---Chapter 9---

---Wednesday---

Inuyasha was the first to wake up; he leaned over and saw that it was 6:30am. He didn't feel Kagome's body heat near him so he turned around to see where she was. As soon as he saw her his mouth went dry. She was lying somewhat diagonal on the bed. Sometime during the night she threw the covers off herself. Her hands were on her stomach and her feet were on the bed spread apart. He stared at Kagome and all her naked glory before he got hard. He couldn't let this opportunity pass. He gently crawled over to her and settled his weight between her legs. She just moaned and mover her head to the side, he was a little surprised she didn't wake up. He started to suck on her pulse and message her breast. She still didn't wake up, so he just continued. He ground his lower half into her and could smell she was ready for him. She must think she's having a dream, hehehe.

He slowly entered her loving the friction her tight passage was creating. He didn't want to go fast and rough, Inuyasha thought she would rather wake up to him going slow and gentle. He stopped sucking on her pulse and was breathing next to her ear. He pulled out and slowly entered her again. This time she moaned and pushing back a little. Inuyasha grunted in her ear and she started to stir.

Kagome was having one of the best dreams of her life. It felt so good but then she heard a grunt. She didn't want to wake up, it felt so good but something was telling her too. "Kagome…" Her eyes flew open to see Inuyasha's face inches from hers. His eyes were closed and his mouth open. He looked like he was in complete ecstasy. He slowly entered her again; she arched her back and groaned. "So it wasn't a dream…" Inuyasha just grunted and changed his angle speeding up a little. Kagome wrapped her arms around his back and was digging her nails into his back. Inuyasha could feel it, Kagome was close. He planned on marking her, she would be his forever. Kagome murmured his name and he made and extra hard thrust.

"Ughhh." Was Kagome's only response, her eyes rolled to the back of her head. Inuyasha grabbed her legs and pushed them closer to her chest. It felt like he was reaching new levels of deep inside of her, she loved every minute of it. His thrusts were speeding up and getting harder. Kagome climaxed as her inner muscles clamped around him. Now Inuyasha seeked his own release and was thrusting into her with youkai speed. Kagome came down from her high fast but was quickly building back up from Inuyasha's newly found speed. He gave one final hard deep thrust and bit down on where her shoulder met her neck. The mixture of pleasure and pain threw Kagome over the edge; she yelled a broken version of his name. They both laid their with a glow from their previous activities. Inuyasha was still inside Kagome; he had his arms around her and was cleaning her wound.

Kagome couldn't form logical words she just laid there hugging Inuyasha back. Inuyasha finally satisfied with his job on her mark pulled out of her and carried her to the shower. He figured she'd be mad if she was late for school. It was now 7 and Kagome was indeed mad that he didn't wake her up earlier. It seems like she forgot what we shared this morning! Kagome was sitting in the passenger seat of his care with her arms crossed and looking out the window. Inuyasha just kept his eyes on the road grateful that he had an extra pair of clothes in his trunk. "Kagome, don't be so mad. I'd think you'd be happy that your mine." She looked at him a little confused, "Huh?" Inuyasha just sighed hoping she didn't kill him for what he was going to tell her next. "I bit you, gave you my mark. That means your mine forever; it's like marriage in youkai terms." He was trying to concentrate on driving and gage her reaction at the same time. She didn't say anything, his heart sunk to his stomach. She doesn't regret it does she? He was about to ask her that very question but when he looked at her she was smiling and looking out the window.

Inuyasha was relieved she didn't reject him, he wanted to tell the world that she was his but knew he would get a beating for it. They walked into the school right as the 10 minute bell rang. Kagome had her hair pulled up and was wearing her green tank top with a pair of jeans complete with her black converse. The jeans confused him for a second but decided to ask about it later. He was glad that she didn't try and hide his mark, he glowed with male pride. After getting stuff from their lockers they headed to class. They both walked to their table. Naraku happened to see Kagome mark and dropped his book. No one seemed to notice but he was outraged. She was his not Inuyasha's! He found any excuse all period to lash out at Inuyasha and ended up giving him a weeks worth detention because of his temper and bad language.

