InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Loveless Temptation ❯ The end? ( Chapter 1 )
[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]
Hello and welcome to my first Inu-Related Fan Fiction. Thanks for clicking on it. If I make typos, and Microsoft Word decides not to pick them up, you'll have to excuse me. I type a lot, so just try to figure it out. If you are wondering why my first Inuyasha FanFic is an R rated one. Hell. I have hormones. It's fun? Yeah. Read on now, my friends.. Oh, and I will use some Japanese words, but not too many.
UPDATE: A few things to add. I know this chapter is extremely fast. I mention that at the bottom. But as I said to one of my wonderful reviewers, .: bows deeply to them:., I don't much care for Kikyou so wasn't up to rambling on about her. Plus, you kind of already have a lot of the show to tell you about how InuYasha has felt. I know in a good FanFic you shouldn't have to have sent he show, but who says This is a good FanFic? No one.
On a Second note, I am aware Kagome would never say such things as `fucking'. But here's the thing, the last word in Fan Fiction is FICTION. My FanFic isn't an episode remake; it's an un-true story.
Thirdly, Don't now be afraid to review, that's just my way of answering. I love my two reviewers deeply and am in mind to E-send them flowers.
Thanks again!
The wind kicked up. Nine figures all stood in complete disbelief-induced silence. One of them quite suddenly emitted a yell. The other eight all turned to look as this one man held out his right hand. He was feeling a tingling sensation throughout it, though it was somehow painful, as if it had fallen asleep completely. A young fox jumped on the man's shoulder, peering over it timidly. “What's wrong, Miroku? Is it your wind tunnel?”
“Yes, Shippou.. I think.. It is gone..” This sentence from the man names Miroku brought an even more stunned silence to the group.
One of the nine, a very tall, silver haired, full blooded Inu-Youkai quite suddenly turned tail and left, without a word to the rest. He disappeared form view of all the others, one of which was his half-brother.
This half brother was blinking in disbelief himself. The half-Youkai, or Hanyou, turned to look at an attractive black haired woman, who looked about 18, and opened his mouth. “So.. Naraku.. Is gone?”
Another woman, this one dressed in black and pink demon slayer's clothing, spoke out. “I don't know about that. Remember when he faked his death, those years ago? What if this is another of those tricks?”
The first Woman, who the Hanyou had spoken to, shook her head. “That couldn't be right, Sango.” She thought for a moment and smiled. “We also destroyed Mynoumaru, don't forget, and he held naraku's human heart..”
The Inu-Hanyou re-sheathed his great Katana and grinned. “So we finally got Naraku..” he glanced at the woman, Kagome, with a strange look in his eyes.
Kagome blushed slightly at the intensity of his gaze and cleared her throat. “What does this.. Mean then?” She suddenly gasped. Shikon no Tama shards were flying at her, driven by some power, they all fit into place onto the unfinished jewel that hung around the Miko's neck. Kagome picked up the now quite larger jewel and surveyed it. “They're almost all here..” She announced to the group.
There was a flash of fire as a nekomata, a two tailed very old cat demon, returned to her very much more.. Cuddly side. She made a mewing noise and Jumped on the woman named Sango's shoulder, expecting a pet that she did not receive, because Sango's mind was elsewhere, on another shark of the Shikon no Tama, which was imbedded in someone she held dear..
An ookami Youkai was sitting cross-legged, looking at his legs. He knew he should hand over his shards to Kagome, as help to restore the Shikon no Tama, but he found himself un willing. Suddenly, he had an idea. Standing up, he walked gracefully over to the miko and smiled genuinely at her. “Kagome, you are going to want my two shards of the jewel,” he began, wrapping his right arm around her waist as he spoke. `So let me offer you a deal. You come and be my mate, and I'll hand them right over without a fuss.”
Within the second that the ookami uttered his last word, the Hanyou had unsheathed his katana, the Tetsusaiga, and swung it to exactly where the ookami had been had not he jumped out of the way with Kagome a millisecond earlier. The Hanyou growled in his chest. “OI! Wolf-boy! Let go of her, Kouga, she isn't yours!” He snarled.
The ookami Youkai laughed, hugging Kagome tight to his side, who up to now was concentrating on not being sliced or falling to her doom. “Well, she isn't exactly yours either, is she, mutt?” he looked straight at his captive for a moment. “You'd rather be with me, wouldn't you?” Both the Hanyou and Kouga remained silent, in case she responded.
