Chapter 11
After the movie, Kagome had to go to the restroom, so Inuyasha waited in the hallway for her. While he was waiting, Hojo walked up to him.
“You're Inuyasha right?” he asked.
“Yeah, you're that guy Hobo.”
“It's Hojo, but I wanted to talk to you.”
“It has to do with Kagome, doesn't it?”
“Yeah, I saw you two in the movie kissing. She seems happier with you then with me. You're a very lucky man, Inuyasha. It's obvious that she loves you and not me. Take good care of her, Inuyasha, she deserves to be treated well.”
“Don't worry, I will.”
“See that you do, okay?” Hojo walked away, stuffing his hands into his pockets as Kagome returned.
“Was that Hojo?” she asked putting her arms around Inuyasha's neck.
“Yep,” he replied putting his around her waist.
“What did he want?”
“He just wanted to talk.”
“About what?”
“Nothing, just guy stuff.”
“Guy stuff? With Hojo?”
“Yeah, with Hojo, what's wrong with that?”
“That doesn't really sound like you, Inuyasha.”
“I can be civilized.”
“You weren't when I met you.”
He kissed her deeply, “you changed me Kagome. I'm so happy I found you.”
“It was all those incantations,” she giggled.
“And your loving touch. I wouldn't be the man I am today if you hadn't cared for me.”
“Oh, Inuyasha,” Kagome hugged her half-demon tightly. When she let go, Inuyasha kissed her sweetly.
“I'm a lucky man,” Kagome just smiled, blushing, “let's get you home.”
