Chapter 2 A little while later and a fight w/ discomfort

{Two hours later}

“Kagome you're back!!!” the kit jumped into her arms.

“Yes. I'm back but only for a while. I have to go back in three days tops.” She smiled at him and then she saw Inuyasha's expression, knew he was about to rant like a jealous man would.

“What do you mean three days? we cant go any where in that time!” he was angered that she now had a time limit. “ARE YOU'RE TEST MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE JEWEL BEING FINISHED?”

“YES! AND RIGHT NOW I'M NOT GOING BACK FOR TESTS, JUST SO YOU KNOW!” She sat on the wells ridge and huffed letting her anger seep from every pore she had.

“Kagome,” Miroku touched her shoulder lightly, she looked up at him. “Don't let him bother you. I think we all need a break anyway. Don't you Sango?” he rubbed his hand over Sango's butt and blushing, she smacked him really hard, that it almost knocked him over.

“Yes, monk I do believe we need a break. So no use trying to fight it Inuyasha.”

“Feh.” It was all it took for them to head towards the village. Kagome had a little difficulty walking that far after her encounter with father and his wondering hands, but she managed slowly. The group worried even a certain half demon.

Chapter 3

“Child, ye look like ye is in pain.” The old priestess commented as Kagome pretty much dropped to the floor and stuck her legs out straight, in a rude sorta way. It was almost night time now and they were pretty tired of playing around all day, except Inuyasha, he pouted for most of the time.

“I'm fine for know. All I really want is a nice warm bath and a good night's sleep.” She grinned at the thought of a starry sky and the trees in the wind. A grump from the other side of the room drew in her attention.

“Can't you do that in your time and let us go find shards of the jewel?” he was pretty mad at her right now but she didn't care.

“Not right now I cant.” She got up uncomfortably. “Ow!” she looked down to her stomach area, rubbing it absentmindedly. “Bath anyone?” Miroku perked up.

“Of course lady Kagome.” Miroku moved to stand but was pulled back down by an angry Sango.

“Just where do you think you're going monk?”

“Heehee No where my Dear Sango.” He scratched his head innocently.

“Do you want company?” the kit spoke up from the corner.

“Now that I think about it I want to be alone tonight…” They all looked at her worried. “I'll be in the spring of purification if ya need me.” She practically ran out of the door, her shirt flying off, just as she stepped outside. She was stripping and running to the spring. The Inu crew was in AW.
