The plane lands in Tokyo. Kasumi slowly gets off the plane and walks into the airport looking a little frighten.

"Hey Kayko honey!!" She hears someone calls out "her name." She turns around and sees a beautiful elegant looking woman with long black hair tied up in a bun and she's wearing a long flowery skirt and a white shirt with sandals.

(A/N: Her feet done too and no bunions either)

Kagome runs to her daughter and hugs her tightly kissing her cheek over and over. Kagome then holds her out arm length.

"I missed you so much honey." Kagome smiles. Kasumi smiles as tears falls down her eyes and she drops her suitcase hugging Kagome tightly.

"Oh Mom I missed you too." Kasumi cries. Kagome looks at Kasumi and looks her in the eyes wiping her tears away.

"Oh honey don't cry. What they do torture you there or something?"

"No." Kasumi laughs wiping her eyes and looks down at her sneakers. Kagome gasps covering her mouth, Kasumi quickly look up at her. Kagome grabs the end of her hair.

"Kay you cut your hair honey?"

"Do you hate it?" Kasumi looks worried. Kagome laughs and shakes her head no.

"No, of course not. I love it. I wish you would've told me you wanted a hair cut though. I would've gotten you one." Kagome smiles as she takes the suitcase. They walk to her Pontiac Plymouth, Kagome puts the suitcase in the backseat. Kagome starts the car to head home. "How about after we get settled I take you out for some ice-cream?"

"Now that sounds like a plan I can get use to Mom." Kasumi laughs as she looks at the scenery in awe. Kagome laughs and nods.

"So did you have a good time there?"

"Yes Mom." Kasumi nods.

"Did you make friends there?"

"Yes Mom." Kasumi nods smiling. Kagome raises her eyebrow looking between her daughter and the road.

"Why do you keep saying Mom after every sentence?"

"I don't know Mom. I guess after that long whole month without seeing you. I just missed saying Mom." Kasumi shrugs smiling. Kagome laughs gracefully and shakes her head.

"You know I can't help but worry about you sometimes Kayko. Anyway Sota is here and he brought the baby."

"Oh he did?" Kasumi tries her best to sound excited. Kagome nods her head.

"Uh-huh. And she is a cutie very vibrant. Reminds me of you as a baby." Kagome smirks.

"What's her name again?"

"Ayame."

"That's pretty. How many months is she again?" Kasumi looks at Kagome.

"Six. Child did you lose your memory there?"

"It's your fault for sending me there. Maybe next time you will listen to me when I say I don't want to go somewhere." Kasumi says praying that Kayko didn't ask her to go. Kagome rolls her eyes and shakes her head.

"Yeah of course. Blame everything on the Mom right?"

"Exactly."

Kayko gets off the plane and walks into the airport. She looks amazed as she sees all types of people walking and blushes from the language she hears. No wonder why Kasumi has the mouth she does. Someone puts their hand on her shoulder and she jumps and sees Atsuki.

"How's my grandchild?" Atsuki hugs her tightly. Kayko laughs and hugs her back.

"I'm fine and you Grandma?"

"I'm good now that my Grandbaby is here. I missed you."

"I missed you too. Where's Dad?" Kayko looks around.

"You know how busy your father is. He had to take care of some business with Sesshoumaru."

"Oh ok." Kayko nods disappointedly as they head off the limo. During the limo ride Kayko looks at the beautiful scenery. When they arrive at the estate Kayko gasps out loud covering her mouth. Atsuki raises her eyebrow at her granddaughter.

"Child you act like you never been to here before."

"Well I haven't."

"What?" Atsuki looks at her in confusion.

"Well think about it. It's been a month since I been here so technically I haven't been here.....in a while." Kayko nods.

"I'm just going to pretend you never said that." Atsuki laughs as she gets out the limo. Kayko grabs her suitcase and they walk into the mansion. Kayko stands in the main hallway looking shock. She stares at the white walls, the wooded floor looks like it was just polished. There's a big crystal chandler hanging above them and there's a high staircase in front of them.

