I have so many ideas for this fic. I am most likely going to have Kagome kick Inuyasha and Kikyo’s ass. Hmm. That would be pretty interesting and I would have so much fun writing that!! Review please! I want to know how much you like this story. I need feedback to write better!! I am trying not to make so many grammatical mistakes. If I do, it is not really my fault.
We all make some mistakes!! I have one question, should I have Kagome or Sesshomaru kill Inuyasha and Kikyo? Or should it be both? I should have better grammar and spelling in this fic than usual, I have a beta to look over my chapters. Please don’t flame me, If you think that my fanfics are terrible and have a horrible idea for a fic, don’t even bother reviewing me. Okay, now that I have that out of my system, here is the next chapter!! I’m going to bash Kikyo as much as I can!! Pairings: Sess/Kag San/Mir Inu/? Kikyo/? Naraku/?

Chapter 2
Leaving the group
Kagome could sense that someone was watching her. “Come on out. I know that you are there.” she said loud enough for anyone to hear. Sesshomaru stepped out of the shadows and looked over to Rin. “Why is my ward here wench? And where is my stupid half brother?” he asked coldly.
Kagome looked over to him and was surprised. “What are you doing here Sesshomaru? I am not with your stupid half brother because he thinks he can insult me and get away with it. He tries to pick a fight with me the same day that my mother and grandfather died.” Kagome said coldly.
Sesshomaru was surprised at the tone of her voice. She sounded almost as cold and indifferent as he was. He knew that she became this way because of the death of her mother. He started to perfect his cold mask when his mother died. When his father announced that Izayoi was pregnant and his new mate, he set his mask into his personality. He was now distant, cold, ruthless, and indifferent.
He wanted to figure out this woman. She was very confusing, a paradox and a puzzle wrapped up into one person. He was confused with her morals and wanted to know where she came from. He did not want another person to end up like him, no matter how much he detested him or her.
“Kono Sesshomaru is here to get Rin so I can go home miko. My stupid brother actually did that? I would have killed him for insulting me.” Sesshomaru said as he walked closer to her. “Onna. Wake Rin up. I’m tired of staying here.” Kagome looked at him and glared. “I’m not going to wake her up now, she has worn herself out! She is tired! Let her sleep!!” she whispered angrily.
“Fine. I will have you come with me to take care of Rin. Jaken is becoming a nuisance when it comes to watching her.” he said indifferently. Kagome thought about what he said and was undecided. She knew that she wold be yelled at by Inuyasha if she returned to the group. Sango and Miroku would miss her, but she doubted that Inuyasha would even notice she was gone if he has Kikyo by his side.
“I’ll go with you but on my conditions. I want to be protected, and know that no one in your house will kill or attempt to kill me. I also need to bring my little brother and my adopted kit with me. You will call me by my name, I won’t have any other demon call me wench, bitch, or any name that they can come up with.” she said indifferently as she woke up Souta.
He looked at Kagome sleepily. “Why are you waking me up now oneechan? I was trying to sleep!!” he said softly. Shippo and Rin woke up because of Souta’s movements. “Why are you moving around Souta-kun? I’m trying to sleep. Can you lay back down, I’m tired!” Rin whined.
Sesshomaru briefly looked over to Rin. “It is time to go Rin. We are taking Kagome, her brother and her adopted kit with us.” he said softly. Rin’s eyes widened and she squealed loudly. “Really Sesshomaru-sama? They can come with us?” she asked excitedly. “He looked at her and nodded. He walked across the clearing and whistled loudly. A two headed dragon walked over to him. ‘Kagome-Okaasan!! Come on!! We have to go now!! We have to get on Ah-Un!!” Rin yelled as she ran over to where Sesshomaru was.
Kagome, Shippo, and Souta walked over to where Ah-Un was very cautiously. They were wary of the dragon because they did not know if it would hurt them. They got to the dragon and were amazed. It walked up to Kagome and nuzzled her stomach. Kagome’s eyes softened and she rubbed Ah’s head. Sesshomaru growled slightly. “Get on Ah-Un so we can leave.” he said with a tint of anxiousness to get home. He was itching to train and now he had to wait.
Everyone got on Ah-Un and looked back at Sesshomaru. He looked at the dragon and it flew off. Sesshomaru followed on his youkai energy cloud.(1) Souta and Shippo looked around in awe. They could see forests, glades of flowers, rivers, and spotted a large lake. “Are we almost there Sesshomaru-sama? This is a different route than the one we usually take to get home.” Rin asked over Souta and Shippo’s talking.
Sesshomaru glanced over to Rin and nodded. “We are almost there. There is about a mile left.” he said coldly. Kagome was interested to see what his castle looked like. What would his rooms look like? Would they be mostly torture rooms and dungeons? She would have to wait and find out.
Shippo could see beautiful flowers of many colors and a white castle in the distance. “Kagome-Okaasan! Look at the pretty flowers and the huge castle!!’ Shippo said excitedly. Kagome looked at her surroundings and was amazed. “Sugoi!! Is that your home Sesshomaru? It is beautiful!” Kagome said with amazement in her voice. “Yes, miko this is my home.” he said frostily.
Shippo and Souta looked at her amazed that she showed emotion. “Oneechan, you are actually showing an emotion that is not indifference, coldness, or ruthless in behavior? Are you alright?” Souta asked with worry in his voice. Kagome looked at them and simply nodded her head. “I am fine don’t worry about me.” she said softly.
Ah-un landed in Rin’s garden to watch over the children as they played there. Sesshomaru called Jaken to show them their rooms. They were down the hall from his own room and next to Rin’s. Kagome was amazed at the decorating of the room because it seemed to be a woman’s handiwork. ‘His mother must have done this room. she thought to herself It’s really beautiful!’
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Back with the Inu gang~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Inuyasha was unsuccessful in finding Kikyo so he went back to Kaede’s. He entered the hut and saw only Kaede, Sango, Miroku, and Kirara. “Where in the hell is Kagome? She’s supposed to be here so we can search for the jewel shards!!” he yelled angrily. Sango glanced over to him and scowled. “She’s not here Inuyasha. Your insults drove her to run away.” she said angrily. Inuyasha glared at her. “I don’t have anything to do with driving her away! She knows that she has to look for the jewel shards!!” Miroku whacked Inuyasha over the head with his staff. “You have everything to do with Kagome-sama running away Inuyasha. She is very sensitive, and she is even easier to hurt with the death of loved ones on her mind.”
“You should go and look for Kagome , Inuyasha. You have to apologize and be nicer to her. We need to find a way to get her back to her normal self. Now go. Don’t come back until you find Kagome.” Kaede said as she shooed them outside. Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, and Kirara went to the part of his forest where they last saw Kagome, Shippo, and Souta. Inuyasha growled loudly when he caught the scent from the air. “What is it Inuyasha? Is it Naraku?” Miroku asked as he placed his hand on the prayer beads sealing his wind tunnel. “Sesshomaru.” was all he growled.
