Kagome woke up first; she didn't open her eyes at first but her bed felt different. Kagome opened her eyes and she was looking right at Inuyasha. She almost screamed but he looked so peaceful she didn't want to wake him up, his arm was around her waist and her hand rested on his chest, and Kagome blushed. She moved his arm away from her and got up. She quietly walked downstairs and found her stuff she set it up in the living room so it looked like she slept in there.

“Perfect!” Kagome praised herself. She heard footsteps behind her.

“Good morning Kagome!” Sesshomaru's voice said.

“Oh you scared me.” Kagome said and took a deep breath.

“Sorry, I was just going to get some coffee. Do you want a cup?”

“Sure sounds good.” Kagome smiled sweetly. Sesshomaru lead Kagome to the kitchen and poured 2 cups of coffee. Sesshomaru handed one to Kagome and sat on the bar chair. “Thanks Sesshomaru.” Kagome said sweetly and Sesshomaru blushed.

“Please call me Sessh!” Sesshomaru insisted.

“No problem! This coffee smells great.” Kagome said and sipped the coffee. “What time is it?”

“Um, about 6:00. Why?”

“I have to get ready soon.” Kagome said and finished up her coffee and went to the living room and put away her stuff and found the key to her house.

“You have to leave now?” Sessh asked.

“Yeah I have school. Bye I'll come back so Inuyasha can drive me to school.” Kagome said and left.

Sessh watched her leave and sighed. Kagome walked to her house and got ready she looked out her window in her room Inuyasha was just waking up. I do like him!

Inuyasha woke up and he took a deep breath, he smelled like… jasmine… no Kagome. That's it I smells like Kagome! He got up and walked down stairs, Sessh was in the kitchen.

“Where's Kagome?” Inuyasha asked him.

“She left she said she'll come back when she's ready.” Sessh said with a sigh.

“Ok!” Inuyasha said and went up stairs to get ready.

Kagome was finished she said goodbye to her family and ran out of her house to Inuyasha's. She softly knocked and Sessh answered.

“Kagome is here!” Sessh yelled up stairs. Kagome sensed something was wrong.

“Sessh what's wrong?” Kagome asked.

“Nothing's wrong!” Sessh said. “Mutt god damn get down here!” Sessh left Kagome to go in the living room. Soon Inuyasha came down.

“Hey lets go!” Inuyasha said happily.

“Sure!” Kagome smiled.

“Bye Sessh!” Kagome yelled.

Inuyasha lead her to the car and again opened her door for her.

“Thanks!” Kagome blushed. They left his drive way and drove to school, they talked about last night.

“Sorry my family was pushing you on me.” Inuyasha apologized.

“I kind of didn't mind.” Kagome said and blushed, so did Inuyasha.

“Sessh was acting weird though, he never acts so nice,” Inuyasha said.

“Really?” Kagome asked confused, “You can't be talking about that man that was so sweet to me?”

“That's because he likes you!” Inuyasha laughed.

“It's not funny! Besides… I kind of already like… maybe love someone.” Kagome said.

Inuyasha almost slammed on the brakes, “What!? Who is he!?”

“I'll tell you when I'm sure.” Kagome blushed.

“Well… I like someone too!” Inuyasha said as they pulled into school.

Kagome's heart sank, “Um… Who?” Kagome asked.

“I wont tell you until you tell me!” Inuyasha said as he parked to car Inuyasha got out of the car and Kagome followed.

They walked to their lockers, “Um is it Kikyo?” Kagome asked quietly and she held back a tear.

Inuyasha turned around to answer but saw Kagome was in pain and his face softened. “Kagome? What's wrong?” Inuyasha asked and pulled her into his arms.

“Is it Kikyo?” Kagome repeated a couple tears fell from her eyes.

“No, its not.” Inuyasha said and lifted Kagome head to look at him.

“Then who?” Kagome said between tears.

“Its you…” Inuyasha said softly and his face moved closer to Kagome's and they shared a passionate kiss.

Kagome melted in Inuyasha's arms and put her arms around his neck. Inuyasha's arms wrapped around her waits and pulled her in closer. Then slowly they broke the kiss, Kagome bit her lip and Inuyasha smiled.

“What's this?” Sango said and Inuyasha and Kagome moved apart. Sango was walking toward them with Miroku's arm around her shoulders. Kagome turned to them and smiled.

“Hi guys!” Kagome said sweetly.

“Don't `Hi guys' me!” Sango said.

“I saw some lip smacking going on here.” Miroku said and nudged Inuyasha in the gut.

Kagome blushed and opened her locker. “So what was that?” Sango whispered to Kagome as she opened her locker.

“Well he likes me, and I like him back so he kissed me.” Kagome explained calmly putting her bag away.

“Did you kiss him back?” Sango asked pulling out her books.

“Yes!” Kagome giggled a little and Sango giggled too.

“I'm so happy for you!” Sango said excitedly.

“Thanks, how are things with you and Miroku?” Kagome asked closing her locker.

“Great!” Sango said happily as she closed her locker. Kagome looked over at Inuyasha, Miroku was telling him something and Inuyasha looked over to her and smiled. When the bell that meant, “Get you butt to class” rang the group walked to class. Inuyasha and Kagome held hands and Miroku had his arm around Sango's shoulders again.

Kagome was in her room doing the rest of her homework after helping Inuyasha with his at the library. Kagome saw a flash through her window, one flash (call me!). Kagome grabbed the flashlight that she now kept on her desk and did four flashes. Then she picked up her phone and dialed Inuyasha's number.

“Hello?” It was Sessh.

“Hi is Inu…”

“Sessh! I said I was going to answer it!” Inuyasha cut her off.

“Well you didn't bring her around today so I wanted to say hi!” Sessh said smartly.

“Just hang up stupid!” Inuyasha demanded. Kagome decided to stay quite and let them fight.

“What could you have to tell her that's so important that it can't wait for friendly hellos?” Sessh asked.

“Just hang up!” Inuyasha repeated, this time angrier.

“Fine mutt!” Sessh said and the phone hit the receiver.

Kagome laughed. “Sessh is funny!”

“So about today…” Inuyasha started.

“Yeah it was… great!” Kagome blushed to her self.

“Yeah it was!”

“Well are we like together now?” Kagome asked quietly.

“If you want to be.” Inuyasha offered.

“I want to be!” Kagome said happily.

“Me too!” Inuyasha said a little to loud.

“Who's that honey?” Inuyasha's mom walked in his room.

“Kagome can you hold on a second?” Inuyasha said in the phone.

“Sure.” Kagome said.

“It's Kagome… Why?” Inuyasha asked his mom.

“Aw that's to cute my little boy has a… almost girlfriend.” His mom said and messed his hair.

“Actually she is my girlfriend.” Inuyasha said quietly.

“Oh really? Sweet heart, that's great!” Inuyasha's mom said and grabbed her son in a big hug. “Honey! Inuyasha has a girlfriend!” Inuyasha's mom yelled to her husband.

“Is it Kagome?” Inuyasha's dad asked once to ran to the room.

“Inuyasha is with Kagome?” Sessh asked as he to entered the room.

“Yes!”

“Everybody get out of my room!” Inuyasha yelled and everybody filed out.

“Bye honey!” Inuyasha's mom said.

Inuyasha picked up the phone and heard Kagome laughing. “What's so funny?”

“I was watching and listening from my window!” Kagome said between giggles.

Inuyasha got up from his bed and walked to the window, sure enough Kagome was waving at him from her window and laughing.

“Your family is funny!” Kagome said and Inuyasha started laughing too.
