“Kouga you moron I can't believe you followed Sesshomaru around! You could have gotten us all killed!” Inuyasha yelled as he threw a throwing knife, landing it right by his foot.

“He wouldn't have found you guys; I wouldn't have led him here.” Kouga whined as he tried to get his hands and feet untied. Inuyasha had tied him to a chair and was lecturing him.

“He knows we're here, obviously, other wise you wouldn't be here!” Inuyasha yelled as he took out his gun and started walking towards him, pointing it at his forehead. “He just doesn't enjoy making a mess in a house that belongs to someone that they can easily trace it back to him, and come up with a motive.”

“I know I screwed up, please don't shoot me…” Kouga said as he tried to scoot the chair back.

“What gave you the clue, the fact that I sent Kagome up stairs, or that I was playing darts with your feet?” Inuyasha growled at him. “I don't enjoy when people put what's mine in danger Kouga.”

Kouga gulped tightly shutting his eyes.

“Inuyasha is that a water gun?” Kagome asked as she pulled a soda out of the fridge.

Kouga's eyes shot open as his face was drenched.

“Yeah it is.” Inuyasha said as he emptied the gun on Kouga. When he was done he leaned down close to Kouga's face and said in a low growl, “Don't look so shocked Kouga, I pay you for a reason, I still have use for you, but you ever do something so dumb, ever again, and I'll be playing darts with your hart as the bull's-eye.”

“Good you scared him to the point that I think he went into shock, now kick him out so we can plane this trip.” Kagome said after taking a drink of her soda.

“I knew I should have just gotten you the bracelet.” Inuyasha said as he untied Kouga. “Get out of here Kouga; I have a promise to keep.”

“Inuyasha, we're home!” Miroku said as Kouga ran past him, and Sango.

“Sango, we're going to the beach!” Kagome said happily when she came into the kitchen.

“So that's what she wanted…” Miroku said as he sat at the table. “Uh, one thing what about-“

“Anyone home?” Kaede said as she walked in.

“Oi…in here!” Inuyasha called to her.

“So what's going on?” Kaede asked looking at each of them.

“We'reindireneedofavacationandInuyashapromisedmesoIintendto holdhimtoitand-“

“Kagome slow down and try to separate your words.” Kaede said putting her hand up.

When Kaede put her hand down Kagome said, slowly, “Inuyasha promised me a vacation, and I intend to hold him to it.”

“I see, but you have schooling.” Kaede said as she sat at the table with the teens.

“Can't you give us a packet?” Sango asked. “Or an essay, it could be an English assignment.”

“Or geography.” Kagome added in.

“What happened to vacation?” Inuyasha and Miroku asked.

“Fine you can go, under the condition that you write a one page report on your stay, include cost, what you did, make it school appropriate,” Kaede looked at the boys before continuing. “Also about the scenery at the beach, no people included.” Kaede again looked at the boys. “Then you'll also have four math worksheets, and bring back some sand and seashells.”

“Science?” Kagome asked looking at Kaede strange.

“No, art.” Kaede said, but when she got more strange looks she added, “You'll be giving them to little kids in the hospital.”

Sango and Kagome nodded, while Inuyasha hit his head on the table a few time's and Miroku started to drool at a thought.

“This is not an anime; they will be fully dressed with dresses that go below their knees.” Sango said hitting the boy over the head. “With your luck, they'll be nuns.”

“Way to kill a dream.” Miroku said wiping his chine.

“Inuyasha, you're going to break the table.” Kagome said trying to get him to stop.

“I've lost them.” Kaede said shaking her head. “I'll give you guys the packets tomorrow morning so you can leave that afternoon, or the next day in the morning, and Inuyasha this table belonged to your great, great grandmother, so don't break it.”

“Oh, somewhere from around your time?” Inuyasha said with a smirk.

“Inuyasha, you better be happy I'm not your mother.” Kaede said as she walked away. “And if you add on to that, I'll make sure you never get a vacation, and I'll buy Kagome her own apartment, in Europe.”

The last part shut him up. When she was out of ear shot Inuyasha said, “She wouldn't do that.”

“Of course not.” Kagome said standing up with the others. “Who else would wake you up in the mornings, and I think that would be a little much money.”

“You just love when that old woman threatens me, huh?” Inuyasha said as he followed them upstairs.

“Well I haven't heard her do it that often, but I'm sure that when she has to do it on a regular basis, yeah.” Kagome said as she went into her room, and Sango and Miroku went in theirs.

“Wait, you're all going to bed?” Inuyasha whined, looking around at all the closed doors.

“Yes!” Everyone yelled from inside their rooms.

Inuyasha walked over to Kagome's door, and knocked lightly. “Come on Kagome, I'm not tired, I want something to do...”

Kagome then opened the door and said, “Well that's your problem not mine, we could be at a club, but no, we had to come home.”

“But you could have been in danger, can't you understand that?” Inuyasha said keeping the door open with his hand.

“Inuyasha not now, it's late, my well being is the last thing on my mind.” Kagome said with a yawn.

“I care.” Inuyasha said as he followed Kagome over to her bed, after shutting the door behind him.

“Then let me sleep.” Kagome said as she got in bed and pulled the covers over her head.

“Oh come on Kagome, you know you want to do something.” Inuyasha said as he got on the bed and laid on her.

“Sleep.” Kagome whined.

“Please Kagome…” Inuyasha whined back at her. “I'm bored…”

“You should have thought about that while you were trying to make me obediently listen to you, when we should have been dancing.” Kagome said as she pulled the covers from over her head.

“What can I say; it's the dog demon in me.” Inuyasha said with a smug grin.

“More like the dog in you.” Kagome said as she tried in vain to push Inuyasha off of her. “Off.”

“But I'm not a dog so don't try to use those one word commands on me.” Inuyasha playfully growled as he nuzzled her neck.

“If this was the Feudal era I could get you a collar that worked.” Kagome said crossing her arms over her chest.

“I'm sure you could find something in this time and age, though when you tell them why, they might think you're a little, well for a lack of better words, perverted.” Inuyasha said as he moved off her and dodged her hand that was trying to make contact with his head.

“Inuyasha!” Kagome yelled as she chased after him, and out of her room and into his.

“Shut up you two!” Came from Sango's room.

“Sorry!” Kagome and Inuyasha yelled back from there space on the floor. Inuyasha was holding Kagome down so she wouldn't hit him, and Kagome was struggling.

“Get off.” Kagome almost growled at him.

“Only if you spar with me.” Inuyasha said stubbornly.

“You're worst then a child.” Kagome said shaking her head.

“Well, I can sit here all night.”

“Ok, ok I'll spar with you, just get off of me.” Kagome said in defeat.

“Good.” Inuyasha said getting off of her.

“Why sparring?” Kagome asked as they walked down stairs.

“To bet, why else?” Inuyasha said with a smirk.

“I'll win this time.” Kagome said confidently.

“Sure, you keep believing that…”
