“Love me…please…” Kagome said breathlessly as she fell into the strong arms of the one she loved. She looked up to see his face once more but she still couldn't tell who it was. It was like something dark had been put over his face to block her from finding out who he was. Whoever he was she knew she was safe with him. Not like the time she was with Naraku. She felt at peace and as if this was where she was supposed to be. His loving touch, his warm lips against hers sent shivers coursing through her, bringing up deep desires she had never felt before.

 

“Take me...please…” she reached up with her hands and softly caressed the furry ears atop his head. She heard him moan at this as he licked her neck and unhook her bra. Thrill and excitement ran through her body as she felt his tongue on her bare neck sending a new sensation through her body. His hand cupped her breast softly and the other held her around the waist to hold her up. She felt herself blush as she realized that she was bare from the waist up to a complete stranger. Yet she felt as though she'd known him her whole life.

 

She gasped as she felt him nibble her shoulder causing blood to dribble and he licked at it.

 

“You're my mate now… Kagome.” Just then she realized not only did she not know what he looked like but she didn't know who he sounded like either. The way he had said her name was so warm and loving that she smiled at hearing her name, it felt as though it was the first time this person had ever said her name. Softly he ran his claw down her body tracing the middle of her chest to her panties. He tore the piece of cloth with ease careful not to damage her perfect skin.

 

She pushed her hips to him and tangled her hands in his long flowing hair. She moaned as his finger gently massaged her core, teasing her.

 

“Take me…” She begged helplessly wilting against his body. Unable to take the pleasure he was sending her she clasped her lips unto his forcibly to distract herself from the sensation he was giving her. Eagerly he slipped his tongue into her mouth tasting her as she did him.

 

“Say my name kagome...” his voice said and she found her self unable to speak. He stopped and moved away from her and she stared at him with a questioning look. “Say my name…” she still couldn't answer and he turned around to leave.

 

“NO! Don't leave me!” she creamed reaching out to him.

“NO! Don't leave me!” Kagome jerked up from bed and looked around her. It was only a dream. She sighed and collapsed back into bed. She turned and looked at the digital clock on the wall. 4:00 am. She turned to face the other way and realized Inuyasha was no longer by her side. Closing her eyes she remembered what type of dream she had just had and blushed. She freed the large amount of air inside of her and placed her hands over her eyes. “Stupid, stupid, stupid dream.” She kept her eyes shut and slowly she fell back to sleep.

“Rise and shine kagome, it's time to wake up.” Sango shook Kagome in attempts to get her to wake up.

 

“One more minute…” Kagome muttered waving her hands to push Sango off.

 

“Oh…okay then.” Sango drew in a deep breath, “Wake up Kagome, the roof is on fire!” she screamed loudly causing Kagome bolt out of bed hitting her head on the top bunk.

 

“Ouch…” she rubbed her head and looked at the roof before glowering at Sango, “the room is not on fire.”

 

“Oh come on kags, the rest of the group is already in the bathroom getting ready for breakfast.” She took her towel and started walking towards the bathroom, “and I said roof, not room.”

 

“Whatever…” Kagome mumbled and got up sluggishly tailing Sango into the bathroom.

 

“Good morning Kagome,” Ayame greeted smirking. “Have a good sleep?” she asked as if implying something.

 

Kagome thought nothing of it and smiled, “morning, I had a great sleep.”

 

“I bet you did,” Ayame whispered softly entering the Jacuzzi so Kagome wouldn't here her.

 

Kagome stripped herself and entered the shower. She turned on the hot water and softly washed her skin. While she did this the dream she had popped into her head and she closed her eyes remembering it. Who was he? Was that Naraku? It couldn't be Naraku, even when we had sex Naraku wasn't as gentle as my dream guy and I didn't feel as much pleasure. Then who was that? He had claws and fangs and dog ears? I'm sure they were atop his head but… She snapped out of her thoughts as she dropped the soap and dropped down to pick it up. She decided not to think about the dream anymore after all, it was just a dream. She finished bathing and toweled herself. Without realizing she had only her bra and panties on she walked out the bathroom.

 

She heard a cat call from Miroku and a whistle blow from Inuyasha and instantly rushed back into the bathroom. She poked her head out the door to see a laughing Rin, Sango and Ayame.

