Kagome kept looking around her, to her right were Miroku and Sango dancing to the song that Ryan Cabrara was singing on stage. In front of her Inuyasha and Kikyo were following the other couples example both lost to the music and each other.

She sighed scanning the room, she had never heard of the singer, apparently he was popular but she hadn't planned on coming. She actually thought that she and Sesshomaru would spend the night alone in his house since everyone else was going to the concert.

But, alas even Sesshomaru had pushed her to go. He said it would be fun and he missed dancing with her. She suggested a club but he said that they could save it for another time. `He wanted me to come so badly, so where is he?' She thought to herself, a little annoyed because at the moment she was playing fifth wheel and she hated it.

The ended and everyone clapped and hollered enthusiastically. Ryan held his hand up signaling for the crowd to be quiet. "I would like to dedicate this next song to someone from a good friend of mine." He paused and watched everyone look around, "Kagome, you don't know how much you mean to him." With that he smiled and began the song.

The two couples that were previously dancing turned to her smiling, well except for Kikyo. She stood there too shocked to do anything.

*Sick and Tired of this world

She felt arms wrap around her waist and turned to look into Sesshomaru's eyes. He smiled and began to dance with her.

He twirled her out and back in pulling her close to his body so nothing separated them.

She was smiling so wide her face was beginning to hurt but she couldn't help herself.

She traced the smile on his lips with a hand she managed to free form his own. It was so open, so beautiful, and it meant the world and more to her.

"I love you Sesshomaru," Kagome whispered in his ear. Until that moment he had never realized how much he had longed to her those words spill from her lips to his ears, it warmed him to the core. His lips came crashing down on her trying to eat the words from her mouth.

They were gasping for air he stared into her blue-gray eyes and then leaned into her ear, on his breath she heard his reply. "I love you as well," She hugged him so tight that for a moment he couldn't breathe.

They continued to dance while staring into each other's eyes while the others watched the two lose themselves in each other, not realizing they had a spotlight on them, letting everyone see how lucky they were to have found each other.

They stopped dancing and Sesshomaru turned and nodded at the stage in thanks. The crowd burst into applause and for the first time the couple noticed that their attention wasn't on the stage but on them. Kagome blushed and hid herself in Sesshomarus' shirt only causing the crowd to get louder. He smiled at them then gently escorted Kagome out of the Gymnasium.

They walked out to the quad and Kagome stopped to look up at him. "Thank you"

He smiled at her, "I should be thanking you, the song is true you saved me, with out you I don't know where I would be right now. But I know I wouldn't be this happy."

She hugged him and pressed her face into his chest whispering softly." I love you, I love you so much."

"I love you too, to hear those words from your lips, you have no idea what it means to me." Sesshomaru said, pulling her away from his chest so he could look into her eyes.

She lost herself again in his violet eyes, they called to her and she didn't want to say no. She closed her eyes and leaned up, as he leaned down. Their lips met in a gentle caress, his lips felt like warm silk against her own, and she wanted more, needed more. The kiss became more she pressed her against his, licking his lips searching, begging for entrance. He granted it with out hesitation.

Her tongue entered the cavern of his mouth like a hungry beast searching every inch for its prey. Their tongues dueled in an endless battle as his hands began to wander. She turned around in his arms as they entered his room; Sesshomaru closed the door behind him with his foot not wanting to take his eyes off the alluring beauty in front of him. When all the buttons were undone she slid her hands up he abs over his hard chest and shoulders pulling down the shirt as she glided her hands over his arms.

He pulled her shirt over her head, breaking the kiss only for a moment. He then moved his hands to her skirt and began to help it down her legs as she undid his pants. She stepped out of the skirt when it reached her knees and dropped to the floor leaving her in her black lace bra and matching underwear. He looked at her his eyes taking in every curve, drinking her in, `perfect, she perfect' he thought.

She began to guide his pants to the floor caressing her hands over his member along the way causing a moan to pass his lips. Once he stepped out of his pants she kissed him gently on the lips bringing her body close to his. She felt so warm, leaving him cold where her body wasn't touching his. He rose off her and held out a hand for her. She took it and he helped her off the bed and into the warmth of his arms. They walked into the bathroom and took a shower.

After the shower Sesshomaru took the covers off the bed because they were too ruined to sleep in, he would put it in the wash tomorrow. He got a spare blanket from the guest room Kagome used to sleep in before the started going out and spread it over the bed. She came up from behind him and wrapped her arms around his back. She kissed the various scratches she had put into his back, she felt a little guilty she wasn't sure if he enjoyed her marking his back. "I'm sorry about this," she said softly.

He turned in her arms and looked into her eyes, "Don't be I enjoyed it. Now come I'm tired." He said leading her to the bed.

She giggled, and slipped under the covers and he followed pulling her close to his body. She snuggled into his chest and inhaled in his scent.

"I love you Kagome," he said softly.

"I love you to Sesshomaru," she replied and they drifted off to sleep.
