Me: ::sighing, still on the phone:: must finish chapter

Suddenly a girl bursts through my door

Lauren (the girl): Taylor finish the story I'm tried of waiting ::flames::

Me: Eep! Umm Inuyasha a little help?

Inuyasha: ::runs to stand in front of me:: ok little wench sit down and wait

Lauren: ::glares:: excuse me…what did you just call me.

Inuyasha: ::fidgets uncomfortably under her stare:: Keh, just sit down.

Me: ::growing bored of the scene:: Lauren sit down in the corner and help Sesshomaru with his make- up

Sesshomaru: Hey!

Lauren: ::walking over:: oh be quiet fluffy ::giggle giggle::

Fluffy: ::grumble, grumble::

Suddenly Inuyasha turns to me

Me: what?

Inuyasha: get off the phone ::he growls possessively:: your mine

Me: ::glance at Lauren and she laughs:: umm right, back to the story

Inuyasha: hey don't ignore me

Me: Kagome please

Kagome: sit boy

Me: as I said back to the story

“Umm… I think I see her,” said Inuyasha pointing to a crowd that was around Sesshomaru's car. And there Rin was dancing on the hood of the car to Techno Cocaine, with a mini vodka bottle in her hand.

 

“oh not again” whispered Sesshomaru. “RIN GET OFF THE CAR!” he yelled to her.

 

Rin waved and jumped off the car and walked over to the group.

 

“hiya guys” said Rin.

 

Everyone said hi back, well expected Sesshomaru, who had on his normal stoic face on.

 

“what have I told you about dancing on top of MY car” he stated more than questioned.

 

“Ummmm….. don't” she answered with a smile. Sesshomaru sighed and pulled her close to him wrapping his arms around her waist. He then grabbed to bottle from her hand and downed it.

 

“Hey that was mine” Rin shouted at him.

 

“yeah and how many have you already had, my dear?” he asked her rising one of his eyebrows.

 

Rin counted on her fingers, “only four, I've been a good girl” she answered with a drunken smile,

 

“No more”

 

“But I…”

 

“No”

 

“But you…”

 

“No”

 

“Fluffy you said…”

 

“I just said no more end of discussion” then the group heard a snicker and turned to the source, which ended up to be Inuyasha

 

“And what, pray tell, is so funny, little brother?” asked Sesshomaru in his usually mono tone voice,

 

“….Fluffy…” he then collapsed on the ground laughing. Sesshomaru sighs and waits for him to get back up, he reaches out and smacks him upside the head.

 

“Hey!”

 

Getting bored Kagome walks away, just wanting to think for a little bit. She grabs a beer bottle from one of the many coolers set out around the place and walks towards the gate that was, what she saw, a barrier to the wilderness. Sighing hops the fence and slides down to sit on the soft grass. She brings the bottle to her lips and takes a few sips. She looks up into the night watching wisps of clouds travel by the full moon. She was so wrapped up in her thought she didn't hear the soft thud and grunt of someone jumping the fence and settling next to her.

 

“Pretty isn't it” asks the person

 

“Yup” she answers taking another sip.

 

“So why did you run off,”

 

“I didn't I just… wanted to be alone for a little while” she shoot back.

 

Inuyasha sighed resting his head against the gate. He looked at her from the corner of his eye `god she's beautiful' he thought. He then closed his eyes and opened them looking at the moon. She glanced at him `what was in his eyes? Love, lust, what' she thought. Inuyasha was about to speak when a shot was heard and there was screaming and yelling. They looked at each other, Kagome dropped her bottle and was about to climb back over the gate when Sango came running up.

 

“KAGOME, INUYASHA YOU NEED TO RUN!” she yelled as sirens of the cop cars were heard.

 

“HERE,” Kagome yelled tossing her keys at her, “TAKE MY CAR AND GET OUT OF HERE, WE'LL MEET AT MY HOUSE, TELL MIROKU!”

Sango nodded and run off.

 

“Come on” Inuyasha said as he grabbed her hand and ran into the forest. They ran off into the darkness, leaving whatever troubled behind.

 

They kept running until Kagome trapped on a root of a giant tree and fell. Inuyasha whipped around to look at Kagome trying to get up, she fell back onto the tree. Inuyasha went over to her to help her up. He looked down to see her pant leg starting to soak with blood.

 

“Here let me help” he said to her quietly.

 

“No I'm fine” she said weakly. But he didn't listen he was bending down to roll up her pant leg when she yelled.

 

“I said I was fine” she pushed him away. He stared at her, he saw a solitary tear, that glistened in the moon light that was falling in between the branches of the trees, roll down her cheek. He stepped up to her and lifted her chin with his hand. She tried to look away, not wanting him to see her cry, to see her weak. But when he stepped closer she looked at him, wondering what he was doing.

 

“Inu…. yasha” she whispered.

 

He bent his head down to silence her with a tender kiss.

 

Kagome's eyes open wide before she closed them and leaned into the kiss pressing her lips against his. The tenderness slowly turned into passion as they deepened the kiss. Nipping at her bottom lip she gasped and he took that opportunity to bring his tongue into her mouth. She wrapped her arms around his neck as his went around her waist to bring her closer to him. Time and space seem to melt away as they continued to kiss. Their tongues played against one another as her hands went to his hair. Inuyasha grabbed the back of her head with one hand to try and deepen the kiss even more. They continued for what seemed like hours, days even. When they broke the kiss they were panting as they rested their foreheads against each other.

 

Kagome looked into his eyes and say love and desire.

 

“Why” she asked him quietly?

Yay I finished another chapter, please don't kill me Lauren. Next one will be soon, hopefully. I probably would've finished sooner but a lot of things have been going on like me being horrible at school. I hate school. Anyway hope you enjoy this chapter