 

“Umm… can one of you bring my stuff, I forgot to get my clothes.” She said blushing at the amount of skin she had just shown; especially with partially see through underwear.

 

“Don't mind if I do.” Miroku started walking towards the closet.

 

“She meant a girl you pervert.” Sango pushed him aside and got the clothes Kagome had on the hanger. Blue baby-T and a black mini skirt.

 

“Thanks Sango,” Kagome said and closed the door.

 

“Well…that was random.” Rin said.

 

“Indeed it was.” Sesshomaru added.

 

Few minutes later Kagome came back out of the bathroom fully clothed but the blush on her face hadn't disappeared. She was still slightly embarrassed by what just happened.

 

“Good show bitch.” Inuyasha teased her heading to leave.

 

“Shut up jerk, it was an accident...” she glowered at him putting on her black Air forces with blue checkered patterns.

 

“I definitely enjoyed it,” Miroku sighed heavenly, “even though it only lasted 3 seconds.” Sango nudged him on the head and began to head for the door also.

 

“Hey! What was that for?” Miroku rubbed his head walking after her. Rin, Sesshomaru, Ayame and Kagome exited the cabin locking the door behind them. And as usual the whether was as hot as everyday since they'd arrived at camp.

They arrived at the mess hall in no time and took the breakfast being served that morning which was pancakes with syrup, orange juice or milk, scrambled eggs, toast and blue berry muffins. They took their seats at their groups table and began to eat.

 

“Anybody want my blue berry muffin, I'm allergic to blue berry.” Kagome offered.

 

“I'll take it,” Rin dashed for it, stuffing it in her mouth. “I just love blue berry muffin.” Kagome smiled.

 

“What are we doing today anyway?” Ayame asked taking a bite of her pancake.

 

“Don't know…some sport activity, I didn't really listen to what she blabbed out yesterday night…” Sango replied truthfully.

 

Kagome was about to say something when Serena popped into view. “There she comes, we can just ask her.”

 

“Good morning fellow campers,” she saluted like one of those counselors you would see on TV. the group looked at her like she had grown a second head.

 

“There were so many things wrong with what she just did, I can't even mention them.” Inuyasha whispered to Miroku who nodded.

 

Serena looked point-blank at them, “come on guys…have a sense of humor.” She reached into her pocket and took out a pen and paper. “But that's not why I'm here… today's activity is soccer and I'm sure you all know how to play so we don't have to talk about it. Did you guys bring the uniforms I dropped off at your cabin yesterday?”

 

“Uh…”

 

She sighed at their clueless faces, “Its okay, I'll go get them. After breakfast you guys should head to the south soccer field near the forest, that's where we'll play. Mind you there are other groups there too so I don't want anyone strolling off to their section, this is a competition after all. Last thing I need are accusations of me cheating.” the group nodded their heads like obedient children. “Now finish up, and I'll see you on the field.” She smiled at them and walked away.

 

“What exactly was the point of her bringing out the piece of paper and pen?” Miroku asked from out of the blue. They laughed lightly realizing she had brought out a piece of paper for no apparent reason.

 

“Still…It's been a long time since I played soccer…” Kagome mentioned, “hope I won't be too bad at it.” She had to admit she was self-conscious about this whole sports thing because she didn't feel as though she had a lot to give to the group in terms of how active she was.

 

“It's not a big deal, Serena said she didn't expect us to be professionals at it so…give it your best shot,” Rin said.

 

“When we played on the girls' team in sophomore year, you were awesome.” Sango commented. Kagome smiled feeling a little better. They packed up their garbage and dumped it in the garbage bin.

 

“Besides, bitch… how bad could you possibly be if you actually made the soccer team.” Inuyasha stated.

 

Kagome glared at him, “I'm not sure if that was supposed to be a compliment or an insult.” She narrowed her eyes at him. He shrugged.

 

“Take it how ever you wanna take it.” Kagome pouted. He got up. He also left his garbage on the table even though he noticed how the rest of the group put their garbage away.

 

“I think you forgot something there.” Ayame said to him pointing at his garbage as he was about to leave.

 

He turned around, “throw that out for me? Thanks.” He winked at her and walked off. Ayame stared at his backside in incredulity and then anger.

 

“Who does he think he is?” she muttered but threw his things away never the less.

