Disclaimer: nope, never did, never will ^^;;

Hey everybody! What's up? *looks up* yea I know, the ceiling right? Ahem, anyways, sorry for the late update. Even though I wasn't `always' mobbed with homework, I still couldn't find time to write my story, but looky here! It's the weekend!!! This means I will have time to work on my story. Ok, before I start, my math class is going to start tmr. That means, the only day I'm free from school is Sunday! Sigh… oh well, better get writing to the story right? I'll talk later.

Last chapter…

Instead of just copying and pasting what happened last time, why not I just tell you? Miss Shinde really isn't as clueless as Inuyasha thought at first. Sango is up to something and Kagome's angel and devil are weird. Think that covers everything? Oh and Rin isn't better yet XP. I think that's it!

I think that's all of them right? ^^

Now…

ON WITH THE STORY!!!

It was quiet… too quiet. Kagome thought as she curled on the bed. It has been 2 more days since she was still in her `Tsuki' form. Of course this form didn't use up much energy for this was her real form. She sighed. `I guess being Tsuki is better then being Kagome right now.' Sometimes she wished she can just reverse all this, why did she had to die? Why did she have to become a ghost? For years had she wandered around all alone and now… she has friends. A slight smile tugged on Kagome's face. Yes, she had friends, friends she couldn't tell her secret to.

'Why? Why can't I tell them?' She thought, during these past few days, she had a lot of time to think. "I don't know why…" She whispered softly. Was she scared that her friends would leave her if they knew the truth? A small tear rolled down her face. "Is that the reason why?" <It is. Who wants a ghost as a friend, they would probably be afraid of you, and may be hate you.> Kagome sighed, her angel conscience was mean….

"Is there something wrong Tsuki-san?" Kagome looked up to see Mukire standing at the doorway. Kagome shook her head slowly and brought her gaze back to her hands. Mukire sighed softly as she went over to sit beside Kagome. "Tsuki-san, if there's anything wrong, I'm here to help." Kagome looked at her, her face was calm.

"There is something wrong. Aunt Mukire, can I ask you a question?" Kagome took a deep breath. "There's someone I know who has this huge secret, but she's afraid that if anyone finds out, they won't want to be her friends anymore. What do you think the girl should do? One day, her friends might find out and hate her even more because she was lying to them and keeping a huge secret. But… if she told them, would their friendship break? She might not know what to do with herself anymore if that ever happened…" Mukire stared at Kagome for a moment. "What are you trying to say Tsuki-san?" Mukire asked her. "I don't quite understand what you're trying to ask." Kagome looked away. "Forget about it. It's ok."

"I'm sorry that I can't be of any help. If there's anything else you need help with, please feel free to ask." Mukire said as she got help to leave the room. Kagome sighed, she needed to ask someone. Anyone, it didn't matter if the person wasn't listening to her, she just needed to tell someone.

"Aunt Mukire, there's something else I wanted to ask. Do you know where I can find sister Rin?"

~*~*~*~

`I don't get this teacher.' Inuyasha thought. Just the other day, she had told him something that kind of freaked him out.

~flashback~

"You can't hide her forever. Someone is going to find out."

~end of flashback~

Was she warning him? Was something bad going to happen if her real identity is revealed? Inuyasha stared at the teacher as she was reading out of the textbook. "She doesn't make any sense." He muttered as he looked back down to his textbook.

The bell rang loudly as the students got up to leave the classroom. Inuyasha was walking towards Miroku who was talking to Sango.

"Hey Miroku! Sango!" They looked up to see Inuyasha running towards them. "Where have you been Sango? You weren't in school for past days. Sango opened her mouth but closed it when Miroku stared at her.

"Where was I? I was a-at home! I wasn't feeling well so I stayed home." She laughed slightly as Inuyasha gave her a weird glace. `She's hiding something.' He thought. Suddenly Sango stopped laughing and ran up to Inuyasha. "I have to tell you something, in private." And with that she grabbed Inuyasha and dashed away, leaving a confused Miroku behind them.

When Sango thought they were far enough she stopped to catch her breath. Inuyasha eyed her. `She IS hiding something.'

"Inuyasha, you know the girl Tsuki? You have to stay away from her!" Inuyasha was surprised as Sango continued talking. "You may think she is Kagome's little sister but she's NOT!"

"Then what is she then?" Inuyasha yelled back. `Why am I asking her that? I know the answer already…'

"I don't know… all I know is… you should stay away from her, something bad is going to happen if you don't. I always thought it was strange when I first met her, I also have some proof!" Inuyasha's eyes widen. `Proof? Proof to what?'

"On that day when I met Tsuki…" Sango looked right at Inuyasha. "She said my name without me telling her. How do you think she knows that? She also has this weird aura surrounding her, and she also seems… empty."

'Empty? What does she mean by empty?'

"YO!!! YOU GUYS!!!" called Miroku as he was running towards them. Sango started walking towards him but stop right beside Inuyasha to say something more.

