Chapter 11~ The Lecherous Monks Mistake
Inuyasha carried a sleeping Kagome in the cradle of his arms, walking along the road that ran between the village and the rice patties that were full of water.
Inuyasha heard a little voice screaming with joy- “K A G O M E!” the little fox demon was running across the small wooden bridge.
Miroku was sitting next to the stream were Kagome had been abducted, as he heard Shippo scream with delight a smile sprung on his face until he looked up at Inuyasha.
His sight had betrayed his thoughts of seeing a smiling healthy Kagome.
He jumped up and yelled- “Sango we need you out here quickly.”
The monk took no haste in following the fox demon across the bridge to Inuyasha.
Shippo was looked worried -“What took you so long Inuyasha.”
Inuyasha looking annoyed- “Don’t start with me runt.”
Shippo-“Well, you should have beet us here.”
Inuyasha-“ I was delayed.”
Shippo-“What does that mean. What took you so long huh?”
Inuyasha-“Shuddup already would ya.”
Shippo looking mad crossed his arms and looked away-“Some hanyou you are.”
Inuyasha replied with a fist to the foxes head-“I warned you.”<WHAM>
Shippo now crying- “ You’re such a bully Inuyasha, wait until I tell Kagome about what you did to me. You’ll be in the dog house.” he stuck out his tongue and ran off to Kaedes hut.
Miroku ran up to Inuyasha and bent over panting hard-“Is Kagome al....” Miroku stood up with a twinkle in his eye and awe struck face.
Sango was now crossing the bridge and approaching them fast.
Inuyasha looked at the monk with question- “What’s wrong with you?”
Miroku stared at Kagoma with lust-“I’ll carry her for you.” not removing his eyes from Kagome.
Sango arrived and saw the look on Mirokus face-“What’s wrong with him?”
Inuyasha looking wide eyed-“Not you too. This is hard enough, now the lech is having problems.”
Sango understood what Inuyasha was in reference too- “YOU PERVERT” <SMACK>
The monk was still standing with a dazed look and a hand print on his cheek. Then something flashed in his eyes-“I’ll fight you demon!” he readied himself with his staff.
Sango jumped in front of Inuyasha whom was still holding Kagome.
Sango now looked really ticked off- “MIROKU” <WHAM, WHAM, WHAM> ...<SPLASH>.
Sango had flung the monk into the stream-“Go to the hut Inuyasha. I’ll take care of him.”
Inuyasha gave Sango a look of gratitude and ran for the hut.
The further Kagome and Inuyasha got away from Miroku the more he came to his senses.
The monk was standing in the shallows of the stream-“What happened to me? It was like I was dreaming and I couldn’t stop myself from wanting to...” He looked at Sango with a questioned face.
A very unpleased Songo- “ You should know, you’re the profligated monk.”

Inuyasha entered the hut- “Hey old hag, Kagome is injured and something ells is wrong, can you find out what’s going on with her?” he laid Kagome down next to the old woman.
Kaede looked at Kagome- “Ye must tell me what ye know about her condition first.”
Kaede now seeing the stab wounds to Kagomes chest-“Inuyasha...how did Kagome get these wounds?”
Inuyasha told Kaede what had happened and about the writing in blood on her stomach and about Kagomes powers unleashed while she was knocked out.
Kaede-“It is amazing that Kagome survived her injuries thus far Inuyasha, but Kagome could still die.”
Inuyasha looked at Kagome with worry.
Kaede-“Inuyasha I may be of some help. But you must distance ye self before she gets worse.”
Inuyasha looked at the old woman with question- “What do you mean “Get’s worse?”
Kaede- “Ye are half demon, yet ye had no trouble with ye feelings or impulses?”
A shocked and embraced hanyou- “Keh” as he walked for the door quickly and exited.
Kaede softly laughed.
Shippo entered the hut- “Can I help granny Kaede?”
Kaede looked up at the childlike fox-“Aye, tell Miroku to write a luxuria counter scroll and to carry it on himself ‘till Kagome is better.”
Shippo- “What’s that?”
Kaede now tending to Kagome-“It will protect him somewhat from the curse that was placed on Kagome.”
He nodded and ran out of the hut to find Miroku.