'No freaking way. I can't believe this.' Kayko thinks looking around, she then brings her eyes back to Atsuki.

"Sango told me when you get in, to meet her in the study. She has something to tell you."

"Oh....ok." Kayko nods not moving from her spot trying to figure out what study she was talking about. There had to be at least five....hundred studies in here.

"Kasumi the study." Atsuki points to the door on the far right.

"Oh right that study." Kayko lets out a fake laugh, and takes her suitcase walking to the door. She opens the door and turns the light on.

"SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!" Kayko jumps back looking surprised. She sees Sango, Rin, Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha smiling at her. She drops her suitcase and covers her mouth laughing.

"What is this?"

"This is what we call a surprise welcome back party. Welcome back Sumi." Sango laughs and hugs her tightly. Kayko hugs her back.

"Thank you Sango."

"Aww look at my little niece. Welcome back honey." Rin hugs her tightly. Kayko laughs.

"Thank you Aunt Rin." Kayko blushes as she gets all this love. Sesshoumaru puts his hand on her shoulder and gives her a smirk.

"Welcome back kiddo."

"Thank you Uncle Sesshoumaru."

"Uncle? You actually give this jerk respect for once?" Inuyasha laughs as he walks up. Sesshoumaru chuckles and crosses his arms.

"I know what do want?"

"Nothing at all." Kayko smiles innocently. Inuyasha shakes his head and holds his arms out.

"Come here and give me a big bear hug." Kayko hugs him tightly and sighs.

"I missed you Dad."

"Wow I wasn't expecting that reaction." Inuyasha chuckles.

"What reaction were you expecting?" Kayko looks confused.

"Well I was expecting you to yell at me and swear never to speak to me again until you need money and suck up." He chuckles. Kayko laughs and lays her head on his chest.

"Nope missed you too much to yell." She closes her eyes smiling. Inuyasha looks at Sesshoumaru, Rin, Sango and Atsuki. They all shrug looking puzzled. Inuyasha laughs and shakes his head, he kisses her forehead.

"I'm glad to hear that. Get unpacked and get situated and after that you can tell me everything. Ok?"

"Ok." Kayko nods. Inuyasha nods and walks off with his cell phone in his hand. Sango puts her arm around Kayko's shoulder.

"You must be hungry." Sango tells her before Kayko can respond her stomach growls. They both start laughing. "I'll take that as a yes. Now how do you want to do this?" Sango pauses she gets Kayko's suitcase. "Do you want to eat first then unpack? Or Unpack then eat? Or my personal favorite. Eat while unpacking?" Sango looks at her. Kayko raises her eyebrow.

"I can eat in my room?"

"Of course re-re." Sango laughs.

"Oh right. I was just joking geez." Kayko laughs and shakes her head as she follows Sango to the staircase.

"Well get some better jokes because that one sucked." Sango makes a sour face they both laugh as they go up to Kasumi's room. Sango opens the door and Kayko gasps looking in shock.

'Whoa her room is like fifteen times bigger then mine.' Kayko thinks to herself as she walks into the large pink room. She glances over at the big king size bed with a pink hearted quilt and little puppy stuff animals. She looks over at the large size windows and sees a cushion on the windowsill. Sango walks past her placing the suitcase on the bed and turns to her.

"A month has that kind of impact on you?" Sang giggles. Kayko shakes her head coming from her daze and placing her hands on her hips.

"Yes. Sango you don't understand how small those cabins were and the beds they were gross and small."

"Well I'm sure your father won't be sending you there again. But knowing your Dad who knows. So how many hot dogs you want?" Sango crosses her arms. Kayko looks down.

"Um one please."

"Just one?" Sango raises her eyebrow.

"I mean two." Kayko laughs nervously.

"Just two?" Sango tilts her head to the side. Kayko feels herself sweating and she nods slowly.

"Yes just two."

"Geez you most have lost your appetite. And what do you want to drink?"

"Water please."

"Water please? Did Inuyasha send you to a manner and eat right camp?" Sango laughs and walks out the room. Kayko shakes her head and sits on the windowsill opening the window. She looks around outside in the backyard. She sees an oversized pool, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a horsing ranch. A distant away she can see a field full of grape vines.

