Chapter 12
Science, History, Harassment, Art and Interrogations.
Mrs. H. walked in and informed the class, "Since your projects are due in 2 and 1/2 weeks, I will allow you to sit with your partners and discuss your projects."
Heiten reached up and began tugging on my hair as h stood up.
Hakudoshi walked over and slapped his hand away and snapped, "Enough Heiten!"
Heiten chuckled as he and Naraku walked off together a little way away from us..
I sighed in relief then looked into Hakudoshi's lavender eyes and mentioned, "Thanks."
Hakudoshi nodded as he sat with me and we pulled out our notebooks.
Hakudoshi looked into my eyes and apologized, "I'm sorry about last night! My cousin can be a real jerk sometimes."
I held his gaze and replied, "Don't worry about it."
He shrugged.
We started discussing our ideas for our science project.
I made many notes, as did Hakudoshi.
Hakudoshi then looked up and questioned, "So Friday from 4-5 I know you will be here. What about afterwards?"
I answered, "I really don't know yet, why?"
He replied, "I was wondering if you wanted to go to my place and we could begin working on the report then."
I countered, "Sorry, I don't think that's a good idea. You know how Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are and I want NOTHING to do with your jerk of a cousin! No offense."
Hakudoshi shrugged and stated, "None taken, and it was just an idea."
I mentioned, "Saturday and Sunday I am busy, but maybe after the tutoring Monday we could work on it then or something. All I know is I won't go to your place for obvious reasons and you can't go to mine for the same reasons."
Hakudoshi nodded and suggested, "How about the public library then?"
I replied, "Sounds like that would work, but I have to see what my schedule is gonna be like. I am not sure yet."
He suggested, "Let me know Monday in class then."
I agreed, "Okay."
Bankotsu and Hojo both walked over and joined us.
I smiled.
Hojo looked at me and queried, "Hey Cathy, are you ready for Thursday?"
I looked at him and answered, "Yeah, I think I have everything ready."
Hojo nodded.
Bankotsu looked at me and exclaimed excitedly, "See you tonight! Alright?"
I smiled and nodded my confirmation.
Hakudoshi looked at me and raised a brow questioningly.
Hojo asked, "So how is you guys project coming along?"
Hakudoshi replied evenly, "Just fine, in fact Friday after school we have signed up for the lab."
I added, "We will be working on it then too."
Bankotsu and Hojo nodded.
I queried, "How about you two?"
Hojo replied, "It's coming along fine. Bankotsu and I are gonna be working in the lab today after school actually."
Bankotsu nodded his confirmation.
Hakudoshi then stared into my eyes and mentioned curiously, "So Cathy, I heard you had another run in with Yuske yesterday."
I stated, "Yup, that fool never gives up."
Bankotsu exclaimed amused, "She kicked his ass too!"
Hakudoshi chuckled and added, "I heard about that."
Bankotsu stated seriously, "You should have seen it! He went to throw a punch at her and she blocked it and used his momentum to do a hip toss; he landed flat on his back, shocked as hell too!" with amusement dancing in his eyes.
Then Bankotsu and I both laughed.
Hakudoshi grinned and exclaimed seriously, "Now that would have been something to see!"
Hojo chuckled and agreed.
Bankotsu smirked and replied seriously, "It sure as hell was! I love it when a woman stands up for herself!" looking into my eyes.
I grinned and mentioned, "Before anyone showed up I had already thrown his butt on the ground!"
Bankotsu added, "Yup, he was laying on the ground when Kouga and I walked up."
I smiled and added, "Kouga, Bankotsu, and Ayame all burst out laughing!"
Bankotsu with laughing eyes mentioned, "Kouga taunted the hell out of the guy too. He was so mad when he stormed off!" while laughing.
I smiled my biggest and brightest smile and added, "Well, you know how Kouga is and seeing as he is one of the people who taught me...!"
Bankotsu declared seriously, "I sure as hell ain't gonna get on her bad side!"
We all laughed at that.
The bell rang and I gathered my stuff into my back pack.
Hakudoshi and Hojo walked over to the door.
Bankotsu waited for me, slung an arm around my hip and we walked out the door together.
Bankotsu walked me over to my history class.
Just outside the door he leaned down, kissed my cheek and suggested, "Meet you at your locker for lunch, k?"
I nodded and kissed his cheek.
He smirked and walked off and I walked into class and sat at my desk.

Hojo walked over to me and asked, "What was that about?"