School was over and Kagome planned on walking home since Inuyasha had to stay after for being the idiot that he is. She saw Shippou pull up, park, scoot over and transform back into his smaller form. She jogged over to her truck and got in. She looked at Shippou, the smile left her face. He looked like he'd been crying and had a split lip. She touched his lip. "Oh my God Shippou what happened?" She started her truck and headed to their house hoping he would tell her on the way. "My mom's in some trouble I tried to save her but even in my bigger form I couldn't do anything." Kagome started to speed; maybe she would get there in time to help his mom. "I guess she didn't pay some guys back for drugs, they grabbed her and knocked me out of the way. I ran to your truck and came to get you as fast as I could." Kagome hurried up, she didn't want Shippou's mom to die he didn't need this right now. She was doing close to 100 and drove through some people's front yards. She didn't care right now she needed to get home.

When she got there she ran next door to see if she was ok. The whole house was trashed and his mom was no where to be found. She looked around for clues, guessing they kidnapped her. "She called them the thunder brothers." Kagome turned around to find Shippou standing there. A single tear went down his check, she went over and wipped it away with her thumb. Tears should never be allowed to fall down his face. "Don't worry Shippou we'll find her ok." She picked him up and headed to their house. She went in the garage to the same hidden room with all her bike stuff. She stuck a key into the wall that had some tools hanging from it and slid it apart to reveal all types of weapons including swords, bow and arrow and guns galore. She was picking some things out; she knew the Thunder Brothers were dangerous, she heard a few things about them while at the drag. She was on the phone calling her contact she met at a bar one night.

He was talking to her while she was sipping on a beer. He was saying things about what he did for a living. He got information for people, kind of like a PI but he didn't operate inside the law all the time. He told her about the job he finished some woman thought her husband was cheating on her but hew as really taking dance lessons for their upcoming anniversary. When she needed info she decided to call the number he wrote down on a napkin and handed to her. Someone finally picked up, "Hello?" "Yo Kelley I need the location of the Thunder Brothers hangouts and where they crash!" "This isn't going to be cheep!" "Whatever I'll pay you double of asking if you get it to me in the next 10 minutes!" "DEAL!!" Kagome was currently changing into her black leather get up she wore when she went riding at night. She strapped guns to her thighs, knifes were strapped around her ankles. She had a backpack like Laura Croft where her clips popped out and she could reload fast.

She finished tying her steel toed boots and put an emergency gun in the back of her pants. Kelley couldn't get her the info but he called her back an hour later. "What the hell Kelley I thought I said 10 minutes." "Uh who's Kelley?" Kagome froze it was Inuyasha, DAMMIT IT ALL TO HELL!!! "Are you cheating on me or something, who's Kelley?" "Uhhh oh jeez Shippou just stuck a paper clip in an electrical socket, have to get him to the hospital electrocution is serious BYE." Kagome gulped, what the hell was that, Shippou got electrocuted. I wouldn't even believe that! Her phone rang again so Kagome decided to be careful this time. "Hello?" "It's Kelley." He face got red with anger. "WHAT THE HELL I thought I said 10 minutes."

"Calm down, these guys were tuff to get info on, turns out they can cover their tracks pretty well. Their in a branch of the mob I'm texing their hangouts to you right now." Kagome locked up everything in the garage and ran upstairs to find her cell phone. She got the info and agreed to pay Kelley tomorrow. Man I need a night job this asswipe is expensive! Kagome went around looking for Shippo and found him in her room curled up in the sheets. Kagome rubbed his back and he turned around. "It's okay Shippou I'm going to get your mom back okay, no matter what!" "You promise? But what if she's not alive?" Kagome ran her hand through his hair, "Then I'm going to torture those bastards so much they'll wish they died instead." He smiled and hugged her, "Just make sure you come back alive Kagome. I couldn't loose you too, I just wish you'd let me come with you." "I'm going to drop you off at Sango's!"

He nodded and let her pick him up. She had her newly painted black Ninja on the drive way with her black helmet on one of the handle bars. She put the helmet on Shippou's head and drove as fast as she could to Sango's apartment. She finally arrived; she took the helmet off Shippou's head and carried him up to Sango's door. She pounded on the door and a shirtless Miroku answered to door. His smile turned into a frown, "Yes can I help you?" Kagome just ignored him and heard Sango ask who it was from inside. "It's Kagome now get the fuck out of my way." She pushed past him and saw Sango walking towards her tying her robe shut. "I need you to watch Shippou tonight I have to take care of some business." "Yea sure…" Sango saw the guns on Kagome's thighs and the knife she strapped to her wrist. "Jesus Kagome what the hell are you going to do, or who are you going to kill?"

