Chap. 3 - passions embrace

Kagome walked to the springs alone. She heard the sound of her solitary footsteps and wished Sango had come with her. Stretching her senses she felt no one in the area.

*Sigh* `oh well.' she thought.

Kagome entered the springs and started to soak. Slowly the tension slipped away and she allowed her mind to drift off to thoughts that she didn't dare think upon while around others.
