Chapter 10~ Torrid~The Demon of the Blistering Light
A yellow glowing figure emerged from the tree line in front of them. The demon was in qual size to Inuyasha. His long hair was a light yellow white color, and waved as if it was being blown with no wind. It was pulled back into a ponytail, with two bands of free hair that rapped down his chest. His ears were pointed, and a faint orange sun mark was on his for head ,and small flames along his cheeks. His eyes were sky blue. His top Kimono was white with light blue waves on the end of his sleeves. The kimono pants were a light yellow that matched his under kimono top. He wore a silver chain around his waist, the end of the chain hung to his knee.
Inuyasha stood in front of Kagome folding his arms out defensively to hide the girl behind himself -” Looking for something?”
The demon replied- “yes” as he looked at Kagome who was peeking over Inuyasha shoulder-“You are more beautiful than your entrancing sent.” he said with a twinkle of evilness in his eyes. `”I am Torrid, and I have come for you.”
Kagome now was holding onto the back of Inuyasha kimono with a death grip as her face rested against his back, trying to stay out of the demons sight.
Kagome shot out with a angered voice- “Stay away from me.”
The demon spoke with lust- “No...you will come with me. Even if you don’t want to, you will learn to love me as a slave would.”
Inuyasha was gritting his teeth and growling- “She’s not going any where with you.”
The demon said coldly- “ If that is what you think, believe it all you want.”
Inuyasha felt Kagome let go *She has too, so I can protect her.*- “It’s not what I think, it’s what I know you bastard.”
The demon- “ A paramours quarrel, hum how cogitating. Fine then, I will have to warn you, your death will be extremely painful do to the circumstances.”
Inuyasha jumped at the demon-“I’ve had enough of you.”
Kagome took shelter behind a near by tree and watched the fight.
The demon dodged Inuyashas attack and lashed out with his belt. The silver chain had lengthened and rapped around Inuyashas entire body.
Inuyasha fell to the ground struggling to get free.
The demon walked to the weak and defenseless miko.
Kagome leaned up against a tree behind her and closed her eyes tight- “GET AWAY FROM ME.” Slowly a purple light started to exuded from Kagomes body.
Her hand flew with no though. She slapped the demon across the face without looking. She opened her eyes realizing what she had done and saw what looked like a smoldering, burning, purple, hand print on the demons cheek.
Kagomas powers had run out and faded slowly away.
The demon grabbed her by both arms and pulled her into him as he was about to force a kiss on her lips. Kagome, drained of all energy and in pain struggled trying to free herself .
Inuyasha screamed -“Get your disgusting hands off of her.” as he broke the chains and sped towards the demon.
Ripping the demon off of Kagome, Inuyasha landed a punch into the demons chest. Knocking the demon back wards.
The demon spoke with great anger in his voice- “ How dare you. Now you will pay with your life boy.”
Kagome had her back resting against a tree for support, with terror in her eyes.
The demons eyes had changed from a light sky blue to a blinding white light. Inuyasha had tetsusaiga drawn and an arm up to protect his eyes.
A beam of light came from the demons eyes, Inuyasha jumped out of the way, the demons eyes fallowed.
Inuyasha screamed in pain as the beam of firelight made a clean cut on the side of his stomach.
Kagome started run to Inuyasha who was kneeling on the ground- “INUYASHA.”
A pissed off Inuyasha- “No Kagome stay back.”
Kagome stopped dead in her tracks. She could feel the eyes of the odd demon on her.
Then tremendous pain surged threw Kagomes stomach as she fell to the ground in agony.
Inuyasha looked back at Kagome -* What’s happening to her? The demon didn’t attack her did he? I don’t smell any fresh blood. What the hell is going on?*
The strange demon said with a smirk- “So that’s your plan with her doggy. Well, finders keep..hers.” A sly grin masked his face at his cleverness.
Inuyashas emotions swirled around in his heart. Torrid sent another burning light attack at the hanyou. Inuyasha jumped into the air and screamed- “Backlash wave” as the mysterious demons eyes attempted another attack in his defence but was too late.
The demon was torn into non-existence from the unforgivable tetsiga.
Inuyasha ran to Kagome kneeling down by her side-*What in the hell is wrong with her?*
The pain started to fade away slowly.
Kagomes eyes were half open- “Are you okay Inuyasha?”
Inuyasha was worried but acted angry- “Keh, I’m fine. What in the hell happened to you though?”
Kagome with a sad look- “ I don’t know, I had an awful pain.”
Kagome now laid her eyes on Inuyashas wound. In an annoyed tone- “ You’re hurt...why didn’t you tell me?”
Inuyasha looked at her with a questioned look- * I forgot all about my wound...I was too worried about Kagome to even feel the pain...until now.* He started squinting slightly.
Kagome- “Take off your kimono and let me treat to your wound.”
Inuyashas noise was picking up Kagomes sent again-* I can’t take this much longer. I have to get her to Kaede...NOW. ( The smell of her was putting impure thoughts in his head)-“No Kagome we have to get moving...I’ll be fine..Don’t worry.”
Kagome looked shocked from his answer-* He really can’t stand me now can he?* “What’s wrong with you? One minuet your nice to me and the next you a jerk.”
Inuyasha looking mad- “Nothing...just drop it okay.”
Kagome now mad herself stood up and got in Inuyasha face with a pointed index finger- “You better tell me Inuyasha or I’ll say ... the word” as she points to the ground forcefully.
Inuyasha was getting turned on- * I can’t take it anymore.....STU....PI...D G..IR...L.*
Kagome felt the same feeling in her stomic but this time it was a pleasurable tingle. She winced a little as she went to grabbed her stomach,........ her hand felt hair.
She gasped and looked down to see the top of a head with white hair and dog ears planted in her stomach. She felt a rough tong softly lick her stomic.- “Inuyasha what are you doing???”
Inuyashas demon urges subsided enough for him to finally comprehend what he was doing-* (O_o) Oh SHIT, think of a good one you idiot* he began to stand up slowly- “Um....just making sure you’re okay.....Got a problem with that.(~_~)” *She’s going to sit me I know it...I would if I were her. *But I could have sworn she enjoyed it at least.*
Kagome with a little smile looked at the grown to hide a blush-“Oh”.
Inuyasha was relieved not to get sat(-_-)* - “Lets get going. It’s not to fare from here.”
Kagome looking at the ground sadly replies-“Sure.”
