The cool summer night's air caressed Kagome's shoulders. In her sleep she shivered slightly, pulling the cloth closer to her body. She reached over seeking the warm body that had held her close only a while ago. Her hands met nothing but cool blades of grass. Kagome sat up quickly with a gasp and looked around.

 

It was night, the sky was a deep amethyst with silver stars glistening, winking down upon Kagome. Crickets sang happily in the still night's silence, and the river that Kagome laid near was flowing calmly and soothingly in a delicate rush.

 

But Kagome didn't notice any of this, for inside she was panicking. Where was he? How long has she been alone? Kagome gasped and turned when she heard footsteps. A dark figure loomed close in the blackness of the night. Kagome did the only thing she was capable of at that moment . . . She screamed.

 

The dark, shadowy figure stepped into the star light. “Kagome, it's me!”

 

Kagome sobered and sighed with relief at the sight of the dark haired Inuyasha. He was in his human form and that explained his absence, for he must've left her while he went to transform.

 

Kagome stood and wrapped the silk kimono tightly around her. Inuyasha must have covered her with it before he left. Kagome's heart soared at his thoughtfulness.

 

She stepped close to him and placed a chaste, but meaningful kiss to his smooth lips. Kagome found his lips to be just as delicious when he was human.

 

He placed his hand possessively on the curve of her hip and touched his tongue to hers. Kagome sighed and melted against him. Molding every curve against every hard contour of his body. He held her tenderly close, his large, strong hand on the small of her back. Kagome rested her head under Inuyasha's chin, her check to his hard chest. She could hear the beat of his heart, it was real and it was amazing. She sighed deeply taking in the moment.

 

Inuyasha's human fingers rubbed her back soothingly. No nails scraping her skin this time. It was different from what she was used to with him, but it wasn't unusual or unpleasant.

 

“I love you,” her voice whispered. But she realized it was only in her mind. She wanted to say it aloud to him. Was even about to attempt it, but Inuyasha pulled away.

 

“Come on, let's go somewhere safe. I feel too vulnerable like this.”

 

Kagome followed Inuyasha as he walked along side the river. Feeling brave and comfortable she grabbed Inuyasha's hand and intertwined her fingers with his. He looked at her, squeezed her hand, and smiled.

 

They walked a ways until they came to the end of the river that transpired from a pouring waterfall that looked like crystallized liquid in the starlight. The rocks upon the shore were silky smooth and surprisingly warm under their bare feet.

 

With out a second thought Kagome stepped into the water, loving how the coolness was surprisingly pleasant.

 

“Mmm.” She closed her eyes and sighed. Hearing Inuyasha step into the water next to her she looked to him and smiled contentedly. Kagome then giggled.

 

Inuyasha smirked and arched a dark brow. “What?”

 

“Let's swim!”

 

Inuyasha watched perplexed as Kagome walked—clothes and all—calmly into the water. She swam to the middle of the pond that connected to the far off river that was extended from the waterfall.

 

Inuyasha shrugged nonchalantly and followed, but he undressed first. Kagome blushed and swam back further when she saw him walk gloriously naked into the water. She found it amazing that she could still blush at the sight of him naked. Besides it was dark and she's been with him intimately, he should be familiar that way to her by now and . . . But after all he was her first sexual partner. She was a grown woman, but to barely lose her virginity to the man she loved made her feel young and inexperienced.

 

Inuyasha swam towards her and she frantically looked left and right for an escape route. She saw a large flat rock that extended from the water and quickly swam towards it. Kagome quickly climbed on top of it and stood.

 

“Kagome? What the hell are you doing?

 

“What are you doing?” she asked quickly.

 

Inuyasha chuckled, actually chuckled! He sobered as his eyes roamed over her body and the way the wet kimono clung enticingly to her every curve.

 

“Inu . . . yasha?” Kagome said unsurely. She didn't know when he seemed more alluringly dangerous, while human or demon . . .

 

“Take off that kimono and come back into the water with me, Kagome.”

 

She hesitated.

 

“Fine. I'll just come up there with you.” He started to climb up on the rock.

 

“No!” Kagome shouted nervously.

 

Inuyasha smirked, waited, and watched.

 

Kagome cautiously untied the sash of her soaked kimono. She dropped it onto the rock with a plop. She again hesitated.

 

“Take it off, Kagome,” Inuyasha demanded.

 

Kagome sighed. Demon or human Inuyasha was still Inuyasha, demanding and arrogant. She slowly slipped the silk off her shoulders and let it fall to the rock beneath her.

 

Inuyasha let his eyes feast upon her naked form in all its beauty. But it was only for a moment. Because Kagome jumped hastily into the water creating a splash. She quickly swam away from Inuyasha going near the large boulder that the waterfall flowed from.

 

Kagome pressed her back to the jagged rock behind her, watching as Inuyasha swam closer, closing in on her. It was as though she was a frightened rabbit and he was a wolf stalking his prey.

 

But she knew they were mates now, they were linked together for life, and it felt so right. It was just almost ironically funny that she was still shy and apprehensive with and around Inuyasha. Especially when it comes to wanting to be intimate with him. She had felt brave many times before when he wasn't the one initiating the kisses and touches . . . but she didn't feel so brave anymore.

