Chapter 2:Transformation

Sesshomaru lifted his gaze towards Inuyasha and shot him his trade mark death glare."As you wish,little brother."Sesshomaru told him with his voiced laced with venom and sarcasm."It seems that Kagome is transforming into what seems what she really is."Sesshomaru told them calmly.
All of them gasped,surprise evident in their eyes.Kagome was transforming!But into what,is the next question that they wanted answered.Inuyasha was about to ask Sesshomaru what Kagome was transforming into,when Sesshomaru answered his unasked question.
"I do not know what Kagome is transforming into."Sesshomaru said,again,calmly.But his voice was hinted with irritation.Irritation that he didn't know what his sister was transforming into.And this Sesshomaru does not like to not know about Kagome's condition.He thought as he briefly glanced over his shoulder to Kagome,who was still letting out energy waves.Then he looked back over to the group who were staring at Kagome,sadness and worry in their eyes.
Meanwhile,Kagome was starting to feel the pain go away.Her face relaxed,the wrinkles around her face from squinting her eyes tightly and such,dissappeared instantly.Kagome was beyond relief because the white hot pain had dissappeared all together.Thank goodness.I thought that I'd go crazy from that unbearable pain!Kagome shouted in her mind,a slight smile coming across her face.But then Kagome noticed the energy waves she was releasing and her heighting power level.Kagome,mentally of course,groaned in aggravation. Now what's happening to me?Kagome asked herself.Kagome hadn't heard the conversation between her friends because the pain was too intense to concentrate on anything.So Kagome was left in the dark,wanting to know why all of this was happening to her and only her.Why me?Why is it always-But Kagome's thoughts were cut short with a pulse.I'm pulsing?Why?And how?Kagome's mind was filled with questions,answers to none of them.All poor Kagome could do is stay there and wait to see what would happen to her.
The others,by now,had already seen Kagome pulsing.All had their eyes locked to the young priestess,waiting to see what she was going to transform into.They also wondered what she would look like and if she would have any new powers.Inuyasha was especially wondering about this 'transformation' Kagome was going through.And,yet again,was having one of his many 'conversations' with his two other selves.
(Normal Inuyasha 'Demon Inuyasha' "Human Inuyasha")
'Hey,are you two wondering what our Kagome is going to look like?'
"I know I have.But why do you have to ask?I mean,of course EVERYONE'S wondering and we all want to know,so why ask?"
'Why?The answer's simple.If she's a demon,she'll-'
OH,SHUT UP!Are you going to start talking about 'mating' with her again!
'Yes...'

'No to what?'
MATING,BASTARD!How the HELL do YOU know if she even WANTS to mate with us?Or even CONSIDERED it!

I'm still shuddering from all of our meetings!I fuckin' HATE that claypot!She's just so...creepy.Man,she DESERVED to die!

'SEE!He even agrees with me!And besides,Kagome dosen't even HAVE TO give a shit about the Shikon Jewel shards!She dosen't HAVE to come back here to search for them!She comes back to see our friends and US!'

Inuyasha's two other selves nodded in his mind,seemingly satisfied for now,and left.Inuyasha sighed in relief that his two other selves were finally gone and went back to staring at Kagome to see if something had happened.And to his great dissatisfaction,nothing did.But that changed as he smelled something.Inuyasha's eyes widened in shock,complete and utter shock.He had just caught a whiff of Kagome's scent,but it had changed dramatically.Inuyasha now knew what Kagome was transforming into,still shocked,turned to Sesshomaru to see if he knew what Kagome was now,too.
"Sesshomaru,did you just catch Kagome's scent?Because I just did."Inuyasha asked and informed his older brother who was still gazing at Kagome,not bothering to look at him.Inuyasha was getting mad because he didn't answer him and decided to tell him off when his brother surprised by answering him,his back still turned to him.
"Yes I did,little brother.I suppose now we know what Kagome is transforming into."Sesshomaru told Inuyasha emotionlessly,his direction of his eyes still locked on Kagome.But then Sesshomaru had a thought and wanted it answered."Wolf,did you catch Kagome's scent also?"Sesshomaru asked Kouga in a demanding voice.
