Yume POV

I looked down at the girl that I have always wanted. Finally, I have her. Here, in my arms. Not to mention, both of us are not wearing anything. I smirked when she stirred awake. I climbed on top of her. Pressing my form into her soft and warm one. Kissing her and bringing her into another round of pleasure.

Chapter 18: Mirai

Castle in the western lands~~~~~~~~~~~

"Look! She's awaking."

"She won't want to stay in the same room with a ningen."

"That's mean Jakken Sama."

"Rin, you are a ningen. All youkais despise ningens."

"Sesshoumaru dun!"

The kitsune stirred and opened her eyes.

"Hi! Rin's name is Rin. What's your name?"

"…My name?…I dun…remember."

"Oh, that's sad but I think Sesshoumaru Sama will help you get it back."

"Sesshoumaru…?" Jakken left to get the lord of the western lands.

"Who is he?"

"That will be mi. Vixen."

"Who is Vixen?"

"Sesshoumaru Sama she lost her memories! Can we help her?"

Sesshoumaru POV

I looked down at Rin and patted her head. Indicating I will help. Being with her has made mi soft. But this vixen is beautiful. I looked at her; she looked confusingly at the room.

"This is my home. You are in the western lands."

"…Oh?"

"At Rin's request you will be staying here till you recover your memories."

"Okay…I guess." Clutching her head in pain.

"Stop thinking if it hurts so much." With that I left.

Jakken POV

The lord actually caring for someone other than Rin. She is a kitsune, and she is very beautiful. Since, she lost her memories, might as well keep her here. The lord may take her as a mate. The other lords are urging him to get a mate. This may be a perfect time.

Sesshoumaru POV

What was I thinking? Asking her to take care of herself. No use denying she is beautiful even for a kitsune. Raven hair with tiny stars in them. Fair but well toned and filled up body with ludicrous curves. Alluring sweet scent of the freshly blossomed sakura. Three tiny pink petals of the sakura flowers marked on her forehead, indicating that she is someone with status. She has blue eyes with specks of gold in them, outlined with ruby red. A pair of furry ears on her head, black with red and blue tips, her tail is also black with red, blue and green strips.

She will make a good mate…what the heck my I thinking?!

Lunchtime~~~~~~~~~

Sesshoumaru POV

Rin led the kitsune into the dining room. She changed out of her clothes into a midnight blue kimono. Showing her eyes even more. But she wore a frown on her face. I motioned for her to sit beside mi on the right. Rin sat beside her.

Dinner was served. Rin was telling her which utensils to use. Did she lose that much memory? Even the basic have gone missing?

Rin placed the fork and knife in her hands and proceeded to tell her how to use them. I watched with amusement. She took the spoon out of Rin's hand and gave her another spoon. Holding up the previous spoon.

"Soup spoon, not for eating."

"So you do know how to use?"

She nodded her head and started her meal, occasionally helping Rin. She got table manners. Proves she is someone with status. I have already asked Jakken to check up the symbol on her forehead.

"Your name will be, Mirai, for the time being." I said.

She nodded her head before being dragged by Rin to the garden to play. I left to the study.

"My lord, we can't find anything about the mark."

No information about the mark. She is indeed a mystery. I left for the gardens. When I reached there. Rin was asking her about her hair. She looked even more confused.

"Rin."

"Sesshoumaru Sama!" she latched onto my leg, patting her on the head before she released mi. She did not look up at mi; she was looking at the pond. I stood beside her. She looked up at mi with a blank look.

"Do you know what you can do?"

She shook her head. Looking back to the pond.

"I will teach you how to defend yourself."

She nodded her head. I led her to the dojo room. She changed into a fighting outfit. Rin and Jakken were looking at us by the wall. I took a katana from the wall and threw it at Mirai. I was a little bit surprised when she caught it with ease. Taking out another sword I stood in a fighting stance.

"Ill test what you can do first."

She nodded but did not get into a fighting stance, she just stood there. I charged at her, intending to hit the sword out of her hand.

She disappeared; I spun around when she brought her sword down behind. Clashing our swords together. I noticed that her eyes went hard and cold, like that of a merciless killer. She backed back and slashed at my abdomen. I managed to fend it off. Once again crashing our swords together. I swiped poisonous claws at her, she ducked and rolled away from mi. I brought the sword down.

She disappeared again, the sword whizzed pass mi, taking my sword to block it. A whip whipped onto my sword and pulled it away, making it stuck to the wall. She stood there with a whip. This is getting interesting, she's good.

Summoning my own whip I slashed at her. She was fast, she evaded and went behind mi. I leaped away from her. She whipped her whip around the hilts of the swords that were stuck to the wall. With a pull, she pulled the swords out of the wall, and they came flying towards mi. I evaded them and was about to slash it her. She appeared in front of mi, so close that I could not use the whip. She raised glowing hands at my stomach and was about to put a hole through mi when the bracelet she was wearing flashed red and she fainted into my arms.

`What was that about.'

Jakken POV

My good lord. The vixen almost defeated the lord. She made it looks so easy. But she fainted. Truly a worthy mate for my lord.

The lord carried the vixen back to her room. I better follow.

With the Inu gang~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The gang left for kagome's world but decided to come back to finish the task that they had set up for. Since Kagome was longer with them, they had to endure with kikyo. Or in Inuyasha's case, he loved the new arrangement.

