First, let me apologize to anyone who thought this was a new chapter and find themselves reading an author's note instead. My bad.

Second, this author's note is in regards to an update of this story, which I really enjoy writing. I find it satisfying as well as challenging, its a tough thing this writing business. (This story has been the first thing I've written in years.) My gma has been an inspiration to me and maybe a source of some of my skill, she enjoys writing herself.

Which brings me to three, This past week I have been with my gma in Mississippi, I live in Texas, because she was hospitilized for kidney failure. The doctors went through the usual posibilities of what could be wrong and if they could get them started again. They did a cathater to check it out and found the situation ten times worse. I'm not gonna cry while writing this but its pretty bad. She isn't strong enough to fix the 100% blockage found in her aorta artery, which is causing very poor blood flow to her abdomen and legs. Her kidneys are gone, they have shrivled up. She's better off not having any surgery and doing dialysis three times a week for four hours.

I don't want to really admit to myself that she's dying. How slow or fast I know not but I know that it shall break my heart. At this point I'm so tired and worn from my travels but I plan on going back to spend Thanksgiving with her. I've tried to escape from it with Kagome's Realization but have found it difficult. But I shall continue to do so and I'm glad that I have readers who understand and care. I shall update when I figure out how to get some sentences going on and then some paragraphs. It's coming slowly, just wanted you to know and I'm hoping its well worth the wait and a wonderful escape for me.