"Wow this estate is beautiful. Did something happen between Mom and Dad to make her hate the upper class so much? I would love to live here forever man." Kayko says to herself. She continues scanning around the backyard smiling, her smile instantly drops when she sees a woman wearing a tight red dress hugging on her father. She leans closer trying to see, she then sees a pair of binoculars grabbing them from the nightstand. She looks closer and sees the woman's face a little. "Mom? No it can't be. Who is that?" Kayko questions out loud feeling her blood boil.

"That's Kikyo Takani." Sango says appearing behind her. If she wasn't so angry at this moment Sango would've scared the daylights out of her. Sango gives her a bottle of water and plate of two hot dogs and French fries.

"Thank you." Kayko mumbles stilling looking outside. Sango sits next to her looking out there too.

"No problem."

"So who's this Kikyo lady?" Kayko questions opening her water bottle and drinking some water. Sango shakes her head and bites into her hot dog.

"She's some executive of his. She's been working for him since you left. Not to mention she has him tied around her small little fingers. Personally Rin and I don't like her she seems to snaky you know?" She shrugs. Kayko nods her head not touching her food. "But what bothers me the most is how she looks like Kagome." Sango looks sad. Kayko looks at her. Sango sees Kayko's face and smiles with much sympathy. "You know Kagome your mother. You never met her. But you have that picture of her."

"Oh right. I thought that girl looks familiar."

"Yeah but I think he's in love with her." Sango sighs. Kayko quickly looks at her.

"Why do you say that?"

"He took her for a candle lit dinner on the San Francisco Bay on a boat. He even let her ride your horse Snow white."

"What? And he never does that?"

"No girl. He doesn't even go on dates since he split up with your mother." Sango growls a little.

Atsuki opens the door peaking her head in.

"Kasumi after you're done eating and unpacking your father wants you to come downstairs and meet his mew executive. They'll be by the pool."

"Ok Grandma." Atsuki nods and closes the door. Kayko looks back at them sickly flirting. 'I'll meet her alright.' She smirks evilly.

Kagome and Kasumi walk into the Higurashi house. Miroku is the first to hug Kasumi lifting her off the ground. She laughs loudly.

"Miroku put me down! I'm not six. I'm sixteen."

"Oh sorry." He puts her down looking at her closing. "Hey you're not Kayko." He crosses his arms. Kasumi can feel herself sweating but she plays it off.

"Then who am I?" She smirks crossing her arms.

"You're an older version of Kayko." He laughs and nudges her. Kagome's mother runs into the main hallway and hugs Kasumi tightly kissing her cheek.

"Oh my little grandbaby I missed you honey."

"I missed you too Grandma." Kasumi giggles and her Grandma strokes her cheek.

Kagome's younger brother Sota and his wife Terri holding their new baby walks into the main hallway to greet her. Sota hugs her tightly.

"Hey kiddo. Look at you getting bigger. Welcome back."

"Thank you Uncle Sota." Kasumi smiles. Terri kisses her cheek.

"Welcome back honey."

"Thank you Aunt Terri. Ooh this is the baby?" Kasumi smiles looking at the cute little girl in her arms.

"Uh-huh. Wanna hold her?"

"Of course." Kasumi smiles as Terri pass her the baby. Ayame stares at Kasumi and starts giggling. Kasumi smiles and pecks her cheek. "Hi cutie." She says in high pitcher making the baby laugh more.

"Would you like me to help you unpack?" Terri questions.

"Of course. Mom wanna help too? I have a lot to tell you both." Kasumi smiles. Kagome smiles.

"Sure why not. I'm not doing anything." They all go upstairs to have girl chat.

Kayko walks to the pool wearing a red tankini so her Dad won't freak out about being too grown that's one thing Kasumi told her. He's very keen on keeping her as a little girl. Inuyasha smiles he sees her, he puts his around her shoulder and walks her to Kikyo.