"Of course I did!I'm a wolf,remember!"Kouga replied to him,pride in his voice.
"Then we should tell the others about this,ya stupid wolf!They're not demons and don't have a clue what's going on!"Inuyasha told the wolf as he turned to the others.
The others,were indeed,looking confused.They were only humans and didn't have the sensitive nose of a demon.Inuyasha sighed and was about to tell them when the pulsations had gotten stronger.All of them quickly turned their heads,almost giving them whiplash,to see Kagome glowing a brilliant blue color.They stiffened,unmoving,eagerally waiting to see what was happening to their friend.
Meanwhile,Kagome had already felt the pulsations increase.Kagome,unfortunally for her,still had no clue what was happening to her.But somehow Kagome knew that she would have her questions answered soon.Kagome shut her eyes,breathing deeply,waiting patiently to see what was happening to her.Kagome,however,snapped her eyes back open when she started to feel heat wash over her body. Kagome groaned in her mind,hoping to Kami that it wasn't the same pain as before.It wasn't though,much to Kagome's relief.Instead,it was changing her body into what she truly was.Did Kagome know of this,you ask?Of course not.Kagome still didn't know what was happening but got her answers when she felt something happening to her hair.So Kagome looked over her shoulder to see what was happening to her hair.And when she did,her eyes widened as big as dinner plates and her pupils shrank to the size of peas.
Indeed,what she saw was shocking.For the black,mid-back locks she once harbored were gone.In their place was an ocean of straight blacker locks that had a natural blue tint to it.And they were no longer mid-back,but instead they layed softly at mid-way down on her calves. Her hair not only changed in color andin length,but it looked more soft and silky looking.I wonder how my hair feels like now.Kagome asked herself,bringing up her right hand to feel her newly transformed hair.
When her fingers met her hair,pure bliss took over her face.Her hair was as soft as the finest silk and as smooth as rabbit fur.She cupped her hand,the hair falling outslowly through the spaces between her fingers.Kagome was truly amazed that her new hair felt so...soft and perfect.But Kagome had to stop her relishing becuase she felt yet another pulsation.Kagome,still holding her hand up,saw that her human hand was no longer human.She gasped quietly,her short harmless human nails were gone,and were replaced with deadly looking silver claws!Kagome let go of her hair and examined her new claws.And she found that she liked them a lot.Her claws were sharp as razors and were the most gorgeous shade of shimmering silver she had ever seen.While Kagome was smiling fondly at her nails,the storm outside raged on and a flash of lighting was seen,along with a loud boom of thunder.Kagome got a little startled and gasped quietly,but smiled again fondly as the light from the lighting had shone on her claws,making them gleam like newly polished silver.
But this smile faded away as a new pulsation racked through her body.Kagome,by now,had turned her head away from her from the new fascination of her claws.She started to ponder what was happening to her this time when she felt a slight pain in her lower back area. Kagome decided to see what happened now,and was again shocked to see that a tail the color of her hair had grown from,or as she assumed,her butt!The tail in itself was just as beautiful as her hair,it was a jet black with that natural blue tint and it looked just as silky,if not softer.But the REAL surprise came when it raised itself up on its own and rested itself on her right shoulder!Kagome,turning her head to her right shoulder,looked at her tail,just sitting there innocently.Kagome's mind suddenly flashed back to Sesshomaru and his own tail. That's right!Sesshomaru has a tail,too.And my own tail is resting in the same place as his!This is SO freaky!Kagome thought as she had a mental image of Sesshomaru's tail sitting on his only arm,which she could not restore no matter how hard she tried.Kagome sighed but stopped as another thought came to her.Wait!What did Sesshomaru tell me on that day he talked to me about his tail!Kagome thought,racking her brain to find an answer.It took her about a minute,but she finally remembered what he had said.
/Flashback/
"So...Sesshomaru,why do you have a tail,but Inuyasha dosen't?"Kagome asked him innocently,just asking him a random question.
Sesshomaru was startled by the question,but being Sesshomaru,didn't show it.And then his eyes suddenly showed annoyance."Pfft.That stupid-"Sesshomaru
started,but was cut off by no other than Kagome.