"I sense shards in the western lands."

"Ok, lets go."

With Koenma~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Yes! I finally found it! Botan call the detectives in.," he cheered while hugging an ancient book, there were only a two sets of this book in the world. It was all about the magical world, which is the Crest Realm. The book was magically enchanted to record anything that happened in the Crest realm by itself. The book itself is alive. The book was called the Crest. The front of the book were the symbols of the three ruling kingdoms.

Koenma was still doing the victory dance when the gang arrived. Finally he noticed them; he turned into an interesting color.

"Here." Flipping the book open.

The gang leaned closer to look at the picture. It looked just like any spear will look like. The spear blade has jagged edges, with writings on it. The body of the spear was silver. The whole thing is sliver except the writings, which were red. Different types of jewels were encrusted on it.

"So what does it do?" Kurama asked.

"Well, it says here that. The spear of white is a spear made by the death of the gods long ago. The souls of the dead gods reside inside. Can break any barrier. The spear was left to forgot by all after the sealing of the…"

"The?" the group leaned closer to hear.

"I dun noe. This part I cannot translate. I dun noe the language. Something very important"

"What!" the gang raised their eyebrows at him.

"So where is that spear?"

"Since it could not be touched by youkai, I think it was taken by a magic caster. You said Kimiko had a proposal given to her by Yume. Maybe you can ask her about it?"

"Then, what are we waiting for." The gang left to Kimiko's house.

Yusuke POV

"Hey, Kurama."

"Ya?"

"Why are you holding Shippo?"

"A guy in black coat attacked Kimiko and him yesterday. Shippo has been unconscious since then. Kimiko left him there at the house, so I thought it's not save for him to be there."

"Kimiko leaving the kit there? Doesn't she knows that it's dangerous?"

"Maybe, she dun want him anymore?"

"She accepted him you idiot!"

"Yes, she was frantic when she forgot about him and left him at the house the last time. I dun think she will disown him."

"Do you think something happen to her?"

"Nothing was amiss at the house when we went back."

"If you say so."

`Just that I feel something is amiss with Kimiko when we saw her the last time.'

At Kimiko's house~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"This is her house? Its so big!"

"What you expect, she's filthy rich."

"She is?"

"Ya, now shut up."

"She's not here, her scent is old. She did not come back last night."

"Where did she?"

"So what are we going to do now?"

Yume and Kimiko~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yume POV

%Kimiko, you should be going back home. They are looking for you. % Hugging her form, I inhaled her scent. And was satisfied that she smelt like mi.

% Remember the plan. I will see you again. % Nibbling on her neck. She moaned and turned mi on. I asked her to take a bath and go back. But it wasn't long that I joined her in the bath.

The Yu Yu gang~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

They were at Yusuke's place when Keiko called him to go to the mall. The rest having nothing to do followed him. Keiko was standing there waiting for them with Kimiko.

Kurama POV

"Kimiko, where did you go all night?"

"Hmm…I went back to the federal era."

"Oh." She latched on mi, hugging mi tightly. She took Shippo from my arms and tossed him to Hiei. She TOSSED him like he was worth nothing to Hiei. I then noticed, she did not even acknowledge Hiei. This isn't right.

#Why not? Maybe she got sick of Hiei. #

`But she tossed her kit away.'

Kimiko dragged mi into the cinema. I saw Keiko grabbing onto Hiei.

Hiei POV

She didn't even say hi to mi. something is wrong. She tossed Shippo to mi. I was about to demand her for answers when Keiko grabbed my arm, saying she needs to talk to mi.

"What?"

"Well, Kimiko wants mi to tell you that she is only playing with you and the one she loves is Kurama. Kurama was the one who told her to play with your heart. Do you really think that she will like you? Someone who is forbidden? Get real." She left, going after Yusuke.

That's why she ignored mi just now. Kurama that sly fox. I was so stupid to believe that she actually… what a fool I was.

Feeling betrayed, I left for Makai.

After the movie~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Kurama POV

Where did Hiei go? He took Shippo. Where did Kimiko go? Keiko grabbed mi away from the gang.

"Kurama, I really need to tell you this. Its about Hiei and Kimiko."

"What is it?"

"Kimiko told mi that when Hiei claimed her, he told her to play with you. After you really believed that he is sharing her with you. She's going to leave you. Hiei told her to glue to you now and ignore him. They are playing with you. She did not go missing last night, she was with Hiei." Keiko left mi standing there like an idiot.

That's how this is. I felt betrayed by my best friend and beloved mate.

#It's that Hiei fault, he taught her those tactics! #

`… …'

Feeling depressed I left for home, my home.

A wave of the lord's hand, the subjects left. The Lady came from the shadow, kneeling beside him, placing her head on his lap as he stroked her hair.

"My dear Lady, it's working as to plan."

"Of course, they know not the differences between the real and the fake."

*Slap *

"Are you suggesting that im like them?" the lady fell to the floor, hand over her bruised cheek.

"Im sorry. Kimiko." tiling her chin up to kiss her.

Sesshoumaru POV

She has been unconscious for two days. The glow on her bracelet must have something to do with this. She was able to defeat mi. should I help her to regain her memories or keep her here with mi?
