YAY!! I finally got my new computer! That means FASTER UPDATES!! And it's during the summer too. JOY!!! ^-^ It's almost the end of school too! Anyways back to the story.

Chapter 2

Meet Kikyo. Kouga's betrayal.

The girl punched straight into Kagome's face. Although Kagome knew it was coming, she didn't hesitate and block the attack. Instead, she just stood there, closing her eyes and mumbling a few words. When the girl fist was near Kagome's face the girl fell over and landed on her face. Her friends quickly went to help their fallen friend and glared daggers at Kagome, who just ignored it. They quickly retreated and the crowd diminishes. Inuyasha and gang went towards Kagome who was now smiling.

"So, am I still invited for the lunch?" Kagome started to say. "That girl tripped on her own two feet, the poor girl." Sango and Rin smiled and dragged their new friend to their table. Inuyasha and the boys just stared at each other before following, each thinking about something.

Inuyasha - `Wow, never knew Kagome was the violent type, this could get interesting…'

Miroku - `Kagome looks hot when she's fighting, that little devil can punch hard.'

Kouga - `Sweet, can that girl ever punch! May be I can benefit from this opportunity.'

Sesshoumaru - `Pathetic, weak girls.'

When the girl was safely out of reach from Kagome, her friends turned towards her.

"Kikyo, what happened? How did you fall?"

Kikyo growled, "I did NOT fall. Didn't you see? I fell right THROUGH HER!! When I punched her face, my hand went through her face." Kikyo's friends looked at each other with puzzled looks.

"I'M SERIOUS!! I FELL RIGHT INTO HER!! DON'T YOU GUYS BELIEVE ME?" They are looked at her with concern faces. "Are you sure Kikyo?"

"YES!! I'm SURE!! Even I'm confused, I need to get to the bottom of this."

From all the commotion, they had a very short lunch. The girls were chatting away while the boys sat there listening to them. When it was time, they all went to different classes and Kagome was introduced in every class. During the third period after lunch, Kagome was in the same class as Kikyo and Inuyasha. She smiled and took a seat beside Inuyasha but Kikyo beat her to it. Sticking out her tongue, she leaned over to Inuyasha and giggled. Kagome got annoyed with the girl and decided to talk to her, but the teacher came in so Kagome quickly took a seat that was next to Kikyo. Inuyasha signed, why did he have to sit with the crazy ass bitch? She was beginning to annoying Inuyasha, when he first enter the school on his first day, girls swarmed around him asking him questions like, "Are you single?" "Do you have a girlfriend?" "Can I be yours?" "Do you believe in love at first sight?" and Kikyo was one of those girls.

Mrs. Kaeda was seated on her chair and asked Kagome to stand up in the front and introduce herself. While she was talking, Kikyo paid no attention and made little noises so only Inuyasha and she could hear. As hard as he tried, he couldn't block out the sounds she was making. Kagome went back to her seat and the class started. This was Math class and Kagome HATED math! But she tried her best to paid attention and listen to the teacher. While the teacher's back was faced to the blackboard, Kikyo threw a piece of paper at Kagome and she jumped a bit. She unscrambled the squished paper and read what she wrote. It only a few words and Kagome found out that Kikyo had pretty neat writing.

"Inuyasha is mine." Those three letters were written on the paper but Kagome didn't care. She threw the paper back at Kikyo writing only a few words on it.

"Your point?"

Kikyo was pissed at Kagome that she threw the paper back at her, only to miss and hit the teacher's back. She gasped and quickly looked down at her desk. Mrs. Kaeda turned around holding the paper in her hands; she opened it and read it. She cleared her throat and began to talk.

"Who threw this at me?" She started quietly. Everyone looked at Kikyo but she pointed at Kagome.

"Mrs. Kaeda! This girl over here threw it at you, I saw her! I told her not to but she said she wouldn't get in trouble because she's new here." Kikyo lied.

