Chapter 30


Tuesday: Nite

WORK.

I walked out to my area and started my shift by buffing and clearing a few of the tables.

After two hours Naraku, Kikyo, Heiten, Kagura, and Hakudoshi, and some girl I had never seen before came in and sat at one of my tables.

I sighed heavily, shook my head and thought to myself sarcastically "Man this is gonna be a great nite, why do they have to be in my area? Oh well, might as well get this over with."

I walked over and asked "What can I get for you all tonight?"

Heiten and Naraku smirked.

Hakudoshi said "I want a number 1 with a sprite."

I noded and made the order.

Heiten said "I want a number 6 medium rare with a baked potatoe and a dr pepper."

I noded and made the order.

Naraku grined and said "I want a number 6 rare with tomatoe soup and a coke."

I noded and made the order.

Kikyo scowled at me and said "Number 4 no soup and a coke."

I noded and wrote it down.

Kagura said "I want a number 6 medium rare with fries and a coke."

I noded and made the order.

Then the new girl said "A number 4 tomatoe soup and a pepsi."

I noded and made the order.

I said "I will be right back with your drinks, the food will be done soon."

I walked over put up the orders and got the drinks.

I walked back over, set down thier drinks and walked away.

About 10 minutes later I took thier orders and set the in front of them.

I was about to walk away when Kikyo yelled "Stupid bitch! Can't you even get a simple order right!?"

I asked "What are you talking about?"

She screamed "I said I wanted potatoe soup!"

I said "No you didn't, you said no soup!"

She said angrily "I demand to see the manager NOW!"

My boss walked over and asked "What's the problom here?"

Kikyo said angrily "I told your idiot waitress I want potatoe soup with my meal!"

I said "No she didnt. She said no soup."

My boss said "Go order a potatoe soup."

I sighed and made the order.

My boss walked over and looked at the orders I had made.

My boss said "Lemme guess, they are doing this to harrass you right?"

I sighed and said "Apperently."

He said "Just take the potatoe soup to her and be done with it."

I sighed and did as I was told.

Naraku, and Heiten both chuckled.

I set down the soup and walked away.

20 minutes later when I was checking on all of my tables Kagura and Kikyo and the new girl had all gone off to the bathroom.

As I was ready to walk away Heiten reaches out, grabbed my hand and yanked me back so hard I fell into his lap.

He instantly wrapped his arms around me in a vise grip pinning me to his lap, with my arms pinned to my sides.

I got angry and growled out "Release me NOW Heiten!"

He chuckled, leaned next to my ear and whispered "Oh I don't thinks so sweetheart!"

Naraku laughed.

I glared at Naraku and stomped my foot on Heitens foot, under the table.

Heiten growled, tightened his vise grip hold on me and spat angrily "Settle down bitch!"

I started gasping for breath, he was holding so tight I could barely breath.

After a minute he loosened his grip enough for me to regain my breath.

Naraku leaned over and whispered huskily "Soon it will be time for our fun together, little one."

I looked over to Hakudoshi, who turned and looked away.

I got angry and stomped Heitens foot again and slamed my head back at the same time forcing him to release me in order to grab his nose.

I jumped out of his reach and ran into the breakroom before they could even chase me.

I washed my arms vigorously and then I layed my head down.

My boss came over and asked "What happened?"

I said frustratedly "Those jerk offs are trying to intimidate me again! Now that bastard had the nerve to trap me on his lap and the other to threaten me!"

I looked at my boss and said "Sorry, I don't mean to take out my anger on you."

I pulled out my cellphone and called Bankotsu's cell.

He picked up on the 2nd ring.

Bankotsu "Hello?"

Cathy "Hey Ban."

Bankotsu "Hey baby, what's up?"

Cathy "I just wanted to hear your voice a few minutes. I just had another run in with bastards one and two here at work."

Bankotsu "You alright? What happened?"

Cathy "I am upset. That jackass Heiten waited untill the girls went to the bathroom then yanked me into his lap, pinning my hands to my sides and held me there in a vise grip."

Bankotsu "He did WHAT!?!"

Cathy "Then Naraku leaned over and whispered 'Soon it will be time for our fun together, little one.' I looked over to Hakudoshi for help and he turned and looked away! I am so mad at them all!"

Bankotsu dead seriously "Don't worry baby, I will take care of it! Where are you now?"

Cathy "In the break room and I am not about to go back out there untill they are gone!"

Bankotsu "Stay put baby, I am on my way!"

Cathy "Okay."

I hung up my phone and sighed.

Sango walked in and says "Kouga is mad as hell and on his way over, so is Inuyasha."

I asked "Who told them?"

Sango said "Miroku. As soon as he saw them start harrassing you he called them both."

I noded and said "I just finished telling Ban as well, he is on his way over!"

Sango noded and said "That's good!"

I said "Yup!"

Tuesday: Nite FIGHT!



My boss came up to me and said angrily "Cathy, you really need to get back out there! We are swamped tonight!"

