Inuyasha:

They're back. Hmm I smell tears. I look at both of the women and see tearstains on their cheeks. I run up and look Kagome over, seeing nothing wrong I relax. Both of them start giggling. I growl a little, "What's so funny?" Kagome's mother laughs, "you looked so worried, don't worry we just had a good talk." I narrow my eyes at her then Kagome elbows me in the side. Her look tells me to knock it off. I grab Kagome's hand and drag her to a secluded spot. "We got to go back," I announce. "I know." "Let's go to your house say goodbye and you pack some of your stuff." "Ok." She starts to lean over and kiss me passionately her hands stripping my robe off. I growl low and try to rip her clothes off but she backs away. I try to reach for her but she back more away and starts to slowly undress. Ok now we have to go back and explain almost everything to the gang. The shit is going to hit the fan. We both jump into the well together.

Shippo:

I'm so bored but they got to come back soon. I smell Kagome then Inuyasha. They're back, they're back. Yay!! I run to the well and sit on the edge. I look over to Inuyasha he grabs Kagome's bags and then puts his free arm around Kagome's waist. I stare at him weird and then look at Kagome who blushes a little. I leap out of her arms and lead the way. They follow slowly so I ask them to hurry. "We'll catch up later," Inuyasha said. I look at them both and shrug my shoulders. "Ok." I bound ahead and run into hut. "They're back, they're back." Everyone runs out to meet them. Inuyasha is KISSING Kagome!! Everyone drops their jaws. The monk starts to clear his throat and Inuyasha and Kagome break apart and blush bright red. Sango gets red with anger and starts beating Inuyasha with her boomerang. "What did you do with her you asshole," she yells. Mirouku starts laughing and pulls Sango off Inuyasha who growls at her. I just don't understand what's going on.

Sango:

How could she let him KISS her. I also noticed where his claws were, on her ASS. "Let's go inside," Kagome tells everyone her face a little red. The monk starts elbowing Inuyasha and grin pervert ably. Inuyasha growls at him and holds Kagome waist tightly and possessively. I arch my brows and stare at Kagome. She just ducks her head in Inuyasha's chest. I glare at Inuyasha who just smiles and licks one of Kagome's ears and nuzzles his nose against her hair. I then notice marks on their necks. Inuyasha:

Sango is pissed, Mirouku is being perverted and little Shippo looks confused. Shippo looks at me, "Why are you guys acting like mom and dad did?" I look at Kagome who looks really embarrassed. I just laugh and tell him, "We'll tell you later." Keade comes out and observe the scene and just chuckle a little, "I knew you two would become mates. You belong together." The rest of the gang stare at her dumbfounded then turn to us then to Keade then back at us and shout, "WHAT?" Ow that hurt. Both Kagome and I rub our ears smartly. Sango gets even more pissed, "How could you defile her? Have you no honor?" I growl at her. Keade clears her throat, "Sango calm down, to demons and half demons there is a sacred ritual for two to become mates for life. It's like being married. By the marks on their necks I say they have done the ritual." "You're right hag. We have become mates and we will be living here in this time." Shippo looks happy and hugs Kagome and says, " So you'll be staying here forever?" "Yes but I'll have to visit my family and friends in my own time too." Shippo looks nervous and moves foot to foot. He wants to ask something but is too nervous to ask. "What is it Shippo?" He stares at both of us and ask quickly, "Will you and Kagome be my new parents?" I stare at Kagome who is smiling softly and then crouches down to his level, "I would be honored to be your new mother but we have to find a place to live first and you got to see if Inuyasha agrees too." Damn her putting this on my shoulders. I stare down at the little fox who has tears in his eyes. "Alright alright kid I guess you could live with us." Shippo launches himself into my arms and hugs me. I stand stiffly then I pat his head. Everyone is staring at me incredulous. "What?" "Oh nothing." Damn I'm getting soft.