"I can't say anything right now; I have a long drive ahead of me. I should be there by dark." She handed Shippou to Sango and kissed him on the head. "Sango if I'm not back by morning I won't be coming back!" Sango looked like she wanted to cry. "WHAT what's going on?" "I have to go." Miroku got in her way, "Wait you can't just do this to everyone!" "Get the fuck out of my way or so help me god Sango's fiancé or not I'll blow your fucking head off." She pulled out her gun and pointed it to his forehead. Miroku visibly gulped and stepped out of the way. "Shippou I will kill them okay don't worry!" She closed the door jogged to her bike and sped away.

She knew she was probably speeding to her death but she needed to do this for Shippou. And herself too, she didn't want Shippou to go through what she had to. Sorry Souta I might not be alive to come and get you. She called Kelley on her cell and gave him specific directions if she was to die tonight.

Inuyasha got a phone call from Sango right as he was leaving Kagome's house. He had a bad feeling and he was going out to look for her. "Hello?" "Inuyasha? You need to come over right away it's about Kagome." "I'll be right there." He hung up and drove to Sango's place. He looked around and noticed there were skid marks and places where someone drove through people's yards. He noticed the same thing when he was driving to Kagome's house from the school but it had two tires. He just brushed it off and drove a little faster. When he got there Sango was crying and Miroku was trying to comfort her. "What the hell's wrong with her?" Miroku didn't even notice that Inuyasha had come in. "Kagome said she was going to kill some people and she might not be coming back." Sango went back to crying into her hands. "I don't get it when did you guys become such good friends?" Sango looked up, she looked mad. "What the hell does that matter she might die tonight and all you care about is why we are such good friends all of the sudden?"

Both men were speechless, well Inuyasha was until he saw Shippou bringing Sango a glass of water from the kitchen. "What's he doing here?" Sango and Miroku both looked at Shippou. "She wanted us to watch him, and she nearly blew my head off with her gun! I mean really unstable people shouldn't be allowed to handle them!" Miroku got hit upside the head by two people, Sango and Inuyasha. Shippou threw the glass of water and hit Miroku in the head. "Don't talk about Kagome like that, she's trying to save my mom and you sitting here bad mouthing her. If she dies I'll kill you." Everyone's mouth hung open they couldn't believe sweet little Shippou just said that. Inuyasha walked over to Shippou and picked him up by his tail, "tell me where she is runt!" Shippou didn't look like he was going to answer so he threw him across the room. Sango got up and hit Inuyasha and went to help the poor little kitsune up.

"She went to the valley. That's where the Thunder Brothers are. She said they were involved with the Syndicate and she might not be coming back." Inuyasha didn't even tell Shippou thank you for the information he just ran out and hopped into his car. If he was lucky he would get there in time to stop her.

---7:30pm The Valley---

Kagome was sitting on her bike on a hill. She was looking at an old warehouse trying to find the best way in. She noticed there were 4 guards walking around the building and 4 German Shepard's on chains. Their chains were on wires that allowed them to walk around the building as well. She spotted a fire escape on the side; the only problem was there was a dog sitting right under it. She had no idea how to get around once she got inside the building, "Guess I'll just have to wing it from here!" She got off her bike and hid it behind a large bush. She noticed the forest went down far enough to give her cover so she could get close to the dog unseen. Once behind the closest tree near the fire escape she threw a rock the other direction hoping the dog was stupid enough to go check it out. Thankfully he did, she ran to the ladder and jumped. She missed it the first time but caught it the second jump.

She was finally able to get her feet on the ladder and climb to the roof. There she was stuck and the door leading inside was locked. She took out her knife and unscrewed the door knob. She didn't want to shoot it because it would create too much attention. She finally was in and descended down the stairs. Now she was clueless there was a long hallway with lots of doors. She went to the end of the hallway; she couldn't sense anyone in any of the rooms. She went down another set of stairs and was on a balcony type thing that over looked a large space. It looked like people were stripping cars, "Great I found a chop shop. I hope those assholes are here!" She ducked down and walked to the other side. It had windows which meant they were offices. She looked through on of the windows and saw Shippou's mom tied to a chair. Kagome looked around and was thankful for the low lighting or she might have been spotted. She opened the door and closed it really lightly. She heard footsteps, "Shit." She hid under one of the desks, the two people just walked by.