"I don't know why I think that, she seems so… so…I don't know. But I know a few things, she's hiding something. And you should stay away from her you hear me Inuyasha?" And with that Sango walked away with Miroku.

Inuyasha stood there for who knew how long. When did things became so… serious? `When did Sango suspect something? How did Ms Shinde know about this? Why is Rin at the hospital? Who tried to kill her? When did things become so frustrating?' Inuyasha clutched onto his head, it hurt a lot now. "Might as well tell Kagome about this." He muttered as he made his way home.

'This place is huge! And so white. And so…' "Sad…" Kagome whispered softly. She didn't know why she said that. This place seemed so gloomy and quiet. Once she had stepped into the room, she was instantly overcome by a sudden sadness. Kagome took another look around the room before grabbing a chair to sit next to Rin.

This was her first time seeing Rin after the party. And the first time seeing Rin look so… lifeless. Kagome sighed as she looked around the room again. She was alone in this room with an unconscious Rin. Kagome took a deep breath as she looked at Rin.

"I'm sorry… this is all my fault. I'm bringing bad luck to everyone I care for. Rin, will you ever forgive me?" She was answered by a long silence. She knew Rin wouldn't answer but she needed to say it. "This is the first time in 4 years that I ever had fun, and it was because of you guys. You and the others showed me so many things that I never thought that I would ever experience.

Rin, there's something I want to ask you. Can you listen?" No answer once again but Kagome continued. "Would you hate me if I told you that I'm a ghost?" Kagome looked away. "Yes, you made friends with a ghost named Kagome. How do you feel about that?" Kagome touched Rin's pale hands with her own. "You're so cold, just like my mother, my father, my friends…" Kagome fell silent after awhile; this was bringing back more memories. She gripped onto the blanket with her hand as she looked down onto the bed.

`Damn you Sonaki! It's all your fault!' Kagome's head snapped up, had she just blamed Sonaki for everything? Had she just hated him? She placed a hand on her heart and nodded. `He's not that important anymore, he's just a murderer. It IS all his fault.' Looking back at Rin, Kagome sighed softly. "Next time I see him, I'll make him regret ever meeting me."

<What are you doing? It's like your blaming everything that has happened on him, he wasn't the one who made Rin like this.>

"So? How do you know? It could be him." Kagome slammed on her onto the bed, careful about not hitting Rin. "Who am I kidding? I don't even remember how he looks like, neverless if he did this. But… that's not why I'm here.

Rin… I hope you will be awake soon. I hope you'll be ok, I think you'll understand my problem. I don't know what to do, should I tell the other people? Sango already suspects something so I can't go to her… What do you think Rin? How do you think other people will react? Should I tell them?" Kagome laughed quietly to herself. `Why does it feel like I'm talking to a wall? It's not like Rin is going to tell me if I should tell the others…'

"Why not? You already have told me." Kagome's eyes widen. `Di-did Rin just speak?' Kagome quickly looked on her face only to see it as pale as ever.

"Kagome turn around, it's me Sesshoumaru." She turned around swiftly to see Sesshoumaru sitting on a chair near the window with the curtains shut so that he couldn't be seen easily. He sat there arms crossed glaring at her, daring her to move or say something. Kagome gulped and opened her mouth slightly. "I-I can explain."
"The please do." Kagome had the choice to run right now or stay there, but Sesshoumaru's eyes scared her too much to move. She looked down to see she was in her `Tsuki' Form. "I-It's not what you think… I'm not Kagome. My name i-"

"I heard everything."

~*~*~*~

"I'm home, where's Tsuki." Inuyasha asked as he entered the house. Mukire sat in the living room watching a cooking program.

"She's at the hospital dear. She went there just a few minutes ago." Inuyasha froze and ran towards his aunt. "WHAT?!?! Kagome's at the hospital?" Mukire looked up to her nephew and blinked.

"Kagome? She's at her mother's place isn't she? Please don't tell me her condition got worst and she was sent to the hospital!" Mukire cried as she got up to grab her keys and her coat.

"No… Kagome's fine, she isn't at the hospital, you just said that Tsuki was in the hospital. What happened?" Inuyasha slapped himself mentally, how could he make such a stupid mistake?

"Oh, Tsuki. No she's ok too. She just wanted to visit Rin. Isn't she such a sweet little girl? Sometimes I wish that I have a niece too."

"She went to visit Rin?" Inuyasha asked?

"Yes, and I think it's time for me to go back and pick her up. You want to come?" Inuyasha nodded and they both rushed out the door.

~*~*~*~

It felt as if hours passed but only a few minutes has passed as Kagome explained her story.

"And that's it, Inuyasha promised to help me to get to the afterlife. I didn't mean to hurt you, I'm sorry if I caused any trouble." Kagome bowed slightly and sat back onto the chair. `I wonder what he's going to think of me now." Kagome thought sadly.