"Sesshomaru..."Kagome began in a slow,dangerous voice."What have I told you about calling your brother stupid?"Kagome told him in her mock Sesshomaru cold voice.
Sesshomaru,looking skeptical,decided to play along with her little game."I am sorry,oh great master!Please forgive this lowly servant!" Sesshomaru told her,his voice,obviously,laced with sarcasm.Sesshomaru didn't let his emotions out around others,but he and Kagome were alone in Kaede's hut because the others had gone to do something in the village,and he sensed that no one was there to see him.
Kagome,slapping his right arm playfully,said,"Oh!You're so silly Sesshomaru!Just answer my question!"Kagome told him,giving him a bright smile.
Sesshomaru,in turn,smiled,well,more like he just barely turned the corners of his mouth up.But it was a smile to Kagome."Fine.Inuyasha does not have a tail because he is merely a half-demon.Only full-blooded demons have tails."Sesshomaru said,finally answering her question.
Kagome nodded,then asked another question."Okay.But why do you have it draped over your right shoulder?"Kagome asked him,wanting to know the answer to the question she had wondered since Sesshomaru had joined the group.
"That is simple.I have it laying over my right shoulder because I am-"
/End Flashback/
Kagome,sighing in frustartion,tightened her fists,drawing out blood.But the new cuts were quickly healed thanks to her powers.Man!I guess I know that I'm a full blooded demon now,but I don't remember why it's draped on his right shoulder!Kagome thought in clear anger.But while Kagome was remembering and being frustrated,two new pulses had racked her body.The first one had merely made her skin the color of white porcelin,much like Sesshomaru's,only hers looked to be a little bit creamier.It had also made her once peach colored lips the permanent color of a deep red.The red was richer than a ruby and deeper than garnet.With the red of her lips and the whitness of her skin,they together had made a beautiful contrast.The second one had brought out her markings.Kagome now had two icy blue stripes on her wrists,along her ankles,and on her hips.Then,the most important one,was the marking on her forehead.There,there was her family's marking,a baby blue six-pointed stair that was intertwined with a black crescent moon.But there was another marking on there,too.Right in the middle of the star,was a silver raindrop,it was very small,but still was clearly visible.Neither of her parents held this marking,both just held their demon markings.Only Kagome and her older sister had this other marking,but Kagome didn't know of this.She didn't even know that she had already transformed further.But soon her attention was brought back to her transfromation with another pulsation.
Kagome wondered what part of herself was changing,but was brought out of her wondering when she felt a slight pain in her ears.She sighed,guessing what was happening now.Let me guess,I'm going to have pointed DEMON ears now.Kagome thought,sighing again as she brought up her left hand this time.Kagome brought her clawed hand to her left ear and her claws to the rim of her ear,being careful not to scratch herself.Her claws traveled upwards,and Kagome wasn't surprised when her claws met at a point instead of a rounded off ear.Well,this confirms it.I'm a demon.But what KIND is what I want to know!Kagome thought as she brought her hand back down,not noticing the markings on her wrist.
Another pulsation.Kagome sighed once more.By now,she didn't really care what part of her was changing.So Kagome just sighed once more before thinking about how this would affect her.If I'm a demon,I won't be able to go to school anymore.Well,I'm hardly at school anyways so it's not that different.I won't be able to go outside with these claws and my ears.Heck,I probably can't return to the future era because I've changed so much!Kagome thought sadly.But the next thought almost brought tears to her eyes.Which were the ones that transformed.Her eyes were the color of baby blue with hints of crystalline silver.What if my family won't want me anymore?What if they don't love me after they see me like this?What will I do?Kagome,again,thought sadly.She definately didn't want that.However,Kagome didn't notice that her last pulsation had happened when she was thinking.This one had heightened her senses and gave her her fangs.Her eye sight was now more sharper and that of a demon's.Her ears were now on constant alertand wereable to pick up things from miles away. And,last but not least,was that her nose was better.Of course,she noticed this when she picked up the scent of blood and Naraku's wretched smell.
Kagome crinkled her nose in a cute fashion and tried to keep from smelling anything.Kami!Is THIS what Naraku SMELLS like?It's PUTRID!And all this BLOOD isn't helping any!Man,is this what Inuyasha and ESPECIALLY Sesshomaru go through everyday?I feel sorry for them!Kagome thought in complete disgust.Naraku had smelled like rotting corpses and rotten eggs put together.And the blood mixed in didn't help any.