 

Inuyasha was brazen and he wanted her. He was right in front of her now, and beneath the water Kagome felt Inuyasha's rough hand brush her thigh. She gasped and swam passed him, barely escaping his hand as he nearly gripped her ankle when she crossed him.

 

She swam near the shore to where her feet could touch the ground, but water still engulfed her body just above her chest. Inuyasha gave a playful scowl and swam towards her. Kagome made a play to move again.

 

“Don't move, Kagome,” Inuyasha demanded in a booming voice.

 

Kagome stopped instantly at his command.

 

“I maybe human for the night, but I'm still faster and stronger than you.”

 

She watched wearily and wide eyed as he made his way to her.

 

He gave no warning when he reached her, just grabbed her by the thighs and hoisted her up. Kagome let out a noise that was something between a squeak and a gasp. Inuyasha ignored it and wrapped her thighs around his lower waist. Before Kagome could speak Inuyasha crushed his mouth to upon hers, kissing her fiercely. Kagome yielded, melting against him and allowing herself to get lost in his alluring kiss.

 

Inuyasha pushed the hard length of him inside of her while he still kissed her sweet mouth. Kagome pulled from the kiss to cry out in breathless pleasure. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders pressing her body against his as he grabbed her hips and began thrusting against her, in and out of her.

 

Kagome gripped his shoulders, digging her nails into his flesh. The pleasure that was filling her, building in her lower belly was so intense and overwhelming. The water didn't stop the power of Inuyasha's thrusts, he was in and out of her hard and fast.

 

Kagome cried out loudly, nearly screaming as her peak was nearing quickly, extremely. Her finger nails dug deeper into the skin of Inuyasha's back and she dragged them across his flesh tearing his skin roughly. Inuyasha seemed to only thrive in the pleasure of pain and thrusted harder, deeper.

 

Pleasure came in a violent rush for both of them, and they were left panting and clinging to each other in the cool water, their bodies hot.

 

Inuyasha gently set Kagome down in the water. “C'mon”

 

Kagome watched, mystified as Inuyasha swam toward the waterfall. He noticed her hesitance and looked back.

 

“Well are ya comin' or not?”

 

“What . . .?”

 

But she trailed off when she saw Inuyasha go aside of the waterfall and behind it. She swam, following his lead. Behind the rushing water was a small cave that was hidden to the human eye. Kagome climbed out of the water and into the cave with Inuyasha.

 

“You stay here.” He left her for only a moment and returned with their clothes. He covered her with the top of his Kimono since hers was still soaked. Kagome watched as he laid down next to her. She was still sitting, unsure what to do.

 

Inuyasha held out his arms to her. Instinctively she put herself in them and laid her head on his chest. His skin was still damp from the water, but he was warm. Inuyasha moved the wet hair aside from Kagome's face and sighed with satisfaction. She was his now. She would never be away from him again . . .

Kagome shifted slightly, pressing her back closer to Inuyasha's front. Feeling his naked, hot skin against hers felt wonderful. She sighed and began to drift into sleep again.

 

But sleep eluded her as she felt Inuyasha run his hands up the side of her body. It came to rest upon her breast and he massaged it gently until her nipple peaked. Kagome let out her breath slowly as her body went into soft, sensuous shivers.

 

Inuyasha pushed her forward slightly and Kagome whimpered when she felt his soft, moist tongue at the base of her spine near the small of her back. He ran his tongue all the way up her spine, leaving a moist tingling trail down her back. Kagome closed her eyes in ecstasy.

 

Inuyasha pulled her body back to his, her back to his front. He pulled her bottom closer to his hard self and entered her from behind. He went into her very smoothly for she was still wet from their moment earlier in the water. Kagome cried out as he began moving within her.

 

Kagome was so tight and wet, she felt so good to him that Inuyasha had to remind himself to go slowly and take his time. Not just satiate himself hard and quick within her like he wanted to.

 

So he went slow, moving softly. He relished in Kagome's whimpers and moans for it fueled his already raging fire. Kagome nearly sobbed with pleasure. He felt so good within her as he kissed the back of her nape, the side of her neck, licked, bit, and kissed her flesh so gently and passionately.

 

Inuyasha squeezed her tightly to him as they both reached their pinnacle of pleasure and ecstasy with one another. Inuyasha was still holding Kagome close as they again fell asleep . . .

Kagome awoke and rolled to face Inuyasha. She could she his silhouette perfectly. His handsomely structured face, his muscle taut body, his dark, human hair.

 

His chest was bare, for he was still completely naked. Kagome leaned over and kissed his neck softly. Inuyasha shifted slightly and sighed, Kagome waited only a moment than continued exploring his neck with her tongue and teeth. She led her tongue along the column of his throat then led it to his chest. Tasting every inch with her tongue, Kagome felt herself getting aroused just at the salty taste of his taut skin.