"So you're saying that you're a ghost who can't get into the afterlife and my brother's is helping you?" Kagome nodded, not trusting her voice and stared down on her lap. "This seems all unrealistic; I will have to discuss this with my brother." He said as he started walking towards the door, taking out his cell when the door opened. Inuyasha was standing at the other end of the door.

"Sesshoumaru! Is Tsuki here?" If Sesshoumaru was puzzled, he didn't show it as he continued walking out the door only to say 5 words, "We need to talk now." And then walking out the door. Inuyasha looked inside the room to see Kagome and quickly ran after his brother.

"Oh boy… look at the mess I just made." Kagome said quietly. "No point staying here." She then walked through the walks in her ghost form to leave the hospital unseen.

~*~*~*~

"What do you need to talk that's so important that Kagome couldn't hear?" Inuyasha spat.

"That I because this IS about Kagome. I heard her talking to Rin. She said she was a ghost of the dead little girl who died 4 years ago. Do you have anything to add to that?"

Inuyasha fell silent.

~*~*~*~

It wasn't that dark, the sun was still up but it was getting a bit chilly. Kagome looked around to see herself in the middle of the road. She quickly ran to the sidewalk to avoid getting hit as she gasped for air.

"Where am I?" She muttered to herself. I don't remember this place…" Which was true because Mukire has driven her here. She continued walking only to come across a little park. She sighed. `May be I'll go ask for directions?' Seeing a person sitting down on a nearby bench, she walked up to them and asked politely. "Excuse me, can you help me? I think I'm lost." When the person's head lifted up so Kagome could see who it was, she was surprised.

It was Kouga.

"Kagome?" He asked unsurely. Kagome quickly shook her head. She was in her Tsuki form.

"There's no need to lie to me Kagome. I heard everything too. At the hospital." Kagome's eyes widen, this was just not her day. "So you did huh?" She asked quietly.

Kouga nodded. "Yes I did. Kagome, I need to tell you something." Kagome looked up to see Kouga's face, it was so innocent and it was graced with a smile. It looked awfully familiar…

"What is it Kouga?"

"It me Kagome, Sonaki, I've come back to you." Kagome's breathing stop. Did she hear what she just heard? She turned her head away.

"What are you saying Kouga?"

"Kagome, look at me. It's me Sonaki! I'm sorry for pushing you off the boat. I'm sorry for everything. Can you ever forgive me?" Kagome glared angrily at Kouga. "You think just saying sorry is good enough? I lost my parents. I lost my friends. I lost my heart. I lost my life and over these past years, I LOST MY TRUST TO YOU!" She screamed as she got up to runaway. Kouga grabbed her and wrapped his arms around her in a big bear hug.

"Kagome, please listen to me! Please listen to what I have to say before you leave. There was a reason why I pushed you off. I did it for love." Kagome snorted. "Yea right. That's not what you do to show you love someone."

"No Kagome! You don't understand! We were being followed. Even if we had made it across the river safely, you would have been killed anyways. Either way was a lose lose situation. But I killed you because I didn't want them to kill you because of hate. I killed you because I loved you. Please Kagome! Please understand! I missed you all these years. I went around place to place looking for you. Any sign that you were still alive. When the news came out saying you were dead, it felt as if a part of me was lose. Please Kagome, believe what I just said. Please!"

Kagome went silent. Was this all true? It felt like the truth. Tears fell as moments passed. The years of hatred that was slowly building up was long ago melted from the little speech.

"I missed you too Sonaki. And… I also love you."

Inuyasha eyes widen as he felt his heart being tugged at. Sesshoumaru continued talking but Inuyasha didn't hear a word.

`Kagome, where's Kagome?' Instead of telling his brother where he was going, he left and ran back into Rin's room only to see Kagome already gone.

"Kagome?" He asked as she walked into the room slowly. "Are you here?"

"Sorry to say this Inu-kun, but Kagome isn't here at the moment. She left." Inuyasha turned towards the direction of the voice. His eyes widen slightly as Sesshoumaru rushed into the door. Staring at his brother, he also turned to see someone sitting on Rin's bed smiling, with all the machines once again broken.

~*~*~*~

Kagome laughed and she stopped to catch her breath. Holding a hand to her tummy as she continued laughing. "Oh my god! Did that really happen?" She asked only to laugh once again.

"It's true Kagome. You have to see it to believe it."

"Where were you all these years anyways?" Kagome asked. "I thought you betrayed me."

"I would never think about betraying you Kagome. You're the only one for me and I love you." Kagome smiled. "I'm so glad that I found you."

"Same here, besides… where's my pendant that I gave you?" Kagome's eyes widen as she searched frantically for the little necklace only to remember Inuyasha had threw it away.

"It's gone; it's in the river where I died." Kagome said sadly.

"Don't' worry, let's go get it now." Kagome smiled brightly and nodded and led Sonaki to the river near Inuyasha's cottage.

End for now.
