I wasn't sure if any of you would pick up upon my brother's idea and so I had a back up just in case. But I so happy some of you DID! I will go into further details in a moment, but to one and all THROWS EVERYONE HUGE COOKIES TO MUCH ON!

Mystic Hanyou...- Heh maybe? InuyashaGirlie gave me the idea for Beautiful and my brother...well he supplemented the idea for this one with his question...and well it might just be an epic now.....

angel1125...-Yuka is a demon and her mother is Kagura correct, I have Akira her boyfriend as a descendant of Miroku and Sango and as to Jinto....I will let you guess...I gave a hint as to who his father is in the story. What do they have to do with the spells? Spells require strength of not just the body but of the heart, and sometimes when one isn't feeling good or is sick...well it helps to have those who will lend you theirs if only for a little while you know?

DragonMistress704.....-Giggles and winks....

Ceaseless Cloudy Days...-Sorry, but my brother gave me an idea to extend it....and it involved Kagome's three friends....who personally I think were worried about her for more than her supposed illnesses

Gittelbug...-Giggles....don't worry with a little help from my brother it will all come together....

Orb...-Nope that would be to cliché to have Hojo as that thing's descendant. Hojo is going to remain Hojo...just with some minor personality changes that will start showing up. Major plot twist I know, but my brother asked me that after watching an episode on DVD involving the three of them and well....giggles....I decided to offer my theory in the story....

BakaInuGirl...yep had been intended as a one shot and well...demand dictated I figure out a way and continue.....as to Kagura...someone had to be mom....

Anyway folks as to the plot twist...here is how it stands

Yuka is Kagura's daughter and hence part demon...gave a hint as to who daddy is though

Jinto is unknown demon's son, but also gave a hint into whose son he is

Akira is a descendant of Miroku and Sango, has his powers and her fighting abilities, is also going out with Yuka

Eri, Ayume, and Tsukasa...- These three are the descendants of the villagers that Kaede took care of. They are the direct descendants and heirs to the scrolls made by an unknown recorder of the journey that Kagome currently makes with Inuyasha detailing, what must be done in order to keep history accurate and the future safe. They made friends with the three who are strong enough to help them defend Kagome from present time attacks. Eventually falling for one another, Eri is going out with Jinto as Ayume and Tsukasa are a couple as well.

I hope that little explanation helped and so back to the story...I don't own Inuyasha at all

Before I forget...will every so often be including Miroku and Sango stuff from here on in...after all Akira has to ahem be born as their descendant....

Chapter 12

Happinessis sometimes just a rub away...

As they last of her friends leave, Inuyasha hugs Kagome close as if to never let her go. Playfully picking her up, he starts to swing her around, and she laughs in pure and simple delight.

"INUYASHA!" Kagome screams for all of a sudden he leaps into the god tree as he holds her. Afraid now that he might drop her on accident as they sail through the air. He simply lands as he always does and begins to nuzzle her neck.

"Are they gone?"

Smiling at his intentions, she nods her head and he gives a low growl in delight. But placing a hand over his to prevent him, he lets out a protest, but is hushed as she points downward.

Noticing his woman's mother, watching with a raised eyebrow, Inuyasha behaves himself, for somehow he knows that to incur her wrath would probably be worse than what Naraku could ever do to him.

Watching as she nods her head approvingly as they stop and simply hold one another, she walks away and breathes a sigh if relief.

"Is your mother always like that?"

"When it comes to her mom radar...you better believe it."

"Mom Radar?" Inuyasha asks with a puzzled expression.

"It's a phrase meaning, somehow even though she can't see it, she knows when we are doing something we shouldn't be doing...."

Inuyasha looks at her dubiously as his next comment befuddles her. "Considering what we were doing not to long ago, my angel..." He smiles warmly as she blushes and his arm brings her directly to his side. "Why didn't she stop us then?"

"I think because...."

"I trust you Inuyasha that's why..." Mrs. Higurashi responds from underneath, causing him to near fall out of the tree.