I questioned, "What are you talking about?"
He replied evenly, "That kiss."
I smiled and replied, "We are dating now."
Hojo looked shocked a minute, then walked over and took his seat.
Heiten walked by my desk and tapped my book with his long fingers.
I looked up at him and rolled my eyes.
He leaned over and stated cockily, "I am still waiting for that kiss!"
Then he leaned in to kiss me, I instantly shoved him away and snapped angrily, "Not even in your dreams Heiten!"
Kouga walked up and yelled angrily, "Back off Heiten! It is obvious she doesn't want anything to do with you!" as he wrapped an arm around me and glared at Heiten and growled in warning.
Sesshomaru walked over angrily, shoved Heiten roughly away from me, and demanded icily, "Back off!"
Heiten smirked and walked over to his desk, and sat down.
Kouga and Sesshomaru then sat down as well.
I turned to face Kouga and said, "Thanks Kouga."
He nodded.
Then I turned to Sesshomaru and mentioned, "Thanks Sess!"
He nodded and resumed facing the front of the class.
I pulled out my book and the bell rang.
Mr. Kinshin walked in and instructed, "Open your books to page 125."
We all did as was told and he started another lecture on the Feudal Era.
I took notes and felt Kouga tugging on my hair.
I smiled and thought to myself 'Kouga sure is a great friend!'
I went back to making my notes and spent the rest of the class taking notes.
A few minutes before the bell rang, I put my stuff in my bag and got ready to leave.
I felt Kouga tugging my hair again and looked back at him and smiled.
He grinned at me and the bell rang.
I walked over to my locker and put my bag and stuff away.
I closed and locked my locker.
I was getting ready to turn around when I felt two strong arms encircle my hips and pull me into a strong chest.
I smiled while turning around and wrapped my arms around Bankotsu's neck then leaned in to kiss him.
He grinned and captured my lip in his.
We kissed for a minute then I pulled back and asked flirtily, "Didja miss me?"
He smiled charmingly and nodded.
We walked holding hands over to my art class.
Just outside my art class he gave me a quick kiss.
Then he walked back over to his history class.
Art and interrogations.
I entered the class just as the bell rang.
Mrs. L. announced, "Okay, today we are gonna do some sculpting with modeling clay."
She passed out the modeling clay and continued, "Now make whatever you want, but it has to be able to be recognizable."
We all nodded and began.
I started shaping my clay into a nice plate and bowl set.
I laid the plate out flat, and began molding the side rims.
Then I wrapped the clay around a small pot, waited a few minutes and gently extracted the pot and began shaping the bowl.
I use my pencils and a butter knife to draw neat little designs in them on the outside.
After I was done, I set them aside and let them dry.
I stood up and walked over and washed my hands, and rinsed the pencil and knife off.
While I was doing my clean up, Rin came over to wash her hands next to me and stated happily, "Oh Cathy, I am so glad you found a good guy!"
I smiled and replied, "Thanks, so am I."
Rin grinned and added, "And he is really hot too!"
I laughed and teased, "Don't let Sess here you say that!"
Rin laughed and stated seriously, "Sesshu knows I only have eyes for him!"
I nodded.
Rin walked off and Kagome came up.
I finished my clean up and Kagome mentioned happily, "Cathy, Inuyasha told me you and the new guy Bankotsu are dating now."
I smiled and nodded.
Kagome hugged me and declared, "It's about time you found a good one!"
I hugged her back and said, "Thanks Kags!"
Kagome mentioned seriously, "You do realize that when you get home tonight I am gonna want to hear all about it!"
So I promised to call her after work tonight.
She smiled and walked off.
I walked over to Sesshomaru and asked, "What's up?"
Sesshomaru answered seriously, "I have decided, I will allow you and Bankotsu to date."
I smiled and hugged him and exclaimed happily, "Thank you Sesshu!"
He replied, "Hn." but returned my hug.
I continued happily, "I am happy Sesshu, that you and Yash approve of him! He is such a sweet guy!"
Sesshomaru informed me, "I want you happy, but safe as well!" starring into my eyes.
I stated seriously, "You and Yash are the greatest cousins ever!" happiness and admiration clear in my eyes.
Sesshomaru smirked as he walked over to Rin.
The bell rang and I walked over to my locker to meet Bankotsu for lunch.
As soon as I arrived at my locker Bankotsu walked over and pulled me into a sweet kiss.
He broke the kiss and we walked, smiling and holding hands over to the cafeteria.