 

“Fluffy? How do you live with him?” Rin asked as they walked out the mess hall.

 

“With God by my side…” he replied bluntly. The girls all imagined having a person like Inuyasha as a brother and a cold chill ran through their body.

“Gather around guys... take your uniforms and sit. Girls you take pink and boys you take blue.” Serena blew her whistle as she watched the group approach. They did as they were told and sat. Kagome noticed an extra blue uniform in her hand.

 

“Who's that one for?”

 

“Well, since we have uneven teams, I've asked my friend to lend me one of his players. He'll be by shortly.” She handed out rubber band to all of them except Miroku and they stared at it like it was an unknown substance. “Tie up your hair.” She rolled her eyes as if it was that obvious.

 

“Oh…”

 

“So what exactly are we doing?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“We're gonna stretch first then play a one hour game, just to get the muscles going.” Serena answered. “After that we'll head to the track field and do some laps. I need everyone here to take a fitness test.”

 

Inuyasha nodded and put his hair in a high pony tail but leaving his two locks at the side down. Kagome then noticed just how soft and luminous his hair is and how beautifully white it was also. Could that possibly be his natural hair colour? But that's impossible right? He noticed her watching him and smirked making Kagome look away. Sesshomaru put his hair up in a pony tail as well and the girls couldn't help but notice how his ears were slightly pointed and well… elfish.

 

“Wow… You two have really great hair!” Rin ran her hand through Sesshomaru's hair, “is it naturally like this?” she tiptoed to look at his roots.

 

“Mmhmm” Sesshomaru replied softly as she ran her hands gently through his hair. She may have not noticed this but just about everything she was doing right now was turning him on. The closeness of her body to his and her breathe on his ear sent a rousing sensation through him.

 

“Fluffy, your hair is still too long, you want I should braid it for you?” Rin asked playing with his hair. He replied a soft `sure' and her fingers tied his hair to a long braid that went down to his waist. Seeing as it may still be a problem, Rin tied the braid making it into a loop.

 

“There, it looks great.” She smiled clasping her hands together admiring her handy work.

 

“Thanks Rin…”

 

The group watched Rin and Sesshomaru and the girls started to chuckle.

 

“Aw…they make such a cute couple.” They chorused. Rin blushed and Sesshomaru pretended not to notice.

 

“Come on people, we don't have all day!” Serena blew her whistle. “Girls put on the pink, boys put on the blue move it people.”

 

“Where is our team member, it's kind of an unfair advantage.” Sesshomaru asked running towards the middle of the field.

 

“He'll be here in a flash.” Serena winked.

 

“Well, I'm gonna give him till I say Fla-” the wind blew by rather quickly and Kouga approached. “-sh to get here.” Serena smirked and gave him a knowing look.

 

“Hey Kouga, these are my campers. Kagome, Rin,”

 

“We already met.” Kouga interrupted. He ran to where the girls were putting their uniforms on and stretching. He stood behind Kagome with a grin on his face. Kagome noticed something was blocking her sun and turned around to being face to face with Kouga's grinning face. She had half expected it to be Inuyasha so she was a bit surprised to find it was Kouga.

 

“Oh, Hi Kouga…” she gave him a friendly hug, “what are you doing here?” the rest of the girls walked to say hi to him too. He opened his hands out for their hugs as well.

 

“I'm joining the game, you know…to make it even.”

 

Kagome smiled, “that's good, don't worry we'll go easy on you guys.” She winked at him. He scratched his head and smiled. Kagome's smile faded slightly as she thought she'd seen two overly mature canine teeth. He needs to get that checked.

 

“Kouga you smelly shit, get your ass over here and stop flirting with the bitch!!!” Inuyasha yelled and kicked the soccer ball at him aiming for his back. Almost as if sensing it, kouga turned around and caught the ball.

 

“I gotta go, see you girls on the field.” He waved and ran back towards the boys' side. “Shut up dog shit…”

 

Everyone prepared themselves properly and stood at the center of the field.

 

“Alright here are the rules, 1: No pushing, 2: no touching of any kind at all.” Miroku's face deflated. “3: you can't touch the ball with your hand unless you are the goally, and last but not least, have fun. I'll be the ref. the girls get first ball.”

 

“Why the fuck do the girls get first ball?” Inuyasha raised a brow at her. Serena and all the other girls rolled their eyes.