Keade:

They look so happy. I knew something wonderful would happen out of this mess. "So," I say, "are you two going to finish finding the rest of the shards?" Everyone stares at me like I'm nuts. Inuyasha answers me with, "no I already have everything I want." He brings so nose to Kagome's neck sniffs it and licks it. Kagome runs her claws across his face lightly. "Knock it off you two," I yell, "newly mates can't stop touching each other." They blush alittle. "I'm sorry to burst your bubble but you have to find them. Evil is overrunning the countryside. Kagome you have to purify the jewel." "NO you old hag, I will not have my mate go out there." "Oh leave her alone Inuyasha, I'll go if I want to." Kagome tells him. Then she leans over and whispers in his ear something and he growls at her. She laughs and walks away toward Sango. "You want to go to the hot spring Sango, I missed those." "Sure," she answers. They hug each other and grab each others arms and walk off. "Oooh girl on girl action," Mirouku says. Inuyasha punches him to a tree and I here Kagome growl as Inuyasha tries to follow, "Girls only this time." Inuyasha's ears droop a little but agrees. The two girls run off.

Kagome:

Wow, everyone took that pretty well. Shippo wants us to be his new mom and dad. How sweet, and what Inuyasha said made my heart swell. I look over to Sango who is thinking about something. "What are you thinking Sango?" She pauses and then resumes stripping her clothes, I follow but wonder what she's thinking. We both slip into the water ah pure bliss. We wade over to a rock like seat and sit down. "So Sango what are you thinking." She stays quiet for a sec then answers, "Why Kagome? Why him?" I stare at her and then I answer, "We love each other and I can't live with out him. There is someone out there for everyone. It took 500 years for me to be born and to meet him here. I hope you find someone soon." She looks at me strangely then starts to cry. "I don't think there is anyone for me, I'm a demon exterminator. How could someone love me?" I scoot closer to her and hug her gently. I know someone could love you but I won't tell you right now. I gently rub her head with my claws and hush her quietly.

Inuyasha:

I think I tied him good enough when he wakes up he'll want out and I can't let him. He'll want to follow Kagome and Sango to the hot springs. No one else but me will see my mate naked. I hear him start to wake up. "Ow my head hurts. Hey let me out, let me out Inuyasha." "No you pervert." "Ah come on let me go." "Not until they come back." He flips a little knife out and cuts the ropes and says a quick spell that knocks me to my ass. He goes running. I scream for Keade. She runs out and starts to laugh. I growl, "Release this spell so I can beat that fucking pervert." She says a few words and I'm off and running. I find him staring down the cliff to the hot springs. I sneak up on him and grab him by his collar. He starts to protest but I punch him knocking him out. I start to walk off back to the hut when I'm face to face with a very mad and very naked Kagome. "What are you doing here?" She growls at me. "Grabbing this pervert! He spoke a spell so he could escape and watch you and Sango take a bath. I'm just taking him back to the hut." She smiles and runs her claws against my ears and chest. I growl lightly and smile. I reach for her face with my free hand and turn my face down to hers. I'm about to kiss her when I hear, "Gods Kagome you got even more beautiful." I punch the monk again and quickly kiss Kagome and run back to the hut. Damn monk.

Sango:

She comes back into the water with a little blush. "What was so important that you had leave?" "Had to go to the bathroom," she mutters. I don't really believe her but I relax anyways. Then I'm sprayed with water. I look at Kagome and get another splash in the face. She starts to swim off, "Oh no you don't" I yell. I give chase and we start to splash each other laughing away. "Ok Kagome I think it's time to leave." She giggles and dunks me and then leaves the springs. She shakes her body like a dogs' to dry off and slips her soft towel robe thingy on and starts to run back to the hut then stops and turns around. "Go ahead," I say with a laugh, "I'll catch up later." I swim around the spring to relax. Then I sit on the edge of a rock with my feet still in the water and squeeze the excess water out of my hair and then run my fingers through it. I feel something staring at me and I turn around and scream.
