Part III – Realizations
Three days have passed since Inuyasha arrived at the spring.

“Kagome can’t be mated to either of us. She needs to be free to choose a human mate she can grow old with in her own time.” Inuyasha cringed; he hadn’t planned on mentioning Kagome’s time.
“What do you mean, her own time?” Koga lifted himself up to look the hanyou in the eyes.
Um. Well. I. Uh. You see, that’s the thing I said before… about not being able to explain right now.” Inu flushed and looked away.
Koga took Inu by the chin and turned his head back towards himself and said sternly.
“Explain! Do it now!”
Inu whimpered, and then began to explain how Kagome came through the Bone Eater’s Well to the Feudal Era…
“So you see she has a family and a separate life in her own time.” The hanyou felt relieved being able to share this information about Kagome with his koibito.
“Fuuuck, now I know why she dresses so strangely. Do all the females wear those short skirts in her time?” Koga inquired, cocking an eyebrow.
“Hentai.” Inu shot back snickering.
Koga laughed as well and then said seriously. “Inu, Kagome’s very smart. Don’t you think she’s realized by now that demons have a much longer lifespan than humans and maybe she just wants to be with you for as long as she’s able?”
The hanyou cocked his head and said, “You really think she knows and would be with me without being mated.” Inu’s sullen mood began to perk up.
“Yes my little puppy. I’ve seen the way she looks at you and its pure lust. That sweet, innocent miko wants you badly Inuyasha, and I have a strong feeling that she would have you any way you gave yourself to her, mated or not.” Koga said as he kissed Inu deeply massaging his tongue.
He pulled away and began to lick the hanyou’s face with tiny loving strokes and added, “Now, we need to convince Kagome to accept the fact that you and I will be mated, but we want her in our bed too,” Koga continued licking down Inuyasha’s neck.
“I’m willing to share you with her, my tasty hanyou.” Koga said as he sucked at Inu’s collarbone, then looked into his puppy’s eyes and stated with a pout, “She has to accept us both or I won’t share you at all koi,” and latched onto Inu’s neck once again with those hot lips.
Inu moaned, “Mmmmmmm… sharing works for me, and I know she cares for you wolfie. I’ve caught her staring at you more than once,” then whined as he caressed Koga’s back, “Koga, stop… my ass is too sore to be taken again.”
“I’m more sore then you puppy. I just want to kiss you and hold you close.” Koga whispered as he continued to lick and kiss the half demon.
Inuyasha closed his eyes and groaned from the touch of his wolf’s searing lips and tongue.

Meanwhile… Back at Lady Kaede’s Village (damn that’s so cliché)
Miroku and Sango were talking outside in front of Kaede’s hut when a very excited Shippo leapt from Sango’s arms and shouted.
“Kagome, you’re back early!” The little fox fur ball hurled himself into Kagome’s arms giggling. Kagome hugged him back just as enthusiastically.
“Yep, I’m back. I couldn’t take much more of my relatives. I think my face is bruised from having my cheeks pinched every five minutes,” she huffed.
“Anyway, Inuyasha was so upset I thought I’d come back early. I felt a little guilty being gone for so long,” she said sheepishly.
“Well we’re glad to have you back Kagome,” Sango said as she hugged her surrogate little sister.
“I’m glad as well Lady Kagome,” Miroku said as he approached Kagome only to be halted by Sango’s body blocking his way to the beautiful miko.
“Her cheeks are sore from being pinched houshi. She doesn’t need her ass sore too from you rubbing it,” Sango said dryly as she glared at the monk.
Miroku pouted. “I only wished to express to Lady Kagome how much we all missed her.”
Sango gave him a dirty look.
Shippo giggled.
Kagome rolled her eyes and asked, “Where’s Inuyasha?”
Shippo blurted out, “He’s been gone for three days, Kagome. He was really upset when you left,” then smiled, “What did you bring me?”
“Go look in my backpack Shippo. There’s candy bars for everyone.” Kagome smiled back.
“Yay!!” Shippo shouted and went to dig into the bag.
Kagome had a concerned look on her face and said, “He’s been gone for three days?”
“Yes, do you know where he may have gone off to Kagome,” Sango was just as concerned.
“No, but I do know someone who might,” Kagome thought out loud.
“Kilala!” The miko called out.
The fire neko awoke from her nap under a tree and walked over to Kagome.
“Kilala, you’ve been with Inuyasha when he’s taken off before, do you know where he may have gone off to? I’m worried about him.” Kagome inquired pleadingly.
The fire neko nodded that she knew.
“Could you take me there please?” She asked.
Kilala transformed to her full size and nuzzled up to Kagome.
“Thanks Kilala,” she said.
“Do you wish me to come with you Lady Kagome,” Miroku asked, “You may need protection.”
Sango hit him on the head. “The only protection she needs is from you houshi.”
Miroku sat on the ground, silent, looking defeated.
“Do you want me to accompany you Kagome?” Sango asked sweetly.
“No thanks, I have Kilala and I’ll take my bow and arrows.” She then climbed onto the fire cat’s back and they took off.
Kilala landed on a grassy patch just outside of where the hot spring was.
Kagome walked closer to the hot spring and looked around to see if she could spot Inuyasha when she heard a peculiar sound.
‘Is that moaning,’ she thought curiously. ‘Maybe Inuyasha’s hurt!’ She began to feel panicked and followed the sound which led her to a clearing close to the spring.
As she looked up across the clearing she froze in her tracks at the sight before her.
Koga was on top of Inuyasha with his thigh buried between the hanyou legs passionately kissing him and sensually exploring his body. Inu’s arms were wrapped around Koga’s back gently caressing him from the shoulders down to the wolf’s ass and back up. They were very naked.
Koga and Inuyasha were so engrossed in each other that they didn’t sense anyone coming until Kilala growled. They looked over and froze when they saw Kagome standing only several yards away in shock.
“Oh…Shit…! The three said in unison.
