED OVER BY THE COPS!!!"

"Ok, this is Sesshoumaru's house!!!" The girl named Rin screamed over the wailing girl in the back.

The car slowed down a bit so the guys could get a better look at the girls. But after a few seconds the girls blasted by and Miroku seemed captivated by the three beauties in the car.

When the screaming stopped, did Inuyasha hear the girl's say. "Hey Kagome, did you check out the two hotties on the side of the street?"

The girl named Kagome replied, "Yeah, I did! I bet they're gonna go call the cops now!"

Inuyasha chuckled and walked back inside.

`The girl that was screaming her lungs out, she looked like Kikyo. She looked a lot like Kikyo.'

Kagome was panting and her throat felt dry and ragged.

"Rin Takenawa," she panted out. "I hate you." Rin smiled and pulled into an empty space in the mall's parking lot.

"Yeah, I know."

"Jesus, Kagome," Sango said unbuckling her seatbelt, "I didn't know you could scream so loud!"

"Shut up!" Kagome said as she hopped out of the vehicle. She sighed and Sango linked arms with her. "What a ride, eh, Kaggy?"

Kagome glared at Sango, then at Rin. Then she smiled. "You two are idiots."

Rin and Sango looked at each other, then looked at Kagome and said in complete unison. "Yeah, we know."

"So, Kagome," Rin asked as she locked her car doors and adjusted her purse, "Uh-huh?" "Which would you, prefer, to date a youkai, or a human?"

In this time, demons and humans lived together. Kouga was a wolf demon and Kagome hadn't minded at all. But when his demon instincts took in, he could get possessive and a bit rough.

And when Kagome lived at the shrine, before her father moved away, he told her that she was a miko. And had helped her train. Taught her about herbs and medicines and plants. And even taught her how to use a bow and arrow, but aiming wasn't her greatest triumph.

"Um…I don't care. If he's a youkai, I wouldn't mind, but if he got a little rough like Kouga, it would so be over!"

"Hmm," Sango said, thinking about the answer. "Why? What are you -" "Hey, uh, Rin, who were those two guys in front of Sesshoumaru's house?" Sango asked to avoid Kagome's question.

Rin walked over to the two and the three of them walked across the parking lot and into the main entrance of the mall by the food court.

"I'm not sure, but the guy with the silver hair and amber eyes, I would have to say that, that would be his brother."

"He was really hot, eh, Kagome?" Kagome smiled and blushed, "Sorta." Sango smiled and draped her arms over Kagome and Rin's shoulders. "You know he is." Rin leaned her head to the side and smiled. Her smile lighting up her whole face, bringing out her child-like beauty.

"Where do you guys wanna go first?" Rin asked as Sango removed her arms from her friends' shoulders.

"Well, I kinda need some new bras," Kagome said with a blush. Sango turned to Rin and pretended to wipe a tear from her cheek. "Our little Kagome is growing up." Kagome gasped and hit Sango in the arm with her purse.

"Yeah, sure, laugh it up, Ms. `C' cup!" Sango blushed and covered Kagome's mouth with her hand and watched Rin laugh.

"Oh, shut up!" Sango said walking in front of the two. "I'm sorry, Sango," Kagome said linking arms with her friend as she smiled at her. "Whatever. Oh, here's Victoria's Secret…right beside, Athlete's World? What the hell!?!"

Kagome and Rin raised their eyebrows as all three of the girls' faces became highlighted in some form of pink. Kagome's being the brighter shade.

"I don't think I wanna go in there anymore," Kagome said as she turned around. Rin grabbed her arm and dragged her into the store. "Calm down, Kagome. I'm embarrassed to, sure. But just forget that Athlete's World is beside us, ok?" Kagome shook her head as she watched Sango look through the latest Victoria's Secret flyer.

"I can't."

"Why not?"

"Because they're looking at me."

Sango put down the flyer and looked up at the entrance of the store, and there were a group of guys holding skateboards, winking, smirking and blowing kisses to the three girls.

Kagome's face drowned itself in pink as Sango gave the guys the middle finger and continued to browse through the flyer.

"Rin…" Kagome mumbled her head low. "Can we please leave?"

"Bankotsu, you and your little gang of friends better leave here, or there'll be trouble!" the woman behind the desk roared.

She was a young and very beautiful woman. Well, youkai, Kagome could tell by the aura, that the woman was obviously a youkai. Her hair was tied up with a pink elastic with feathers attached for decoration and style. Her eyes were a shade of rose red and her skin was peachy and smooth. From her ears hung yellow beads that almost touched her shoulders and she wore tight designer hip huggers and a wide sleeved beige and cherry polyester shirt that read "La Vie En Rose".

"Aw, but Kag, these girls are damn sexy! Come on honey," the one named Bankotsu said directing his attention to Rin, "put on a little show for us."

Rin `humph'ed and crossed her arms and looked away.

"Fine, then how about you?" he said to Sango. "Kiss my ass!" Sango said walking beside Kagome.

"Gladly," he said with a wink. "Fine, then what about you? My little vixen?" Kagome clutched her hands in fists and glared angrily at Bankotsu.