They were talking about some stripper and she was supposed to be here by now. Kagome rolled her eyes, "Men are such pigs!" She got over to the woman and tried to wake her up. She had blood on her face. Kagome didn't want to believe she was dead but her fears were confirmed when there was no pulse. Right then a woman walked into the office. "Huh jeez you scared me; they told me no one was in here. So are you here for the show too? Man those Thunder Brothers." Hmmmm this may prove to be useful. "No but neither are you." She grabbed the woman and covered up her mouth to muffle her scream. Kagome safely locked her in the closet in the corner. She wheeled Shippou's mom the corner too, then two men walked in. "Don't worry sweat heart she's dead." Kagome whipped around, DAMMIT why does everyone keep catching me off guard? OH SHIT it's Hiten and Maten!

"Kagome is that you?" Kagome panicked, now what genius? "Yea ya know I need money on the side, I'm not rich ya know!" It looked like they bought it. They took a seat on the couch, "Well Maten seems like we have a treat. So Kagome start when ever you want!" Ah crap I forgot I'm the stripper... "By the way I like the leather outfit, looks better with the fake guns." If only he knew! Kagome went over to the CD player the stripper brought in and turned it on. Oh Jesus Christ what the crap is this shit? Man my day is getting worse and worse! Kagome turned around and started to dance. She didn't know what else to do. "So you guys are the thunder brothers? I had no idea." "Yea well being a teacher doesn't always get you a lot of money. That's just a cover the cops would be all over us if we didn't find a decent job to pretend to work." "Oh if I knew sooner I would have come to see you earlier!" Hiten smiled at this, Kagome took off her back pack and unzipped her jacket.

She got closer and closer and took her shirt off leaving her in her black lacy bra. She started to give both of them a lap dance until Hiten grabbed her sitting on his lap. Okay I'll kill him first then. He pinched her butt and made Kagome jump. He took hold of her hips and started to grind them into his growing boner. If Kagome wasn't trying to keep a straight face she would have made a disgust written all over it. He started to suck on her breast and was trying to unzip her pants. Okay it's now or never he's distracted, hopefully so in Maten! She pulled out her gun and shot Maten in the leg. She screamed in pain and jumped off the couch. Kagome quickly got off Hiten's lap. "WHAT THE HELL." She tried to shoot Hiten but he was to fast for her. He knocked her on the ground and went to go check on his brother.

He wasn't looking so she grabbed her back pack and ran out of the room. Both brothers noticed and went after her. Kagome was shooting any of the workers that got in her way. The rest fled the building. Now the guards from outside came inside. Kagome was on the ground floor hiding under a SUV. One of the guards walked by her so she shot him in the foot. He fell to the ground and she shot him in the head. Kagome got up and ran and shot two other guards in the process. That plan sucked, I thought I'd be able to kill them while they were busy ogling me.

---Outside---

Inuyasha just arrived to find the outside of the building completely unguarded. He called his brother who was able to get the Thunder Brother's location for him. He heard a lot of gun shot and was hoping Kagome was okay. He jumped out of his car and ran to a door. He almost had his leg taken off by a guard dog. They were both standing away from each other ready to attack. The dog growled and Inuyasha growled back. The guard dog back down and Inuyasha ran into the door. He went through the door and the smell of blood hit him. He could smell Kagome but it was faint. Some guy charged Inuyasha and he just stepped out of the way and the guy ran into the wall.

Kagome was making her way back up to the offices, she saw Hiten go in there. She didn't know where Maten went but he was going to be easier to kill since he got shot in the leg. She ran into the office and was tackled from behind. She yelped and hit the floor, someone was pinning her down. "Hey sweet heart fancy meeting you here!" "Fuck you!" "You read my mind!"

Inuyasha just took down three guys when he saw Maten, "Hey aren't you a teacher at my school?" Maten didn't answer he just charged at Inuyasha. Inuyasha barley had time to dodge the attack and ended up getting knocked onto his side anyways. They both got up, "Time to die, kid." Maten took out a gun and tried to shoot Inuyasha, but he dove behind a car. Inuyasha got to his feet and noticed a guard was laying on the ground he had a knife in his throat. He took out the knife and threw it at Maten's head when he was reloading. He walked over to the dead youkai and took out the knife; he was going to say something catchy until he heard Kagome screaming.