 

“Ever heard of ladies first?”

 

“No, I haven't.” Inuyasha shot back.

 

“It was a rhetorical question idiot.” Kagome rolled her eyes. He's so dense. “Who cares, let them have first ball Serena.” Kagome told her, “I just wanna play.”

 

“Okay then, boy's get first ball, who's your goalie?”

 

“Miroku is.”

 

Alright let's begin.” Serena blew her whistle and gave the ball to Miroku. He got to the net and passed the ball to Inuyasha. Almost immediately Ayame, Kagome and Sango sprinted at the boys each guarding their respective persons. Rin decided to stay goalie. Kagome ran after Inuyasha to steal the ball. She was shocked when he launched the ball above her head with a pass at Kouga but with extreme speed Ayame reached the ball first and ran towards the net.

 

“Shit… Kouga get her!” Inuyasha screamed. Kouga ran after Ayame. Sango had already reached close to the net waiting for a pass from Ayame but she missed it as Sesshomaru whooshed by taking the ball.

 

“Where did you come from?” Sango ran after him but seemed to be getting farther apart from him.

 

“Inuyasha, take the right...” he passed to him and ran ahead towards Rin. Inuyasha ran with the ball and came face to face with Kagome as first defense.

 

“Get outta my way bitch.” He tipped the ball upwards and jumped to hit it in the air to sesshomaru. Kagome snapped her head to see Rin having trouble reading Sesshomaru's movements with the ball. His legs were moving too damn fast.

 

“Help me Ayame!” Rin called as Ayame slipped by beside Sesshomaru to try and trip the ball from him. Sesshomaru evaded it by jumping up with the ball in between his legs. Luckily Ayame reached up with her legs on the ground and nudged it off from his legs in the air. Rin quickly took the ball. She called time out and Serena blew the whistle. The girls grouped together in a huddle.

 

“What the hell, how can they jump so high?” Kagome asked.

 

“Yeah, they're really fast too…especially Kouga.” Sango added. “Ayame you're pretty fast too… maybe you can run around with Kouga that way they won't be able to pass him he ball.”

 

“No problem”

 

“Kagome I think you should be in net, and Rin should get Sesshomaru, she can distract him enough for him to give her the ball.” Sango winked and the girls giggled. “Okay we clear?” they nodded. “1, 2, 3,”

 

“BREAK!” the girls screamed in unison and Kagome took hold of the ball.

 

Kagome quickly tossed the ball to Rin and as little as her legs may be she ran pretty fast. Inuyasha rushed towards her intending to steal the ball in one fair swoop but she crossed him almost too easily and headed straight for the net.

 

What the fuck…how did she get by me? Inuyasha mused running behind her catching up to her quickly. She turned to look at Inuyasha gaining on her. “Sango!” she passed the ball to Sango causing Inuyasha to start running after her instead. Sesshomaru also chased after Sango.

 

“Shit,” she cursed as they quickly approached her. She looked up to see Ayame open. Quickly she passed the ball to Ayame before the boys could reach her but the ball was a bit too high in the air. “Sorry.” But Ayame leapt in the air and kicked the ball with a back flip straight at the net. Miroku hadn't been paying much attention as the ball swished right by him into the goal. Kagome, Sango and Rin stared at Ayame with “What the fuck?” faces for a second till she landed then cheered and ran to her to celebrate their first goal. Serena blew her whistle indicating the girls scored.

 

“Whoa, you jumped sooo high…” Rin said astonished. “Where did you learn to do that?”

 

Ayame smiled uneasily and looked at their faces. “I learned it on the cheerleading team from junior high and years of cheerleading camp.” She quickly said. Rin nodded her head in understand as well as Sango. Kagome nodded too but something deep down in her made her think Ayame was lieing.

 

“Girls leading by one point.” Serena blew her whistle making the girls flinch at the sudden noise.

 

“Fuck! You really need to stop with that damn whistle.” Inuyasha barked approaching the middle of the field.

 

“Chillax Inuyasha...don't get your panties in a knot.” Kagome said dryly.

 

“Shut up bitch.” He retorted glaring daggers at her. She simply played it off.