"You are such an arrogant jerk! Maybe if you took your head out of your ass, then maybe you'd see that neither my friends nor I would strut around half-naked in front of creeps like you! We are not sluts. We are not attracted to you. And we are NOT that desperate to please jerks like you!!"

Bankotsu's smile was wiped off his face. He frowned at Kagome and said, "Come on, guys. These bitches aren't that great looking after all."

And with that, he and his little gang retreated off into some other store.

Sango and Rin ran to Kagome's sides and began to laugh until tears brimmed their eyes.

"I…can't…believe…" was all Sango was able to say until another fit of giggles took over.

"That was great, Kagome!!! You are back to yourself!!!" Rin said hugging Kagome as she continued to chortle.

Kagome smiled and began to laugh herself. "I was so mad!" "No shit!" Sango said once she calmed down a bit.

The woman behind the desk came up to the three girls and smiled at Kagome.

"Bankotsu and his little gang always come here to spy on girls. They never have any privacy," she began to laugh and held a hand over to mouth as she smiled. "You scared him wet!" she said, causing Sango to laugh.

"I'm Kagura, I own this store." "Hi," they all said in harmony.

"Do you always have troubles with those guys?" Kagura nodded and leaned against a rack, "Yeah, you see, he's friends with my little sister."

"Your poor sister," Sango whispered in Kagome's ear and Kagome smiled and tittered.

"I've always had issues with those guys, but thanks to you," Kagura said turning her attention to Kagome, "I don't think they'll come back."

"Glad I could help," Kagome said with a short laugh. Kagura smiled warmly at Kagome.

"I'm Kagome, and these are my friends, Sango and Rin." "Nice to meet you girls. Now, did you guys come in here for a specific reason? Or just to hang around and browse?"

"Well, I need some new bras," Kagome said somewhat embarrassed. Kagura smiled at Kagome's modesty. "Don't feel embarrassed Kagome. It's all part of growing up." Kagome sighed, "I know, but I can't help it."

Kagura smiled. "Well, are you looking for something in particular?" "Well, she needs something cute," Sango piped up. "Yeah," Rin agreed.

"Cute, huh? Ah! I have just what you need. Follow me; you girls can have a look around. We'll be in back if you need anything."

Rin and Sango nodded and started cooing over cute things.

In the back Kagura took out a box full of pink bras with fuzzy outlines and Kagome laughed. "They're adorable!" she cooed.

"We just got these in recently. Oh, and these too," she said holding out some purple, blue and red bras that had fancy designs on them.

"Wow, I like this red one and the purple one."

Kagura smiled, "Great, now, what size are you?" Kagome blushed slightly and answered. Kagura nodded and went through the box and pulled them out in the correct sizes.

"There you are." "Thanks a lot, Kagura." Kagura smiled, "It's what I do, now let's go pay for these."

Kagome nodded and followed her up front to the desk and Kagome took out her wallet.

After Kagome's father left her mother, he told her he re-married an actress, but he said he was in confidentiality to say who it was, so he was sworn to secrecy. But every month, he would send Kagome and her little brother, Souta a check for 500,000 yen, thanks to his new, famous wife.

Kagome's mom got Kagome a bank account to hold her money.

"Ok, so that will be…5000 yen." Kagome nodded and handed Kagura her debit card.

Kagome thanked Kagura and her, Sango and Rin left and walked around and went in almost all the stores, browsing, buying, eating. And just having fun and giggling about absolutely anything.

After Rin had bought four pairs of jeans, two t-shirts, three halters, two skirts and one tank top she told them that she was hungry.

"Wow, we've bought a lot of stuff!" Rin said drinking down a medium Diet Coke. "Speak for yourself!" Sango cried.

Sango had bought a pair of shoes, jeans and a tank top. Kagome had bought one pair of jeans, two shorts, three skirts, one halter and three tank tops. And Rin and Kagome both bought Sango, two jeans, two skirts and a tube top.

Sango hugged her friends tightly, "Thank you guys so much." Rin and Kagome returned the hug and said, "It's ok. You're worth everything!"

"Since Kohaku and I moved away from Kyoto, we haven't had a lot of money lately. I've been working really hard lately as a waitress at Ryo Inori."

Kagome hugged Sango again, "If you ever need anything, even money, you know you can always come to Rin or me. You know we love you."

"Yeah," Rin said, joining in on the hug, "You're like a sister to both of us. Besides, Kohaku's adorable," Rin said with a smile.

Sango laughed. "You guys are the greatest." "We have to be," Kagome said with a wink.

--->>RING<<---

"Just a sec, guys."

Rin opened her purse and took out her cell phone. "Hello?"

Kagome and Sango ordered a hamburger from WacDonald's and were just finishing up the fries.

"Yes! Oh, I'd love to! Yes, that sounds wonderful. What time? Seven? Great! Ok, bye!"

Rin turned off her cell phone and began to squeal and wiggle in her seat. "Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah!!!"

"What're you so happy about?" Sango asked as she dipped her fry in some ketchup. "You sound excited."