Hiten turned Kagome over and pinned her hands down with his knees. He was trying to unbutton his pants. She started to scream and tried to buck him off. She was trying to distract him; her hand was so close to her gun she dropped when he tackled her to the floor. "Its useless bitch, I've wanted to do this forever today must be my day!" She finally reached her gun and kicked her leg up hitting Hiten in the head. He fell somewhat forward releasing her hands. She put the barrel of the gun on his temple and pulled the trigger. CLICK. Kagome panicked she was out of ammo and her back pack wasn't near her. Hiten smiled so she hit him in the head with the side of the gun. He landed on his back so she crawled on top of him and took out her knife and tried to stab him. He grabbed both her hands and was making it real hard for her to complete her attack.

He flipped them over and now was trying to stab her. He used his leverage and pushed the knife down into her stomach. She screamed as he dragged the knife diagonally down. She head butted him and he fell backwards taking the knife with him. It seemed he was knocked out, she heard Inuyasha. "Dammit how did he find me?" She turned around to look for her shirt and jacket. She found them and quickly put them. "You can't get rid of me that easily." She whipped around to see Hiten holding her knife. His eyes got all big and he fell to his knees revealing Inuyasha standing behind him with her bloodied knife he picked up from downstairs.

He walked towards and hugged her, "What the hell were you thinking? Are you hurt?" She figured he couldn't smell her blood from all the death around them. "I'm fine." She was gathering all her stuff and grabbed her knife from Inuyasha. She walked past him heading for her bike. "Wait where are you going?" "I have to go see Shippou." He tried to stop her but she took off running, he heard sirens and decided it was a good idea to split. He went back the same way he came but didn't see Kagome anywhere.

He showed up to Sango's apartment Kagome was no where in sight. He walked up to Sango's apartment to find everyone sitting on the couch except the one person he wanted to see. "Inuyasha what happened you have blood all over your shirt!" He was about to answer but Kagome walked in and both Sango and Shippou jumped to go hug her. "Kagome are you ok? Me and Shippou were so worried." Kagome bent down and picked Shippou up, "Sorry but there was nothing I could do by the time I got there she was dead. But the Thunder brothers are dead as well; weird enough it was Hiten and Maten."

Sango gasped she was surprised that two of her teachers were part of the mob. She put Shippou down and was about to walk over to Inuyasha. She grabbed her stomach and fell to her knees. Everyone was up and by her side, "Guess I got more damaged then I thought. I couldn't heal it with my powers." They all helped her lye down and unzipped her jacket to see her t-shirt soaked with blood. Inuyasha pulled up her shirt to see how bad it was. It was a huge gash almost 5 inches long, "Jesus Christ. Miroku go put pressure on this I'm going to call 911." He ran to Sango's phone and came back a few second later. "Now I know what it's like to be stabbed by me. I forgot I dipped my knifes in that solution where you couldn't heal yourself with powers of if you were youkai." She passed out right when the ambulance got there.

---Hospital 9:30pm---

Everyone was in Kagome's hospital room. Miroku and Sango were sitting in the chairs against the far wall in each others embrace. Inuyasha was lying with Kagome in her hospital bed; he had her lying on his chest. Shippou was curled up in her arms. The doctor said she would be fine but she might not wake up for a while, she had lost a lot of blood and they had to give her a pint while stitching her up. Kagome stirred and opened her eyes, "Where the hell am I?" Inuyasha opened his eyes, "You're in the hospital for being so reckless! But I'm glad you're okay." He kissed the top of her head. Kagome looked around the room to notice everyone she cared about was there; well she didn't really know Miroku so she made an exception! "Sango told us about you secret friendship, and Miroku said something about finally knowing who that ring tone belonged to. Now what did you learn from all this."

Kagome looked up at him and glared, "I'm waiting!" She noticed everyone was sleeping so she wasn't going to yell at him for getting into her business but he did save her. Hiten could have stabbed her again, he caught her off guard with no weapons. "That I'm not invincible." "Good now remember that! Go back to sleep you need the rest!" She put her head back down on his chest and squeezed Shippou a little. She relaxed when Inuyasha started to pet her head and she fell asleep.

---Friday---

The group didn't go to school for the rest of the week. Inuyasha kept bugging Kagome about the Syndicate. "Come on Kagome I'm your mate, no secrets." "No leave it alone why can't you just forget about it?" "Because you almost got killed." Inuyasha was really getting on her nerves. "That's it you not getting any for a whole month." Inuyasha's face went pale, "WHAT no I take it back I'll leave you alone!" "Too late!" Sango and Miroku just laughed. They were eating at a small diner with Rin and Sess. Inuyasha looked up to see everyone laughing. "Shut up it's not funny." He crossed his arms, "Inuyasha has anyone ever told you that you look constipated when you pout?" "Shut up Sess no one asked you!" Kagome spit out her water and was laughing so hard she was now choking for air.

