Chapter two: Lonliness is my companion.
“What do you mean that she is forbidden from seeing me ….. Aaah!” The Hanyou screamed in pain. He tried to sit up to intimidate the doctor, but proved unsuccessful with his inability to move the way he wanted to. It was the young doctor that helped him lay back and she offered him a sympathetic smile to him.
“Is it because of what I am? A hanyou? What I am not good enough to be with her. What happened to me? ” He asked trying to stay calm but felt his whole world was being taken from him yet again.
“ Yes and no.” Keade responded quickly while closing the door to give them privacy so she could speak to him. She pulled up a chair and sat down before him.
“ I say no because it has nothing to do with prejudice. Our family is very open to anything actually. And I say yes because it is the reason why you got hurt. Actually being a halfling saved your life.” Keade looked at Inuyasha as if waiting for her words to sink in.
“So what are you talking about?” He started
“I want you to think back about this for a moment. What were you doing before you got hurt. The two of you were not attacked. In fact from what she told me you two were having a very romantic evening together. I take it that the two of you never have been intimate ?” He shook his head, so she continued. “ This is a serious crime and injustice that happened to you. There is something about Kikyou that you need to know. She is a Miko fully trained and…”
“What? Well, so what?!? So I didn’t know that, what does that…”
Let me finish Inuyasha, she is a very strong miko, who is skilled. It was she that hurt you. Even though she knew you were not a threat, when you two became intimate, she subconsciously tried to purify you.”

Flashback
“I love you so much Kikyou. The handsome hanyou declared as he dramatically kissed his future fiancée. She encouraged him further by deepening the kiss and giving him access to her mouth. He growled and pressed her against the door. His one hand was teasing he clothed breast while the other hand was tangled in her long hair.
“Inuyasha, we….AHHH! Not out here…..Please.. Just..” Kikyou struggled trying to calm him some. He pulled away embarrassed that he was so bold to try to take her out in the open. He blushed at the thought of his actions.
“ Well now ,would you like to come in? For a drink?” She asked shyly hoping that she didn’t kill the mood. Both trying to compose themselves after they pulled away from each other. And he nodded.
The two of them never made it to the bedroom but ended up on her couch with her on top of him straddling his hips kissing him hungrily. Time had stopped and they were only focused on touching and exploring each other. Clothing was ripped off even without and moans grew louder.
When he entered her, it was then Inuyasha saw a bright flash but it wasn’t what he expected. His whole body was engulfed in a pink light and he felt like he was being torn apart. He screamed not of pleasure but pain and he was thrown off of his love. He vaguely heard his name as he slipped into a deep sleep.

“She tried to purify me because…..”
“It is not your fault at all. She is a miko she should have know what would happen if she were to become involved with youkai. Our family understands if you want to press charges against her. This a very serious crime and It’s purely up to you on how you want to handle this situation.” Keade stated waiting for his reply.
“I want to talk to Kikyou, now.” He bellowed in pain and heartache. The doctor again gave him a sympathetic look and reached for the phone. She dialed the number, after three rings Inuyasha heard someone pick up the phone, he was handed the phone.
“Kikyou? Are you…”
“I am sorry Inuyasha, so very sorry baby, I though since my powers weakened..” started a crying Kikyou
“What? What do you mean your powers weakend?”
“Well when I fell in love with you, my powers weekend. I figured that since you’re a hanyou, I…”
“So I was a test subject? How could you, I thought..”
“It’s over Inuyasha, I can’t be with you anymore. My family is…. sending me away for what I have done, I am sorry I do love you, I will always love you. “ the phone died along with Inuyasha’s heart.
