Chapter 11
Wednesday morning.
I woke up to my alarm going off.
I groaned and shut it off.
I sat up and stretched.
Then I showered, and washed my hair with my lavender and vanilla shampoo then rinsed it and climbed out.
I walked into my room with a towel wrapped around me, and pulled out my underthings and socks.
I dressed in them, then walked over to my closet, pulled out my red hipster jeans and a bright red v neck t shirt.
I quickly dressed, ran downstairs and made pancakes for breakfast.
I sat down, ate, then did my dishes.
Inuyasha and Sesshomaru came in and quickly devoured the rest of the pancakes.
I laughed and ran back up to my room.
I pulled out my tips bag and counted my tips.
I was surprised that I had almost $30 in tips.
Then I came across the napkin with the five in it.
I added the rest of my change to my huge money jar in the bottom of my closet, and the cash into the box at the top of my closet.
I stuffed the napkin with the 5 in it into my jeans pocket and ran down stairs.
I sat on the couch and waited while Yash and Sess got ready.
After they eat Yash did their dishes and then they came into the living room.
We all got our stuff and walked outside.
Sessh locked up the house and we piled into the car and Yash drove us to school.
He pulled into the parking lot and I hopped out of the car.
I walked over to my locker and put my math, science, and history books in my backpack along with my note books and pens and pencils.
I closed the door and locked my locker and walked over to Bankotsu's locker and waited for him.
A few minutes later Bankotsu walked up and smiled and greeted, "Morning Cathy."
I smiled at him and greeted, "Morning Bankotsu."
He pulled out his math and science books, a note book, a pen and pencil then locked his locker.
Then he turned to me, put an arm around my waist and pulled me into his side.
I smiled and looked up at him.
He smiled and kissed my for head.
Then he let go of my hip and grabbed my hand.
I blushed and we walked over to the cafeteria.
He stood in line and got his food and we sat down.
Bankotsu looked at me and asked, "So what did you think of my brothers?"
I smiled and answered, "They seemed nice."
He smiled brightly.
After he finished eating, he grabbed his books and my hand and we walked out of the cafeteria.
I looked at him and asked, "So, what happened with Yuki?"
Bankotsu shivered and stated firmly, "She was WAY to clingy!"
Then he grinned, pulled me into his arm again and said seriously, "Besides! I like you MUCH better!"
He brushed his lips lightly against mine.
Then he pulled back and smirked at me.
I felt my face spread into a big smile..
Bankotsu looked me dead in the eye and stated seriously, "Just so we are clear here, I know we have only known each other a few days and all, but it feels like much longer. Cathy will you be my girlfriend?"
I smiled and answered seriously, "I know it's only been a few days, but it feels like I have known you for years. Yes Bankotsu, I will gladly be your girlfriend!" as I gazed directly into his sapphire eyes.
His handsome features spread into a big grin then he kissed me, and I kissed him back.
Then we held hands and walked to our homeroom.
We entered the room and sat down together.
The bell rang and we waited for homeroom to be over.
I looked into his mesmerizing eyes and asked seriously, "Are you gonna be okay with how Kouga and I are?"
Bankotsu smiled and reassured me seriously, "I can handle it. I know he cares about you, and it's obvious you two are always gonna be close! As long as you don't mind me getting a little jealous now and then, I can handle it!"
I smiled brightly at him.
He leaned over and brushed his lips over my lips.
I opened my mouth and we shared a quick kiss.
Then he pulled back.
Bankotsu suggested, "So, how about Saturday I pick you up after work, we go visit your friends, and then you and I can spend the rest of the day together?"
I smiled and replied, "Sounds good to me."
He smiled and his eyes shone with happiness.
I pulled out a piece of paper and a pen and wrote down my phone number, my cell phone number, and my address and handed them to him.

The bell rang and we stood up and walked holding hands over to our math class.