"It wasn't that funny!" Inuyasha was starting to think the idea of going out to eat on Friday wasn't a very good one. Kagome's cut disappeared fast even though she said she couldn't use her powers to heal herself. At least he got some info out of her; she fessed up to being a miko. Even though he and Kagome were mates he still knew so little about her. She knew all these things about him but she always changed the subject when he'd ask her. She always came up with stupid things too, once she said she left a roast in the oven and it's burning then ran out of class. He didn't know where the hell she got that since it was during first period and she showed up in second period! Kagome refused to let Inuyasha move in with her or have her move in with him. He was a little hurt by it but decided to give her some space. He just had to figure out what was on that damn computer; she nearly killed him trying to get him away from it.

He said he wanted to check his e-mail while she was drying some pots and pans. She saw him get on the computer and threw a huge pan at his head knocking him out of the chair. He got up and cursed and asked what the hell her problem was. Her response was that there was a fly on his head and she was trying to kill it. Man I did end up with the stupid one! Inuyasha's snapped back into reality when a hand was waving in front of his face. "What?" he looked at Miroku and then around the table and noticed everyone else left. "Shit where did everyone go?" "Well since you were dazed Kagome decided to go shopping." "Why did she leave me behind? That's not cool." They got up from the table and went to go find the missing group.

---7:00pm---

Kagome finally got rid of Inuyasha; he couldn't find her so waited at her house. Shippou wasn't around so he tried to get her up stairs. He failed so he decided to ask her more questions. She couldn't come up with anything good so some of her excuses really sucked. Heh man I need to come up with better excuses or maybe just jump off a bridge. She called her contact and again and set up a meeting. She got out her black ninja; she didn't have time to repaint it with Inuyasha hovering around her all the time. She headed to the other side of town.

She pulled into an alley similar to the last one she met this guy in. She took off her helmet and a figure walked out of the dark towards her. "I got the info of where that park is I can't get a fix on his location. This kid is one of the hardest jobs I've ever had." "Well then I'm not giving you all the money, have a good night." Kagome pulled out some of the money she had in a white envelope handed it to him and put her helmet back on. She grabbed some papers he handed to her and put it in the breast pocket of her black leather jacket. Looks like she was going to be taking a trip. The location of the park was 3 hours away so she now had plans for the rest of the weekend.

Inuyasha just about read all of Kagome's journal and had even more questions about her than he did before. She mentioned something about being Riley. That didn't make sense because Riley was her next door neighbor, right? It felt like they had an arranged marriage or something, like they were complete strangers. She wouldn't let him know anything about her life. It was starting to piss him off so he asked Sess to look some things up about her. A few scraps, bruises, cuss words and hours later Sess agreed to help his little brother.

Kagome packed up her truck with anything someone would need for camping. She headed towards Matt's house to pick up Shippou. After she checked around the park she could at least take him camping. It's been a few days since his mom died and she nearly died. The town was going crazy with reporters trying to get info on the Syndicate, since Hiten and Maten lived and taught in the town that's where the FBI headed too. Kagome decided leaving was a good idea incase anyone started to ask her questions. All hope in that faded when she almost ran over someone when backing out of her drive way. She put her truck in reverse and jumped out to see if the person was okay. "I'm so sorry I didn't see you, are you okay?" "Yea fine I guess I shouldn't walk behind moving vehicles!" Kagome held out her hand, "Kagome." The mystery person shook her hand, "Shana, from the New York Post." Kagome mentally died, OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP.

"What can I do for you, Shana?" "I would like to ask you a few questions about the two teachers that were killed on Wednesday. You see they were part of the mob, a very powerful branch called the Syndicate." "Oh well I didn't really know them, just had them as a teacher once or twice. If you'll excuse me I'm heading out, I don't want to be late for picking up my son. You see his damn father just left me all knocked up, bastard. And he's at his grandma's so I can finish my high school education. It was nice meeting you." "Oh uh you too."