"Kikyo this my daughter Kasumi. Kasumi this is Kikyo." Inuyasha clears his throat. Kikyo adjusts her hat looking up, she gasps happily and sits at the edge of her seat.

"Oh wow I finally get to meet you. Hi how are you?" Kikyo smiles. Kayko forces a smile on her face.

"I'm fine how are you?"

"Oh I'm fine. How old are you honey?"

"I'm 15." Kayko answers. Kikyo starts laughing looking at Inuyasha.

"15? Wow and here I was expecting a little girl to come here running. You are practically a grown woman now huh?" Kikyo crosses her arms. Kayko lets out a phony snobbish laugh mocking Kikyo's laugh.

"Yeah and how old are you?" Kayko smiles. Kikyo's face drops a little, Inuyasha nudges Kayko lightly.

"Kasumi." He mumbles, Kikyo puts her smile back on.

"Oh no Inuyasha it's ok. This gives us a chance to know each other a little better. I'm 30." Kikyo answer. Kayko crosses her arms.

"30? Oh wow. You're only 15 years older then me. And Dad how old are you again like 40-" Inuyasha quickly covers her mouth laughing out.

"Oh wow I guess this camp I sent her to made a her math major." Inuyasha shoots her small glare.

"She sure has a nice sense of humor though." Kikyo laughs.

"Yeah and it can sure use some improvement." Inuyasha squares his eyes at Kayko. Kayko laughs innocently and walks to a bench putting her towel down. Inuyasha sighs and shakes his head.

"I'll be back." Inuyasha walks towards the house. Kayko runs to the pool doing a cannibal and splashing Kikyo "accidentally." Kikyo shrieks jumping up quickly. Kayko brings her up from the water and puts on an innocent act.

"Oh sorry did I get you wet?" Kayko questions trying not to laugh. Kikyo lets out a frustrated laugh.

"Only a little but it's water and it will dry." Kikyo sits back in her seat. Kayko sits on one the floating chairs in pool looking at Kikyo. Kiyko's cell phone starts ringing she looks at Kayko mouthing one second. She answers her phone. "Hullo? Oh yeah but Mr. Shikon will be out of the country for a couple of weeks. But I will tell him that. Ok bye." Kikyo hangs up her cell turning it off and places it back in her bag. Kayko raises her eyebrow.

"Is my Dad going somewhere?"

"Oh no honey. I just had to tell a little white lie to get him out of something." Kikyo pauses looking down she then gasps looking up at Kayko. "Your Dad let me ride Snow White I hope you don't mind."

"Oh no she's use to it by now." Kayko smiles and waves her hand at Kikyo. Kikyo raises her eyebrow.

"Use it by now? What do you mean?"

"Oh nothing." Kayko shrugs then continues. "I'm you're only the 31st woman to her ride." Kayko lets out a small phony chuckle waving her hand. "Oh excuse me I was mistaken you're the 32nd woman to ride her. You know my Dad is a big playa playa but he's a predictable playa. He does the same thing over and over and over again. You would think after 32 times he would learn something new." Kayko looks at Kikyo to see if she was following and she was.

"Explain." Kikyo tells her crossing her legs.

"You see first it's ride on Snow White then it's a romantic candle lit dinner on the San Francisco Bay on a private boat." Kayko clears her throat and looks out the corner of her eye. "Then he after he wines and dines you, he offers you some of his best wine hot off the press." Kayko lays her hands on her stomach. Kikyo looks in shock.

"Really?" She questions as Inuyasha walks back to them holding a bottle of wine.

"Hey I'm back. And I have some of my best wine hot off the press." He smiles holding it up looking at it. Kikyo looks at him then looks at Kayko. Kayko shrugs her shoulders and rolls her off the chair into the water so she bust out laughing.

After Kayko takes her shower, she paces back and forth in her room wearing a pink velour suit and white socks.

"There's something about her I don't like. Her eyes seems evil and uncaring. And we are in real trouble. How are we suppose to get Mom and Dad back together with that woman in the way? Shit!" Kayko covers her mouth. "I think I been Kasumi too." Kayko stomps her foot not caring at this point.