"Yes! It's true I saw her!" yelled some of Kikyo's friends.

"Well, in that case Miss Kagome can you please stand up here?" Kagome stood up and walked towards the teacher. Inuyasha couldn't believe it, why wasn't she defending herself? As Kagome reached the front the teacher told her to explain herself. Kagome shook her head.

"There's nothing to explain, I didn't throw the paper at you Mrs. Kaeda, although I am new here, I do respect all my teachers. If I had actually thrown the paper, I would have made up excuses to save myself from trouble when that girl over there accused me of that." Kagome said politely.

Inuyasha decided he should help Kagome. "She's right, that girl over there threw it at you because she was angry at something." Kikyo glared at Inuyasha who only just smiled and shrugged.

"Well then, Miss Kikyo, what do you have to say for yourself? This young girl and Inuyasha are accusing you."

"B-but I didn't do it! Honest! Mrs. Kaeda do you not trust me? I didn't throw it! I swear! I honestly didn't throw it at you!" Kikyo replied, she stuttered while she talked. Mrs. Kaeda didn't bother to listening to her.

"Miss Kagome, since you indeed are new here, I'll let you go off this time, as for you Miss Kikyo, I had expected better from you, detention after school today."

"WHAT!!! BUT I DIDN'T DO IT MRS> KAEDA!! I DIDN'T D-."

"SILENCE! I don't want to listen do you excuses. You have a detention or do you want 2 instead?"

"No Mrs. Kaeda." Kikyo sat down and Kagome laughed at the sight.

`This is more fun then I expect it to be, may be it won't be as boring as I thought it would be.' Kagome thought.

The class ended and everyone went home, Rin had invited Kagome to come over to her place with Sango and she agreed. The boys all walked the same way because they all live in the same apartment all except for Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru who lived at their aunt's cottage, but they decided they could chill at Miroku's place. As they were walking there, Miroku was trying to lighten up the mood and try to get some people talking. However that failed, but when Miroku brought up the subject of Kagome, Kouga and Inuyasha's heads snapped towards Miroku who just laughed.

"Ahh… I see that I have your attention now. As I was saying, what do you guys think of Kagome?"

"She is nothing to me, just another annoying girl." Sesshoumaru replied coldly.

"Yea, just another girl, nothing special." Inuyasha stated.

"Yea, but she's still good enough to be my girlfriend." Everyone looked at Kouga.

"WHAT?? You are NOT making Kagome your girlfriend idiot! She probably doesn't even like you." Inuyasha replied harshly.

"Why do you care so much Inuyasha? You said she was just another girl. I, on the other hand thinks she is pretty and different from other girls. So I am officially making her MY girl." Inuyasha gritted his teeth, some friend he was.

"I don't care at all, BUT I'm telling you she doesn't want you as a boyfriend."

"How do YOU know? Are you Kagome? I think not. If you want Kagome so badly, then I guess who have to fight for her won't we?"

"Agreed. But I'm warning you now; she doesn't want you as one. So you should just give up now bastard." Kouga growled but ran on ahead to the apartment. Inuyasha, Miroku and Sesshoumaru stood there for a moment.

"So, are we still going to my place?"

~Later at Night~

Inuyasha flopped down onto his bed. This was a really fucking horrible day. Not only does he have Kikyo to deal with but he has Kouga trying to get Kagome. `When I think about him, it makes me so damn irritated.'

But why do you care Inuyasha?

`Who's that?'

It's me Inuyasha; I'm the person in your head.

`What the hell? Are you my mind or something?'

Very good Inuyasha, you figured it out by yourself

`Shut up! What do you want?'

I asked you a question. Why do you care if Kagome becomes Kouga's girlfriend?

`I don't care at all!'

Hehehe, you're a horrible liar you know? I'm your mind; I know what you think so you can stop lying to yourself.

`Shut the fuck up. I don't care. I don't like Kagome and can you get out of my fucking head now?'