Meanwhile,the others couldn't even SEE Kagome because she was covered in blue light had intensified to a bright white light.All were eager to see her when the horribly blinding light faded away.But when Kagome was revealed,all of them had gasped in utter and total surprise,especially Inuyasha.Kagome was drop-dead gorgeous!All of them thought this,but Inuyasha was having certain 'thoughts' and was having one of his many conversations.
(Inuyasha is going to talk to himself alot in this story so bare with me!And same style.)
'DAMN!Kagome...she's...'
"Words can't put what she is."
'Right,what he said.'
Damn,she's gorgeous!

And,once again,they were gone.Now Inuyasha sighed in relief,but gasped when he relized something.Inuyasha nervously looked down and gulped,hoping not to see what he had smelt and sensed.Inuyasha sighed in frustration.It was there.It was there no matter HOW much he didn't want it to be there.And he REALLY didn't want to be there.What is it,you ask?Well,his cock was fully erect and was pulsing painfully inside his baggy pants,which felt like they were going to burst.Damn it!Kami isn't on my side today!Inuyasha thought regretfully as he felt the need to go to Kagome.And now.
With Kagome,she had barely relized that Naraku's tentacle was still deeply inside her body andwas releasing his posions. Kagome, immediatly angry,growled and raised her right claws.Her claws,in turn,glowed a deadly silver and sunk into the flesh of the tentacle and ripped it in half. Kagome then jumped about two feet away and took out the remaining tentacle and threw it on the ground angrily.Then she stomped her left foot on it,a hissing sound coming from it before turning to ashes and blowing away with the wind.
"NARAKU!"Kagome shouted to Naraku,who just smirked at her."YOU DIE TODAY!"Kagome again shouted to him,anger in her voice. And faster than a blink of an eye,she had Narkau on the ground,pinned by her foot.Kagome smirked at him,smirking in her triumpth.She then took Banryuu out of the ground,which was undamaged after Bankotsu had died when Sesshomaru had killed him with his Whip of Light.Kagome lifted it up easily,almost like it was a mere stick,and twirled it around dangerously.But she abruptally stopped and pointed the tip of the sword to Naraku's neck.
"So Naraku,I guess it's the end for you.Any last words before I seperate your head from your body?"Kagome told him in an icy voice, and lightly touched the end of the sword to Naraku's pale neck.
But,much to her surprise,Naraku started to laugh maniacally."Yes.I do.IT'S NOT OVER YET WENCH!"Naraku shouted to her and released a blast of his evil energy,sending Kagome flying into a wall and sending Banryuu in the air before falling back down and sticking in the ground.Kagome's eyes closed as she slowly slid to the ground and showing a dent in the wall where she had been thrown.
Then Kagome got up as if it had not effected her and spit out her blood on the ground.She smirked and straightened her standing position."The battle is on Naraku!"

When her fingers met her hair,pure bliss took over her face.Her hair was as soft as the finest silk and as smooth as rabbit fur.She cupped her hand,the hair falling outslowly through the spaces between her fingers.Kagome was truly amazed that her new hair felt so...soft and perfect.But Kagome had to stop her relishing becuase she felt yet another pulsation.Kagome,still holding her hand up,saw that her human hand was no longer human.She gasped quietly,her short harmless human nails were gone,and were replaced with deadly looking silver claws!Kagome let go of her hair and examined her new claws.And she found that she liked them a lot.Her claws were sharp as razors and were the most gorgeous shade of shimmering silver she had ever seen.While Kagome was smiling fondly at her nails,the storm outside raged on and a flash of lighting was seen,along with a loud boom of thunder.Kagome got a little startled and gasped quietly,but smiled again fondly as the light from the lighting had shone on her claws,making them gleam like newly polished silver.
