(A/N: Sorry, STILL no lemon… well, not in this chapter any way. Sorry to have you all wait so long! Gomen! I hate unfinished fics, I hate short fics, I hate extreme waffy fics, and I hate fics with no lemon… I'm trying this fic long, no waffyness, and with a lot of Inu/Kagome lemon. And I now know why there are never any friggin finished fics! Ya gotta think em up, find the time, type em up, and then make corrections. Damn, it isn't as easy as I thought. And then… No ones friggin reviewing! I'd kinda like ta know how in the 7 hells I'm friggin doing! GAH! Oh… Gomen, I'm just a bitchy crazy person, pay no mind to the sadist freak writing the fic…)

Chapter 6

A Date with Koga

Kagome got out of the shower and dried off. She sighed, wrapped a towel around herself and then went into her bedroom to find a dress to wear to dinner with Koga. She put on a dark emerald green, strap less dress. There were long loose sleeves that matched and strapped on to her upper arm. Kagome examined her figure in the mirror. The sleeves were pretty cool… Kagome brushed her hair and clipped a piece of hair that was hanging in her face up with a dark green clip. She hand a pearl necklace on and a matching bracelet on her left wrist. She had on pearl earrings on in the first hole, and emerald earrings on behind them in the second hole, then at the very top she had on tiny silver hoops.

(A/N: Boy, its kinda hard to describe the earrings and the dress and all, I hope you get the picture… you do get it… right?)

Kagome hear the doorbell ring. *DING! DING!* It surprised Kagome that a hotel or whatever you would call this place would have a doorbell. Kinda odd. Kagome ran to the door, opening to find, of course, Koga. "Hello Koga!" Kagome smiled her cheery little smile up at Koga. Koga wore a black suit, of course. A man doesn't have much clothing and accessories to choose from… Kanna ran up to Kagome and hugged her new `Okassan'. Kagome hugged her and told her to be good while she was gone. Then Koga and Kagome walked out and then rode the elevator down to the 1st floor. Then out the door to the limo.

(I have a thing for the limos right now, if you've noticed, hehe! But don't worry, they have cars besides the limos, they have really nice cars. They just aren't driving them right now. They will later on… maybe…)

Kagome and Koga got out and walked into a real nice fancy restaurant. They were shown to their seats and they both ordered a drink and an appetizer. "Kagome…" Koga began. "Huh?" Kagome looked up from the menu. Koga reached over and took Kagome's hands in his and smiled when he saw Kagome blush. "Um… Yes, Koga?" she asked him. "Kagome… I want you to be my mate." He said to her, looking her straight in the eyes. "Youkai mate for life, and I want you to be my mate, forever, all my life. I just know you're the one for me… Please Kagome, be my mate?" Kagome opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out. She shut her mouth, but then opened it again to speak. "Koga… ya know, I really really like you and all…" She lied, "but I'm not youkai, like you. I need time… to get to know you. That's how humans are. Do you get it? I'm not really sure about my feelings for you ate the time. I don't hate, I like you… allot, but I just don't know if I LOVE you or not yet…" Kagome smiled at him. He smiled back. " Ok Kagome, if time is what you need, then I'll be patient and give you all the time you want!" He let go of Kagome's hand and went back to the menu. `Well, that didn't come out all that bad…' Kagome thought.

"Yasum, Koga-kun!" She said as she entered her room… house… thingy thing thing. She shut the door and flopped on the couch. Kagome moaned. Kanna came up beside her `Okassan' and tugged on her arm. "Come on Okassan, come to bed with me… I'm sleepy and I can't sleep without you with me!" Kanna looked at Kagome with big puppy dog eyes. Kagome couldn't help but give in to the little girl. Kagome picked up her adopted youkai child and hurried off to bed. Kagura came walked into the room and smiled at the two sleeping peacefully.

*Ding ding ding* Kagura heard a beeping noise come from Kagome's laptop and opened it. Kagome had just gotten an email… from… Sesshomaru! Kagura frowned and opened the email. It was a translation of the conversation they had had with Naraku! Kagura went into some of Kagome's files and found Kagome's old mail. ` No… Kagome works for the FBI… and… NO! Why? How can this be? I trusted her… As my friend… And…'

She looked back over at the sleeping girls. "I'm sorry, both of you…" She whispered and rushed out of the room to her own. She didn't want to tell on Kagome, but she had to. But she wasn't angry at Kagome, Kagome was still a friend to her. Kagura was only disappointed in Kagome. And Kanna… Kanna would be so upset. She had never really had any one like Kagome to take care of her… as her Okassan… Her real family had been killed by a wild youkai. ` I will tell Inuyasha tomorrow…'

So what'd a ya think? So far so good huh? I think maybe Inuyasha will catch her in the 8th chapter. How bout that? Still no lemon till then. Well, maybe I'll be nice and do an Inu/Kikyo lemon… I'll think about it! Any way, it's 5:49 AM and I'm freezing cold! And sleepy! I live in Virginia and it is sooo cold right now! I'm sitting here in my purple porcupine PJs (just like the one's I described in the fic) freezing my ass off! Well, ok, I'll write/type (whatever) some more tomorrow… er… today… later… after I sleep and… yeah! Ja ne!

P.S. I know, I know, I spelled `Koga' wrong didn't I? It's `Kouga'… well, oh well! Your gonna have ta deal with it! Cause I really don't feel like going back and fixing the this chapter and the other 6… Making this fic is hard enough as it is… for me any way… So whatever, I know my mistakes, I just don't have enough time to go back and fix them. I'm working on the other chapters too… Ok… NOW! Ja ne! )