Whatever you say Inuyasha. However, there is one part of you who wants Kagome for yourself, you greedy bastard.

"ARG! Get out of my head this instant!" Yelled Inuyasha. Inuyasha's aunt came running in Inuyasha's room; worry was spread across her face.

"Inuyasha, are you ok?" She asked softly.

"Yea, I'm fine Mukire, sorry if I worried you." Mukire smiled, "As long as you're alright then, I don't want to worry your mom. May be sleep would do you some good."

"Yea, I'll sleep right after I'm done my homework." Mukire grinned at his words.

"Good boy, your mother will be please to hear that." And then she left. Inuyasha picked up his bag and looked through it; he only had math homework to do. Pg 54 #1-45 odd only. That means he only had 23 questions to do. And it was easy stuff too. "Nah, I'll do it tomorrow in the morning or I'll just copy Miroku's." Deciding not to do it he place it back into his bag and went to bed.

During the night, foot steps could be heard faintly outside of Inuyasha's room. The strange girl that had visit Inuyasha in the previous night has returned. She looked at Inuyasha sadly and wiped a tear away from her eyes. She tried to smile but couldn't, so she slowly walked over to where Inuyasha slept. But however, after seeing his face, she manages to let loose a smile, a very small one but it was a smile. She softly called out his name and started walking towards the door, only to hear Inuyasha waking up; panicking, she scrambled to the door as quickly as she could but tripped over Inuyasha school bag. Sitting up she saw Inuyasha sawing at her. She gulped but tried to hold in one position, may be he didn't see her. That thoughts hope faded when Inuyasha whispered a few words to her, softly but loud enough for her to hear.

"Who are you?" Instead of answering, the little girl ran out towards the wall as fast as she could, and at this point Inuyasha thought his eyes were playing tricks on him, the little girl went through the wall.

"What the hell? Did that girl just…" Inuyasha rubbed his eyes and blinked, he was sure that he saw the little girl's body go through the wall. He tried to remember what just had happened. He was sure that he had heard someone faintly call out his name. When he opened his eyes, he heard a loud crash and saw a little girl roughly around the age of 13 on the floor. She was soaked from her head to her toes. Inuyasha got up and went to the place where she had fallen. The floor was dry and rough, Inuyasha cocked his head. He was sure the little girl was wet. Shaking his head, he went to the wall where the girl had ran through to see if the wall was fake.

`Nope, it's real.' And to check if it was, Inuyasha ran into the wall only to get a bump on his head and a loud crash. Inuyasha quickly got up; luckily he didn't wake anyone up. Inuyasha peeked outside from his window; there was no little girl anywhere. She signed and shook his head, may be because he didn't get enough sleep that he was starting to see things. He went back to bed and almost immediately fell back to sleep.

Somewhere outside Mukire's cottage, right beside Inuyasha's room, sat a huffing little girl. She had ran out so fast she lost most of her energy and was coughing and gasping for air.

"Oh well, I was never a good runner in the first place." She said quietly. "I knew I shouldn't have called out his name, who knew he was a light sleeper? I thought all guys were heavy sleepers. Esh…." She signed again. "I almost got caught, I wonder what would happen if Inuyasha saw me and… no I won't think about that, it might come true after all…" She took a very deep breath. "I wonder if he saw me go through the wall." The little girl grabbed he head and started shaking it. "STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!!!! How could I be so careless? I should have been more careful and not trip on someone's bag." She signed again. "I'm tired… I'm thinking about something that's not necessary." She looked up towards the river's surface. "I can't remember what happened that day, but all I know is that Inuyasha knows. And I must find out, even if that kills me again." And with that, she disappeared right before the sun woke up and began shining.

I don't think this is a cliffy, it might be though. I finish this in 1 DAY!! YAY FOR ME!!! Its only 5 pages long too. My longest yet… I think. So how do you guys think? Don't you already hate Kikyo?