But this smile faded away as a new pulsation racked through her body.Kagome,by now,had turned her head away from her from the new fascination of her claws.She started to ponder what was happening to her this time when she felt a slight pain in her lower back area. Kagome decided to see what happened now,and was again shocked to see that a tail the color of her hair had grown from,or as she assumed,her butt!The tail in itself was just as beautiful as her hair,it was a jet black with that natural blue tint and it looked just as silky,if not softer.But the REAL surprise came when it raised itself up on its own and rested itself on her right shoulder!Kagome,turning her head to her right shoulder,looked at her tail,just sitting there innocently.Kagome's mind suddenly flashed back to Sesshomaru and his own tail. That's right!Sesshomaru has a tail,too.And my own tail is resting in the same place as his!This is SO freaky!Kagome thought as she had a mental image of Sesshomaru's tail sitting on his only arm,which she could not restore no matter how hard she tried.Kagome sighed but stopped as another thought came to her.Wait!What did Sesshomaru tell me on that day he talked to me about his tail!Kagome thought,racking her brain to find an answer.It took her about a minute,but she finally remembered what he had said.
/Flashback/
"So...Sesshomaru,why do you have a tail,but Inuyasha dosen't?"Kagome asked him innocently,just asking him a random question.
Sesshomaru was startled by the question,but being Sesshomaru,didn't show it.And then his eyes suddenly showed annoyance."Pfft.That stupid-"Sesshomaru
started,but was cut off by no other than Kagome.
"Sesshomaru..."Kagome began in a slow,dangerous voice."What have I told you about calling your brother stupid?"Kagome told him in her mock Sesshomaru cold voice.
Sesshomaru,looking skeptical,decided to play along with her little game."I am sorry,oh great master!Please forgive this lowly servant!" Sesshomaru told her,his voice,obviously,laced with sarcasm.Sesshomaru didn't let his emotions out around others,but he and Kagome were alone in Kaede's hut because the others had gone to do something in the village,and he sensed that no one was there to see him.
Kagome,slapping his right arm playfully,said,"Oh!You're so silly Sesshomaru!Just answer my question!"Kagome told him,giving him a bright smile.
Sesshomaru,in turn,smiled,well,more like he just barely turned the corners of his mouth up.But it was a smile to Kagome."Fine.Inuyasha does not have a tail because he is merely a half-demon.Only full-blooded demons have tails."Sesshomaru said,finally answering her question.
Kagome nodded,then asked another question."Okay.But why do you have it draped over your right shoulder?"Kagome asked him,wanting to know the answer to the question she had wondered since Sesshomaru had joined the group.
"That is simple.I have it laying over my right shoulder because I am-"

Kagome,sighing in frustartion,tightened her fists,drawing out blood.But the new cuts were quickly healed thanks to her powers.Man!I guess I know that I'm a full blooded demon now,but I don't remember why it's draped on his right shoulder!Kagome thought in clear anger.But while Kagome was remembering and being frustrated,two new pulses had racked her body.The first one had merely made her skin the color of white porcelin,much like Sesshomaru's,only hers looked to be a little bit creamier.It had also made her once peach colored lips the permanent color of a deep red.The red was richer than a ruby and deeper than garnet.With the red of her lips and the whitness of her skin,they together had made a beautiful contrast.The second one had brought out her markings.Kagome now had two icy blue stripes on her wrists,along her ankles,and on her hips.Then,the most important one,was the marking on her forehead.There,there was her family's marking,a baby blue six-pointed stair that was intertwined with a black crescent moon.But there was another marking on there,too.Right in the middle of the star,was a silver raindrop,it was very small,but still was clearly visible.Neither of her parents held this marking,both just held their demon markings.Only Kagome and her older sister had this other marking,but Kagome didn't know of this.She didn't even know that she had already transformed further.But soon her attention was brought back to her transfromation with another pulsation.
Kagome wondered what part of herself was changing,but was brought out of her wondering when she felt a slight pain in her ears.She sighed,guessing what was happening now.Let me guess,I'm going to have pointed DEMON ears now.Kagome thought,sighing again as she brought up her left hand this time.Kagome brought her clawed hand to her left ear and her claws to the rim of her ear,being careful not to scratch herself.Her claws traveled upwards,and Kagome wasn't surprised when her claws met at a point instead of a rounded off ear.Well,this confirms it.I'm a demon.But what KIND is what I want to know!Kagome thought as she brought her hand back down,not noticing the markings on her wrist.
