(A/N: Hey everyone, sorry I didn't update sooner. School started again and I have a shit load of homework. I have so much testing to do this week! Ugh! But I'll make time to update… or try to anyway… And I'm trying to read the reviews I got but something's wrong… I click `Read 8 Reviews' or whatever and when the reviews pop up there are only 4 reviews. So… yeah, whatever. I don't really care about reviews… I'm just going to finish the story… yeah… ok. )

The Criminal

Chapter 7

Telling

Kagura sat on the couch thinking about last night. ` I should tell, but, Kagome is like a sister to me already. We are such good friends, or at least I thought we were…' "Kagura?" Kagura looked up and Kanna smiled at her. "You look sad…" Kanna's smile faded. Kagura smiled and hugged Kanna. "No, I'm fine… hey, how bout we go out for breakfast? We'll let Kagome sleep, she seemed pretty tired when she came home last night." Kanna smiled back and nodded her head then went to get changed.

Kagome woke up to the light shining in her eyes. "Ugh…" Kagome moaned and forced herself out of bed. She yawned and looked around for Kanna. She wasn't there. Kagome went into the kitchen and found a note on the table saying that Kagura and Kanna had gone out for breakfast and didn't want to wake Kagome.

Kagome walked back in her room and opened up her laptop. She checked her mail and found Sesshomaru's email saying that everyone was ok and that they had found the bomb in the building before it went off, and they stopped it. It also had a translation of the conversation Naraku and the others had. They had been speaking in some ancient youkai language. Kagome read it and then went to take a shower to get ready for tonight.

`They're going to rob the American Grand casino tonight… great, how am I supposed to stop em now? I didn't even have any time to plan… Hmm… maybe… AH!' Kagome slipped and fell in the shower. "Ow…" Kagome whined and rubbed her rear. "Damn slippery showers!"

(A/N: I'm not good at making up names so I looked up a few casinos and found one called the American Grand casino and so I'm just using it. But I'm not really sure what the casino is like. It could really suck… but were going to just pretend it's a major top casino and shiz like that… ya know. )

Kagome finished washing and then got out, dried off and changed into a blue Cheongsam, kinda like the red Chinese dress but this one was shorter, it went down past her thighs a bit but not past her knees, showing off her long beautiful slender legs, and it had long sleeves that covered a little over her wrist. She strapped a handgun under her dress on her leg. The dress was long enough to hide the gun and that just about it. She put her hair in two buns; one on each side so it wouldn't fall in her face, and cause it was just really cute like that. She wore big silver hoop earrings and 1-inch blue heels to match her dress. She was pretty good at running in heels.

Then she filled up her small black backpack she carried with her. She threw in a gun, some bullets, knives, duck tape, flares, lipstick… You never know when you might need stuff like that.

Kagome heard the door open then close. That's when Kanna walked in the room. "Kanna, where's Kagura at?" she asked the little girl. "She went to go see Inuyasha about something." Kanna said then walked over to Kagome to hug her. "Kanna, would you do something for me?" Kagome asked. "I need you to help me, I need you and your mirror…" Kanna's face saddened. "You're after Inuyasha and the others aren't you? Your with FBI…" "How did you-" "My mirror, it showed me, I know. But I want to stay with you!" Kanna hugged Kagome tight. "I want to stay with you, and then you could be my Okassan. I'll help you, but promise I can stay with you?" Kanna asked her. Kagome nodded. "You can stay with me." "Now…" Kagome smiled. "Go get that mirror of yours then we can get out of here!"

Kagura walked into Inuyasha's living room. Inuyasha's eyes narrowed at her. "What do you want?" Inuyasha spat. He was waiting for the others to get there; Naraku, Juuroumaru, Hiten, and Kouga. He didn't really care about the girls. He never liked Kagura, and the little girl Kanna was just weird. Kagome was different… he liked her. But he had Kikyo and really didn't care about Kagome that much.

"I need to tell you something…" Kagura looked down at the floor. Inuyasha could tell she was hurt. What could this be about? Kagura was never sad, friendly, nice… anything! Kagura and Kanna had never shown such emotion until they had met Kagome. "Well? What is it?" He asked. "It's Kagome… She's not what you think… She works for the FBI… She's Sesshomaru's girl…" Kagura finished and looked up at Inuyasha.

Inuyasha growled at the mention of his brother's name. He didn't know why, but just the thought of his half brother made him sick. As for Kagome, that wasn't such a big problem. She was just a human girl. He could easely get ride of her. But did her want to? He could just keep her; use her for information… and maybe something more. He could have fun with that human wench. Inuyasha smiled at the idea.

Kagura saw his expression and it tore her insides up. What was he thinking!? She knew exactly what he was thinking. She knew him too well to not know. He was a sex-crazed hanyou, he was probably thinking of keeping Kagome and using him for his own personal pleasures. She should have never told. She didn't know why she told really, she despised Naraku and Inuyasha and the others. She should have just helped Kagome in their capture. But now… it was too late.

Hey, I would go ahead and type up the 8th chapter, but it's 12:09 AM and I have school tomorrow. If I'm caught up at this hour my mom will kill me. Yeah, I'm only a teen; I live with my mom of course! Damn school. Well, I'll put up a few chapters tomorrow too. Please review, (even though it won't let me read em) Thanks!