Kagome blinked. “Let go of me..” She said tiredly, and Kouga did as she requested, though a slightly disappointed look masked his face.
The hanyou smirked. “See, wolffie? She wants nothin' to do with you.”
Kagome, who was getting tired of this, and not in the mood, added in an undertone. “Not that she wants anything to do with InuYasha right now either.” This response got a very big happiness drop from the inu-hanyou. The ookami laughed.
“I'll accept that. Remember my offer, Kagome.” Kouga then stepped forward, grabbed Kagome, and kissed her mouth quite dramatically. InuYasha, having been pulled out of his mood, growled again and leaped at the wolf, who retreated the second his mouth left Kagome's.
Kagome was going quite red, all in all, and this pissed InuYasha off even further. “That fucking bastard, who does he think he is..” He muttered under her breath. Miroku laughed and walked over to place a calming hand on the Hanyou's shoulder. “Relax, InuYasha, you know Kagome does not love Kouga.”
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
InuYasha was still in a gloomy mood when they all returned to Kaede's village to share the good news of naraku's disposal with the old woman. She was overall extremely pleased by the news, and insisted they all stay to eat and drink for some time.
Kagome was preparing food in the hut when she suddenly had a thought. She turned to Sango, who was assisting her, and spoke her mind. “Sango, have you seen InuYasha lately? I haven't seen him at all in hours..” Sango said she did find that strange, and Kagome went out to see if she could locate him.
Kagome was walking through bushed upon bushes when she saw one of Kikyou's soul collectors. Thinking of the un-dead miko, Kagome followed it, sure that she would not like what she would come to see. Eventually she stumbled out into a clearing, where quite a site met her eyes.
“No, Kikyou!” InuYasha shouted, pushing the miko away. The two of them were standing in what looked to be molten lava. The woman, who was so like Kagome and so not, suddenly looked quite evil. “InuYasha!” She stated. “You promised me you would follow me to hell.. Why do you go back on your promise?” “Because!” The hanyou said, looking flustered. “I didn't have a reason to stay here before..” “And now you do?” Kikyou glared up at him. “It's her, isn't it? My re-incarnated form..” InuYasha starred into the now cruel eyes of the woman he once loved. This woman was no longer Kikyou. She could never help him. “Yes. It's her.” Kikyou screamed and snatched at InuYasha, attempting to drag him down into the eternal flames, but InuYasha pushed her savagely and leaped away from the pit of lava. There were no more sounds as the hell on earth disappeared, leaving the grass, for some reason, greener then that around it.
Kagome brushed a leaf out of her hair, creating enough noise to alert InuYasha of her presence. She froze when he turned to look at her, moving so quickly as he rushed to her, picking her up slightly and pinning her between himself and a nearby tree. “Inu.. Yasha?” Kagome breathed, un aware of what emotion was displaying through his amber coloured eyes.
The hanyou starred back into Kagome's brown eyes. For some reason, the intensity of all these situations had brought him to a sudden need of her. He remembered the only time they had ever kissed, and that had been because he had been about to transform against his will. He kept a hold of her, still looking deep into her eyes, still a mixture of emotions..
Now that Kagome was over the initial shock of being pinned to a tree, she dared herself to speak. “Was that true? Did you stay here, on earth, because of me? I thought you loved Kikyou..” InuYasha's expression did not falter. “I did love Kikyou. A long time ago. I am here because of you, Kagome, in so many ways. I love you.” The miko found that all very difficult to take in at once, so she didn't say anything. She loved him, that was for sure, but for some reason she was having trouble saying it. She finally opened her mouth. “I..” But she could not finish her sentence. Her mouth was being covered. InuYasha's kiss was nothing like Kouga's previous one. It had held no mutual emotion. For years Kagome had been falling in love with Inuyasha. There was nothing to compare.
END CHAPTER 1
Yeah, pretty short I guess. Only three pages. But hey, just an intro to my writing style, etc. I kinda rushed a lot of things there though. With Naraku, Kouga, Kikyou, and all the characters. Ah well. If you have something to say, I do believe its called reviewing or whatever, or you just wanna rant about something, please email me. whatyouthinkmeanslittle@hotmail.com