Another pulsation.Kagome sighed once more.By now,she didn't really care what part of her was changing.So Kagome just sighed once more before thinking about how this would affect her.If I'm a demon,I won't be able to go to school anymore.Well,I'm hardly at school anyways so it's not that different.I won't be able to go outside with these claws and my ears.Heck,I probably can't return to the future era because I've changed so much!Kagome thought sadly.But the next thought almost brought tears to her eyes.Which were the ones that transformed.Her eyes were the color of baby blue with hints of crystalline silver.What if my family won't want me anymore?What if they don't love me after they see me like this?What will I do?Kagome,again,thought sadly.She definately didn't want that.However,Kagome didn't notice that her last pulsation had happened when she was thinking.This one had heightened her senses and gave her her fangs.Her eye sight was now more sharper and that of a demon's.Her ears were now on constant alertand wereable to pick up things from miles away. And,last but not least,was that her nose was better.Of course,she noticed this when she picked up the scent of blood and Naraku's wretched smell.
Kagome crinkled her nose in a cute fashion and tried to keep from smelling anything.Kami!Is THIS what Naraku SMELLS like?It's PUTRID!And all this BLOOD isn't helping any!Man,is this what Inuyasha and ESPECIALLY Sesshomaru go through everyday?I feel sorry for them!Kagome thought in complete disgust.Naraku had smelled like rotting corpses and rotten eggs put together.And the blood mixed in didn't help any.
Meanwhile,the others couldn't even SEE Kagome because she was covered in blue light had intensified to a bright white light.All were eager to see her when the horribly blinding light faded away.But when Kagome was revealed,all of them had gasped in utter and total surprise,especially Inuyasha.Kagome was drop-dead gorgeous!All of them thought this,but Inuyasha was having certain 'thoughts' and was having one of his many conversations.
(Inuyasha is going to talk to himself alot in this story so bare with me!And same style.)
'DAMN!Kagome...she's...'

And,once again,they were gone.Now Inuyasha sighed in relief,but gasped when he relized something.Inuyasha nervously looked down and gulped,hoping not to see what he had smelt and sensed.Inuyasha sighed in frustration.It was there.It was there no matter HOW much he didn't want it to be there.And he REALLY didn't want to be there.What is it,you ask?Well,his cock was fully erect and was pulsing painfully inside his baggy pants,which felt like they were going to burst.Damn it!Kami isn't on my side today!Inuyasha thought regretfully as he felt the need to go to Kagome.And now.
With Kagome,she had barely relized that Naraku's tentacle was still deeply inside her body andwas releasing his posions. Kagome, immediatly angry,growled and raised her right claws.Her claws,in turn,glowed a deadly silver and sunk into the flesh of the tentacle and ripped it in half. Kagome then jumped about two feet away and took out the remaining tentacle and threw it on the ground angrily.Then she stomped her left foot on it,a hissing sound coming from it before turning to ashes and blowing away with the wind.
"NARAKU!"Kagome shouted to Naraku,who just smirked at her."YOU DIE TODAY!"Kagome again shouted to him,anger in her voice. And faster than a blink of an eye,she had Narkau on the ground,pinned by her foot.Kagome smirked at him,smirking in her triumpth.She then took Banryuu out of the ground,which was undamaged after Bankotsu had died when Sesshomaru had killed him with his Whip of Light.Kagome lifted it up easily,almost like it was a mere stick,and twirled it around dangerously.But she abruptally stopped and pointed the tip of the sword to Naraku's neck.
"So Naraku,I guess it's the end for you.Any last words before I seperate your head from your body?"Kagome told him in an icy voice, and lightly touched the end of the sword to Naraku's pale neck.
But,much to her surprise,Naraku started to laugh maniacally."Yes.I do.IT'S NOT OVER YET WENCH!"Naraku shouted to her and released a blast of his evil energy,sending Kagome flying into a wall and sending Banryuu in the air before falling back down and sticking in the ground.Kagome's eyes closed as she slowly slid to the ground and showing a dent in the wall where she had been thrown.
Then Kagome got up as if it had not effected her and spit out her blood on the ground.She smirked and straightened her standing position."The battle is on Naraku!"
