9: Explanation

"Hey! You don't have to dump everything out! Do you know how ling it took me to reorganize my bag after the first time!?" Kagome is yelling at Sesshoumaru for, once again, tossing out her belongings. "I do have things that break in there." Glaring at the taiyoukai, who just ignores her, Kagome grabs for her things to place them in there upright order.
"I wish to see what other books you have on your person. That 'History' book, shows nothing of youkai and there empire. It only shows human Lords and traditons. Why is that?" Grabbing the over turned C.D. player, Sesshoumaru looks over the shiney metal and plastic of the well kept machine. "What contraption is this?" He looks over the earphone and pulls it from the player.
"Don't break it!" Trying to snatch it back from the imobalized Sesshoumaru because of Kagomes constant skreeching.
"Refrain from speeking to me in such a manner. It is irritating." Giving back the C.D. player to Kagome, she grabs a C.D., puts back the headphones, and places the player on his out streatched hand, trying to grab another item, and puts the headphone on Sesshoumarus ears.
"Get ready." Sesshoumaru raises an eyebrow and without worning the music blasts.
Eyes dialated and hair standing on end, Sesshoumaru throws off the headset and player. Kagome ready for such a thing, grabs it before its untimely death brought by the floor. Laughing at the discomfort of the youkai lord, she holds it down long enough to ask if hes alright. "How does something so small produce such sound! What is that damnable thing?!" Growling loudly, even pride can't save him from rubbing his ears to stop the ringing.
"I'm sorry Sesshoumaru, I didn't know that it was on that loud." Feeling bad but still laughing at the funny scene from the lord.
Growling after regaining his hearing, he looks coldly to Kagome. "Explane."
"This," holding up the C.D. player, "is what people from where I come from listen to when we get bord or just feel like listening to music."
"Where does such a thing come from?"
Looking at him nervously, she thinks for something. "Umm. Well, have you ever seen the bine eaters well? The one in Inuyasha's forest?" Looking at him for confermation she continues. "That well connects to my time. You see, I'm from 500 years in the future."
"Tell me the truth miko, I do not believe in such things."
'Great time for an explanation.' "I realy am from the future, remember the cloths well they were machine made. And my C.D. player too. Everything in my time is either made my machine, which is almost everything, or by hand, which is practicly nothing." So she continues to tell Sesshoumaru of her home, her brother, mother and grandpa. "Where did you put my history book?" Glancing around the room for her book, nothing. Looking back to Sesshoumaru, he takes it out of a shelf, hands it over and looks over her shoulder.
"See, look at this," Flipping through to the earlyest writen pages. "This is my time, well, a few years earlyer but this is basicly how it is." Showing the modern era of the U.S. and Japan, to the 3rd world of some countries.
"How can I believe such things?"
Thinking he had finaly believed her after her long explanation, hits her head on the table she has been siting on. "How can you not! I just told you things that took hundreds of years to become! Things that haven't even happened yet!"
"Precisly. If what you say is true, then it is to happen. But remember it has not. What would happen if someone like myself decided they didn't like how things turned out? Posibly change what is to happen?" Snickering at Kagome's pailing face, he continues. "What would I do with such information brought to me. Change it or keep it the same. Believe me, Miko, the idea of changing your past to become my future is intriguing." Seeing as she couldn't turn any whiter, he thinks 'She's fun to tease.' Waiting for her to come back to life, time passes without her even flinching.
Snapping his fingers infront of her face to get a response, he sees he shocked her to pass out sitting up. Sighing to himself, he lifts the sleeping human to take her to her room. 'How do I get myself into these situations? What god did I anger to make my life miserable?'
'What! Why would Kagome be with Sesshoumaru? Why would she leave us for HIM!?' Inuyasha has been standing shocked at the information he recieved.
"Inuyasha?" Sango takes a causious step to the quiet hanyou. Stoping just behind him, Sango places her hand on his shoulder. A deep growl is immited from Inuyasha. "Inuyasha, calm down. We need a clear head to save Kagome." Hearing her name, Inuyasha growls louder. Sango takes a step back. "Inuya-"
"Lets go. We gotta get Kagome back." He says in an eeriely quiet voice. Starting his walk to the western land, both Miroku and Sango can feel Inuyasha's ki grow greatly. "Sesshoumaru will not take what is mine."
Ok I think I just scared myself. 1) Last chapter was evil! It had exactly 666 words! 2) I had a vision of things to come on Leave me be. Ok. I hope this is getting better and not too slow. I was looking at my earlier chapters, and they've been getting too short. This one is longer, by how much, I don't know. Thank you to all my reviewers and readers who have been with me since the beginning. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be continuing this story thank you.