They both watch as she wanders back to collect Souta and grandfather, before heading in for the night. The two look at one another and Kagome smiles as the first thing Inuyasha says is...

"How did she do that?"

"Do what?"

"Sneak up on us...she was so quiet I didn't even hear her."

Giggling at his perplexed face, she tries to stop but can't as he shoots her a glare. "The reason why Inuyasha; is because she is Mom. Moms just know when their kids are about to do something. I think it's in their nature..."

Smiling as she continues to giggle, Inuyasha grabs onto her and leaps from the tree down to the ground. Shrieking in surprise as he lets her go, she gasps in dismay as his ears go back in pain. "I didn't mean to do that Inuyasha. You know shriek in your ear, but you did kind of startle me..."

"Well what are you going to do about it wench....?"

"Huh?"

"What will you do to make the pain go away?" Inuyasha whispers softly as he looks into her dark eyes, eliciting a warm smile.

Thoughtful as she guides him into the house, she gestures for him to sit as she runs upstairs.

"Hey where are you going?"

"To change Inuyasha I can't wear this all the time..." She replies back down.

Chuckling softly as she sounded exasperated at that question, he watches as Souta enters and grabbing the remote for the television before the young boy can, he turns it on.

"Hey..."

"Hey what Squirt...?" Inuyasha replies mischievously. His spirits are in a good mood as he seems to be honestly happy for the first time in a while.

"I'm not a squirt..." Souta mumbles as he brushes away Inuyasha's hand halfheartedly.

"Yes you are and on top of that you are also a royal pain..." A voice from behind them says. Recognizing it immediately, he turns around and is awed at the sight in front of him. Kagome is wearing a white tank top and boxers, with white slouch socks upon her feet. Curling up next to him on the couch, she smiles softly as her hands wrap around his form, allowing him to lean back against her.

As he gets comfortable, he can't help but feel pleased as one arm remains upon his chest and the other brushes through his hair. He feels her free hand on his ears and with the lightest of touches she begins to rub them....

Giving a low growl of pleasure from deep within his chest, he closes his eyes in bliss as he takes in her gentle hands.

"Right there...a little harder...yeah like that"

Turning to watch his hero, get reduced to a puppy practically by his sister, Souta sighs.

"I think I'm going to be sick..."

"Why Souta?" Kagome asks her little brother.

"Because all of this mushy stuff is making me nauseous, I'm going to my room to play videogames."

Watching as he gets up and leaves the two remaining in the living room, shrug and resume as Kagome gives Inuyasha's ears the best massage he has ever felt.

Feudal Japan...

"PERVERT!" Sango smacks Miroku once more as he gropes her bottom. Watching with a satisfied yet disappointed smirk on her features she turns and stomps away, leaving a befuddled monk to his problem.

Having watched the scene from his position in the trees, Shippo simply hops down to help the lecherous monk as best he can despite his small stature.

"You know Miroku, if you would quit doing that; she might stay and talk to you for more than a minute..." The Kitsune replies reluctantly. Not that he isn't getting his kicks out of the scene every time his friend does it; but he has kept the girls company during their baths and knows their complaints very well.

"I know Shippo, but deep down I can't help myself. She will stand there looking so beautiful and proud....that I can't help but wish to touch perfection."

Patting the monk on the hand, Shippo hops onto Miroku's shoulders and gives him a friendly bite on top of his head.

"Hey!"

"Hey what..."

"I am not Inuyasha..."

"I know but you still deserved it...." Shippo exclaims to momentarily distract the monk. Much to the Kitsune's chagrin it worked...it worked a little too well. Leaping off as Miroku aimed his staff for him, he promptly watches as he whacks himself in the head.

"Miroku...Miroku what am I going to do with you...."

"I finally got Inuyasha and Kagome together after so long...now what about you and Sango?"

Looking at the situation the Kitsune gives himself a little pat on the back as an idea pops into his mind and so he scampers off, to negotiate with the other member he would need to help him.

"Oh KILALA!"