 

“Seriously Inuyasha…wash your mouth with soap.” Serena waved him off, “Now, let's start the game.” she gave the ball to Inuyasha who roughly grabbed it from her hand. What a sore loser. Kagome thought as he bitterly placed it down and passed it to Sesshomaru. Without even a warning Inuyasha jumped above Rin's head and headed for the net that Sesshomaru was quickly advancing towards.

 

“Ayame, watch out.” Kagome called out focusing her eyes on Inuyasha as he approached. Ayame prepared to intercept Sesshomaru but he raised the ball over her head and passed it to Inuyasha who kicked it straight at Kagome with so much force that when she caught it she flew back a bit and banged and fell hard on her back.

 

Inuyasha smirked. Rin, Sesshomaru, Serena and Ayame quickly ran to her side pushing Inuyasha aside.

 

“Kagome…are you alright?” Rin asked holding her head softly. Ayame turned a glare towards Inuyasha.

 

“What did you do that for? This is just a friendly competition you ass.” She screamed at him. He shrugged.

 

“This is why boys and girls shouldn't play sports together.” He cringed when Serena blew the whistle right next to where he stood.

 

“Penalty! Inuyasha is out of the game.” She did the coach hand motions indicating for him to leave the field.

 

“Over what? It's not my fault the bitch couldn't handle a simple shot like that,” Inuyasha protested, “besides…there were no rules about how I should hit the ball.” Kagome had managed to go on her feet by now and glared at him from where she stood.

 

“You insensitive ass hole, you did that on purpose jerk.” Kagome Stalked up to him scowling. He stood his ground. “YOU'RE THE MOST EVIL PERSON I'VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. YOU'RE ALWAYS MAKING FUN OF ME. YOU ATTACKED ME WITH THE BALL JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE ME! AND YOU'VE NEVER CALLED ME BY MY NAME!!! I HATE YOU INUYASHA, YOU ARE THE BIGGEST ASSHOLE I KNOW!” she yelled at him and he winced at the high pitch of her voice. He glared at her for about a minute without saying anything and turned around walking rather fast into the forest.

 

Sango, Kouga, and Miroku had arrived in the middle of her yelling and saw what had happened to Kagome.

 

“You alright Kags?” Sango touched her lightly on her shoulder. Kagome calmed down slightly and her face relaxed. The rest of the group kept their distance and watched from a good meter away.

 

“Kagome you alright?” Serena asked her checking her for any bad injuries.

 

“I'm fine,” she snapped and then relaxed at their confused faces, “I'm fine…' she said again calmly. She walked towards the bench and Sango accompanied her. “I'm okay Sango…go play and have fun, my back just hurts a little bit.” Sango looked at her uneasily as she sat and sighed. Stubborn as ever huh Kagome…

 

“Alright…I'll come check on you later on.” Sango said and returned to the field. Kagome released a breath of relief she held bottled inside as she watched her leave.

 

The thought of what just happened popped into her head and she frowned. Did I really mean what I said about hating him? Of course not… but he pushed me into saying it. Besides, if he didn't hate me before…I'm sure he will now. What I'm I supposed to do with a jerk like that? He's like a new form of bullying. Arrgh…what I'm I going to do now? My conscience is going to eat me up until I apologize for what I said. She covered her face with her hands in defeat. I have to apologize to him…no matter how much in the right I was. She lifted her head up to find Serena walking up to her.

 

“Hey Kagome you ok-”

 

“Yes, I'm fine,” Kagome interrupted and smiled. “Thanks for asking.” Serena took a seat beside her.

 

“Look...” she began and looked at the ground looking for a way to word her next sentence. “I think that you should go find Inuyasha and bring him back.” She looked at Kagome's blank expression and added. “…I'm not saying apologize to him. All I'm saying is that you go tell him we'll be finished soon and he needs to get back.”

 

“Okay, whatever…” Kagome replied walking off into the direction he had gone to. Serena looked surprised at her retreating back and sighed. That was easier than I thought.

Kagome walked around in the forest muttering curses about `stupid Inuyasha' and `apologizes' when she heard some movements in the forest. At first she was scared because she was alone but then she heard moaning and curiosity got the better of her. She moved closer to the where the noise was coming from and hid behind a tree to peep at what was causing the moaning. Her eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw Inuyasha having a make-out session with some pale girl. When ever they'd part he seemed to whisper things to her that she found funny.

