chapter 9
The small group made up of inuyasha sesshoumaru bankotsu kirara sango and miroku had been traveling on the dirt road since day break. The air was tense and noone spoke. no one really knew what to say.
sango sighed ' i wish kagome was here she's always talking and getting people to open up and talk laugh and have fun. this isnt fun its boring i think im going to loose it.'
twenty minutes had passed and still not a word. sango was clinching her fist at her side.
"THATS IT" he yelled everyone turned to look at the girl with a curious expressions.
" i cant take this silence no more im going crazy would someone please talk!!!!!"
miroku stepped foward grabbing her hand " why my dear sango, if you want someone to talk i will gladly express my love for you" he pulled her hand to his lips and gently kissed it.
she blushed taking her back from him. " anyone elses please im begging just freaking say something"
miroku had a look of hurt on his face. sango dismissed it and turned to look at the three other men. Kirara let out a small mew. sango turned to look at her fire cat with joy in her eyes.
" the cat said she would like to know what were all thinking." sesshoumaru spoke calmly looking at the cat.
all turned to look at him " you can understand her." sango asked

" great! now everyone talk about what your thinking or i swear i kill you all in your sleep" sango had fire in her eyes all the men and even kirara stepped back.
Bankotsu stared at the girl ' i think she will really do it' was what went threw his mind before her eyes setteled on him.
with a twisted smile sango spoke " bankotsu what are you thinking?"
the man flinched " well i was thinking that you would really do it, i mean kill us in our sleep." he let out a nervous laugh
"good" she said as she started walking again everyone followed but kept a few foot of distance between them and her.
" inuyahsa, what are you thinking?" she asked turning to look at him.
" i was thinking if kagome was here to see this she would be laughing her ass off." he smirked when her saw her smile
" this is kinda funny huh, miroku what are you thinking about?"
the said monk sped his pace up to where he was walking next to her. " i was thinking about how wonderfull it would be for naraku to be gone for good you as my wife and kohaku and rin playing together and maybe getting married one day them selfs."
sesshoumaru let out a growl. "rin will not be marrying anyone"
miroku huddled closer to sango for protection. bankotsu let out a snort " you said the same thing about kagome but really if she had her mind set on marrying someone do you think you could stop her"
sango let out a sigh 'well i did want them to talk'
" i dont have to stop kagome, just kill the one that wants her." he said while glaring at bankotsu. a second passed and he smirked " the white night doesnt always beat the demon lord"
everyone looked between the two. ' what the hell is he talking about' inuyahsa thought.
sango and mirko both looked confused as well.
bankotsu laughed " but good always wins over evil"
sesshoumarus smirk widend " yes good does bet evil, taking a girl for power and not love is evil."
everyone froze. bankotsu was seeing red " who says i dont love her!" he yelled out. As soon as his mind registerd what he had said he took a step back he looked at everyones shocked faces and took off running through the woods.
inuyahsa for the first time spoke out " did that bastard just say he loved my kagome"
sesshoumaru looked to his brother " yes he did and you just admited you love her too."
inuyahsa baled his fist " what about you sesshoumaru are you in love with her too first its hobo then koga and now bankotsu."
he was staring inuyahsa down now. " my fellings towords kagome is nune of you concern."
" LIKE HELL ITS NOT" he let out a few breaths. " tell me sesshoumaru do you love her"
sango felt like was her turn to yell she couldnt stand them fighing because they all loved her sister. " SHUT IT, BOTH OF YOU" she took a deep breath " so what you all love kagome, to me that just means you will do you best to protect her. theres nothing you can do to change it. and you all know in the end its up to kagome to decide who she wants to be with. not any of you." she pointing to the two inu's in front of her then off to the woods where she knew bankotsu was.
she let out a crazy laugh " you all better watch your step, because when kagome gets back she always ask's me what went on while she was gone so if you figh she will know."
everyone looked at her even the hiding bankotsu.
"now sango dear calm down" miroku said while inching towards her. " i think now would be a good time to make camp and rest for a bit, sango there is a spring just through those trees wouldn't it be nice to talk a hot bath?" miroku was trying to use his most soothing voice.
sango put her index finger to her lips. " hum that would be nice. Inuyahsa watch the monk."
she walked through the trees heading to the spring with kirara following behind. The men let out there breath they had be holding. Bankotsu came out of the woods " you know she realy scary, how come no noticed this before? that woman is Psycho"
they all nodded in aggrement. inuyahsa crossed his arms over his chest. " she is the one who wanted us to talk." inuyahsa said while looking for a good tree to rest in. ' damn i finally realize that i love kagome and more people come out and love her too, its that smile of hers no one on this earth could not fall for that smile..wait no one on earth' "DAMN IT" inuyahsa yelled out.
the three men looked to him " what is it inuyahsa" miroku asked
"kagomes grand father told us a story about three brothers fighing over something and that something was stolen by an angel the angel fell in love with this thing. that thing is kagome"
" inuyasha what three brothers are you talking about?" miroku asked really confuse and thinking his friend was loosing his mind.
bankotsu spoke up " im sesshoumarus half brother, we have the same hanyou mother."
miroku stood there thinking. " ah yes i've heard this story, it makes since a sword pure blood and a girl. you all want the girl" mirokus eyes widend as he realized. " an angel is going to take her!"
sesshoumaru nodded " yes, when sango gets back we head out naraku need to die quick so we may protect her."
later a now smiling sango came through the trees, she looked at everyones worryed faces and let out a small laugh. " its okay guys i feel much better now."
"good" inuyahsa said " we need to head out"
they started once again down the dirt road. After two miles sango kept looking at mirku he had been rubbing his cursed hand the whole time. she slowed her walking down till he was beside her. she leaned in and whisperd. " is your hand hurting you?"
he shook his head no " its been tingling and my palm is sweaty from my beeds."
sangos brows frowned " miroku, your hand never sweats?"
