The group of friends ran to the stream to find a wet dog-demon that was looking around frantically, running his hands threw the water. He cupped a little water in to each hand and brought them up to his chest, with a look of disbelief.

Chapter 2~ The Thinking Game
Miroku, Sango, and Shippo all woke in Kaedes hut from the first scream Inuyasha gave out. They were now almost to the stream.
Inuyasha kept screaming “KAGOME” his voice was filled with heart ache and terror.
The group of friends ran to the stream to find a wet dog-demon that was looking around frantically, running his hands threw the water. He cupped a little water in to each hand and brought them up to his chest, with a look of disbelief.
He gritted his teeth and balled up his fists, the water trickled down.
Miroku with a frantic look asked- “What is it Inuyasha, what happened to Kagome?”
Inuyasha replied if a fierce tone- “She disappeared.”.
Shippo looking very scared and sad that something happened to Kagome -“That’s impossible though.”.
Sango looking shocked- “Inuyasha you must calm down and tell us what happened exactly.”
Shippo now almost crying- “Can’t you pick up on her sent?”
Inuyasha snapped back- “No, if I could I wouldn't be standing here now would I.”
Shippo crossed his arms and bowed his head-“Well maybe you forgot what she smells like.”
Inuyasha heard the gentle whisper-“I KNOW HER SENT BETTER THAN I KNOW MY OWN SHIPPO.” he screamed.
Miroku looking down at Shippo with an urgent look- “Shippo would you go to Kaedes and get our belongings and wake Kirarar for us?”
Shippo nodded his head and ran back to the village.
Inuyasha was looking into the water in disbelief.
Sango now looking with question- “Inuyasha tell us what happened.”
Inuyasha looked at her with a look of failure.
An urgent Miroku- “ Inuyasha we need to start thinking of were she could be and how she just disappeared.”
Inuyasha looked back down and nodded his head in agreement, he walked out of the stream and told them that he wanted to make sure she was safe while she bathed....

Miroku with a slight grin on his face- “See Sango I’m not the only one!”
<Wham, Wham>
Both Inuyasha and Miroku were sporting fresh lumps on there heads.
Inuyasha rubbing his head screamed- “What the hell was that for Sango? If I wasn’t here no one would have known how she was kid napped.”
Sango looking pissed- “But you admit to watching her Inuyasha, you deserved it.”
Miroku also rubbing his large cranium lump-“ Then why did you hit me?”
Sango-“Because Monk you....*Why did I hit him? Maybe it’s a force of habit?..Think up a good excuse quick* ,.....you’ve corrupted him you lech.”
Inuyasha finished telling them what happened but this time he left out the peeks he took.

Shippo, Kirara and Kaede arrived with all of their stuff.
Inuyasha walked over and picked up Kagomes back pack.
Inuyasha- “Any ideas of what's going on?”
Sango looked at the monk as she replied- “Yeah, and its not good.”
Miroku nodded his head looking at the ground as he leaned against a tree.
Inuyasha was getting mad from the still silence- “Well, what the hell took Kagom e?”
Miroku looked at Inuyasha and spoke- “A water usurp”, he looked at the ground again in silence.
Inuyasha looked at Sango with more question.
Sango- “ A water usurp demon, is a demon that has control of water and has other powers.”
( Sango paused)
Kaede-“Aye, a water usurp is a most formidable foe. It is impossible to track.”
Inuyasha was mad with question while still looking at Sango- “such as?”
Sango continued to explain making little eye contact- “It can absorb someone's physical form and teleport them to any other near by, body of water and when it gets to its destination it retransform itself and its pray..... It is normally a very possessive demon of what ever it captures.”
Miroku-“More so then you are over Kagome, Inuyasha.”
Inuyasha clenched his fist with frustration-“ So why did it take Kagome?”
Kaede turned her eyes to the ground.
Miroku-“ Well, a water usurp would have no use for Kagome.”
Sangos expression darkened as though she had a bitter taste in her mouth- “Someone put him up to it, for a trade.”
Miroku nodded with a darkened look too.
Shippo-“Well who has a use for Kagome?”
Inuyashas face was now flushed with anger- “Naraku”.