I blushed and smiled at him.
He sat down in his seat as I was sitting in mine.
We exchanged smiles briefly with happiness visible in our eyes.
Kouga walked in and took his seat.
Kouga faced my boyfriend and greeted, "Hey Bankotsu."
Bankotsu replied, "Hey Kouga."
Kouga started tugging my hair.
I turned around and Kouga asked me, "So how was work last night? Any trouble?"
I smiled at him and answered, "Nah, Naraku, Heiten, and Hakudoshi showed up and harassed me a bit, but no trouble! Especially after Bankotsu and his brothers showed up."
Kouga turned to Bankotsu and raised an eyebrow questioningly at him.
Bankotsu held his gaze and stated, "We decided to eat out, and I remembered Cathy saying she worked at "The Hangout" so we went there."
I added, "Bankotsu asked for me specifically." with a smile.
Bankotsu grinned and added, "I wanted the chance to see her again."
I blushed.
Bankotsu held Kouga's gaze and informed him seriously, "Cathy and I are officially dating as of this morning!"
Kouga looked at me for confirmation and I nodded.
Kouga grinned and exclaimed, "That's great! Congrats you two!"
Then he looked at Bankotsu directly in the eye and warned in a dead serious tone, "You had better treat her right!"
Bankotsu grinned holding his gaze and replied, "Trust me! I will!"
Kouga nodded and the bell rang.
Math and a "chat" with Sesshomaru.
Mr. A. walked in and commanded, "Take out your books and turn to page 223"
Then he walked over to the black board and started explaining in detail.
Then after 10 minutes he passed out our assignment sheets, and announced, "Alright, you may break into small groups as long as there is no goofing off."
So we all paired off again.
Bankotsu and I sat together and did our assignments.
After we had finished our assignments and turned them in, we sat together talking quietly.
He reached over and held my hand on top of the table, and we just smiled at each other.

Kouga smirked when he saw us holding hands.

Kagome, Rin, and Ayame all smiled big smiles at me.
Rin exclaimed happily, "I think it's sweet!"
Sesshomaru just stared at her and Rin giggled.
Sango and Miroku walked over and joined us.
Sango was grinning from ear to ear.
Miroku looked confused.
A few minutes later the bell rang.
We all stood up.
I lightly kissed Bankotsu's cheek, we smiled at each other, then I walked out the door.
Sango was waiting beside the door and grabbed my hand as soon as I had walked through it.
Sango pulled me towards her locker and demanded, "Ok spill!" with delight in her eyes.
I grinned and informed her happily, "This morning Bankotsu asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes."
Sango squealed with joy and declared, "I knew it! I'm so happy for you Cathy!"
I blushed and said, "Thanks."
Sango and I then walked to our classes.
As I entered the class room Inuyasha walked over to me and demanded, "What's going on!? Are you two dating now or what?"
I smiled as big as I could and nodded.
Inuyasha sighed heavily and warned sternly, "He had better treat you right!"
I smiled and hugged him and said, "Thanks Yash!"
He hugged me back and stated seriously, "Just be careful ok! You've been hurt before, and I don't want it to happen again! I trust your judgment Cathy, but you are still my little cousin!"
I hugged him tighter and lightly kissed his cheek and replied, "I always am careful and thanks Yash!"
Inuyasha smiled and said dryly ,"Now he just has to win over Sesshomaru's favor."
I nodded and declared confidently, "I know he can!"
Inuyasha nodded.
We stepped back and I sat down in my desk and Inuyasha sat down in his.
With Sesshomaru and Bankotsu...
Sesshomaru stared him dead in the eye and said coolly, "So you like my cousin, eh?"
Bankotsu held his gaze and declared seriously, "Yes, I do!"
Bankotsu informed him seriously, "I asked her to be my girlfriend this morning and she said yes."
Sesshomaru replied, "Hn."
Then he looked directly into his eyes and warned dead seriously, "She has been hurt much in the past! If ANYONE hurts her again I will destroy them! She normally doesn't allow anyone this close to her and definitely not this fast! You have protected her already when you had no obligation to, so I know you will continue to do so, and it's obvious to me you are both crazy about each other, therefore I will allow it. HOWEVER if you do not treat her right, or if you break her heart, I WILL tear you limb from limb!"
Bankotsu grinned and assured seriously, "I will NOT hurt her! She is kind, sweet, caring, devoted, and really beautiful! She isn't afraid to stand up to anyone, and I care very much for her already! I assure you Sesshomaru, I mean her NO harm whatsoever!" looking him dead in the eye.
Sesshomaru nodded and announced seriously, "Very well, you have my permission!"
Bankotsu smiled and nodded.
Then Sesshomaru walked off towards his locker.
Bankotsu walked over to his science class.
I was sitting at my desk when Bankotsu walked into class.
He walked over to me, kissed my cheek and whispered, "See you after class."
I smiled and nodded, and he took his seat.
A minute later Heiten, Naraku, and Hakudoshi walked in.
Heiten sat behind me then reached out a hand and flipped my hair.
I just ignored him.
The bell rang and class started.
