Chapter Three

Hey! Welcome to chapter three. Rin seemed excited about Christmas and so did Jaken. I wonder if they can convince Sesshomaru into celebrating Christmas. I hope you enjoy Chapter Three. I am starting a new story soon called Inuyasha, How Could You Forget. Well, Enjoy!!! :-)

"He'll be fine," Keade said.

"Of course I'll be fine. Its not like I'm a weakling like some people who

cry when they get hit on the head," Inuyasha said looking towards Shippo.

"Hey!" said Shippo.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Back With Sesshomaru~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"Oh, Sesshomaru may we celebrate Christmas?" Rin asked.

"Would it make you happy Rin?" Sesshomaru asked.

"Indeed it would!" she answered.

"Then we shall celebrate Christmas," Sesshomaru stated.

"But, But my Lord, what about Tetsusaiga," Jaken said.

"Later," he answered.

"Rin, tell me what we need for Christmas."

"A tree, gifts, food..."

"Inuyasha," Kagome said, "I must leave, but I'll be back tomorrow with decorations for our tree"

"Alright," Inuyasha said.

"Bye Kagome," Shippo said.

Kagome left Keade's house and began to walk towards the well. It was a warm sunny day and the wind blew the grass slightly. She was halfway to the well now and was already planning what she would do tomorrow.

"Kagome, where you going?" someone yelled. Kagome recognized the voice and saw it was Miroku. She turned and saw Miroku, Sango, and Kirara standing a little ways away.

"Going home for the day. I'll be back tomorrow," She answered.

"Bye," Sango called.

"Solong." Miroku yelled.

"Mew," mewed Kirara.

"Bye," Kagome called back to them. She jumped into the well and was back in the present. Kagome began heading home to her house when she met up with Hojo.

"Where were you at today instead of school," Hojo asked.

"Oh, you know, ummmm, a doctor's appointment. I had a really bad cough," Kagome answered.

"You want to go get an ice cream or something. Maybe see a movie," he asked.

"Maybe some other time I really have to get home," she said.

"Well, okay. Bye!" Hojo said.

"Bye," Kagome said with a smile and walked on home.

Kagome walked in and pet Buyo, who was lying on the floor. Sota was

Sitting at the table eating and talking to Grandpa. Kagome's mother was at the stove cooking eggs and sausages.

"Are you making biscuits too?" Kagome asked.

Kagome's mother turned around and smiled, "How are you dear?

Yes, there are biscuits too. Oh, and that boy Hojo came by the house

Looking for you."

"I know. I met him on the way back from the well."

"We sat up the Christmas tree while you wee gone." Sota said.

"Oh, I wanted to help."

"Sota couldn't wait for you. He was so excited." Grandpa said.

"Breakfast is ready!" Kagome's mom said.

Kagome sat down at the table and filled her plate. She ate a couple helpings of everything. She took a long drink of her water and then went

in to the living room. The tree stood in front of the living room. It was

beautiful. A couple boxes of extra decorations were against the wall.

Kagome looked into the first box. It was full of glistening ornaments.

Most of them were spheres but a couple were different. There was one in

the shape of an angel and was painted gold. Another was a small dog with large eyes.

Kagome took some ornaments out of the box and put them safely into her

backpack.

The next box contained extra stockings and little things you set around the house. There was also garland and lights. She put garland into her backpack and a couple stockings. Kagome didn't bother with the lights because there was no electricity in Feudal Japan.

Kagome slid her backpack on carefully and left the house. She walked towards the well. It was growing cold outside. The wind held a chill and every time it blew Kagome shivered and wished for summer.

"Inuyasha, Shippo, Miroku, Sango…I brought the decorations. We could decorate now, but Inuyasha is still wounded."

"I'm fine. Lets go put up those decorations you keep talking about." Inuyasha said.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Back With Sesshomaru~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"This tree looks good Sesshomaru." Rin said.

"I will take your word Rin. What must we do next." Sesshomaru asked.

"We need decorations," Rin said, "lets go look for some."

Rin, Sesshomaru, and Jaken set off to find decorations. Rin would walk past pushes and picked off some berries. She would pick up pinecones and colored rocks. Sesshomaru picked some long grass and pushed string through it. When they finished they had an assortment of different items and something that looked like garland.