 

Taking a good look at the girl Kagome recognized her as the girl that she had seen at the bussing area having an argument with Inuyasha. Kikyo I believe her name was. I thought they'd broken up? Why the hell does she look like me… she shivered involuntarily at the mere thought of looking like Inuyasha's toy thing. She tried reading his lips and could make out the words `fuck', `you', `mine' `dumb bitch'. The girl had her hand under his shirt and the other around his neck. His hands held her ass pushing her hips close to his tightly.

 

Kagome decided to walk a little closer to hear what they were saying seeing as they were distracted. She carefully walked around the forest staying out of site and avoiding random branches so that they wouldn't notice her. She was close enough to hear their conversation.

 

“Yashy? What's the matter?” Kikyo asked kissing his lips. He sighed slightly and relaxed a bit but didn't say anything. “well… What is it? You going to tell me or should I just leave?” she said rudely pulling away from him with an angry look. You could tell she didn't like being ignored.

 

“No stay…it's nothing, it's just I did something I didn't mean to and everyone's riding on me about it.” He pulled her back to their earlier position. Kagome felt a little bad because he hadn't meant to do it and she had insulted him pretty badly. She blushed when he slipped his hands up Kikyo's shirt and started fiddling with her bra. Oh God…in the forest? Get a room people.

 

“S-stop it.” Kikyo giggled hitting him playfully indicating for him to continue. What a slut. Inuyasha smirked and pushed her against a tree. He covered her mouth with his and fiddled with her breasts underneath her shirt. Kagome started to fluster and her cheeks heated up. She watched in disgust as their tongues roamed inside their mouths like they were competing to eat each other. Kikyo's hand started working its way to his pants. Inuyasha noticed this and pulled back.

 

“What's wrong?” kikyo raised a brow at him. He zipped up his pants and sighed. She'd do it just about anywhere this little slut. He thought.

 

“Not here, not now.” He said simply. Kikyo's face angered and she hit him in the family jewels. “What the fuck?” his face screwed at her.

 

“You don't tell me when you fuck me; I tell you when you fuck me.”

 

“Bitch,” he held his dick and crunched up on the ground.

 

“How come you've never said no before? All those times we did it at the park. Now you're saying no?” Kikyo crossed her hands eyeing him suspiciously.

 

“Well… I'm sorry but I'm not in the mood to screw you right now.” Inuyasha snapped at her.

 

She narrowed her eyes at him, “when you're in the mood to fuck, you know where I'll be.” She stalked away moving her hips from side to side. Inuyasha watched her leave and rested his head on the tree.

 

“Dumb bitch.” He cursed at her. Kagome felt a little sorry for him. That Kikyo is a real bitch. Not to talk of slut and whore. Inuyasha doesn't apologize for so many other things he's done wrong and he chooses to apologize for that? Love really is blind if he loves someone like her. She got up to leave when strong hands gripped her around her waist and another closed her mouth tightly to push her against a rather large body.

 

“So you like to peep on people bitch?” Inuyasha whispered harshly in her ear. Kagome tried to force him to let go but his hold was inhumanly strong.

 

"Mmphmomif..." she tried to force out past his hand.

After a moment he loosened his grip and allowed her to breathe properly. "Tell me!"

 

“I-I just got here…I didn't see anything...” her breathing was mostly choppy from the sudden fright she'd just received.

 

“Really? Then why are you coming from this direction when the soccer field is over that way?” Inuyasha gestured his head to where the soccer field is.

 

“Okay… maybe I did see something but I wasn't here to spy on you…” she gently tried to pry his hand away to no avail.

 

“Why are you here then?” Inuyasha asked letting her go. She took a step away from him to catch her breath and rested against a rather large tree. Not saying anything and not looking at him either. “Well… Bitch you gonna tell me or not?”

 

“Yes…” she snapped her head to face him but then looked away quickly. “Serena asked me to come get you that we'll be heading to the track field after we get a snack to eat.”

 

“That's it?” Inuyasha asked. Kagome nodded her head slowly as he fixed a glare at her. He was a bit surprised that she didn't glare back at him before he went and sat next to where she stood. Kagome shifted from him keenly which Inuyasha had no problem with.

 

What I'm I supposed to say now? How do I apologize to a jerk? Her thoughts were interrupted by the word that came out of Inuyasha's mouth.

