I have a question for my good reviewers. I live near Cleveland, Ohio, and I am wondering do any of you know a good anime store or bookstore I can go to and at least apply for a job? My parents want me to get a job for the summer. I would like to get one that keeps me happy. I know of Barnes and Nobles, Borders, and all that, but I’m looking for one that has manga, anime, music, the works. If you have any ideas, drop me a line, PLEASE!!!  

Don’t feel like repeating last time

chapter 7

The witch saw that the lord was very serious indeed. She chanted another spell “great spirits, where....is....the ....HANYOU! The bowl of water once again made an image showing where inuyasha is currently residing. “Ah, he lives within Lady Kaede’s village amongst his humans”

The youkai lord got up and proceeded out the door. “One more thing, my lord” He instantly stops. “The spirits are saying that your mate is also adopting that fox kit as his child” Sesshoumaru left the hut with no words. He left the village quickly to find his servant and daughter and then to go get his mate before he is harmed.

“I have to find him, I can’t rely on those pathetic mortals to protect him and he sure as hell cannot fend for himself either. I can’t let his foolishness destroy my only heir .....and neither will mine”

As soon as Sesshoumaru got to the spot where he left Jaken and Rin, he told them to get their things to leave.

“Lord Sesshoumaru, where are we going to now ?” asks the toad

“To pay my brother a visit”

“Oh, that’s grand m’lord, wait, WHAT!!!”

“You heard me”

“Why would you want to see the half-breed?”

“He has something I want”

Inuyasha got up from the tree holding the fox kit in his arms like a baby. As he got off the ground, his stomach grumbled loudly. “Man, I’m starving, and you are too huh kiddo” he says to his stomach. Shippo began to rise out of his sleep and his tummy was making noises as well.

“Have a good sleep kid ?”

“Yeah, but I’m hungry, what’s cooking”

“Dunno, let’s see” they began walking towards Kaede’s hut and caught a scent of ramen, fish, and rice.

“Mmmmm, smells delicious” says the kit. Their lips were drooling as they went into the hut and saw Kagome cooking the meal.

“Hi guys, enjoy your nap ?”

“Yeeeeeeaaaaahhhhh” they said in unison staring at the fish with hungry eyes and licking the drool off their lips

“Whoa, down boys, food’s almost done, just sit down at the table”

The two did as they were told and sat at the table. Miroku, Sango, and Kaede came in a few moments later also smelling the delicious food.

“Kagome, that smells good” says the monk as he smells the potent air

“Thank you, and now dinner is served” She sets the plate of fish in the middle of the table, grabs the ramen and rice and sets them by the sides of the fish. When she sat down, they began eating. About 30 minutes or so later, the group finished their dinner, washed the dishes and sat around each other in silence, thinking about nothing and something. But Kagome broke the silence with one question.

“Inuyasha, I need to ask you something and please don’t get mad”

“What is it”

“Who is the baby’s father?” The hanyou looked at her with complete shock just as everyone else. He knew that they would one day ask, he couldn’t blame them, they deserved the right to find out who he is. Even saying or thinking who he is angers and scares him at the same time.

He sighs, “I guess I should tell you, you are bound to find out who it is sooner or later.” He takes a deep breath as he prepares himself to spit out the bastard’s name. “M-m-my baby’s father is .....

Before he could say the name, he smelled something, something very familiar, like.. “No, no, no NO!! He can’t show up now! I have to get out of here!” Miroku began feeling a powerful aura coming this way and fast.

“Hey do you guys feel that?” asked the monk

“Yeah, a very strong youkai is coming and fast. Hey Inuyasha do you...” She looked at the hanyou and is very surprised, he looks petrified, as if something scared him and he could never be right again. Kaede came to his side and put her hand on his shoulder and he looked at her with fear in his eyes.

“It’s the baby’s father isn’t it?” the old miko asked. He said nothing

“Run Inuyasha,” Kagome commanded. He looked at her shocked

“W-w-what?”

“You heard me, take shippo and run, and don’t look back” she says. He does as he is told. He gets a sack that was given to him by some villagers if this emergency came to be. He packs some food, his sword, some money, even some shoes that he could use, and a baby holder if his child was born early. He puts on the baby holder and puts shippo in it since he is still sleep and puts on a blood red cloak that was given to him by Kaede. He puts on the sack and before he could leave.....

“Inuyasha!” He turns to face Kagome. “ Take care of a shippo for me and remember.....I love you with all my heart” He began to shed tears as he ran out the hut out to the forest. The others left the hut and stood outside waiting for whoever this person is. Sesshoumaru came to the campsite of the hanyou and saw there was his humans but no hanyou.

“Where is the half-breed?”

“What business do you have for him Sesshoumaru?” Kagome asks with anger in her voice

“Business that does not concern any of you but me and that idiot”

“You will not lay a hand on him”

“Since when do I take orders from humans”

“Since NOW!!”

“What, do you mortals believe that I would kill him and his precious baby?” They looked at him like he was crazy.

“How the hell did you know about the baby?” the miko asks

“Because the baby is mine”

Well, a week late again, but like I said, school is being a butt. But I’ll update anyway ^____^
