Welcome to chapter two. I know I shoulda posted this around 463 years ago (random number) But hey! I posted it! Good enough! Wow, right now I haven't the passion for the whole cheating on InuYasha thing, I'm too in love with one single person right now. Oh wait, well, maybe.. Hmm..
CHAPTER TWO
-----------------------
Kagome was back in her own time, barely paying attention during arithmetic. Her mind was, quite obviously, centered on the kiss she had shared with InuYasha. She smiled slightly idiotically to herself and suppressed a giggle. A hand reached out to touch her shoulder, and she jumped. Looking up, she saw a pair of blue eyes twinkling at her in an all-too-cute fashion. The owner of these eyes now spoke.
“Higurashi?” The boy said, smiling at her with complete naïve innocence. “Are you all right? You zoned out, are you feeling faint? Is it another sickness?”
Kagome sighed, thinking of her grandfather, and his lies, angrily. “I'm fine, Hojo..” This response of hers got her a huge smile from the boy.
“That's good, Kagome!” he said exitedly, enough to make his self-appointed-queen sigh inwardly once more. “You've been at school a lot, the past what, week and a half?” he smiled even broader. “It's nearing the end of the year, you know.. say, would you like to go to the movies with me this Saturday? Oh, I mean, tomorrow?”
Kagome considered this. She'd been half-dating Hojo now for years, none of which InuYasha knew about. “Sure, Hojo..” She said, offering him a smile.
Hojo smiled wildly again. “Great! And you had better come this time! I'll pick you up at 6:00!” satisfied, the boy practically skipped away form her, leaving her to shake her head pathetically.
Great. She thought to herself. Now I have to make up an excuse on why I have to be back here for tomorrow afternoon. InuYasha'll be pissed.. She got up, collected her books and left the already empty classroom. She avoided her friends, wanting to get back to the well quickly, hoping maybe if she detected a Shikon no Tama shard, and helped retrieve it, InuYasha would be in a good enough mood to let her go. She hurried home, threw her books down and ran to the well.
“Kagome?” Came the sound of her mother. “Are you going back so soon?”
“Yeah mom, but I'll be back tomorrow around noon.” Kagome waved at her mother and pulled open the door to the well room. She grabbed the yellow bag in which she had prepared and left by the well the previous day, and hopped into the black nothingness. She fell through the swirling colours and looked up to see a clear blue sky, where the ceiling of the well room had once been. Climbing out, she looked around to see herself completely alone. Heaving the now light bag over her back, she began to walk towards Kaede's village, and had only gone a few dozen steps before something red and silver jumped in front of her. Startled, she jumped backwards and was pulled forwards into a hug. “InuYasha! You scared the crap outa me!” She said, but softly as she hugged him back.
Inuyasha released her slightly, but not completely, and smiled down at her. “I missed you..” he said softly.
Kagome smiled. “I'm sorry. I wanted to spend a week at home, and it turned into two. I'm surprised you didn't come and get me.”
Inuyasha shook his head. “You needed the time there.” He admitted, then bowed his head down until they're lips met. His tongue touched her bottom lip lightly, demanding entrance to her mouth, which she gave him instantly. As his tongue danced with hers, he felt all along her torso, front and back, checking for injuries and simply enjoying the essence of touch. He released her, then picked her up and ran to Kaede's hut.
Once the hanyou had released her, Kagome walked into the hut without hesitation, and came to the sight of her friends for a moment before her vision was blocked by a load of red hair.
“Kagome!” Squeaked the kitsune, ecstatic from the return of his caregiver. Shippou nuzzled Kagome's check in a child-loving manner and piped up excitedly. “What did you bring me?” he asked.
“I should stop bringing you candy, Shippou, It isn't very good for you.” At her charge's pout, however, she laughed and pulled out a bag of jelly worms. The fox grabbed the bag, hugged Kagome again, and then bounced off with Kirara.
A demon slayer, that being Sango, smiled at the other woman. “Hello, Kagome, it has been awhile since we've seen you last.”
The monk, Miroku, who was seated beside the demon slayer, Nodded in agreement. “Yes, it has. Will you be staying in our time for a while, then?”
Kagome hesitated then shook her head. “No, I need to be back by tomorrow afternoon.. But soon I'll be out of school, then I can remain here for.. Well.. Months on end.” She had added the last bit when the silver-haired hanyou had glared at her. At the idea of her staying for long periods of time, however, she saw InuYasha perk back up again. If only he knew.. She thought to herself, sighing.
“Watch out, Sango!” Miroku cried out, then grabbed the woman around the waist and pulled her away from the fangs of a snake demon.
“Thanks, Miro-“ She then growled and slapped the monk, as his hand had gone down to touch her desired backside. “CAN YOU KEEP YOUR BLOODY HANDS TO YOURSELF!” She shouted at him, which only got her a sigh from the monk.
“Sango, I just can't resist, you are like a goddess to me..” Miroku was pleased at the blush that appeared on her face.
“Spare me..” She said, but smiled when her face was turned.
InuYasha ignored the two, used to this by now, and un-sheathed his beloved sword. “I'll wind scar you into the next dimension, snakey.” He muttered, swinging the blade of Tetsusaiga and creating a flash of yellow light that destroyed the snake with impeccable ease.
Kagome stepped forward and looked at the snake's head. “The shard is.. here.” She bent down and removed a pink piece of jewel from the snake's tooth.
“That works to our benefit.” Sango said, smiling, her nekomata returning to its cuddly kitten form as she spoke. “Now there are only two shards left. And we know where they are..”
“Yeah, in that fucking ass of a wolf demon, Kouga..”
“InuYasha! Be nice..” Kagome sighed. “How are we going to convince Kouga to give them to us?” She said, pocketing the jewel shard to add to the large almost-completed jewel.
Miroku smiled. “You could offer him a few services, Kagome, I bet he'd drop them pretty quick at that.. Along with his pants..”
“Miroku..” And with that, another whack was heard. Sango shook her hand out. “Let's take a day or two's rest before we go find Kouga. In fact, why don't we wait until Kagome has graduated.”
InuYasha nodded, which was surprising to say the least. “Fine.” He said, and then sheathed his sword.

Kagome was walking towards the well, debating whether or not she should just blow Hojo off. I love InuYasha, what the hell am I doing? She then sighed. Having fun.. She then stretched, before a frightened cry escaped her. “INUYASHA!” she cried, then smiled. “You scared the fucking crap out of me!” She then smiled and looked up at him.
“Good, you were gonna leave without saying bye, weren't you?” He smiled. “Tut tut, Kagome, you know I won't stand for that, bitch.” He then lowered his mouth to hers and pushed his tongue into her mouth.
Kagome smiled. Oh, god, why am I giving this up.. She heard InuYasha talking, but barely listened. “Hmm?”
“I said you had better get your ass back here before tomorrow night, okay?” He growled in her ear. “Or else there'll be hell to pay.”
Kagome nodded and let go of him. She gave him another smile and then hopped down the well, returning to her own time.
BAH. There's my imagination for today. Enjoy, and no, I haven't added the Hojo thing quite yet. Why? People were starting to get scary with there demands of me adding another chapter. No ones enquired, but I'll tell you anyway. Yes, there shalt be lemon. And with Mir/Sango, I dunno how far I'm gonna develop that. Inu/Kag is my favourite always. Oui. .: goes off to lust after Jay:.
