Chapter 1 ~Kagomes Late Night Bath~
In the dead of night, Inuyasha was laying on Kaedes roof with his eyes closed, until he heard something coming out of the small hut. Kagome had been acting odd lately. Ever since she had gone back to her area, only to return within a few hours. Instead of a couple of days like she had planed. On that day Kagome climbed out of the well and raced past InuYasha into Kaedes hut without even saying a word. She was scared, really scared. Inuyasha rased after her only to be stopped by a look Kagome had given him before she entered the hut. A look of concern but in dire need of privacy. Inuyasha nodded , he figuring that she would tell him soon enough.
He thought with a look of annoyance, as he heard soft foot steps walking around in the hut- *Now what's going on? Who's up this late?*
He saw Kagome walking toward the village stream from the quiet hut. Her raven hair was gently being tossed around by the slight wind of the night, and reflected dark blue as the moonlight caught the natural wave of her hair.
-*What does she think she's doing out this late? It's dangerous. Stupid girl, never listens.*
Kagome walked out of his sight as she walked down the hill.
Inuyasha sat up -* Great, I can’t see her anymore. Keep secrets from me and now this. It’s been five days and she still hasn’t said anything about what happened that day. (growl) I better make sure she is safe at least.*
Inuyasha quickly got to the stream and ducked behind an oak tree with his back against the bark, his eyes were wide and he had an intense look on his face.
Kagome was undressing, she only had her underwear, socks, and her white school blouse on when Inuyasha laid his eyes upon her.
Inuyasha-* She’s going to bath. What in the hell is the matter with me? Okay, just don’t look again. I really don’t like the fact that she had to go help Koga’s pack. She was gone for three days, at least Kaede was with her though. That’s too damn long...without me... and with that rabid wolf. Maybe the stench of there pack will finally wash off then.*
Inuyasha jumped up into the tree and sat down on a sturdy branch, out of Kagomes sight.
-*I’ll just not look at anything. Damn she’s stubborn, won’t even tell me were she’s going and...*
Kagoma thought everyone was asleep and had no worries of a peeping tom, so she decided after a long hot and humid day, a cool refreshing bath was in order to revived herself. She took off her socks, then her underwear, her blouse and her bra. Then she slowly stepped into the cool water.
Kagome gave a quick gasp.
(....broke from his mad thoughts) Inuyasha looked down to her.
Kagomes back was turned to him.
He jerked his head back looking straight again. -“She’s okay...stupid girl”, he said softly with a hint of a smile on his face.
She was standing in the cool stream, the water was midway up her breasts.
Inuyasha looked back at Kagome with a soft kind look on his face.
She ran a watery hand up her arm to her shoulder and then to her neck.
The moonlight glistened off her soft damp skin. She tilted her head back into the water and brought her hands to her scalp and ran her fingers threw her submerged hair.
Inuyashas eyes widened and his jaw dropped,-*...WOW... no don’t look stupid. God now I’m a lech. It contagious.* shaking his head.
Kagomes back was arched as she submerged her hair in the water, her breasts , exposed to the cool breeze and her nipples were hard from the mixture of cool water and a tickling breeze that danced around them.
She ran her hands slowly over her exposed breasts, trying to warm them a little, down her stomach, and back up again. She repeated this a couple of times. She sighed in almost pleasure.
Inuyasha could only imagine with a forced swallowed-*She’s so innocent, so pure. I don’t know what she sees in me. I have nothing to offer her....... My life belongs to Kikyo.*
Her thoughts carried her away- * Why can’t I get him off my mind. I feel as though when he’s not next to me that I’m missing apart of me. He’ll never see me, the same way I see him. So I better just get over it. But how ?*
She sighed and closed her eyes and relaxed as she sank back down into the water.
Inuyashas golden eyes stared at her with a hidden desire, his blood was warming up more than normal, he tried to ebb the blush that was creeping along his cheeks. -* Just keep thinking STUPID GIRL and calm your self down, I shouldn’t be looking. I’m as bad as Miroku. Kagomes my.... friend...my...my best friend.*
Inuyasha looked away, but from time to time darted his eyes to Kagoma.
He was struggling to stop himself from staring at her naked, water beaded, moonlight skin. The water beads looked like jewels that sparkled like Kagomes eyes.
Inuyasha was now lost in his thoughts. -*I never thought I’d wish to be washing water so bad.....NO......STUPID, STUPID, STUPID, GGG..iiiiiii...rrr....llll. God I’m glad she’s not in heat .*
Inuyasha now almost looking dizzy from his thoughts , had to steady himself so he wouldn’t fall out of the tree.
Kagome pulled her head back up, and walked closer to the bank. She was still pondering over how to settle her feelings for Inuyasha. She had a sad but refreshed look on her face. Inuyasha could tell she was thinking about something that had to do with him.
Kagomes bellybutton was half out of the water, her arms reached back so she could move her hair to the side to ring out the remaining water.
Kagome felt something soft rub up against her inner thigh, she tensed up with a loud (GASP.)
Inuyasha felt her tense up before he hear her , he looked down at her,-*What the...* He quickly jumping into a squatting position on the branch with a concerned look sprawled across his face.
Kagomes eyes went wide with a little fear and embarrassment -“Maybe its just a fish. Oh please just be a fish!” (O_O)*
The feeling began to creep up more slowly and seductively.
Kagome was now freaking out but she was to scared to move-“Fish don’t act this way!” she tried not to scream out.
Inuyasha jumped out of the tree above the stream, he was looking down at her. Her arms were now pressed against her breasts as if hugging herself.
Kagome- *Thank God* as she looked at Inuyasha as he flew threw the beautiful star lit night sky.
She had a little relief showing threw her face, as if saying I’m safe now that Inuyasha here.
Then Kagome started to feel light headed.
Inuyasha worriedly looked on as if time had slowed down to almost a still- *She looks like she’s about to faint.* He screamed “K....A...G....O...M....E”, as her eyes began to close and her body began to give away into an unconsciousness fall.
Inuyasha stretched out his arm to grab her, but before Inuyasha even hit the water, she vanished into thin air.
Inuyasha screamed again “K..A..G..O..M..E” looking panicked as he sniffed the air for her sent.