Kagome got back into her truck and made sure this time there was no one behind it and backed out of her drive way. When she was a good block away she relaxed, "Hahaha sucker." Back on Kagome's drive way `Shana' pulled out her cell phone and dialed someone's number. "It's me; she doesn't seem to know anything. She dodged my question to go pick up her son. I think she was lying I don't remember you saying anything about her having a son, plus she seemed anxious to ditch me pretty fast!"

"No she doesn't have a son, Kagura you idiot. Get back to Souta he might get worried your not there." Kagura hung up her phone, "Naraku you fucking bastard, if only I could kill you." Kagura walked back to her car and drove to her fake life on the other side of the border.

---Kagome's truck---

"So Shippou you excited about going camping?" "Yea sure." "Shippou is this about your mom. It's seems like you've been avoiding me a lot! Are you mad at me for not getting there in time?" "NO I hated her I don't want to feel sad but I do." Kagome sighed this was going to be a tough one to fix. "Listen I know you loved her, she was the person who gave you life after all. But just because you love someone doesn't mean you have to like or respect them! It's perfectly natural to morn someone you love. Don't feel bad for being sad. Besides this weekend is supposed to be filled with fun."

Shippou felt better, what Kagome said made sense. Kagome reached over determined to get a smile on his face and tickled him. She stopped when in between laughs he threatened to pee his pants. She definitely didn't want to clean that up, who knows how long before they see another rest stop. Could you imagine the smell, YUCK. The rest of their drive was filled with a happy silence.

They finally reached Burlington; Kagome parked her truck and got out. She waited for Shippou to do the same and walked over to a bench. She scanned the area and didn't see anyone that resembled Souta. But she did see an area that looked like the background of her photo. She stared at it for 30 minutes and decided it was time to go. It was already dark and it was going to be a pain in the ass to set up camp if it got any colder. She looked next to her and saw no Shippou. She panicked, Kagome got to her feet and looked around and saw him on the swings. She sighed and walked over to him. "Hey squirt time to go." He just nodded and followed her back to her truck.

They arrived at a forest after some 4 wheeling and it was kind of far from the town. It looked safe so they unloaded the tent. They both were attempting to put the tent up. Kagome decided a man wrote these directions because she couldn't figure it out. "That's what I get for buying a tent right before we go camping!" Shippou wasn't getting the directions either; it was like some drunk person decided to write the directions. "BURN IN HELL." Kagome kicked the rods pulled out her litter and made her very own camp fire. "HAHAHAHAHA." "Uh Kagome who are you talking to?" "Huh!?" Kagome blinked and realized she had her back turned to Shippou and the tent; she was crouched down and trying to read the directions with a litter as her only light source. She turned around and came to the conclusion that it was all a day dream. "Damn…"

30 minutes later they finally had the tent set up, "Jeez Kagome I don't think I want to grow up and be a man. I mean who wants to walk around all day, every day without any common sense." (Hahaha Bree said something like that once while we put together a desk!) "Hahaha, good one Shippou!" She took the boiling water off the camp fire and carefully poured it into her ramen cups. 3 minutes later they enjoyed their gourmet dinner.

---Sat March 12th 7:00am---

Kagome was the first to wake up. Man I really need to get a night job; this is the most I have ever not raced. I made good money doing that. She carefully unzipped the tent so she didn't wake up Shippou and stepped out. She went to her truck and unlocked it so she could get to the ice chest she had in the back. She got out some eggs, bread, milk, sausage and butter. She grabbed two frying pans from the tote and went to go make her fire in the pit she dug last night. After she got the fire started and it died down a little, she placed a big rock in the middle. After about 10 minutes she set both pans on the rock. She got her sausage cooking and her eggs frying after she put butter in the pan. Kagome was spreading butter on the toast when Shippou poked his head out of the tent, he knew he smelled breakfast and it wasn't a dream.

They both cleaned up her breakfast mess and Kagome decided to go to the river. It wasn't a ragging river that would carry you away it was nice and quiet. She got some water in a bucket and washed her dishes. She poured out her soapy water onto the ground and got clean water in the bucket to rinse the dishes. Once all the dishes were clean she dried out the bucket and carefully set them all inside of it. The water and air is so clean here. That's when she decided to take a dip in the river, it's the closet thing to a shower she could have. Unknown to her there was someone watching her from the trees.

