Throughout their whole marriage, InuYasha and Kagome had three children. They had twins who were named Usagi (girl) and Hoshi (boy) and they had another son named Kane. Throughout their marriage, Kagome had to go on long trips to get rid of the evil that were lurking about. So, half the time InuYasha was raising the three children.

 

While the three children were growing up, they were showing their powers, both angelic and dog like.

 

Usagi looked like her mother and Hoshi his father. Kane looked both his mother and father. Kane had his mother's eyes and features and he had had his father's hair and ears. All of the girls were falling for him, but he had eyes for Nozomi and Nozomi to him. Everyone knew that they were going to wed when they were older.

 

Once in awhile the whole family went to Kagome's time to visit her brother and his wife and children.

 

InuYasha and Kagome had a good life together. Once their children were older and married, they went off to fight evil. Kagome took InuYasha's rosary beads off the day after they were married.

 

One day, Kagome knew she had to go back to the future. InuYasha protested, but she laid her fingers on her lips and said, “I have to. If I stay here any longer, the balance of the universe would not be right. Wait for me, we have an eternity.” She smiled and kissed him. He walked her to the well and took one last kiss. Kagome jumped into the well. Now he had to wait five centuries before he could see her again.

 

“I'll wait for you my Kagome. Whatever it takes, I'll see you again,” InuYasha whispered.
