Kagome walked with a fast pace towards the room where her “lover” was occupying. She couldn't believe that he would do that to her. Having sex with her cousin? Couldn't he tell that it wasn't her? He has a lot of explaining to do that's for sure.

 

She was in front of the door and she didn't hesitate to open it. Kagome stormed over to the bed and slapped across his face that was still deep in sleep. InuYasha awoke and rubbed his face. He saw an enraged female's face looking at him. He knew that she found out what happened.

 

“How could you?” she seethed. Kagome has never been so angry before.

 

InuYasha gulped a lump that formed in his throat. He could feel the color of his face draining. He has met a wrath of a woman. “I didn't mean to, you know that I would never do that to you.”

 

“Ha! Bullshit. I can't believe that you would think that Sango was I.”

 

“I was drunk, how was I to know?”

 

“Exactly, you were drunk. I hoped that you still had sense to know who people are.”

 

“But Sango looked just like you. You both could look like twins for shitty's sake!”

 

Kagome's resentment started to take over. She couldn't bear to look at him anymore. His very presence was making her sick to the stomach. “You are to leave tomorrow morning. Tell my husband that you have been gone from your home long enough.” Then, she left the room and went to hers.

 

But before she went to her room, she went to Sango's. Just like what she did to InuYasha, she didn't waver to knock the door. She just barged in.

 

Sango was already prepared for her. She was sitting on her bed, looking smug.

 

`What evil magic has been done to my cousin? She does not look like herself,' Kagome thought.

 

Kagome went around the bed, staring at her cousin. Sango's hair was straight and had a healthy glow to it, her skin was creamy, and her posture was very queenly.

 

“You knew, didn't you? That's why you did what you did. Why?” Kagome demanded. She sat in a chair that was very far away from the bed.

 

“Yes, I did know what was between you and InuYasha. You tell me everything when you brush my hair. You always thought I was maimed. I am not. I paid the doctors to tell everyone that. I was just depressed when you stole Hojo from me. He was mine and you stole him from me by your seducing self! I was perfect. I knew how to run a castle and charm the guests. I know how to speak many languages and read them. I even know how to eat properly and sit like a proper woman. I can even bear children for him so he can have an heir to the throne. But no, he chose you!

 

I did what I did so I can get back at you. I knew it will break you into tiny pieces and left to the birds to eat. Do you want to know something? I have his child, yes I do. I had my period when I bucked beneath him. Yes, now I know why you love him so much. He looks like a damn god and he act like one. He can sure rock a woman's life. I will do it over and over and over if I have a chance.”

 

Kagome started to get both very uncomfortable and furious at the same time, at what she told her. Plus, she was very speechless at the words Sango told her. They were getting under her skin. This was not a good night. There were too many confessions she can handle.

 

But, she knew what she had to do. She's going to send Sango away, back to her, Kagome mother. She did forgive her when she tried to have sex with Hojo, but she can't forgive what she did to InuYasha.

 

She stood up and walked towards the door. Before she left, she told her cousin, not leaving her gaze from the door, “You are banned from this castle and any communications to the people that live here. I am no longer your cousin and related to you. You can leave early tomorrow morning.”

 

Just as she was about to leave, she heard a voice, “I suppose you told InuYasha the same thing? I guess I'll have to marry him since I have his child, nay?”

 

This made Kagome turn around. She saw that Sango was rubbing her stomach in a circular motion. Kagome felt a pelt of jealousy coursing throughout her body. She whipped around and slammed the door behind her. She could hear Sango's laughter while she was walking to her room. The laughter started to fade when she was farther from the cursed room.

 

The queen opened the door and slinked into it. She went to her bed and lie down next to the king. Tonight, she sent out two people from the castle for the morning. She has never done this before, but she was betrayed. From her follower and blood related relative. She never felt so lost before. How can she ever manage to live throughout the rest of her life? How can she live without the man she fell head over heels with?
