**Chap. 15- Dreams Become Reality

Kagome found the house with amazing ease. One light in the whole house was on, and she took it as the bedroom.

She rang the doorbell, rubbing her arms. Winter was here now and she had forgotten to wear an extra shirt under her turtle neck. The sun was rising steadily though. The large wooden door cracked open revealing a ruffled Kikyou. "Yes?" Her voice was tired.

"I want my drummer." Kagome demanded, pushing the door open to see the girl that was about her age only had a sheet on. She rolled her eyes and stepped inside. Kikyou closed the door behind her not protesting her entry.

"He's up stairs. I'll get him."

"I prefer that I drag his ass back to the mansion myself. Thanks anyways." Kagome started into the house and launched herself up the stairs.

"Who was it?" Rai asked loudly, clearly hearing the footsteps on the stairs and thinking it to be Kikyou. Kagome banged the door wide slamming it into the wall, creating a hole where the door handle was. "Oh, you."

"Yeah me." She said coldly and with much sarcasm. "What in hell do you think your doing?"

"I'm getting laid. What does it look like?" He said digging his fingers into the sheets. He looked around the room for his pants clearly feeling uncomfortable with Kagome there. His eyes showed it.

"Rai, Kareena has been crying over you all night. She cares about you even though I don't know why. I give up, I really do." She threw her hands into the air in frustration. Kikyou walked in then. Kagome started to stalk past her and then the deja vue began.

"Bitch get back here." Rai screamed at her. Kagome turned back to him.

"Go with her if you want I don't care any more. Kareena was more than nice to you, why do you insist on her…" Kagome said pointing to the twin of herself.

"Because she looks like you, and I'm in love with you, not Kareena."

"You are too in love with Kareena, you just can't see it because everyone else says so and you refuse to! Go to her with her Rai if you insist, at least one person will be heart broken, but remember she is not me…" He was taken aback and his mouth gaped open with disbelief.

She pushed Kikyou at him, watching him catch her with ease, and then lay her on the bed softly.

With that Kagome ran from the house, tears welled in her eyes back they didn't fall. She had to settle herself before she went back. She had to be the strong hold for Kareena and the boys.

The dawn was a wonderful sight coming over the mansion, striking pink and purples into the dark world of night. Warmth from the sun was creeping into the air and Kagome enjoyed it while it lasted.

As she entered the house she was met by Darren's eyes. "Well?"

Kagome down cast her eyes. "He has decided. He has gone against his heart."

She heard Kareena start up again on the couch around the corner. Her sobs carried through the silence, making it hard to bare. Kagome almost gave up then to succumb to tears but they only gathered then left. Her heart was heavy, and she closed her eyes.

"Gods be with us now."

An: Wow, I actually did it. I actually made Rai look like totally ass- I talked my mother into being my editor. I told her she couldn't change anything unless I approved it. She's kinda iffy on the whole story though. Be hey what do parents know?