I explained the situation to him and he said "Sorry, and even tho you have worked her for a tad over two years now I have no choice. If you don't go back out there right NOW, I will have to fire you!"

I said "That is not necessary, because I quit!"

I pulled off my apron, threw it at him and clocked out.

I walked out into the dinner and Heiten came over and slammed me against the wall.

Heiten said angrily "You are mine now bitch!"

I slapped him across the face angrily, and shoved him back just a tiny bit.

He backhanded me, then stabbed the tips of his claws into my right side, pinning me to the wall again.

Heiten whispered amused "Just try to shove me away again, I dare you! BUT be warned if you do my claws will slice your side open."

Then he stuck them in a little further just to get his point across.

I gasped painfully, Heiten chuckled and tried to kiss me.

Bankotsu saw me pinned against the wall, ran over and angrily shoved Heiten off of me.

Heiten's claws sliced my right side open, and I gasped.

Bankotsu warned angrily "Keep your vile hands off MY girlfriend!"

Heiten threw a punch at Bankotsu and missed because Bankotsu dodged it.

I attempted to hide my wouned side from everyone's eyes.

Sango and Miroku walked over and said "Lets go take this outside before the owner calls the cops."

Heiten smirked and said "By all means, lets do!"

Bankotsu wrapped his arms around my shoulders and asked "You ok baby?"

I noded and said "I will be now that you are here!"

He noded and kissed my forhead and I kissed his cheek.

Both groups walked outside, into the parking lot.

Bankotsu asked with eyes full of concern "Sure you are ok?" and I noded.

Heiten sneered "Aww how sweet, checking up on the little bitch first?"

Bankotsu became angry and said "That is the LAST straw Heiten! I will teach you not to ever mess with MY girlfriend again!"

Bankotsu took up a fighting stance as did Heiten.

Kagura looked at me and angrily yelled "Look at what you've done now you little whore!"

I said angrily "I am NOT the whore here! And if you would keep your asswad boyfriend AWAY from me, this wouldn't have happened!"

Kagura stalked over to me and threw a punch at me, but I dodge it and kicked her stomache sending her flying backwards a few feet.

Naraku started to charge me and was blocked by Inuyasha who had just shown up, while Kagome stood by Sango and Miroku.

Kikyo jumped on my back yelling "This is all your fault you stupid slut!"

I yelled "You are the only slut here kinky-ho!" I threw her off me and jumped away then started swinging my fists at her.

After a few minutes she jumped behind me and yanked my hair.

I swung around and punched her square in the face, followed by another punch to her stomache.

Then I punched Kikyo right in the face knocking her out cold, and walked over to Sango.

Inuyasha and Naraku were busy exchanging punches, as were Kouga and Hakudoshi.

Bankotsu cracked his knuckles ominusly and advanced on Heiten, glaring at him.

Heiten punched Bankotsu in his face and Bankotsu countered with a punch to Heiten's stomache.

Heiten doubled over and Bankotsu kicked him in the ribs, then Heiten grabbed his side, rolled away and got back up.

Bankotsu kicked the back of Heitens legs, knocking him down again, and jumped away.

Heiten growled and lunged at Bankotsu, knocking them both to the ground.

They began rolling over each other and eventually Bankotsu ended up under Heiten.

Bankotsu slammed his knee full force into Heiten's ribs and Heiten let go, rolled away and growled in outrage.

Bankotsu and Heiten got back on thier feet and exchanged punches again.

Kikyo punched me in the ribs on my other side and I screamed and swept her feet out from under her and kicked her in her ribs.

Kouga and Hakudoshi were exchanging punches back and forth as well as kicks.

Inuyasha nailed Naraku right in the face and Naraku howled in pain and fury.

Inuyasha then kicked Naraku in the stomache and sent him flying backwards.

Heiten was sprawled out on the ground with Bankotsu sitting on top of him, grasping his collar and holding him up by it, with his fist pulled back and ready to punch Heiten's face again when my ex boss came out and demanded "ALRIGHT, BREAK IT UP NOW BEFORE I CALL THE COPS AND HAVE EVERY ONE OF YOU PUT BEHIND BARS!"

Bankotsu dropped his hold on Heiten, stood up and walked over to me.

Inuyasha walked over to Kouga.

Then Inuyasha and Kouga walked over to us.

Kagura was trying to help up Kikyo and Hakudoshi was helping up Naraku and Heiten.

Sango and Miroku walked over and said "Come on, lets get you to the hospital to be checked out."

I noded holding my side trying to hide the wounds, and then I fell back into Sango's surprised but opened arms, and moaned in pain.

Sango gasped in shock and layed me gently down, then pulled her arm out and gasped louder because she saw it was covered in blood.

Kouga yelled "Cathy has been injured! I can smell her blood!"

Bankotsu ran over to my side, held me in his arms, pulled out his cellphone a demanded "Suikotsu get to the hospital down the road from our place NOW! Cathrine has been injured!"

Bankotsu slammed his cell shut, picked me up, carried me to his car, layed me in the seat and drove to the hospital.

Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, and Kagome all went in Sango's car.

Tuesday: Nite trip to the hospital



We all arrived at the hospital and Bankotsu carried me inside.

I was holding my right side, and moaning in pain.

Inuyasha and the others were already inside.

Kouga said "Don't worry about me! I will heal soon enough!"

Inuyasha said "Same here!"

The nurse walked over and called for Bankotsu and I to go back.

I started to protest since I was also a "halfbreed" but Bankotsu refused to be looked at unless I was as well, so I gave in and he carried me to the back.

The Suikotsu looked at me and asked "Cathy, how did this happen?."

I said "That bastard Heiten....had stabbed his claws into me.......when he had me pinned against the wall."

Suikotsu examined my right side, cleaned out the wounds thoroughly, bandaged my right side, and said "You are still gonna be sore as hell for the next week or so. I suggest strongly that you get as much rest as possible and not strain yourself. I want you on complete bedrest for a week minimum! I expect to see you one week from now as well for a follow up!"

Then Suikotsu told Bankotsu how to properly cleanse, and rebandage the wounds.

I said "Thank you Suikotsu, however I will heal faster then you think, I am afterall a half demon and my demon blood will have me healed in 2 days tops."

He noded and said "Fine but I want to see you again before you strain yourself, so I expect to see you in 2 days then, clear!? Here, this perscription should help ease some of the pain. And no more fights!"

I smiled and said "Thanks, and yeah we are clear." Suikotsu said "Brother your next."

Bankotsu kissed the top of my head and said "See ya in a few minutes babe!"

I noded.

He noded and I was put into a wheelchair and taken back out into the waiting room.

Kagome walked over and asked "What did the doctor say?"

I amused "No more fights, and bedrest for the next week so my wounds can have a chance to heal. Plus he gave me a prescription to help ease the pain. After I told him about being a half demon he said he wanted to see me in two days then."

She asked "How did it happen?"

I replied "Hieten dug his claws into me and sliced open my right side."

She gasped and scolded "And you fought Kikyo and Kagura knowing you were already hurt!?"

I shrugged and said "Kagura needed to be taught to shut her trap and Kikyo didn't exactly give me a choice seeing as she jumped on my back."

Kagome sighed and Inuyasha laughed and said "Stubborn as always Cathy!"

I said "Well what do you expect!? After all it runs in the family!"

We all laughed.

Sango said "Since the three of us quit tonight, you won't have to worry about work now either."

I asked "What do you mean we all 3 quit? Why did you two quit?"

Sango replied fiercely "I refuse to work for a boss who will knowingly send his workers out into a dangerous environment just for the sake of keeping business! Even if he is supposed to have been a friend of my father's!"

I noded.

Bankotsu walked into the waiting room.

I asked "So what did your brother say?"

Bankotsu said "Well he said that I should't get into anymore fights. No signs of any concussions or anything like that, the cuts on my face will heal soon enough and my ribs aren't broken, only bruised. Gave me a prescription for pain killers as well."

I noded, then I added "I will stay home for tomorrow and heal up, then I will deal with facing those assholes again when I am fully healed."

Inuyasha noded and said "Wise idea. We know damn well they will use ANY weakness they can against you!"

Sango said "Okay then, lets all head home then."

Sango, Miroku, Inuyasha, and Kagome left in Sango's car.

Bankotsu wheeled me out to his car.

We got into the car and he drove us to my place.

Tuesday: Nite home again.



Bankotsu carried me inside and locked the door.

I kicked off my shoes and socks.

I said "Just so you know, I quit my job tonight as well."

Bankotsu noded.

I said seriously "Thanks for coming and everything."

He said seriously "I will ALWAYS be there for you baby!"

I smiled and said "Thanks! I will ALWAYS be there for you as well!"

He smiled and said "Thanks."

I smiled and he carried me upstairs to my room, we both stretched out on my bed and layed cuddling together being careful of each others ribs.

Then I asked "Can I get you any pain killers or anything?"

He said "All I need baby is to just hold you."

I smiled and snuggled into him.

We decided to watch a movie since we were not tired yet.

We settled for watching Shrek.

I said happily "You really nailed Heiten pretty good tonight!"

Bankotsu grined and said seriously "I warned him I was gonna teach him not to mess with you anymore! Besides you really nailed Kikyo pretty good as well! Babe!"

I grined and said "Well she had it coming same as the rest of them!"

Then I sighed heavily and said seriously "I have made my descision now, I am gonna tell Hojo thursday, he will have to do the tutoring alone from now on. I am tired of being nice to those punks and being treated like that! I have had it with the lot of them! Tonight was the last straw!"

Bankotsu and said "Fine with me babe!"

I kissed Bankotsu on the lips and he opened his mouth to me.

I thrust my tounge into his mouth, and began kissing him fiercely.

After a few minutes we broke the kiss, held each other and finished watching the movie.

By the time the movie was over, we had fallen asleep wrapped in each others arms, smiling.