Rin smiled toothily, "That was Sesshoumaru! He wants to take me out to dinner tonight!" Kagome and Sango began to get all giggly along with Rin.

"You lucky duck!" Kagome cried, "Damn, Rin! I think this guy's falling for ya!" Sango cried.

Rin couldn't get the smile off her face. "I can't wait! Can you guys help me choose a dress? His favorite color's blue."

Kagome and Sango laughed and threw out their garbage and walked into "Desire" an expensive, fancy store.

A man in a suit was talking to a woman in fur and just by the way he looked, Sango and Rin could tell he was gay.

"Just because he has a lisp, walks like McJagger and stands with his hands on his hips does not make him gay," Kagome quipped under her voice.

"So I said to Bobby, oh behave! And he said `But, we're alone in the closet,' and then he took my hand. My heart was beating so fast, Mary Jane!"

Kagome's eyes widened and Rin and Sango choked on their laughter.

`Ok, the guy really is gay!!!'

"Oh, hello girls, can I help you?"

Rin smiled and said, "Yes, I'm looking for a very nice dress, in blue would be great, please."

"Ok, follow me and I'll show you, ok? Ok."

Sango held her hands firmly over mouth and Kagome elbowed her in the ribs. "Don't," Kagome hissed. Sango smiled and tried to hold it in.

"Ok, well we have some lovely, Rose Marie's over here with the bareback. But if you want straps with fabulous fabric then go with the Richards. Is there anything in particular? Any style? Hmm?"

"Well, I was hoping for it to be long, and a halter top, perhaps?" Rin looked and Sango and Kagome and they nodded in agreement.

"Alrighty, then, hmm…Oh, gracious! Mary Jane, darling! You have to come here!"

The woman in the fur that the gay man was talking to before walked up beside Kagome.

"Yes, David?"

"Do we have any Annabella's left?"

"Are you serious, David?"

"Yes, I am. Do we? Because this is a crisis."

"Who is looking for the dress?" Mary Jane asked.

"I am," said Rin who crossed her arms. `These people are freaking me out!! I just want to get my dress and blow this joint!!'

"Well, those are very expensive!" she said in a sing-song voice. Rin shrugged, "I have cash to burn."

"Uh-huh, ok. I'll go get it. In what color, dear?" "Blue, please."

"Ok."

Mary Jane left and David turned to Rin.

"You're gonna love it, it's made with real silk and it's just what you wanted! It's smashing!"

Sango laughed and quickly covered her mouth. Kagome smiled slightly in a sarcastic manor.

`Gay people are hilarious!!' Sango thought.

`This David guy must be the gayest guy in all of Japan. Must not have had very many friends,' Kagome thought.

`I am officially scared of gay people now,' thought Rin.

"Here we are. An Annabella!" Mary Jane announced carrying out the most gorgeous dress Rin had ever laid her eyes on.

"Do you have a change room?"

"Yes, over there," Mary Jane said pointing to the corner. "'Kay, I'll be right back."

David left to go serve some other customers and Mary Jane just hung around, pretending to do important things.

Kagome and Sango began to talk about Kohaku and how he's doing and just how Sango's life has been since her father died and she and Kohaku moved.

About five minutes later, Rin announced, "I'm coming out!"

And when Rin came out, Kagome was sure that the dress she was wearing was the most amazing dress she had seen.

It was made with silk and satin and was a made of royal blue fabric. It had the halter top with the pin at the back of the neck. It was a deep V-neck dip to show off a bit cleavage. It hugged all the right curves and had a sash of sparkles underneath the bosom with a circular ring to show off the sparkle of the fabric.

"How's it look?" Rin asked.

"You look amazing, Rin!" Kagome cheered clasping her hands together.

"Yeah, you have to buy it!!" Sango added. Rin nodded, "I think I am."

David came back and covered his mouth with his hands. "Oh my God! Somebody looks, fabulous!! Darling, blue is so your color!"

"Thanks," Rin said bluntly.

Rin changed back into her clothes and went up to the front desk to pay for it. Mary Jane had left for coffee and David told Rin that since he was in a good mood, he would take off 1000 yen.

"Thanks, David!" Rin said smiling. "It's my pleasure. So, your total is, 994, 932 yen please."

Sango and Kagome both gasped. That was so much money. But Rin didn't think anything of it. She just handed him her debit card and that was that.

After the dress was paid for, all the girl's admitted they were tired. So they all went back to Rin's car and sighed in bliss when they sat down.

"You wanna sit in the front, Kagome?" Kagome sighed, "Even if I did, I wouldn't want to get up."

Rin laughed and started the car.

The ride to Kagome's apartment was a silent ride, since all the girls were tired. Kagome felt like she would sleep, so did Sango. But Rin was too excited to feel like sleeping.

Rin dropped Kagome off and they all promised to go online in Rin's chat room at four o'clock.

Kagome hauled her bags to her apartment and dropped them on the floor of her bedroom. Kagome crawled on top of her bed and moved some throw pillows out of the way.

And before Kagome could hear the telephone ring, she fell asleep.