 

“Sorry.”

 

Kagome inched her head closer and clean out her ears, “What?”

 

Inuyasha rolled his eyes at her as if she was that slow. “I said sorry bitch.”

 

“Oh…I thought my mind was playing tricks on me.” She sat next to him. “Look… I guess I should be the one apologizing.” She started. “I'm sorry for all those things I said earlier, I didn't mean it.”

 

“I don't care much for what you said, I tuned you out anyway.” He cut in rudely making Kagome frown. “But… that kick was pretty hard.” He smiled at her for the first time ever and her stomach did flip flops. She returned the smile eagerly and hugged him.

 

“Hey! Hey… don't go doing that bitch, I'm not a teddy bear.” He pushed her away smiling and got up offering her a hand to pick her up as well. They walked out of the forest together. For once, we have a conversation where I don't feel like strangling him. Though he still doesn't use my name but he's not as bad as I thought. Kagome smiled as they headed back to the group waiting for them on the field.

After they'd had a snack for lunch and returned to the field for 10 laps around the track the group was exhausted, well…mostly Kagome, Rin, Sango and Miroku.

 

“That was a hell of a work out guys.” Serena came giving each of them water to drink. “We're done for today, you can head back to camp and dress for dinner. Kouga you should head back to your cabin as well.” she smiled and waved good bye at them.

 

“Wahoo!” Rin cheered as she went out of sight. Sesshomaru smiled at her.

 

“Hey sango…” Miroku pulled her off to the side, “I was wondering if you'd come with me, I'd like to show you something.”

 

Sango looked warily at him and backed off slightly. Miroku pouted at her sudden movement. “Fine…Miroku I'll go see something with you.” He grinned happily like a baby and she rolled her eyes. “I better not regret this later.” She warned. She waved good bye to Kagome and the rest of the group and went her separate way with him.

 

“They're really hitting it off.” Ayame whispered to Kagome. Kagome nodded her head as she watched Sango leave. I hope she knows what she's doing. They started heading back to camp.

 

“So, what's on the schedule after dinner?” Rin asked linking arms with Sesshomaru.

 

“Dunno…whatever comes to mind I guess.” Kagome answered with a yawn as she stretched her arms slyly taking a whiff of her smell. Not that bad…but I still could use a bath.

 

They arrived at the cabin and everyone took their nightly shower. Kagome had stayed a little longer than everyone else in the shower.

 

“I guess we should just go without her, maybe she wants to spend some time alone?” Ayame suggested seeing as Kagome still wasn't out.

 

“You guys go…I'll stay back.” Inuyasha said receiving questioning looks from everyone.

 

“You little brother?” Sesshomaru asked making sure he had heard him right.” Inuyasha rolled his eyes at them.

 

“Yes me now go.” He shoved them out the door one by one. They looked at him with bewildered looks. “What!?”

 

“We better not come back to find her dead Inuyasha.” Rin warned.

 

“Whatever…”

 

They left and he smiled. Finally some peace and quiet. He thought as he flopped down on Kagome's bed and waited for her to come out of the bathroom. Kagome took a little longer than expected and he fell asleep on her bed. Kagome walked out of the bathroom in her P.Jays. She looked out side and saw that it was dark and she hated walking in the dark alone. I guess I'm going to have to skip dinner today then… she flopped down on her bed and slipped under the covers. She was completely exhausted and weak and oblivious to Inuyasha sleeping under the covers next to her. With her back turned to him she fell into a blissful sleep.

“I guess Kagome and Inuyasha didn't feel like coming to dinner then huh?” Ayame said opening the cabin door. As she looked straight ahead to see Inuyasha sleeping in bed with Kagome under the cover she started to snicker. “Now I see why they didn't come to dinner.” She pointed at the bed and the group gasped.

 

Sango laughed gently to her self at the mere sight of the position they were in. “she's going to be so embarrassed to wake up like that in the morning.”

 

“Come on guys, shouldn't we wake them up?” Rin asked.

 

“And ruin all the fun? No way!” Sesshomaru laughed careful not to be too loud. They all made their way to their beds and whispered goodnight to Inuyasha and Kagome.

 

“I wish me and Sango could sleep like that…” Miroku said from his bed.

 

“Zip it pervert.” They all said in unison and he sighed.