Naraku finally found her; he had been searching all night after being informed that she showed up in this town. To his delight he found her bathing in a river, he got a full glimpse of her naked back. The water started right before the swell of her butt, the water stopped him from seeing her beautiful legs. If he went to join her he would blow his cover and ruin his whole plan so he decided to stay put. She turned around and he got a good look at her young perky breasts. The hand messaging his balls slid back a bit, pressing on the small rough patch of skin behind his sac. That time he almost groaned out loud. Naraku leaned most of his weight on the tree he was so close. He pressed harder against the patch of skin as his hand stroked rapidly over his manhood. He rested a foot on the boulder in front of him as he grunted. He bit the inside of his cheek to keep quiet as he climaxed. He rested there for a few minutes getting his breathe under control. He pulled his pants back up and looked at Kagome making sure she didn't figure out he was there. He kicked dirt over his seed on the ground and headed towards his motel room plotting his next move; he had to have her and soon.

Kagome was done with her bath and dried herself off with the extra towel she brought and redressed in her pj's. When she got back to camp everything was cleaned up and Shippou looked like he took a bath while she was away. "So Shippou you want to play or train first?" "Play because I don't want to end up tired and not play at all!" "Okay you got till the count of 100." Kagome didn't care she was in her pajama's they were almost the only humans in this forest. Besides why get another pair of clothes dirty? "100!" She took off towards the direction she saw Shippou walking before she put her hands over he eyes. She eventually found Shippou and they played for another hour before she decided it was time to train. They didn't train that often since they barley ever had time to get away from the things back home.

They headed back to camp and Kagome got weapons out of her truck. She herself had a bow and a few arrows. She gave Shippou a sword and he transformed into his older form. Kagome drew a target on a tree with some chalk and warmed up (poor tree!). Kagome had her bow around her shoulder and head and was busy tying a sword to her waist. "Okay Shippou you ready?" "Yea." She fired a few arrows that weren't meant to hit him, just to see if he could dodge them. He did fine so she moved onto the sword. He had been improving, last time she defeated him in 6 moves this time 8. They worked until 3 in the afternoon and she defeated him in 13 moves. "Let's clean up and go for a walk sound good?" "Yea I wish I could live out here!" Both walked back to the camp site with smile on their faces. After getting cleaned up Shippou transformed into his smaller form and hopped onto her shoulder. She let him pick the direction and she was off. She came back to the campsite at sunset.

---Back home---

Inuyasha wanted to persuade Kagome to take back him not getting any for a month. He drove to her house and saw that there was mail in her mail box. He grabbed it for her and walked up to the front door. He rang the doorbell and became curious about the things she got. He flipped through them all and noticed they weren't addressed to her. All of them said Riley Johnson even the bills. When he got the back of the mail pile he noticed two of the motorcycle magazines he saw Kagome with both addressed to Riley. No one was answering so he thought he'd go and give all the mail to Kagome's neighbor there was obviously a mistake. He walked to the house on the left and the person that answered to door said no one named Riley lived there. He walked to the house on the right and no one answered (Shippou's House!). Then he went back to Kagome's and saw the house number. "God I'm such an idiot why didn't I just look at the house number to find the rightful owner?" He looked at the mail and at Kagome's address, they were the same number. Now Inuyasha was confused. He set the mail down on her not so welcoming welcome mat that said, this better be important or they will never find you body. He left and went back to his house.

He was halfway to his house when he got a call from Sess (I'm lazy I know I don't want to type his name over and over!). "A girl named Kagome Higarashi (sp?) died about three years ago. Seems they never found her body, my guys say the Syndicate were involved." "Syndicate, that's the second time I've heard that name this week what the hell is it?" "Its part of the mob, dumbass, and the leader is someone named Onigumo. God, how are we related again?" "Fuck you." Inuyasha was pissed and confused, he didn't even let Sess get another insult in before he slammed his cell phone shut. If Kagome was dead then who was the Kagome he knew or Riley? If her body was missing then was she his Kagome, or really dead? Is the girl he's in love with an imposter? This was giving him a headache. He was going to be asking some serious questions when he found Kagome.

Speaking ok Kagome she and Shippou were in the tent for the night. They could hear the rain falling onto the tent. Thank god she put everything back in the truck and locked it or she would be out in the rain right now putting it in there. Then she would be soaking wet. Shippou was already asleep in his smaller form on her stomach. She put an arm over him and went to sleep herself.

AN: How was that? I know it kinda sucked okay okay it really sucked! I didn't even proof this one. It went by fast and to flow sucked. The whole thing with the Thunder Brothers was kind of stupid but all well. There I saved everyone the trouble, now you don't have to insult me!