 

She trailed her tongue down his abs, feeling and licking every crevice and portion of his tight belly. Kagome didn't know if Inuyasha was awake yet or not. But she went down further to find him completely hard and hot. She held him in her hand feeling its velvet, hardness. Leaning forward, she kissed the tip of him with an open mouth.

 

Inuyasha still laid motionless, so she felt brave. She licked the tip of him, swirling her tongue around it. Maybe it was her imagination, but Kagome thought she heard Inuyasha groan . . .

 

None the less she continued, taking him completely into her mouth, but still holding half of him in her hand. She moved her mouth around him, sucking softly. Kagome still licked his hardness while he was in her mouth. Inuyasha again shifted, so Kagome sucked a little harder, taking him deeper within her mouth.

 

She heard Inuyasha panting, and his hand found its way to the back of her head. She pulled away from him quickly, not about to let him have any control. Kagome straddled his thighs and leaned forward to his neck, biting harshly. Inuyasha growled in pleasure deep within his throat.

 

Kagome kissed and bit her way slightly down his chest. Her long hair trailing over Inuyasha's torso. She quickly sat up flipping her hair behind her.

 

Inuyasha's eyes were now open and he was looking at every inch of her exposed body. Kagome lifted herself and put him against her wet spot. She sat down slowly taking him in. Her body shuddered as she became breathless from having him inside of her, adding pressure to all the right spots.

 

Kagome met Inuyasha's eyes. He looked flustered and he swallowed hard. Kagome had to admit she loved being able to have that affect on him. She moved forward grinding against him with him inside of her. Inuyasha sucked in his breath as she moved again, harder this time.

 

Kagome's nipples hardened and her skin got goose bumps from the sheer pleasure her body was under going with each movement and stroke she made upon him.

 

Inuyasha ran his hands up her thighs and hips and to her breasts. He lightly pinched her hardened nipples as she rode him still, harder and faster. Than she'd slow her pace a bit making him growl for more.

 

He sat up with her still on top of him, him still within her, and he kissed her mouth. His tongue mated with hers as Kagome bounced on him, making him go in and out of her. She could feel her moistness all over the both of them, she could smell their love making in the air and it only added to her rapture.

 

Inuyasha bit her neck, then her shoulder. He gripped her hips and pushed her down harder making him go in deeper. Kagome threw her head back and cried out loudly. Inuyasha took advantage of her exposed breast and sucked hardly on the inner flesh of her breast. Kagome ran her hands up Inuyasha's shoulders and dug her nails into his taut flesh as she still moved quickly, with each thrust and stroke feeling an orgasm coming fast.

 

Inuyasha grabbed her hair roughly tilting her head back further and he ran his tongue from her breast to her throat to her chin. Biting her roughly he loved hearing Kagome cry out in pleasure and pain.

 

Kagome moved herself up and down, side to side, and in circles. Causing their pants and moans to increase fervently. Kagome cried out enthusiastically as her climax came in a fleeting yet powerful rush.

 

She scraped her nails down Inuyasha's arms causing furrows of red to appear. Not enough to cut, just enough to cause him pain. And he growled with mad pleasure. Kagome bit his shoulder as her further movements only caused another orgasm to hit her hard.

 

Inuyasha gasped harshly and pressed Kagome down and close as he filled her with his pleasure. Slowly their movements stopped as they both clung to one another, their bodies sweaty and their breathing still rapid.

 

A minute or two passed and they began to regain their breath as well as their sanity. Inuyasha grabbed Kagome by the chin and kissed her mouth tenderly. Kagome hugged him close and rested her head on his shoulder. Inuyasha stroked her back with his human hands and just held her . . .

 

Kagome loved how it felt it was only them two on the earth. They were made for one another, and the earth was theirs alone. Together they can conquer and accomplish anything. Inuyasha laid her down and covered her again, pulling her close so that she could rest her head on his chest while his strong arms surrounded her lovingly. Kagome and Inuyasha again drifted to sleep in each other's embrace.

Kagome felt something was wrong as she walked through the dark forest alone. She was cold and scared, lonely and frightened. Walking further a house came into view. She recognized it instantly as her mother's house.

 

She walked though the yard and entered the front door quickly, sensing something was horribly amiss. She found her way to a room . . . her grandfather's room.

 

Kagome opened the door slowly, too afraid of what she'd find on the other side. A bed sat in the middle of the room. And somebody was laying on it, a sheet pulled over their entire body, including their face.

 

Kagome approached the bed slowly, needing to know . . . She shakily reached her hand down the corner of the sheet and gripped it tightly. She hesitated trying to gain some courage.

 

Quickly she flipped the sheet up—

 

“Nooooo!!! Grandpa!!!”

 

Inuyasha ran from the other side of the cave to Kagome. He shook her by her shoulders roughly.

 

“Wake up, Kagome! Wake up!”

 

Finally her screaming and thrashing stopped and she opened her tear filled eyes.

 

“I have to see my Grandfather. I have to go home!”

A/N: once again I have stayed up into the morning hours finishing up a chap, lol. But my sleep hours are screwed up and I have nothin' better to do, lol. anyhoo review if you wanna! I'm almost sure where I'm goin' with this, and it'll be no longer than 2-3 chappies more.
