Chapter 4~ Kagomas Endless Fight
Kagome drifting in and out of consciousness, she could feel the weight of her body being suspended by ropes that bound her arms over her head. She felt groggy and her wrists were stinging from the tight, rough ropes that bound her. She could smell dust and straw and a light breeze blew in freely.
She could hear voices... familiar voices. Her eyes fluttered open and closed trying desperately to cling to consciousness, she concentrated on the voices. A mans voice that sounded cold, calm, and sure of him self, and ...a woman’s voice that could not be mistaken, a voice that belonged to the reason for her heart ache,.. the miko named Kikyo.
Kikyo said coldly with a chuckle- “ Looks like she is waking finally.”
The mans voice now spoke- “Good, and you’re sure Inuyasha hasn’t picked up on her sent?”
Kikyo slightly chuckled- “There was no sent for him to find at all, since a water usurp was her abductor.”
Kagome could feel the sun warming the ground at her feet, *it’s morning?* recalling on the evens of last night, and how she thought she would be saved by Inuyasha, *Now Inuyasha can’t find me because there isn’t a sent trail left behind to fallow. How am I going to get out of here?*
Sesshomaru walked up to the dangling girl and used a hooked index finger to raise her chin- “The day has yet began girl. To think of my little brother and how you will never look him dead in the eye again ha ha ha.”
Kagome managed to open her eyes and give him a look of disgust and jerked her head away. *What does he mean by that? Why are his eyes sky blue? What in the hell is going on?*
Sess- “You are feisty. (now rubbing her cheek) Don’t worry we’ll take care of that.”
Another mans voice echoed threw Kagomes ears, the cold voice give her goose bumps of fright...and anger...........Naraku.
Naraku was standing in his uncloaked form.- “How is our lovely guest?”
Kagome with a look of fear and hatred in her eyes spoke forcefully- “GO TO HELL NARAKU AND STAY THERE FOR ONCE.”
Naraku with a slight grin of pleasure- “Where do you think you are?” he said coldly, then he nodded to Sess.
Sess slapped Kagome across the face. Kagomes lower lip began to bleed.
Naraku- “ I will return shortly, proceed as planned.”
Naraku turner to Kikyo-“ Go stand guard but do not be seen.”
Naraku and Kikyo left the barn threw the large open door way.
Sess nodded with a pleasured look.
Kagome stared at Sess- “Looks like you’re his stooge now. I thought you were stronger than that. Guess I was wrong.”
Sess got angry and hit her in the stomach.
Kagomes body recoiled from the blow. She gasped trying to catch her breath that had been lost.
Kagome finally caught her breath and looked up at Sesshomaru.
He had a evil smirk on his face.
Kagome kicked at his groin but missed due to being bound. Her body swung slightly from her efforts.
Sess then used his poisonous claws and cut her upper side of her thigh and dragged his claws around to the front of her thigh.
Kagome screamed in pain. Her thigh was oozing blood and it felt like it was on fire.
The only defense Kagome had were her words- “ If you were half the man your brother is....”, she was interrupted by another fist to her stomach.
As Sess repeated-“Half the man.” with a cold laugh. “That’s something I wouldn’t want to be.”
The beating went on for a while until Kagome couldn’t reply even with a wince of pain. Her upper part of both of her arms had fresh gashes on them. She hung there naked, bruised and bleeding from numerous wounds.
Naraku entered the barn threw the large opening again- “Is she ready yet?”
Sess-“I Believe so master Naraku.”
Naraku with an evil grin-“Good, prepare her.”
